It was inevitable that Rudianos took part in the invasion. He was known for his ability to command large groups of foot soldiers, and for subjugating whosoever decided to go against him. He had not received any official permission, though – not that he felt he needed it. He had grown tired of being limited to mere Hollows, whose powers barely scratched him. He knew he could have challenged his fellow Arrancar, but now was not the time for a coup. He was too weak, and though everybody was occupied with the invasion, he knew he stood no chance of pulling it off. Much as Rudianos hated to admit it, the Espada Queen could brush him away like an insect, despite his fantastic durability.
Arms folded behind his back, Rudianos made his usual entrance, surveying the destruction before him. It was unclear who was winning, but it mattered little to him. This was war, and there was little he enjoyed more than the bloodshed that was transpiring. The screams of the damned and those in excruciating pain, while they may have given some nightmares, only served to fuel Rudianos’ wildest desires. The stench of blood that repelled so many only served to attract him, and the sights that lay before him would have made for a painting he would gladly display in his quarters.
Rudianos finally stopped observing, once a sole Shinigami attempted to run him through. All it took was one look from him, to stop the warrior in her tracks, the malice in his eyes alone being enough to halt the duel. It resumed momentarily, however, but with the Soul Reaper noticeably more scared. She took a swing, but the blow was ineffectual – Rudianos caught it with a single hand, and flicked it away, as if it were nothing more than an insect. The Soul Reaper tried again, but this was equally as useful, with Rudianos blocking the strike by blocking her arms’ path.
“Foolish girl,” he muttered, only loud enough for her to hear, “Did you not think to run? Did you not recognise that my power is far above yours? You are but an ant beneath my boot, child. You will perish at the hands of an Espada, and you will not have the honour of even knowing my rank.” Rudianos batted the Soul Reaper’s arms aside, and flung her Zanpakutō behind his back, hopefully resulting in someone’s impalement. He looked her in the eye, relishing the fear that showed, her once-defiant demeanour reduced to dust. “I would tell you to bow before me, but corpses do not move that much.” With those parting words, Rudianos drew his free fist back, ready to beat his “foe” to death.

Rain Judgement down, Shiro Jajji!
CAPTAIN ASURA, HAYATE
It had finally come to pass. Despite both sides best efforts to negotiate some sort of stand still their innate nature overwhelmed their better judgement resulting in an unfolding calamity. A Garganta ripped open the very fabric of space and time revealing multiple humanoid forms, each possessing powers which rivaled or exceeded the Gotei 13........the Espada. The Second Division Captain kept his reiatsu concealed as he spectated from a safe distance and with the heightened spiritual energy of both Shinigami and Arrancar present he hoped that his suppressed signature would be unnoticed, if only for a short time.
His violet gaze shifted from one encounter to another with each Captain and their squad members clashing with the invaders resulting in a standstill between both parties. He was not one to simply dive in without first analyzing the situation first. The same could not be said for his fellow Captains though that was the main reason why he was assigned his position within Squad Two. A duo clashed to his right and what seemed like an even skirmish was in fact a one sided bout as this particular invader presented difficulty for the Captain of Squad 13. He was unsure why Captain Lucien had chosen to enter the fray considering his squads primary role. It seemed he had bitten off far more than he could chew but Hayate was unprepared to lend his aid without further information. He observed both parties intently as they exchanged blows, hado and cero noting every movement, behavior and identifiable patterns. Such observations were ineffective without weeks of study but he did not have the advantage of time and would have to make do with what he had. Captain Lucien appeared to have received a heavy blow to his abdominal section which connected with a heavy magnitude, that much was obvious from the look of his stance as he struggled to keep composure. Just as he was about to offer his aid another rip in the fabric of space and time appeared, revealing a creature of larger structure whom held a presence of innate fear around it. It was huge, much larger than any other arrancar he had seen with his own eyes. One low ranked Shinigami attempted to encounter the beast but was inevitably stopped in her tracks with minimum effort. She was brushed aside like a rag doll and what remained was nothing more than an empty shell, a shadow of her former self as her life force drained through crimson tears.
Unfortunately the Thirteenth Captain would have to suffice with his own support as this large arrancar posed more of a thread unattended to.
He didn't possess an overbearing speed but what he did have was the element of surprise. The ebony bearded Captain planted a heavy foot into the ground below him whilst beginning an incantation "Devils wrath, incarnate among the souls of the damned. I drink of your rage to deliver it's potency to the dark gods of old" he then burst forth (Shunpo) towards his injured comrade and the overpowering Arrancar, making his appearance noticed as instantly stopped between the two with his right hand cupped to his mouth as if seemingly inhaling a liquid substance. His gaze penetrated his foe before he completed the incantation "Bakudo: Number 33, Nomu!" he exhaled a cloud of energy which, if successful, would devour his target and render them incapable of movement. If the Arrancar possessed a great power of will he would be able to break the paralysis.

