| [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Words: 591 Tags: Isabel She had just arrived in Japan, and it was everything she was hoping it would be. Everything was so... Japanese! Isabel didn't really know how else to explain any of it. She had been a lot of places, but not to Japan, and she hadn't been any place that was quite like it. It was that way in her head at least. It wasn't like it was a completely different world. Isabel was just a little overly excited, but that was just how she was most of the time. It shouldn't have really been a surprise to see how she was acting if anyone knew her. Of course, no one here knew her, so she was somewhat scaring some of the locals.
The quincy was running from one side of the street to the other, approaching people that didn't really want anything to do with her. She didn't take up much of their time though. They all got roughly ten seconds of her time. The ten seconds consisted of two seconds of silent smiling. The smile was followed up by an English greeting, because she didn't know any Japanese so it was the next best thing. She didn't know she was doing it, but she was mixing her English with French and German along with some Spanish, all said with that thick accent that made it even harder for her to be understood. Her ten seconds was finished off by a wave or a bow depending on which one she felt like doing at the time. With those three things done she would move on to the next new stranger unless one told her to stay or had something interesting to say to her. So far that hadn't happened though. Isabel's attitude hardly seemed drained from that fact at all though.
After doing this dozens and dozens of times, over and over, Isabel was quickly stopped before she reached her next target. There was a slight disruption in her stomach before it growled loudly. She looked down at it curiously, wondering why it was so upset. she had been on her way to a restaurant she got recommended. She looked up, spotting a clock and shock clearly hit her, her mouth dropping wide open. She had left for the restaurant nearly four hours ago. She had gotten really caught up in greeting Japan it seemed. She needed to get a move on. Rather than walking up to the next group of people, she gave them a large wave that was sure to get their attention so they didn't feel left out. That done she took off running, though she didn't really know where she was going.
She looked down at her hand where she had written down directions for the restaurant she was headed to. Much to her horror though, she had written it down too close to some other note she left herself. The two notes blended together to a point that neither was readable. She slowed down to a stop, looking around, appearing pretty lost at this point. She wasn't going to let that get her down. She was going to make it there! "Can anybody help me, please?!" she shouted out, looking around at the different people on the street, most of whom seemed o just look away from her. Surely there was some one who could come to her rescue. She just had to be patient. "I need some directions!" she added to her announcement, hoping that would draw more helpful people in.

Words Notes: Notes Go here People You Can't Help me win The war that's in my head The Visored was walking through Town in a Gigai, arguing with the ever stronger Nero as he heard a girl ask for directions in a thick accent, but she was speaking in English. Now he was never one to leave a woman to find something on her own, so he walked up to her and tapped her shoulder. I could probably help you miss, what are you looking for? he asked her politely as he heard Nero laugh in his head at the attitude his Host had around women. He would wait for an answer regardless though... Stats: HAN:7 REI:9 HAK:3 SEI:7 BUK:5 HOH:6

In no time at all she felt a tap on her shoulder. In that same second she spun around in quite the peppy way. She was more than happy to spot that a man had come up to her, asking her what she needed help with, even using a language she could understand. It was the perfect combination. She figured a man would know better what it was she was trying to find. She reached forward to take his hand and show her appreciation warmheartedly. She gave his hands a slight shake if she got a hold of them, smiling brightly over to him. "Gracias, gracias!" Isabel was off mixing languages up again without even knowing it, Spanish still being so natural to her.
"I am... looking for café..." she began to explain, taking her hands back. She looked around the streets, not really seeking anything but the right words. "It has.. um... maid waitresses" Isabel went on to explain, thinking that was the right way to explain it all. Just in case, she decided she needed to go into more detail. Taking a step back, she pointed down to her skirt. "They wear the... frilly skirts" Isabel the moved her hands up to her head, running her fingers over her aqua colored headband. "And the frilly headbands" with that, her hands went back to her sides, and she focused back on the man that had come to help her out. This was just perfect.
"You take me there.. si?" she reached out for his hand again, not intent on letting it go this time. Isabel took a few steps forward, a sign that she wanted to walk by his side and hold his hand as they made their journey. It didn't even cross her mind that the man might not have known the café she was hunting for. He might not have even wanted to assist her anymore if he had no idea where it was. She didn't even think it was strange how quickly she making everything go. Sometimes Isabel was a bit to optimistic for her own good. Nothing was raining on her parade though. She sent a warm smile to the man, giggling softly in her happy state. "You are very kind man. I like you very greatly" she nodded as she finished up that statement, not aware that some of her phrasing was off. It sounded good to her, so it didn't make her joy falter in the slightest.

