~After all the talk with Ryou, Rukia was starting to think she did need a break, a really nice one. Just so she could have a chance to relax, calm down and NOT think about anything Soul Reaper related. Plus she hoped it might help with her other issue, although not knowing exactly what it was didn't ease her mind. Now the question was, what did she do to free herself up? And than it hit her? Rin had mentioned something about Avalon, and that they could go another time, Rukia wondered if another time would be now? Couldn't hurt to ask the Kibo Corp Captain now could it?
Smiling softly, she checked over her desk, making sure everything she needed done was and put away. Before she made her way out and along the corridor. Taking in a breath, her mind still reeling over what her and Ryou-sama had been talking about, once he managed to get her to open up. Slightly. She did trust him, just it took time to even act on that trust, but he at least proved he was understanding. That was a big thing with her.
Shaking her head, she decided that right now, she wasn't going to think about anything troubling her. Or at least try, Rukia was pretty sure it was going to stay on her mind for awhile. That insight alone made her groan, before she briefly closed her eyes, taking in a breath and allowing her body to relax. Slowly opening the violet hues as she moved along the corridor, looking out as she spotted others going about their day. Coming finally to a halt outside Rin's quarters and inhaled. Reaching her hand up and knocked against the door, following it with her voice. Keeping it soft for now.~"Captain Minatsuki, it's Lieutenant Kuchiki."

It had been a couple of days since Lieutenant Kuchiki and Rin had spoken in her office. Rin, of course had been a busy body, trying to squeeze in several other Captains and Lieutenants in at a short time, although she thought it was well worth it in the end. The only bad thing about her taking so much time talking with these Captains and Lieutenants is that she had gotten horribly back-logged on the paper work which she actually enjoyed doing. So, due to this she had woken up two hours earlier this morning and gotten hard to work at filling out paper work. She was wearing her traditional Captain's robes, and had a pot of tea along with four tea cups, one of them occupied with her own tea in it, because she was always prepared for quests. Just at the end of signing off on her last piece of paper work, there was a soft knocking on her door. Her ears perking up to the voice of none other than Rukia Kuchiki. Getting up from her desk she adjusted her robes.
She walked across the space as she made it to the door, opening it, her body language heavily suggesting she was happy to see the Lieutenant. "Ahhhhh! Lieutenant Kuchiki! I am happy to see you!" She exclaimed, stepping out of the way of the door to let the Lieutenant in. Her quarters were very much unlike other Captains quarters, it had the same portions of their rooms but was drastically different in its layout. from a foot off the floor to the top of the ceiling were wall to wall book shelves, all made of a rich mahogany. The only blank spaces of wall were the two corners of the opposite side of the room, which were empty for two super comfy looking chairs and a small end table beside each chair. The chairs standing out with a rich purple that really stood out from the color of the book shelves. Once her attention was brought to the desk it was made from the same wood the book shelves were, and looked truly impressive as if it weighed several hundred pounds due to the massiveness of it. The desk neat, with in and out boxes for her paper work and several books strewn across it, ranging from the Kido arts, to even books on sword play which she was extremely weak in, even a few fiction books that were just there for fun.
The room had soothing scents, from the smell of old books, the natural smell of the wood and the black-vanilla tea that had only been brewed with in the hour. Rin loved to keep her space very accommodating and perhaps peaceful places to be, since this is where she spent a majority of her time. "Ah, please do come in Rukia, make your self at home!" She exclaimed again, getting excited, letting Rukia in and closing the door behind her as she made her way over to her desk. Sitting in a very plush leather chair, as there was three chairs on the other side of her desk, much matching the plush leather that she was now sitting in. Grabbing the tea pot she poured Rukia a cup of tea, and put it within arms reach of any of the three chairs she decided to sit in, as she spoke again. "So what brings you to my division today, Rukia? Finally ready to take a bit of a vacation?" She asked, guessing that was the case since Rin could also feel that she needed a much needed vacation after two years without having a legitimate one, and especially the strain social interaction had taken on her the last few days.