Rudianos was no fool. He was not so arrogant as to think that nobody would notice, or come to the Shinigami’s aid. In one fluid, almost practised, motion, he tossed the broken fighter towards the Bakudo aimed at him, and used Sonido to evade. He was not a big fan of using it, and it took a disproportionate toll on his stamin, if used excessively. However, for the purposes of evading most of the particles, it served its purpose well enough. That aside, he had found someone who was powerful – more so than he was, but not by much. He knew that, if he played his cards right, this could be a satisfying win.
Despite his best intentions, however, some of the particles managed to make contact with him. Not enough to cause any significant paralysis, but it was what was preventing him from moving forward to tear out his new foe’s throat. He took a moment to examine him, and seemed almost pleased at the result – it was hard to tell, given how often he had such a smug, self-assured smirk plastered across his face. Rudianos attempted to step forward, but movement was slow. He could easily break it, but it was going to require a few more moments. Talking could do the trick, but not for long.
It appears as though your initial assault has not gone as planned,” the Arrancar sneered, in a tone that shook the very souls of lesser beings, “Perhaps you would like to try again? Or perhaps you would prefer a more… traditional… approach.” Rudianos continued to pace forwards, disguising his impeded gait as a deliberate way of walking, his eyes focussed intently on Squad Two’s captain. He noted what appeared to be the man’s age – he could mean trouble, power notwithstanding. Experience was one of the best teachers available, and if two experienced fighters were to face off, the results would not be favourable.
Rudianos’ sword clanked against his back as he moved forth, the feeling finally returning to his legs. He did not intend to use it, as it was usually for slaying beasts larger than he. He referred to break his foes with his bare hands, decimating them without even drawing his blade, to show how truly outmatched they usually were. Failing that, he would simply pin them under his weight, and slice them in half, or just use his Omega Beam to obliterate them without a second word. When Rudianos showed up, there were no unnecessary gimmicks. When he showed up to fight, he meant to fight.

Rain Judgement down, Shiro Jajji!
CAPTAIN ASURA, HAYATE
The Arrancars large frame deceived his true speed as he fluidly avoided the full effects of the Bakudo aimed at him at full blank. The deceased Shinigami which he so easily cast aside was covered in paralyzing particles though its effects were useless on the recently dead. The giant gave Hayate a beady smirk, as if to taunt on his initial failure of preemptive assault. This was reinforced as he voiced his 'disappointment', more likely a distraction than anything else as the visible presence of particles coursed through the Arrancars body. He had managed to evade the brunt of its effect but not all of it, though its potency would most likely hold ill effect for a creature of his size and innate strength.
It seemed that they were polar opposites, one whom favored brute strength and tenacity whilst the other relied on cunning, skill and strategically placed strikes. This would definitely be one of his more challenging encounters but failure was not an option, too many lives depending on his, and the rest of Gotei 13's success. The Arrancar approached him slowly with its unusually large weapon still sheathed. Hayate couldn't afford such a luxury as the longer this fight drew out the more unlikely he would emerge victorious. Long drawn out fights were not his forte. "Lets not dwell on conversation Arrancar, neither of us has the luxury of time on our side. If it pleases you I wish to finish this as swiftly as possible" his tone was singular with a hint of confidence though staying far clear of arrogant. He was never one to underestimate his opponent despite their level of skill as he was well aware of ones capabilities when they were backed into a corner. Many had lost their lives to overconfidence in their own skills and Arrancars were notorious for their natural strength. It was easy to say that many Shinigami had lost their lives to these abominations.
Hayate unsheathed his Zanpakuto from its raven black wooden holster and proceeded to place his left palm on the flat of the tantos blade, reciting the incantation that unlocked the swords initial stage "White light of hell, Black flames of the heavens. Rain Judgement Down. Shiro Jajji!" Once the second division Captain completed the ritualistic phrase he wiped his down the entirety of the short blade. This caused the blade to split in half, one running parallel to the other as if one acted like the others shadow. The blades then proceeded to transform in construction as the solid ivory metal was replaced by shimmering white blades of reiatsu. He allowed a deep breath of air to fill his lungs. He was ready. He was prepared.
"Come Arrancar, let your soul be cleansed by white judgement"

