Description: Since I was a bitch and made this rule for him, once Ikkyu makes that fucking eye contact he can choose to block his targets memories. Depending on the person it could range anywhere from the rest of their lives (bg-3 hoomans who suck) to a week (pretty much everyone here). Because there's no way for a SEI comparison to work for who it needs to be used on we're gonna say fuck that and just get oc permission and use it then.
