Name: Buresu O Kurushimeru (Plague Breath)
Description:: Shin's standard ability. He gathers up a large amount of miasma into his staff, and then releases it in a wave by swinging, slashing, spinning, or stabbing with any part of Ekibyou towards the target. The miasma is poisonous and dangerous, and fairly fast. When it comes into contact with any target, that target begins to rot and putrify before dying from the disease if the object was alive. The miasma can't change direction however, so Shin has to manually hit the target.
Name: Poison Expertise
Description: When he learned Shikai, Ekibyou gave him the knowledge and expertise to craft and prepare various poisons and antidotes. He can create various poisons for different missions, however he can only create them with the right tools and ingredients, and must usually prepare them before being sent out on a mission. Also, most of the poisons he creates he applies to his blade or to another object at close range, meaning using them at long range is impossible.
Name: Dansu o kurushimeru: Semi (Plague Dance: Locusts)
Range: Short, Medium or Long
Description: One of his more unique abilities. By channeling his reiatsu into the blade and swinging it, Shin can create a massive swarm of locusts to slow down, wound and kill his enemies. Each of these locust are actually a small part of his reiatsu, and the number he creates depends on how much body mass they have, which indicates how much reiatsu is needed. Because locust are small, Shin not only prefers this dance, but also can create a larger amount than virtually any of the other dances. In total, he can create at least a few thousand. However, when one of the locust die, he uses up that little amount of reiatsu, so if too many are destroyed he is likely to fall from exhaustion.
Name: Dansu o kurushimeru: Nezumi (Plague Dance: Rats)
Range: Short, Medium of Long
Description: The next version of the dances, in which instead of summoning locust, he calls upon swarms of rats to maim and kill his enemies. This dance follows the same restrictions as the first one. Shin usually does not use this dance, however, due to the fact that the rats are significantly larger than locust, which means not only can he make less, but they take up more reiatsu, and he is left exhausted quicker.
Black: This ability needs to be toned down dramatically. If you hit someone on the head with this, then their head will rot away. You're not Barragan, you're a third seat. Also, this ability will require restrictions ie, will it work on someone more powerful than you? It's all reiatsu after all, it probably wouldn't. All in all, I'm tempted to simply deny this ability off the bat due to how ridiculously overpowered it could be. But try and make some adjustments.
Green: No. Just, no. This is paramount to you getting more than the four original abilities, and I'm not going to let it past as a Shikai ability. If you want something like this, throw "Knowledge of Poisons and Antidotes" or something like it into the Weapons section of the application, but I'm not approving this ability for Shikai.
Brown: Am I to assume that these rats have the same effect as the locusts upon destruction, to leave him exhausted? And to a greater degree due to the bigger reiatsu used to summon them? Make this aspect clear.