"Let’s not dwell on conversation Arrancar, neither of us has the luxury of time on our side. If it pleases you I wish to finish this as swiftly as possible" “Very well, Soul Reaper. Draw your blade, for what good it will do you.” Rudianos took up a neutral stance, preparing himself for whatever attacks may come his way. He was more than prepared – he had lived for far longer than a lot of his comrades, and he had learnt to be prepared for practically anything. While it was true that he looked down on Soul Reapers, that was not to say he did not think them powerful. After all, it was their job to eliminate threats like him.
"Come Arrancar, let your soul be cleansed by white judgement" Rudianos chuckled at what he interpreted as Hayate’s threat, even going so far as to look his foe in the eyes while doing so. “Your words are meaningless, Soul Reaper. I sense great power from you, but we’re both old enough to know how this will end. On your head be it, then.” Rudianos charged forward, relying on his incredible durability to charge through any attacks launched at him, his weight only providing further momentum. He did not suspect his foe would be much of a physical attacker – rather, a more kido-based fighter. Rudianos suspected he could counter that much for now, but his Resurreccion was ready and waiting, just in case.
Several Bala were thrown at Hayate – he did not suspect they would inflict any real damage, nor did he intend for them to. Instead, he was relying on their speed and rapid generation to occupy his foe, while he closed in with speed that did not befit his size and weight. If he did manage to get in close enough, he would launch a Bala at the same time as he threw a punch at Hayate, aiming for his sternum. The Bala would provide additional impact for the blow, and coupled with his own brute strength, it was fair to assume it wouldn’t tickle in the slightest.

Rain Judgement down, Shiro Jajji!
CAPTAIN ASURA, HAYATE
There was no point in further discussion as both parties understood the inevitability of it all, after all, they had lived lives that far exceeded a majority of their comrades. It was the Arrancar that made followed up with the first strike in the form of multiple projectiles created from condensed reiatsu. It would be near impossible to dodge them all and based on his opponents size and natural strength he assumed that each ball packed a formidable punch. It seemed that distance was his greatest ally at this moment.
Each movement was precise and executed to minimize energy consumption and whilst he avoided as many bala as possible the ever apparent possibility of this giant following up with another attack laid in the back of his mind. One ball of reiatsu grazed his shoulder, another his thigh which burnt the material covering his body. Minimal damage to say the least, though as he suspected this was a simple diversion for the beasts primary assault. One final bala was projected his way, which unbeknownst to Hayate, shadowed a large fist aimed for his sternum. He extended his hand towards the approaching bala which caused a small red particle to manifest in the palm of his hand "Master, mask of flesh and blood, take flight in activity. One who watches over the people, heat and chaos. Part the sea and advance your cannon to the south" the same small spec of reiatsu instantly grew with the completion of the incantation which rivaled the size of the bala though undoubtedly possessed far more power, especially with the aid of verse. With the balas proximity he completed the final phrase to his kido "Hado: Number 31. SHUKKAHO!"
The red projectile shot towards the bala, and in retrospect, towards the charging Arrancar. With a higher inclination towards the demonic arts he was confident that his own strike would easily penetrate the much weaker reiatsu strike shot forth by the giant. Kido was his specialty after all. The Captain did not wait to see if his initial defense was successful or not before grasping his Zanpakuto tightly, pointing its twin tips towards his foe "Keibatsu Hougaku" the reiatsu which comprised of the blades construction wavered for a brief moment as it gathered spiritual energy from its base. A ball of lesser size to his previous projectile, and ivory in color, shot forth towards the abomination at equal pace. Though it would inflict no damage in any shape or form, if successful it would create a small sigil upon the contacted origin. This sigil would be the paving stone for future techniques from Shiro Jajji.