Words Notes: Notes Go here People You Can't Help me win The war that's in my head Yeah, I know what your talking about. Actually it's not too far from where I was headed anyway, So I'll just take you there. The visored said with a smile as the woman told him he was a very kind man and she liked him very much, earning him a wave of jealousy from Nero. Seriously, how in the fuck do you always get women to like you?! The hollow asked, but was ignored in favor of the woman he was walking with. I was raised to be a kind person, even with everything that's happened to me, that will never change. he said as a bit of his reiatsu accidentally flared, but was quickly suppressed. I didn't quite catch your name earlier, Mine is Tyler Yamasaki, what's yours? he asked her, returning her warm smile as they turned down a street that would take them in the direction of the cafe she was headed to. | [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Words: 613 Tags: Isabel. Tyler Isabel's face lit up when the man said he too was heading to the same café as her. The romantic inside of her was threatening to come out. It didn't have to fight very hard to break though to the surface either. "It must have been fate for you to find me then, no?" she laughed softly, thinking more out than anything else. She happily walked beside him, going where ever way he instructed her to. All the while she was looking around, taking in the sights that weren't much besides buildings that weren't so special. Even still her eyes were filled with wonder. She almost forgot about the man next to her until he began to speak again, instantly getting all of her attention once more, her eyes wide as focused on him. She was made even happier by the words he spoke.
"I believe that is very good, honorable quality to have and to teach. My parents would have liked it very much if I had ended up killing people I think" she laughed once again, even if it wasn't that much of a joke as it was the truth. It was still funny to her how strange the quincy upbringing usually was. "I almost envy you" she admitted, though still light heartedly as she had ever spoken. Clearly she wasn't really harboring any ill feelings. She had turned out just fine all on her own. In fact, she was pretty sure she was the happiest person in this world. It really showed with her flowing walk and the radiance of her face despite her getting older.
"My name is Isabel Maritza. It is a pleasure to meet you, Tyler. I do hope this is not the last time that we meet though. Finding good willed people has become.. depressingly rare you know? Even as I travel.." she released his hand, sweeping her own far out in front of her to represent a large path, "..all over world, finding nice people is a very hard task. It is almost enough to be upsetting yes?" she wasn't really sure if Tyler was a traveler like herself, but she at least figured he would have some clue about what she was talking about. She was at least keeping to one language, so it couldn't be that hard for him.
It was then that they turned the corner. She looked around this street the same as the others, and in that moment she spotted their destination. She stopped in her walk, bringing her hands up into a soft, single clap at her chest. She couldn't read the sign at all, but she knew the symbols looked familiar, just like the ones she had written down on her hand to be lost. Her marked up hand grabbed Tyler's once more as she took off in a slight jog toward the café, only stopping when she reached the propped open door. Isabel peeked inside before even going in, letting out a squeal when she did. "The man was right! They really are so cute here!" she said excitedly, looking back to her guide. "Oh, thank you for bringing me all of the way here! I truly owe you" She turned around to face him, taking his other hand as well. "I know exactly what to do! I will treat you this time, okay?" she gave a nod, signaling that she wasn't going to take no for an answer. For the time being she had plenty of money from a rather good job she had gotten before leaving he last country she had been to. It would be no trouble at all.

