Name: Konpeki no Senkou ("Azure Flash" in Japanese)
Type: Offensive
Cost: Low-Moderate; depends on whether Katsuo charges it, or not
Range: Long
Description: From either hand, Katsuo can shoot a ball of blue fire toward an opponent. If he charges it (takes 1 post for half charge, 2 posts for complete), its explosive capabilities and temperature are increased. It's maximum size is 1 foot in diameter. Though this is primarily a long range attack, Katsuo has been known to use it in conjunction with swordplay to catch his opponent off-guard, though the explosion also effects him; although only the impact due to his control of his own flames. Should the fireball hit the opponent, it can cause mild-severe burns and send them flying as it explodes. Of course, if his opponent has a significantly higher hankou than Katsuo's seijuu, they won't take very much damage. Should the opponent have double or more hankou than his seijuu, they can pretty much swat the fireball away, though it would still explode.

Description: For one post, the flame aura surrounding Katsuo's body turns to actual flame, able to burn enemies on contact. He has enough control over these flames that he can decide on what they burn, hence why he doesn't burn himself when this technique is used. Since it involves forcing his Reiatsu outside of his body for a moment, it is mildly draining, and dangerous to use consecutively. The flames can cause up to third degree burns with prolonged contact, although those with significantly higher hankou (+5 or more) than Katsuo's seijuu won't take as much damage.