What Hayate had seemingly failed to realise, was that chants took time, and usually alerted those around the caster to the fact that a technique was being prepared. Rudianos, though he was continually launching Bala towards the Captain, knew well enough that he wouldn’t be able to counter it with his own attacks. Thus, he prepared his defence, and held up his Zanpakuto. He would not usually use it, for any offensive or defensive purposes, or any purpose at all – he practically only had it with him for his Resurreccions, and to look scarier. However, he knew he could not afford to underestimate the man before him.
They were both of roughly equal power, but if Hayate could keep Rudianos at a distance, it would be troublesome. Even with his incredible power, there was only so much damage one Arrancar could take, even when their Hierro is incorporated into the equation. He had to keep it close, and he had to keep it personal. The Kido flying at him didn’t help at all – he could guard against the initial impact, but the resulting explosion was a different matter altogether. Rudianos grounded himself as the sphere came rocketing towards him, the flat of his enormous blade held to block it.
The technique made impact, and as Rudianos had predicted, he could not block the full effects of the explosion. His immense weight, combined with his stance, proved enough to stop himself from moving much, but the power of it had still forced him back a good few inches. And, amidst the smoke, and with him being distracted by sheathing his blade once again, Rudianos did not notice the ball of light impact his left shoulder, leaving what was essentially a mark of death. Unaware, he barrelled forward, emerging from the somke and dust, already making a grab for Hayate’s neck.
“I must admit, Soul Reaper,” he growled, “Your capability is commendable. But you seem to have grown senile.” Rudianos looked his opponent dead in the eye, the malice in his own unmistakable, and the evil in them terrifying to the weak and simple-minded. “You used a chant, while I attacked you. You seem to think I do not know how t ready myself against such a simple attack. For such a brilliant man to make such a simple mistake… Even I cannot laugh at that. “ Rudianos’ condescending tone was lost towards the end, his voice becoming notably darker, and far more sinister.

Rain Judgement down, Shiro Jajji!
CAPTAIN ASURA, HAYATE
Although Hayate was faster than the Arrancar, its sheer tenacity and giant build allowed it to essentially "plow" forth despite the attack it had inflicted. Even though the offensive kido contained a fair amount of spiritual power the Captain had made the initial mistake of chanting his incantation out aloud, thus allowing Rudianos sufficient time to prepare a formidable defense......or was it a mistake? It was general knowledge among the Shinigami that a kido could be manifested without the aid of phrase, however, as taught by the Academy tutors both Hado and Bakudo that were versed before execution contained a powerful effect, both damaging and binding. It was no surprise that the Arrancar was ignorant to this understanding.
With the Second Divisions Captain within the Espadas grasp it seemed as if he was at a disadvantage. Whilst Rudianos taunted Hayate in form of insult and daring gaze he contemplated the advantage of his situation. At such close proximity it was nigh impossible for the giant to avoid an attack, yet he had to take into account the natural dexterity of his foe. For this reason he denied himself the use of versed kido as his neck would most likely suffer a fatal blow before he could finish, or even begin, the incantation. And an unversed attack wouldn't possess enough power to break his strong hold. Instead he opted for a more subtle ability. Using his skill in deception and deceit Hayate gasped to "stoke" his opponents ego whilst at the same time raising the tip of his Zanpakuto to the sigil which was printed on its left shoulder. As soon as wakizashi made contact with its target a subtle smile replaced the false sense of panic followed by a simple word "Koumeiseidai Justice". The small white sigil would begin to grow and devour Rudianos's entire huge body in the form of an intricate web consisting of glowing crosses. Once covered a large ivory blast would explode towards the Espada.
He had hoped that this sudden offense would at least loosen the grasp on this throat though if he wasn't so lucky he would take matters into his own hands. Hayate would plant one foot on Rudianos elbow and his opposite hand on its wrist of the same appendage, forcibly pushing both joints against their natural bends. In this moment the Captain used his superior speed to gain some distance from the two, looking upon the rising smoke to see if his assault was a success. This was truly the epitome of an unstoppable force colliding with an immovable object. Hayate didn't know what to expect from the behemoth and stood a steady guard "Your compliments are unnecessary, are as your judgements. You stand before the Captain of the Second Division and Soul Societies Black Ops. A brute like you may possess the strength of a thousand Shinigami......but I possess a skill far beyond your own. Do not assume that force will help you against me" he spoke only half truths in this instance. His opponent was strong. Unnaturally strong paired with an endurance that was possessed by only a select few Captains of the Gotei 13. Hayate had to tread carefully and plan for the worst in every scenario. His biggest advantage at this moment was both his speed and superiority with spiritual techniques. He possessed a higher skill with the sword, but against an Espada that favored his fists such a factor could not be taken into account.