Words Notes: Notes Go here People You Can't Help me win The war that's in my head When she let her inner romantic show Tyler smiled, it wasn't often he met someone that could make him smile after an argument with his inner hollow, so he did enjoy Isabel's Company, and when she said she almost envied him he shook his head. If you knew my past, and what I have to deal with now, you wouldn't envy me. he said as she told him her name and said how depressingly hard it had become to find good people anymore. I know what you mean, it's like all the good in the world has been stomped out by greed and the lust for power. he said as they reached where they were headed and Isabel became extremely excited, earning her a laugh from him as she took both of his hands and said she would treat him as payment for his help. That's fine by me Isabel, its not often a beautiful woman offers to treat me. he said with a smile as his crimson eyes met her pink ones. As he looked at her he felt a flicker of an emotion, but when he tried to figure out what it was it disappeared, much to his dismay. Well If you're treating me, then let's go! he told her with a grin as he started walking towards the cafe. Stats: HAN:7 REI:9 HAK:3 SEI:7 BUK:5 HOH:6

She gave his hands a slight squeeze before she smiled. "Everything will work out just fine in the end. I am sure karma with be very kind to you, just as you have been very kind to me" she nodded once more, releasing his hands now. She straightened up, holding her hands behind her back now, smiling encouragingly. "I am glad you have not be swept into the madness of the world" she stated when he went on to speak of it, giggling afterward.
"My, my, things have gotten so very serious" she mused, slowly turning back to the café entrance. Just perfect time, her stomach made a loud growling noise once again, leaving a surprised look on Isabel's face before she burst out laughing. "You'll have to excuse my tummy, I had a very long flight over here and it gets a bit grumpy" She ran her hand back trough he hair, blushing slightly as she did from both her stomach and his comment about beautiful women. "Oh please, I'm like some old lady to you I'm sure" She got over her embarrassment quickly though, taking the few steps inside.
As soon as she got in, two of the waitresses came up to greet her as well as Tyler, bowing lightly before the both of them. Already it was too much for Isabel. She smiled even bigger than before, lighting up as the girls said some cute thing in Japanese, or she assumed it was cute. They certainly sounded cute. It was just lovely. After a moment they led the both of them to a table, placing down a pair of menus with a number of sweets listed on it. Once more they bowed before taking their leave to give the two of them a moment to look over the menu.
Isabel made quick work of picking up the menu, only to find all written in Japanese. She knew a few words of the language, but only spoken. Reading it was something entirely different. She hadn't exactly thought this all the way through it seemed. At first she looked a bit troubled by this fact. Then she spotted one of the most glorious things this place had offered yet. There were pictures of some of the things they served. Then her eyes fell upon an ice cream glass with several fruits and sauces, all done up professionally. It looked absolutely delicious. Her stomach couldn't even be mad at her now.
Her mind made up she held the menu up, pointing to the picture. "I cannot speak the language here. Would you be able to order for me?" she looked over the top of the menu, only her bright, pink eyes showing. In second later she ducked her head back under it, giggling to herself, though it likely wasn't obvious why. A moment later she peeked her head out from the side of it. "Boo" she stated, laughing again before she set the menu down flat on the table. It was a bit childish to play these kinds of games, but she was out to enjoy herself. Who was going to stop her?

