Description: Kenshin extends his hand forward and lets loose a large flame which swallows the air in front of it. This flame has the same properties as Wrath’s Welcome, and extends medium distance while covering a rather wide and tall area at the same time, almost like a cone in shape. The flames themselves are dependent on his SEI stat, and will be distinguished if the opponent has a higher SEI than him.