"Your compliments are unnecessary, are as your judgements. You stand before the Captain of the Second Division and Soul Societies Black Ops. A brute like you may possess the strength of a thousand Shinigami......but I possess a skill far beyond your own. Do not assume that force will help you against me
Seraph couldn't help but overhear this when he stepped from the garganta near the fight with book in hand. He just wanted to find a tree and read his book but the clashing of massive reiatsu everywhere ruined his concentration, so he decided to resort to entertaining himself another way, through battle.
He approached to the two in battle recognizing one of the other espada, the 9th in fact. Of course there were others to fight here in the soul society, but none of them were literally around 20 feet from his entry point. Seraphim loved a good battle even if it was a 2 on one. He closed his book and tossed it aside next to some tree. He would come for it later when it was time to go.
"If his are unnecessary, why are you responding in the same manner? If you do greatly surpass him in skill, then im sure you won't mind If I join the fray.", Seraphim said as he slid the loose, white shirt from his top, revealing the black undershirt that hid his number tattoo. He figured it would get in the way. Upon doing so he noticed a glowing white symbol spreading all over the Noveno's body. "Umm... you should get that checked out", Seraphim said, commenting on the growing white sigils on the fellow espada.

Hayate was evidently oblivious to Rudianos’ experience. Of course he knew that a chant would greatly increase its power – however, what Hayate seemed to fail at realising, was that Rudianos would not stand idly by while he called out his attack. He had lived long enough to find a way around that sort of thing, despite his huge frame and – comparatively inferior – speed. It was the very reason he would rarely ever use a Cero, for the sheer fact that anyone quick enough on their feet would not just stand still while waiting to be hit, but would actively try to dodge the attack.
Rudianos’ grip began to tighten slowly, but he himself was being too slow on the ball – he enjoyed watching his enemies suffer, perhaps too much. He wanted to break Hayate, to show him the meaning of despair. But alas, he had activated a technique on the Arrancar, the sudden shock of it allowing for a momentary lapse in concentration. Coincidentally, one just large enough for Hayate to slip through, and for the effect of the technique to take place. Rudianos looked to the white covering his body, his eyes then focussed intently on Hayate, burning with a hatred that could put an exploding star to shame.
Rudianos did not have time to react to being blown six ways to Saturday, having been thrown back by the explosion. Even if the attack had not come close to defeating him, the force of it would still force him off of his feet, despite his massive weight and grounding training. “You fight well, Soul Reaper. Your techniques are most impressive. But you are still a lesser being, an ant to be trodden beneath my heel. I know your kind. I will continue to rain blows upon you, while yours impact me harmlessly. You will know fear by the time this battle is done, Soul Reaper – if your head is not hanging on my mantle, that is.”
Rudianos simply smirked at Hayate stating his position, and crouched slightly, preparing to launch another assault on his foe. “Then allow me to address you properly, captain. But maybe you should know who you speak to as well. I am Rudianos Illyria, ninth Espada among the ten. You judge me to be a mere brute. I shall make you eat those words, Captain, even if you are to be force-fed them. But know this – you seem to me to be a worthy foe. I have not had this privilege in years. As it is you that I have to thanks, I will grant you the mercy of a quick death.”
Rudianos was about to speak further, but Seraphim’s entrance was one he did not welcome. In fact, eh seemed rather irritated at his superior’s arrival on the scene, more than anything. “Seraphim…” he muttered, gritting his teeth as he looked to his comrade, “Your presence around me was not called for. Though I will not dismiss you from this errand, know that he is mine and mine alone to slaughter. I cannot be held accountable for any… stray attacks… that may hit you.” Though Rudianos was under Seraphim in terms of rank, when it came to actual fighting ability, they were roughly even – but now was not the time for insurrection.