~As the door was opened and Rin seemed a little more excited, Rukia couldn't help the blush that appeared. Looking down a moment, before she finally nodded and stepped into her quarters. Lifting her head to look around, but seeing the books had her eyes widening slightly. If she ever wanted to get away and hopefully not be found, she just found a safe place. Than again she could get lost, and forget her duties as well with so many books. Shaking her head and pushing the thoughts for now, turning her attention back to Rin and smiled softly to the Captain.~"It is good to see you again Rin-sama, I do apologize again for you needing to leave. Actually, my Captain turned out to be a good listener, which was nice."
~Following the Captain, Rukia took a moment to look around once again, before taking the first chair. Relishing the comfort and allowing her body to relax completely. Paperwork was done, plus she had a feeling her Captain wouldn't push her to do much at the moment, at least if she couldn't be calm. Seeing the tea, she inhaled and reached to take it, nodding in thanks before taking a few sips. Blinking a moment to the words, before wondering if she had come at a bad time, but Rin seemed genuine pleased with the company.~ "I'm not catching you at a bad time am I? Wasn't sure when you might be busy or free and just took a chance."
~Taking another sip of the tea, the warmth and aroma helping to ease her mind a little more. The question having her blushing slightly, before she looked down and nodded in acknowledgement.~ "I actually was looking to see about that vacation, even for just a few hours I am sure it would help. But only if your not busy, I won't keep you from your work." ~Making sure she made it clear, she would never bother someone if they were busy, but something told her, Rin would do it anyhow and she sighed. Sitting back and for now just enjoying the tea.~

It was nice to see that her Captain's attitude had changed, or at least from what she had heard from Rukia this was the was the case. Even at the time she was there with Rukia it seemed she was also getting annoyed with her Captain, but it seemed what ever was availing her and him had settled things down. "That's good to here, about Captain Kurosawa." She said, keeping the hints of bitterness out of her voice since the first encounter between the two had not gone as planned. Since she could still picture his eyes which seemed to have a killing intent to them, then again who knew? Maybe she was just exaggerating what she had seen. Although she highly doubted it, due to her photogenic memory. As they had taken their respective seats Rukia spoke up, wondering if she caught her at a bad time. "Oh no no no. I actually woke up early today to get my paper work done." She said, waving her hand back and forth, as if she was brushing off the question. Then she grabbed her cup of tea and brought it to her lips. The steam from the cup wafting around the figure of her head as she sipped at it, then placed it back down on its saucer.
Looking across the table she watched Rukia do the same. As Rukia once again spoke up, seeing her blush she could only smile and let out a light chuckle. It was sad, if only everyone around her could see her facial features to show how she was feeling, things would go so much easier between her and other people. With the asking of her question Rin reached into her robes, and pulled out the book mark, and before their very eyes it transformed into her sword, which mimicked the colors of her book mark. The hilt all white, and the entire rest of the sword pure black. "I am not busy at all, and I was thinking the same thing to be honest." She said with a smile on her face as she whispered a command. "Knowledge is Power, Choksaku." She said as the sword turned into a black book. It was a large black leather bound book, a foot in length, eight inches across and had a six inch depth. Slowly it laid itself on the table, as she smiled to Rukia. "My Shikai, a black leather bound book, which contains an infinite amount of pages, and all my memories." She left the explanation of her shikai at that, since there was darker secrets to her shikai, that she wasn't going to indulge anyone in.
Getting up and out of her chair she stepped into the empty space in the middle of her room. Holding the black book in her hand, once again whispering out another phrase. "Wisdom begins in wonder, Choksaku." Her one book started replicating into dozens of books. All of various sizes, shapes, colors, and even titles, the books changing shapes, sizes, and colors about every twenty seconds. Now she was calling the book in question to memory, as suddenly the book of Avalon floated down into her hands. Smiling at Rukia she opened the book and whispered another phrase. "Educate our enemies, Choksaku." Without warning, Rukia and Rin were sucked into the world of Avalon. All trace of them suddenly disappearing from the spiritual world, and into the world of Avalon. There was no way for Rukia to get out, and no way for anyone else to get in. They could practically stay in here indefinitely. As long as Rukia wanted to stay, the minute Rukia didn't want to stay than she would gladly let the two out. They were transported to Avalon, Rin and Rukia now standing beside each other, as she looked over to Rukia her eyes filled with wonder. "The power of my Bankai, Rukia." She said, as she placed one hand on Rukia's shoulder, her body suggesting that she was enamored at the place.