| [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Words: 581 Tags: Isabel, Tyler Isabel looked at the menu as Tyler told her about his own choice, almost wishing she had been able to read that before. Still, what she had in mind seemed more than satisfying. "It sounds very delicious. I think I may come back to this place some time, or several times. Try everything on the menu!" she exclaimed, looking down at all of the different items. It would likely have to be several trips in the end, and she probably wouldn't be in town long enough to even come back once. It was a nice thought though. This place was magnificent. She looked around at all of the cute girls and how they made every one so happy, all while looking gorgeous. Isabel even had a thought that for a day or two she might get a job like this one in some other city. If it was this kind of work she might have even been able to hold the job down for around a week. That would truly be something.
Just like before, her gaze returned to the male as he spoke to her. Isabel leaned back in her seat, knowing she would need the room. "Well, as I said before, I have traveled all over world" also just like before she spread her arms out before bringing them to the top of the table, smiling across it to Tyler. "I started from Spain, leaving my parents and siblings, who were quite intolerable, moving to all kinds of places. you see, then it occurred to me that I had never come to Japan before. I have been hearing all kind of stories about strange things happening here lately. I couldn't help but to come" she explained, but she was no where near done. "Now then, I think I know what is causing all of these weird things. I may sound crazy, but there's all kinds of ghosts, all over the place, all different kinds. Most people can't see them, but I see them very good" Isabel stopped there, realizing it was a lot to take in, even if it only seemed natural to her. There was a lot more she could say, but opted out of doing so.
It was quite amazing how well gigais worked at disguising presences. She didn't even get the slightest hint that perhaps Tyler knew more about the 'ghosts' than she would have imagined. It was even more shocking that she was sitting right across somebody that she would have been killing if she was doing what she was raised to do.
"But! That is all for later. Right now I focus on good dessert" she nodded firmly, content with that plan. Just in time one of the girl from before walked up to the table, saying more words that Isabel couldn't have comprehended even if she wanted to. Isabel looked across the table to Tyler, urging him on, putting all of the spiritual talk entirely behind her, letting him place their orders. After all was said and done, she leaned over the table, getting in close to him. "So, I told you something about me. Why don't you tell me something about you. You said you were older than you look, yes?" she questioned, smirking a bit as she leaned back, crossing her arms over her chest. "Well, tell me how old you are then" she ordered of him, expecting an answer, and a truthful one at that.

| [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Words: 537 Tags: Isabel, Tyler She insantly stiffened up with the first sentence Tyler spoke. It wasn't that she was uncomfortable or fearful. Isabel was surprised. She was even more surprised as he went on about his mother. That was certainly something she hadn't been expecting. For once she was actually left speechless. And there she was worrying that she would be the one to overload Tyler. That wasn't all though. His story was quite a dim one, draining the smile from her face as she listened to it. He wasn't lying when he said he had to deal with a lot.
By the time Tyler was done, their deserts came. Isabel picked up her spoon, about to take a spoonful of the ice cream until the visored spoke up again, revealing his age. Just like that, Isabel's smile returned, though it wasn't as ditsy or as spacey looking as before. It was a lot softer and kinder, making her look wise. She took in the spoonful of ice cream, looking across to Tyler s she swallowed. "I see, you really are old man then" she pointed out, setting her spoon down on her napkin. "Your story sounds very dark, and bleak, but I do not think you are looking at it in right way right now" Isabel straightened up in her seat, placing her hands in her lap.
"No one should ever hate what they have become, whether it be shinigami or visored or quincy or the hollow. You know, if you had stayed living as quincy then I do not think you would be here right now. If that were the case, then I'm not very sure I would have gotten anybody to take me here today. everything happens for reason, even if reason is very tiny" her face warmed up as she spoke, trying to comfort the man in some way. She didn't really want to go into detail about why it wasn't that great being a quincy. If he had wound up a quincy, she probably would have never interacted with him, even if they had been born at the same time. She hardly saw eye to eye with any of the quincies she had met in the past.
"You make most of what you are given in life.. or perhaps, afterlife. Shinigami have the... swords, zanpakuto? They allow reiatsu control, yes?" she inquired, picking her spoon back up once again. She sent one more smile his way before she dug in once again, enjoying the sweet treat in front of her. "Tyler is good man. I do not think what he is makes that any different. People very close minded about things they do not understand, but I like to think that they can change that with time. Though, I suppose not everyone wants to do that, huh?" she laughed softly at her own wishful thinking. She knew she was a rarity, even among all of the races. "Well, if you do leave then you can work with me, and I will not hate you, and we can come to maid waitress café all of the time" Isabel offered, taking another bite from her ice cream, trying to lighten the mood some.