Rain Judgement down, Shiro Jajji!
CAPTAIN ASURA, HAYATE
The Second Divisions Captain was lucky in his deception which allowed him to slip past a technique under the Arrancars gaze. Within moments his body was devoured by white sigils which triggered an explosion of ivory energy equivalent to that of a bomb, though against his foe it was nothing taxing with regards to stamina. It was an understatement to say that this behemoth was a beast, a walking fortress. But every defense had its weakness. All that was required was steady observation and a keen eye. The Arrancar introduced himself formally as the ninth espada known as Rudianos Illyria. It seemed there was honor among fiends, rare as it may be.
No sooner were introductions exchanged that another Espada made his position known. The situation had become more troublesome than he had originally anticipated but it was something that could not be avoided. With the increase of threat Hayate prepared to call upon his Zanpakuto and unleash its true form thus increasing the potency of his attacks. Many knew this as 'Bankai'. What he didn't anticipate was the quarrel between 'allies' as both Espada seemed to challenge each other over the right for fighting the Captain which stood before them. Hayates eyes closed for a brief moment and what seemed like an eternity to the bearded Captain would pass by as a mere second for the duo Arrancar. He delved into the depths of his mentality where his Zanpakutos spirit and Inner Hollow resided. This paradise took the form of a small Village of Japanese influence bordering a crater with a small red shrine at its heart. An old man clad in white kimono sat staring at a shoji board, contemplating his next move. His gaze didn't leave the table but his words were directed at the one he had come to serve faithfully "It's your move Asura-sama" the second Division Captain looked upon his spirit with a casual smile as he remembered the first game of shoji they had ever played. To say the least he wasn't very talented at the strategic based game but in time he had grown to understand the value of patience. "You know you cannot win this fight without my power" Hayate sighed at this truth, his spirit was right but there was a risk to using his Bankai. The energy required to sustain such power took its toll on the Captain after awhile and true to form the beast inside exploited his momentary weakness. It was something that had only happened a small handful of times in the past hundred years but each experience ended in turmoil.
"If I really need to call upon your power then I will. If I really need to call on its power then......I must. For Soul Society I must. But I will do what I can do avoid the risk" he placed his hand on a ebony piece then played his move with a smile soon following "Checkmate". The Captain opened his eyes to find the ninth Espada summing up its claim on his territory in the form of Hayate. He was bound by honor to ensure the safety of Soul Society.....even if it cost him his sanity. For now he would endure but if he found himself at an unlikely disadvantage he would unleash his full power......all his power. "Two of you now? The renowned Espadas ranks are about to be reduced by a fifth today. You, Ninth Espada. I am humbled by your kind words of self imposed mercy. I will ensure that I extend the same courtesy to you when you lie motionless at my feet. You'll be given the honor of a clean soul as you pass through the great cycle reborn" his violet gaze shifted to the new arrival "And I will be with you momentarily"

Seraphim wasn't in the mood to deal with prideful comrads. He wanted to fight, not respond to what sounded like a threat from the ninth espada. He glared at the other arrancar with his arms crossed. Frustration built within his chest but he soon dismissed the whole ordeal altogether. " I will intervene if I feel its necesary. Don't toy around and try to finish this quickly.", Seraphim said to his ally, allowing his battle. Honestly he didn't care about his battle, he just wanted a piece of the action. His eyes and attention returned to the captain, noticing slight fluctuations in the man's reiatsu. The peak of the battle was about to reveal itself. The ninth would have to use his resurrecion to keep up with the captain. When Seraphim gets his turn, he would as well. The captain then spoke to seraphim, assuring their fight would be next. Seraphim was pleased by this, and yet disturbed. He never wished death on his allies. Either way, he smiled and replied ," Looking foreward to it."