~Rukia had a feeling, Rin still wasn't too keen on her Captain, and could completely understand. But she was being honest, in the fact that things changed once Rin had left. He was more or less not so goofy and got a little serious, but in a friendly way. She really did take time to think about what all he had said to her, what all he tried to convey to her. Which was why she needed this time away, a chance to not worry about things or having people constantly asking for things. It would give her a chance to think and hopefully get something more established about what was going on. Before seeking any further help.
A smile staying on her face, when Rin waved off being at a bad time. Rather glad the woman wasn't busy. Although, the mention of getting up early to get things done didn't sound too thrilling. But such was how some people did things she supposed. Sipping the tea and allowed the scent and warmth to further soothe her body and mind. Taking a moment to look over the office again, before completely giving Rin her attention.~ "Great minds think alike today it seems." ~Finding it ironic they both wanted to get away the same day. Here eyes watching as Rin once again pulled out the sword and commanded it, just watching in awe at this. Blinking at the black book before hearing it was Rin's Shikai.~ "Now that I wouldn't of though, interesting a book is your Shikai not to mention contain so much from your own person itself."
~The smile still present, watching the woman carefully, listening as she again called out a command. Her eyes widening as book after book began appearing, with no two looking the same at all. Though seeing the book of Avalon suddenly just float to Rin's hands had her arching a brow. Yet before she could say anything, Rin spoke again and they both got sucked into the pages. Much to the shock of the Lieutenant.~ "Where...where are we?." ~Her voice soft, yet an undertone of curiosity was evident, as her violet eyes took in the sight before them. Hearing that was the Bankai's power she looked at Rin in shock, before a smile appeared. Nodding her head softly and turned to look back out over the view, which had her in awe all over again.~ "This is amazing Rin, I never knew you held such a power I can't imagine you ever want to leave the book you disappear into." ~Turning her head some she scanned over the land a moment, before thinking of a question that just popped into her head.~ "So we can go to any location here and do anything or are their certain limitations for one inside a book?"
~As she looked back around, Rukia couldn't help smiling even more at the sight, remembering it all clearly from reading about it. It is a place of mystery and rich in traditions. It is known as the "Isle of Apples". ~ "It is said that this was the final resting place for King Arthur. The mountains, waters, even the country side itself are to be enchanted. But none find it easily, only if it wished and the finder is true of heart. Or I believe that was one idea. But look at this place, it's even more enchanting than what you read described."

After hearing Rukia speak about the power of her Bankai, Rin had put her hands on her hips as she stood there rather triumphantly, feeling a little full of herself because a very few people had experienced her Bankai. it had been two years since she used it, and she used it to save many lives during the invasion, sucking in a bunch of allies to save their lives. "Sometimes, I find it hard too. I can jump into any book I've ever read. Moby Dick, Troy, Avalon, Star Wars, anywhere I want to go." She said, as she watched Rukia's eyes scan the land they were on. The ocean waves sloshing behind them, and the feel of sand beneath their sandaled feet. Rukia asked another question, and she answered promptly. "We can go anywhere that has been covered in the pages of the book, I cannot recreate places that haven't already been discussed previously. Where ever you desire to go in Avalon, we can go there. There is no limitations to how long we stay here, we technically could stay here till we die, but its more or less linked to me."
She trailed off, her head looking around the area taking in the sights. "As long as you are a willing member of this world, we can stay in here as long as you wish. After a certain period of time if you become unwilling I can only keep you in here forcefully for a limited period of time before we our kicked out..." She exclaimed some of the limitations of her Bankai, allies could stay in here for hours, maybe even days if she was strong enough to endure, but an enemy she could only keep in here for a short period of time, since it was usually an unwilling transaction. "I can also summon one character from the book, if you so desired it, other than that, everyone here is an NPC, and more or less won't interact with us, almost as if were not even here. The book goes on, even if there is interferences with the outside world." She said, taking her hand off the shoulder of Rukia. Taking in the beauty of the landscape, the world, and the smell of the salt-water ocean behind them. "Really, this is a beautiful place, good choice Rukia. I have yet to step into this land, yet." She said visibly happy with the choice.

