Lucien was board, that much was obvious, the way he rested his head lazily on his desk, drumming a rather up beat song with his fingers against the hard wood of said desk. Sighing loudly, he was still somewhat sore from the beating he received at the hands of that Espada bastard. Just thinking of his feminine face, his tight fitting outfit, that whip and that desirable ass made his blood boil. Come to think of it, if it was not for Jin, I would most likely have been the incubuses sex toy, sure it would be pleasurable, but not fun. He knew that much, the Espada had pretty much wanted to break him in the most painful, agonizing way imaginable. Fucking Asshole.
"Urghhhh!! So fucking bored!" He practically roared, raising himself from his lazy position. In truth, he had done hardly anything apart from recovering and he was bored as fuck. Also, while he had been recovering, he had an epiphany, which was that he never again approach a fight in such a cocky way lest he have his ass served to him on a silver platter. It would have to be a nice silver platter though, an ass such as mine deserves no less.
'Urgh, ya know Lucien, I am actually glad that your ass got beat, cocky cunt.'
'Fuck off ya bastard! Don't make me come in their and teach your ass a lesson, dick.'
'Yah, quaking in my boots, you will be more obsessed with what I am packing in my pants than actually fighting, fag.'
'Psssh! though to be honest, I have never seen you out of that armor...' He grinned mischievously and summoned his nodachi, ignoring the stern warning from Takeshi, his Zanpakuto spirit.
'Don't. Even. Think. About. It.'
Lucien chuckled and was about to follow through on his mission to undress Takeshi, when all of a sudden picked up Jin Hoshigawa spiritual pressure nearby. Also, he was no longer bored and decided to pay the Captain and good friend of his a visit. Perhaps they could go drinking or something, 'Come to think of it, I do not think I have drunk him under the table yet. Well, there's a first time for everything.'
With that thought he shunpo'd out of the open window, his body somewhat stiff from his inactivity, the sore aces throbbing a bit but otherwise, he was good to go. As he approached Jin's position he had to wonder what the tenth division Captain was doing, But then again, us Captains can go and do what we please. He pointedly ignore the heavily sigh from Takeshi.
He came out of his shunpo, landing rather gracefully on the roof, standing above Jin and looking down on him. He smiled and waved.
"Hello Jin, been a while hasn't it? Anyways, I have come hear to offer you a duel. A duel of our ability to consume many liters of alcohol and see who passes out first. Do you agree to the terms?" He grinned and jumped of the roof, landing right next to the Captain.

Words: 552 Notes: Boobies Lucien He's not an upright Dog But an on all fours dog ! There was an eerie silence that followed the recovery from his battle with that Arrancar. He was powerful, so very powerful, but there was something else about him too. Jin wasn't quite sure how to describe it to himself, his abilities that is. He understood them, or at least he assumed he had after experiencing them, but he knew one thing for sure; if he was going to ever be powerful enough to take the Espada again, he would need to be stronger. His people would need to be stronger, and his resolve would need working on. Perhaps he would need something to fight for, but at the moment he just needed to train his people.
That leads us to where we're at now. Jin hung upside down on the railing over looking his people, his shins, and calves on the inside of the railing while they hooked and led into the rest of his body hanging over as he swung his finger around/ "That's it guys. One...two...one ...two! You won't kill any hollow with forms like that!" The exclamation came and gone as his fingers, arms and hands continued to sway back and forth. His twin orbs closed, as he hummed to himself. It was a song from the human realm, something he found himself fond of as of late. At least, that was until Jin felt a very familiar presence on it's way toward him. He smirked, continuing to hang there until the other man appeared on the roof of his division.
Jin peaked his head up, opening one eye as he stared at the other captain. He let out a soft sigh, his hands still moving. "Look Lucien. I'm always down for some drinks, but we need to talk about something first." His tone didn't seem serious, but it was sincere, and what he wanted to discuss was of the utmost importance. Jin used his core muscles, and lifted himself up until his hand could grab the railing. He pulled himself forward just enough until he was able to sit upon the railing, his eyes staring upward toward the man.
"That fight was sloppy; and I know you're strong. He started, bouncing off of the railing and placing his hand gently along the hilt of his blade. " but you need some work; hell, so do I. That Espada was strong. So, here's my counter proposal." He waved at the other man, shunpoing down to the combat arena. Jin turned to face his opponent, a young captain who needed some work. He looked around at his squad, the shinigami that scattered the arena understood and circled the area, leaving room for the two of them. "We'll fight, no kidou, no shikai or bankai. Just swordsmanship and our speed. Every time you land a hit on me, I'll buy you a shot."
Jin grinned, taking a readied stance. "And viceversa. Every time I land a strike on you, you buy me a shot. The first person to take ten strikes loses. We need to be prepared for the next time they show up...So...let's get to it!" Jin smirked shunpoing to the mans front, bringing his sword down toward the mans chest. The strike was shallow, but swift. What better way to train than possible maiming and death.