Rudianos simply stood still while smirking, pleased that the Shinigami had been forced to use his Bankai to keep up with the situation. It had been quite a while since he had last had an excuse to release his Resurreccion - it did not look particularly fancy, but to those who had not fought him before, he would be terrifyingly powerful. "So, this is what you have been driven to, Soul Reaper? Very well then. You shall know the wrath of the Ninth - I assure you, while your death will be quick, it shall be far from painless. Let's go."
"Annihilate, Omega." Rudianos became cloaked in the blood-red energy that his Resurrecion was famed for, completely masking everything but his basic shape from prying eyes. In but a moment, it dispersed, revealing Rudianos in his powered-up form. Now clad with some various pieces of armour covering him, his true power had not yet been revealed - however, he was all too willing to show Hayate just what he was capable of. His basic form had not changed, it should be noted - he wished to intimidate his opponents with his power, not with his appearance. Visual scares only had so much effect - crushing someone's will into pieces was both satisfying, and effective.
"Do you like this form? I must say it's been quite a while since I faced anyone who has forced me reveal my true power. Let's see if you are able to match it. But enough talk. You wish to prove yourself through actions. Then do so." Rudianos ran at his foe, building up speed, as if he was going in for a physical blow. His fist was held back, his eyes were focussed on Hayate's jaw, and it looked as if he intended to leap at the last second. However, whe he was at the last second, he used Sonido.
Rudianos reappeared approximately two feet from Hayate, eyes glowing even more fiercely than before. Th more perceptive would be able to see that he was preparing an attack - those who had fought him before would know he was using his signature attack, the Omega Beam. It was likely that Hayate would be able to dodge the initial attack, but Rudianos highly doubted he was perceptive enough to predict the Omega Beam#s signature ability. In other words, the ability to change direction, mid-attack. The beams shot from his eyes, and with a grin, Rudianos sent them straight for Hayate's heart. In the even he managed to dodge? Rudianos would alter their direction, to attempt to hit his enemy.

Rain Judgement down, Shiro Jajji!
CAPTAIN ASURA, HAYATE
The ninth Espada had drastically turned up the tempo and chose to reveal his true form. He was unimpressed initially as the transformation was simple in terms of aesthetics, it was a minor change with the exception of a few pieces of armor. But the increase in energy was undeniable, this is why he had been branded an Espada. Those who fought around the 9th Espada and the 2nd Captain would feel the sudden increase in pressure, a heavy sensation weighing down on those who possessed insufficient power. Hayate felt the brunt on this pressure as he was the closest to its source. He grit his teeth knowing that he could not win this fight without unleashing his full power, an even scarier thought was that his demon could exploit any weakness present. It was a double edged sword.
Rudianos was a lot stronger in this form. There was no denying that fact. But his speed suffered no benefit to this transformation though this did not deter the giant from gaining the upper hand in a moment of mild confusion. As a practitioner of deception Hayate felt a sense of shame as he was bested by a simple diversion, the old one - two step, as the ninth espada fired a concentrated beam of energy from its eyes. They hurt to say the least as each beam slammed into his abdomen. It was inevitable, he needed to stop holding back least he be caught at a disadvantage "Fine...seems I can't erase you without fighting you properly" Hayate quickly increased the distance between the two with the aid of Shunpo. The Captain placed his palm on the Zanpakutos blade before muttering the words that unleashed a Death Gods true power "Ban.......kai." A bright ivory light erupted from both the Captain and his weapon and much like his adversary there was little physical change. The twin blades of the shikai form merged into one, changing its initial energy form into a single long white steel blade. This was then covered by a second, thicker reiatsu coating which was slightly longer than the physical base. Compared to other bankai Hayates transformation was less than dramatic, but it was efficient to his benefit "Kamigami Shiro Jajji Gods White Judge". He spun the blade in his hand so that the tip pointed towards the ground then thrust down. This motion triggered an ability specific to his Bankai and once the blades tip hit the surface a large white pillar made of energy burst upwards. This pillar stood at 15 meters and contained a radiant light "Keibatsu Chuuseki Judgement Pillars" the words escaped his lips in delight. It had been awhile since he fought to this capacity.
OOC: I hadn't unlocked my bankai but since it was mentioned i just used it anyway