~Rukia was still in awe, but completely listening as Rin spoke unable to not smile. If she had a bankai it couldn't compare to be able to leave the real world, even for a short time. How many times in the past did she wish to just escape? Nodding she was glad to see that Rin had such a variety to use as her personal escape and smiled a little more. Turning to look at her once again as she explained a little more about how it worked being inside the book. Thinking about where she wanted to go, before the castle of King Arthur came into her mind and she giggled.~ "Hmm perhaps we can find Arthurs castle, now that I wouldn't mind seeing upclose instead of just in words."
~The whole idea of this was still amazing to her, though as Rin once again explained Rukia took each of it in. Wanting to make sure she understood how the Captain's bankai really worked. Nodding once more and exhaling a little.~ "I suppose all bankai have their limits but this one ahs to be the most amazing I have seen. I could really be in trouble knowing we can do this now Rin I hope you know." ~Smiling some at the other woman, before once again taking in the scene. The crashing waves were heavenly and she wiggled her feet in the sand, even with the sandals. Though at the mention of summoning a character from the book she let her eyes go wide.~ "Your serious? Man I wouldn't even know who to ask to bring forth on that one, way to many characters to want to meet." ~Shaking her head once more she smiled nodding about it being beautiful and was glad Rin approved of her choice.~

Rin's shoulders perked up and her back had gotten a little straighter at the mention of Arthurs castle, a place she had actually been to several times, and it was one of her favorite places to visit. "Arthurs castle is beautiful, I've actually been there several times myself." She said, not really rubbing in the fact. Then after she mentioned this Rukia spoke again, saying Rin might be in trouble knowing that her Bankai had this kind of power. Turning her entire body towards Rukia her back was straight and she clapped her hands excitedly, speaking after she spoke. "The good thing about this place, is that.. no one can find us here. The minute we came in here, our spiritual energy disappeared from Soul Society." She said with a giddiness to her voice.
Rukia was also smiling, clearly happy with her choice to come to Avalon, her friend was even more excited when she realized that she could summon characters from her books. Well, at least one character at least, when she summoned the character they would interact with them. Her body, in a clearly happy demeanor, she grabbed Rukia by both of her shoulders and called out. "Educate our Enemies, Choksaku." As suddenly Rukia and Rin vanished from the beach edge, not even leaving a foot print in the sand. As the suddenly were transported to a green lush land in another part of Avalon. She took her hands off of Rukia before she spoke. "Behold, King Arthurs castle." She said with a smile on her face, the castle truly massive and beautiful as the bridge of the castle suddenly came clashing down, and a small wave of horse driven Knights came bursting out of the gates and passed them as if they didn't even exist, which really they didn't. But it was surprising how they could interact with the world.
Grabbing Rukia by the sleeve of her robes she led her across the moat, and into the castle, deciding to take them into the armory, which at this moment was vacant. Grabbing a sword off of one of the racks, as she swung it one handed. "Isn't this amazing? Anywhere you've ever read, you can visit. Without even leaving Soul Society..." She trailed off, as she placed the sword back on its rack, standing there, letting Rukia take in the sets of armor, swords, shields, etc, it was truly an amazing sight. "I think you can guess how I spent my last two years of seclusion away from everyone else. It isn't that hard when you can go anywhere. This is also a good place to train, you can taste your limits without worrying about destroying anything." She said, stating some facts, since she had come here to practice Kido many times after becoming Captain. Although there wasn't a doubt in her mind that Rukia knew that Rin extremely lacked in one area, which was definitely swordsmanship. She wasn't the Kido Captain for nothing. "So, Rukia, what do you think? It can't get any better, can it?"
Oddly enough, even if they were on this temporary vacation, she felt like she had something she wanted to tell Rukia. About the real extent of her abilities. How she could absorb peoples memories, and if they died, even absorb their entire bodies. Completely taking them out of the cycle of death and rebirth. Her previous Captain and Lieutenant allowed her to do this, she had gotten their permission before both of them perished in the Invasion. The only people who knew about her powers were the 1st Division Captain, and it was something that she was told to keep secret, due to the nature of it, although so far she had, and she felt Rukia was a close enough friend she could indulge her in this. Ah, sorry, I was just thinking about something don't mind me." She blurted out, realizing she was thinking too much, and needed to enjoy herself more.