| [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Words: 612 Tags: Isabel, Tyler She was glad she could at least to something to make the visored feel perhaps a little bit better. She at least got him to smile again. That was enough of an accomplishment to satisfy her in the end. Isabel went back to her ice cream, swaying slightly with the music that started playing, unknowingly humming along with it in between every spoonful of the sweet treat. After a few bites, Tyler spoke to her again, though this time she didn't get so serious, not even putting her spoon down. She rested it slightly on the edge of the glass, smiling across the table as she nodded.
"I will make sure to look for you in whatever city I am in at time. Then we can find fun place to hang out in. It would be very good time" she very much wanted to meet up with the man some time again, just as much as he wanted to see her. It would likely be a lot more challenging than that, what with her having no means of communication along with barely staying in one place for more than a few days. There were a lot of people she had promised to meet again, and it was getting close to eight years since she had spoken to any of them. That didn't mean she had given up though. It just wasn't fated for them to meet again yet. She had a good feeling about Tyler though. She was sure he would be one of those cases that didn't slip away from her too easily. He was already quite different from many that she had met. He could just become even more unique.
"You look for me as well when you come back to this world" Isabel pointed her spoon at him, waving it at him a few times to get her point across. "This is team effort, okay?" that said, she brought her spoon back, finishing up her ice cream, digging around at the glass until not even melted ice cream was dripping down the sides. She dropped her spoon into when she was done, sitting back in her chair as she waited for Tyler to finish his own dessert. In the meantime, she rummaged through her purse, pulling out money when she found it, a dollar or two at a time. She really just threw everything in there when she got it. Being organized was far too out of her grasp. Finally though she got out enough to pay for their little trip to the cute as could be café.
Then it dawned on her that they didn't really have anything to do now. She got a thoughtful look on her face for a moment, that resulted in a whole lot of nothing. She didn't really know of anything in this particular city. Isabel never looked into places before going there. Now she was basically at a loss of what to do with her time, let alone how to keep Tyler's time. "Well, thank you very much for showing me the way here. I had very good time meeting you" she smiled across the table to him once again, situating her purse on her shoulder as she stood up. "I may walk you home yes? I don't really have anything to be doing" she offered, wondering if shinigami kept homes in the real world. It certainly seemed like it would take a lot of money for all of them to have houses they barely stayed in. Now she was curious. It was like a mystery that now peaked her interested. It would be fun to find out.

| [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Words: 388 Tags: Isabel, Tyler Isabel was somewhat disappointed when Tyler mentioned he didn't live in this town at all, or rather he didn't stay in this town. She knew he didn't really live here per say. That probably went it was more than a simple walk away. She slumped her shoulders slightly, giving an understanding smile. It wasn't the happiest look, but it sure became one when the visored went on speaking. Her face brightened up, and she nodded quickly, not even thinking for a second before giving her answer. "That sounds just wonderful!" she announced. Isabel instantly took his hand when he got up, all nice and stretched. With nothing more than a wave and a word of thanks to the girls in a language they probably couldn't understand, she took off at a jog, pulling Tyler behind her.
When she got outside, Isabel slowed to a stop for all of two seconds, turning slightly to look back at the man with her. "Where is it we should go first?" she questioned, already starting to take off at a slow walk again. Her eyes wandered quickly, going all over the place. She was looking for something spectacular, yet something that might have been easily overlooked. She didn't spot anything right away, and thus her lack of patience started to get the best of her. Isabel began to shake her hand slightly, all around swinging it back and forth in a matter of moments. She didn't fully realize the dramatic swinging herself, accustomed to her habits. She didn't even think about flinging Tyler's own arm around in the meantime.
"Karakura is a really hopping place right?" she questioned, recalling the name of the town from somewhere. She had given up trying to figure out where they were going, just letting Tyler let her lead them in the right direction at this point. It was then that her mind began to wander, going back to the town Tyler said he was currently living in. She finally looked at him again, looking for some kind of answer.