Lucien was somewhat surprised at Jin's voice, if he did not know any better, he was in for a serious or rather sincere talk with his comrade. He honestly did not mind, he enjoyed learning from the older Captain, he had experience after all. So like he was willing to listen to anything Jin had to say, most likely it would refer to the fight with that bastard Espada.
'I bet he tells you how sloppy your performance was, though, that does ring true from your last tryst.' Takeshi chuckled much to Lucien's annoyance.
'I swear to god, one more remark, and I am going to kill you. Though he enjoyed there banter, sometimes it got a little boring.
However, he listened to what Jin was saying, nodding his head in agreement. Also, he totally agreed with Jin on the description of his fighting performance, showing great restrain when Takeshi hummed as if he knew that was exactly what Jin was going to say. Lucien lightened up when he mentioned an counter proposal to his drinking competition, deciding that a spar only involving pure speed, physical power and weapon skill where the first person to take ten strikes loses and as a forfeit, must purchase the other ten shots. He smirked and only narrowly dodged the first and sudden strike.
"Hey! That was such a newbie move ya bastard!!"
Though Lucien was quick to summon his nodachi, back stepping several feet in order to use his length to the full advantage. He knew he lacked the speed that Jin processed and would therefore have to be constantly on the defensive, only attacking when he left himself open. However, with the sudden attack dodged, Jin had left himself somewhat open, so with confidence, Lucien unleashed a barrage of attacks, hoping to whittle his defense down. After five strikes, he jumped back and pivoted on his heel, aiming to attack, rather strike at his side.
'And why, dear Lucien, did you not approach the Espada with such technique? oh wait, that's right, you were to busy starring at the straining bugle in those tight fitting pants'
Lucien actually piqued an eyebrow at this, while somehow managing to stay focused on Jin. 'It was straining? Mmmm.. He ignored the drawn out, helpless sigh of his Zanpakuto spirit. He turned his attention to Jin.

Words: 442 Notes: Boobies Lucien He's not an upright Dog But an on all fours dog ! Jin laughed loudly when the other man dodged his attack, exclaiming loudly that it was a cheap tactic. Newbie was the word he used, but the implication was that he was being cheap. Still, he shrugged while still keeping his blade ready after the swing had ended. "'Newbie'? Perhaps, but wars aren't won by fighting fair. We're not captains because we give your enemy the chance to win a fight; we're captains to protect our fellow shinigami and that means being cheap sometimes." Jin yelled his remarks outward, his eyes watching the other man.
He was sure that Lucien was going to strike, almost certain the young captain would try and take advantage to his quick movements, but Jin was faster, and he was a better swordsman. Still, he needed to stay focused. The only issue was the length of his opponents weapon. Jin was going to need to use his speed, and his superior skill at a close quarters fight if he was going to win. Still, the other mans strikes were doing to be slower with the larger sword, he needed more strength to wield that beast of a weapon. So, with his attentive eyesight, and his quick movements, Jin used his sword to deflect the five blows. Watching calmly as the man pivoted back and swung his sword to Jin's side.
Jin smirked, waiting...waiting...and after a moment he caught the mans strike to his side. Pain didn't register to the older captain like it did with most people. He was called masochistic, crazy, sick, and many other things because of his tolerance and just how often he allowed himself to be hurt just to land a strike of his own. Grinning almost manically, Jin pushed forward. the palm of his hand cutting open slightly (due to his high resistance to strikes as well) until he reached the other mans front, swinging his blade down toward the mans chest.
After a moment, Jin dipped backwards whether or not the other man had taken a direct strike or not. "I owe you one shot so far. This is fun, right!?" The words came out mixed with a soft laugh, his body shifting and hopping from side to side. He stopped, once more a grin coming across his features until he shunpoed, utilizing his speed once more, appearing to the mans side; he brought his sword downward, but quickly switched it out, pivoting his body to bring his leg across the mans chest. He wanted to show this man everything, to test him in all fields. It was the only way to see just where they both needed to improve.