~Rukia's eyes widened wheh Rin spoke of going to the castle more than once, pursing her lips almost jealous. But she was just happy to see someone else who had similar tastes with her.~ "Your serious? You've gone there already and more than once. Man I am in serious trouble, you and me are too alike I think Rin." ~Blinking a little as she clapped her hands, but her words had Rukia a little nervous suddenly. Disappeared? So that meant they would be wondering where they were and no doubt thinking the worse about two suddenly vanishing. Right?"Wait? Won't they be worried if we completely vanish? I mean what happened the other times you did this?" ~Suddenly a little worried, but would wait and see what Rin said, trusting her on this subject
Her mind in a daze, but as they continued she felt hands on her shoulder. Before they were gone and suddenly a massive yet gorgeous castle stood before her. Those violet hues widened and she pursed her lips in awe.~ "Oh.My! Rin this is...amazing. I can't believe I'm standing here staring at the castle, I've only ever just read about." ~Looking around and moved some, taking in everything she was seeing and hearing just in shock. But still completely thrilled with this. Suddenly feeling a pull she let Rin lead her, looking over at the moat than up. Unable to not be shocked as they walked into the castle, before making it to the armour and she smiled a little more. Watching Rin take a sword and actually giggled.
Slowly, she let her talk, listening but moving her hands along the cold metal. Picking up one of the swords, surprised by the weight, before setting it back and looking at the armor itself. Nodding some and looked back to Rin when she mentioned spending two years in seclusion. Smirking some almost wishing they had known each other than, going anywhere, into any book away from everyone. It sounded perfect.~ "Too bad we didn't know each other than, I would of come with you. Not matter where you went. But this is really amazing Rin." ~Blinking a little when Rin mentioned the training, but than it did make sense and she smiled. It was all so perfect she couldn't help being in shock.~ "You are really outdoing yourself Rin. But come on, lets go explore I'm dying to see more of this place."

It was nice to see that her and Rukia were a lot more alike then they ever could of thought. Down to the fact that they shared similar interests and it seemed that even Rukia was known to pick up a book or two which was just lovely. It was also nice to see the shock that Rukia could experience for things such as these. Both the Captain Minatsuki and Lieutenant Kuchiki had experienced things already out of this world and had traveled to other worlds on missions before, but to make your own world right out of a book? To go anywhere between its pages and recreate all this? Truly, it was amazing, and something Rukia had never witnessed in a Bankai yet, which could only make Rin smile internally that she could have a Bankai and Shikai that was much different than other Shinigami. Or at least, that's what she could assume from Rukia, since she was almost positive that Rukia was a lot more familiar with the Captains and their abilities than Rin could be.. at the moment. It wasn't until they had reached the armory, and Rukia asked to explore the rest of the castle that Rin decided to answer her questions.
"Ya know, I don't think anyone will really miss us to much, and its only for a few hours right? I got all my paper work done, you got all your work done I am assuming, so, what do they need us for?" She asked in a giddy tone, as they passed through the armory and into a kitchen. Were cooks, servants etc were preparing a meal for the King that was more than likely to take place later in the day. Stepping through the Kitchen they entered into the main dining hall. Which was lined with a most beautiful table, goblets set along the seats, fancy silver dinnerware and places that were bigger than your head. It was a truly beautiful sight to see, and she continued to talk to Rukia. "Honestly, I've never been personally missed or questioned where I've gone. I am a Captain, and you are a Lieutenant. The only person who has really any right to ask of our whereabouts is the 1st Division Captain, or your Captain Kurosawa." She said, with a rather non-nonchalant way. Moving her hands this way and that as she walked. Taking in the rich colors of the floor, the paintings that adorned the wall, and all the medieval dinnerware. Stopping at the end of them, she figured they'd stay in here a few moments longer to let Rukia really take it in.
"It really is a shame that we didn't meet sooner Rukia. I've always known about you, but you've always been ahead of me..." "Until by chance I was given this rank recently She thought to herself after she said what she said to Rukia. "I always felt that I had no right to speak to higher ups I suppose, especially since I was part of the Kido Corps and we were supposed to remain rather secretive. Although I didn't make any friends in there... really, besides books." She huffed out, as she leaned herself against the decorative wall, and bent one leg at the knee, putting her sandaled. foot on the wall behind her. "Oh well, whats done is done. All that matters is we are friends now, and we have plenty of books to explore, at our leisure..... And when ever we just need to take a break, even if its only an hour at a time." She said rather happily, glad that she could find a friend to explore these books with, although she had always been content to explore these books on her own. Often taking on one of the characters as a companion to keep her company through the pages of these books.

