Cost: Medium Cost. Kisame's kidou ability is weakened while maintaining the seal and he is limited to 30's or lower kidou.

Description: If target has been wounded by Karite, Kisame can forgive the Reiryoku debt in exchange for sealing one of the target's abilities. This technique can be held for 3 posts. Abilities that can be sealed include Instant Regeneration, specific Zanpaktou Techniques, Cero's, Kidou, and Step techniques. Can only be used on techniques Kisame has prior knowledge of, not techniques target hasn't shown.