~This was beyond anything, Rukia could of ever dreamed of, I mean she didn't know a Bankai could do this. So of course she was shocked beyond anything at the moment. Letting out a breath as she took in every detail, still amazed from when she had read about it, to see it up close and personally. It made it all the more amazing and unique. Unable to keep the smile from he face, seeing a few people walking about, but still the fact they weren't seen or noticed was cool. Rukia couldn't imagine causing any kind if damage to the story, from being here, so knowing they weren't was a peaceful bit of knowledge. Looking over to Rin when she finally answered about being missed, arching a brow rather shocked. But while Rin explained, she started to agree why they wouldn't really be missed.~ "That is actually good. I just was worried we'd come back to chaos or some ticked off fellow officers. But you do have a point about why they wouldn't really look for us."
~Looking around the kitchen, the smells heavenly, it made Rukia almost want to try some of the food. But that wasn't possible so she followed Rin on out, just smiling softly and taking it all in still. Those eyes a little wider at the dining hall, just the display was amazing in itself. Shaking her head, still amazed she was here, and seeing this for real. Moving to join Rin leaning against the wall, while the rest of the book and its characters continued on. Hearing her words, Rukia turned to look at Rin with a bigger smile and gave her a soft nod.~"I have to agree. It would of been nice for us to meet sooner. But perhaps it's just fate stepping in finally to let us meet. I'm glad either way." ~Listening to her continue and smiled, suddenly thinking about all the books, the various places and people. It was a little overwhelming, but still gave her another alternative if she ever needed a break.~ "I will certainly take you up on this again. Just have to figure out what book, or maybe we should check out a place you enjoy. Come on, this food is making me hungry, lets keep going and see the rest of this castle."

She merely nodded to what Rukia said as she didn't speak or answer back since there was really nothing to say at the moment. Rin stopped leaning against the wall and stepped into a hall way of the castle. Fashioned with the most beautiful of carpets, paintings hanging along the walls of the hall way, glass cases which contained rare pieces of china, sets of dented armor from famous battles, and all kinds of fancy swords. It was truly a beautiful sight as they walked down the hall way, she stepped into some of the rooms. The room were all guest rooms, meant for sleeping. All of them containing four post beds with beautiful drapery, and the finest of woods used in everything along with more paintings. Closing the rooms one at a time, as they stepped into them and briefly gave them a look they made it to the end of the hall way and into the King's Chamber. Where his throne rested along with the Queens throne. There was no one in the room currently, and she hurried on ahead with Rukia close behind.
As she sat herself in the plush throne. "We don't exist here, and its beautiful we can experience all this without ever disturbing the book. We can sit on his throne, and you can sit on the Queen's throne, and they'd never be the wiser." She said, putting a bit of a snob voice on as she gave a laugh at the way she was acting only cause she was sitting in the throne. "I can't wait till we visit Rome, at least Rome how it was supposed to be. To actually experience a Gladiator fight is thrilling, and something I've only experienced in books. It's absolutely breath taking when you can actually sit in the stands and experience it all." She uttered out, as she shook her hand back and forth. Suddenly, and without warning a loud growl released itself from her stomach, and she grasped her stomached. "Uhh oh.. I guess you weren't the only one who thought the food smelt good." She finally admitted, as she looked over to Rukia who was still taking in the beautiful sights of the room.

~Rukia honestly was just so damn shocked by all of this. She didn't need to talk to anyone on what she was feeling, it was clearly written all over her face. Smiling some before they pushed off from the wall, moving from the dining room and continued this little amazing tour. And surprisingly she didn't even think about what was going on, what was bothering her for right now. Not her mind was on being in the castle and taking in everything while they could stay there. It wasn't till they got to the throne room she couldn't help smirking some. Watching Rin mostly.~
"You are enjoying this more than I am." ~Softly laughing before moving to try out one of the thrones, sitting there letting her eyes close and sighed. This really wasn't anything she imagined and still she was having so much fun and enjoying this.~ "You seriously are spoiling me Rin, I'm going to want to escape more than I should now you know that." ~Looking over at her when she spoke about Rome, arching a brow, but going there would be interesting as well. The mention of a Gladiator fight had her smiling a little more.~
"Oh yes, I am seriously, seriously going to be introuble hanging out with you. But ya know what, this...all of this makes it so worth it. And Rome sounds wonderful." ~Unable to stop the laughing when Rin's stomach starting growling and just shook her head, but damn it the food did smell so good. What she wouldn't give to try it.~ "Too bad we can't sample the food in the different books."

It was lovely to see that Rukia was enjoying herself just as much as Rin was, or possibly even more since this was her first time being in King Arthur's castle, or visiting the beautiful land of Avalon. Seeing Rukia sit down in the Queens throne only made her smile wider, as Rukia mentioned how much she was getting spoiled. The Rukia continued to speak, talking about the two getting in trouble because of all the time Rukia was planning on spending with her, that all of this made it worth it, and that Rome sounded wonderful. Rukia's laugh soon filling the room because of her rumbling stomach. As Rukia mentioned that it was to bad they couldn't sample the food in the books. "It really is quiet a shame, but my powers can only do so much... for now~." She said with a hint of mischievousness in her voice. Maybe it was only a matter of time before her Bankai got stronger and she learned a new ability that they could actually eat the food, well, some day at least. "Well Rukia, I hate to leave as much as you do, but, how about we get a bite to eat?" She said as an another book suddenly appeared in her lap, and suddenly Rukia along with Rin were sucked back into the book.
Spilling out feet first into the human world, Rin, had landed on her feet, but suddenly took a knee and she practically collapsed. She put a hand out to Rukia to prevent her from helping her up, as she let out a gentle pant. "Phew... sorry, I didn't realize how much that took out of me...." She said, getting a few more deep breaths in as she clutched her stomach. "I am gonna have to make sure not to do that on an empty stomach again, I think that's why it took a lot more out of me than usual." She said, as she finally made it to her feet but was a bit wobbly. She called for one of her subordinates, ordering several food items enough for her and Rukia and it would be set up in the adjoining room.Grabbing onto Rukia's sleeve they entered through another door in her room and entered into a room much like the last one.
Although this one had book shelves going around the entire room, opposed to stopping at the desk like her own office. In the center was placed a large table, made from the same wood that the book shelves were. As there was already a bottle of sake waiting for them and a pot filled with steaming tea. On the table rested an already made appetizer of crab ragoons, egg rolls, and sushi. The main course would take a little longer. Sitting down at the table she poured herself and Rukia a cup of tea, deciding to let the sake wait unless Rukia made a move for it. "Well, our little vacation was only an hour or two, but I hope you enjoyed it none-the-less." She said, bringing the tea to her lips, as she grabbed her chop sticks, grabbing one of the pieces of sushi and dipping it into some soy sauce before plopping it into her mouth.
"Oh, and by the way. This room is sound proof, and has no windows. It means we won't get any unexpected visitors." She said, as she then gave a gentle laugh, poking fun at Rukia's Captain who she still had a little bitterness for, especially after their harsh encounter, although Rukia had told her upon first meeting her a couple hours ago that her Captain wasn't has bad as he seemed. Rin could take Rukia's word for it, but she'd be more convinced if her own eyes came upon the Captain that Rukia had seen upon her leaving.

~To Rukia, this was enough to make her mind forget about the issues plaguing her. So she was welcoming the distraction for a change, hell she had even since exploring the castle pushed it all aside. Sitting in the throne, smirking slightly to what her brother, or even Ichigo would say if they saw her. Though the latter would probably tease her if she knew Ichigo like she did. Letting out a breath as she closed her eyes, letting her imagination have a little time to play for a change. Though as Rin began speaking, Rukia opened her eyes and looked over at the Captain, with a raised brow. Catching the tone in her voice, she could only bet the woman was working on furthering her Bankai powers. Just as Rin asked about getting food, Rukia's stomach growled once more and she blushed before nodding her head.~"That answers your question I suppose."
~Looking to the book, before feeling them once more being sucked into the pages. Landing on her feet, back in Rin's office she had turned seeing the woman drop. But the hand up stopped her and she frowned slightly, hoping she was alright and not realizing they had been gone so long. Though as Rin spoke she smiled slightly.~ "That probably wasn't the smartest thing to do. So now we both should remember to eat before traveling though stories." ~Watching as she called a subordinate before moving to join Rin in another part of the quarters. Rather surprised to see what she had there, but wasn't about to complain either. The scent and sight of food now had her even more hungry than she had been.~ "I really did enjoy the trip, thank you for that Rin id did help me." ~A soft smile came to her face, before grabbing some chopsticks and taking a piece of sushi herself. Needing something on her stomach before she drove everyone nuts with it growling.
Hearing the mention of the room, Rukia arched a brow, finishing up the bite before smiling.~ "That is nice to know." ~Smirking some, she moved to grab a crab ragoon, sighing softly, her mind rather calm and relaxed for the time being. So she was going to enjoy this peace while she could, leaning back in the chair, finishing the bite and moving to take a sip of tea. Those violet hues closing for a brief moment, yes that had done her some good, so she hoped this small reprieve would last a little while.~