Lucien was not so surprised when Jin started to easily deflect his five blows, though, he knew off the bat that Jin's superior swordsmanship and speed would be a serious problem in this little game. He could not afford to go off on the offensive so recklessly, the nodachi made for a great weapon but at close quarter combat, it was hard to move easily, as opposed to Jin's sword. 'Seems I will be relying on the range of my weapon if I am to win.'
'You are still fighting? My goodness, how the hell have you managed that? You are usually beat after the first blow.'
Lucien mentally frowned, while physically, his eyes widened in surprise when Jin caught his blade, hell, if the look in Jin's eyes was anything to go by, he hardly seemed phased. 'I swear to god, I will kill you after I have done this.' Lucien started to understand why people called Jin a masochistic, crazy, sick person, but he could careless, the fact he caught his sword was pretty badass in the younger Captains eyes. He remained still when Jin grinned manically and started to push forward, the palm of the hand cutting open slightly. Lucien hummed, he knew of Jin's high tolerance rate, hell, he envied it.
He was brought back to the here and now when Jin reached his front and quickly swiped his blade down, aiming for the Lucien's chest. He stepped back as best he could, but could not escape the blade and now had a rather nice cut down his chest. He frowned as Jin dipped backwards. He listened to what Jin had said, so the score was one - one. Jin suddenly shunpo'd, utilizing his speed, appearing to Lucien's side. He was intrigued somewhat when Jin went for another slash but at the last minute he switched it out, pivoting his body to bring his leg across the mans chest.
Lucien narrowed his eyes, pivoting his body, with the aid of shunpo. He now stood facing Jin and not a second later leaned back like some guy from the matrix and narrowly dodge the kick. Coming back up, he clenched his free hand into a first and rammed it into Jin's face, as hard as he could, merely for the fact that it might stumble him a bit, maybe allow Lucien to score a few more strikes or just the one. As Jin had stated earlier, in times of war, cheap is sometimes the way to beat your opponent. Anyway, it is not like Jin would get knocked out by a single blow, if anything, Lucien would be getting another one just as hard, or harder than his. Regardless of whether or not his fist hit him in the face, he shunpo'd away, appearing behind Jin some ways in the air, about two feet above the man.
He brought his Nodachi down on the Captain and began to unleash a barrage of his strongest possible strikes without having to go into Shikai or Bankai. Now he wanted to see how quick Jin's reaction were, and hell, maybe even learn a thing or too while he was at it.
"You know Jin, you were right about cheap shots being necessary, however, regardless of the outcome, I am still drinking your ass under the table tonight!" He grinned.

Words: 534 Notes: Make sure to go by 10 hak for me, since this fight happened before my fight with Rudianos Lucien He's not an upright Dog But an on all fours dog ! Jin laughed when the land hit it's mark, and grinned as the fight marched forward; this was fantastic. Just two men fighting their way toward perfection using nothing but their skill with their swords to win a fight. It took him back to when he was in the shinigami academy, using training swords to fight with. It was truly amazing how far he had come. He wanted nothing more than to get stronger, to eclipse himself from days past, to strive forward toward a newer, brighter future. This little spar with his friend was going to be just that, a way to the future. Still, he needed to get through this fight now if he wanted to get stronger, and letting this young kid win wouldn't bode to well with Jin or his squad.
Jin saw the fist coming, his body dipping down dodging the punch. Normally Jin would have risen and countered, but the other man had already shunpoed, and do Jin's back. He used his current position, and his hands to twirling himself around, with one hand's finger tips just barely touching the stone floor, Jin noted something very strange, his ears twitching, almost like a dogs when it was confused. Where...Oh damn. Jin looked skyward, his opponent coming down with his large blade, obviously aiming to cleave Jin in half. A large grin spread across his features. This was where Jin could truly show his skill with his sword. He used his still lowered position to counter; by quickly twirling the blade in his hand, Jin made it so his blade was pointing south of his pinky, and the bottom of his hilt pointed past his thumb and pointer finger.
Following that quick maneuver, Jin brougth his body skyward, and using all of his might to strike his blade with his opponents, the opposing forces crashing against one another easily knocking his opponents blade just enough off center to miss. Jin used that time to realign his sword so it was held in the standard fashion. Since the two of them were at point blank range, Jin had no real trouble seeing the mans attacks, and with his greater skill with the sword, and his superior speed, Jin was able to block each strike, each of their blades bouncing off one another until they once more met. Jin wouldn't be able to keep up with this, a blow for blow contest wasn't his forte. Shunpoing back, Jin had to fight the urge to use a kidou, to bind his opponent, and just go crazy with his sword. It was an internal struggle, one that Jin won, but not very easily.
Jin shunpoed to his friends front, not even giving the man an inch of space before Jin lunged his head forward attempting to make contact with their foreheads. He hoped that the blow, if it landed, would be enough to throw Lucien off balance. If it had, Jin would use that time to bring his left forward around in a spinning style, with the intention of kicking Lucien in the chest where his sword had made contact. He was going to win, not easily, but it was in his blood!

Lucien was both thrilled and surprised when Jin used his lowered position from dodging Lucien's earlier punch and prepared to counter; with in an instant Jin brought his sword skyward to clash against Lucien's Nodachi. The force more than great enough to throw his blade off center and miss it's mark. They were now at point blank range which Lucein knew was not the best position considering his weapon much preferred to rely on range. He nonetheless pressed forward, unleashing a barrage of his strongest strikes.
He noted that Jin had no real issue with dodging any of his attacks, if anything that was too be expected, Jin's swordsmanship far outclassed Lucien's own. However, Lucien knew that if he kept this up, Jin would soon crumble, he gauged that a blow for blow contest was not his forte. Lucien back stepped the second Jin shunpo'd back. Now with some noticeable space between them, he studied him, intrigued as to what he would do next, he adopted a somewhat defensive stance. 'Just what exactly are you planning Jin?'
He was rewarded a second later when Jin shunpo'd right to his front, being relentless and not giving an inch of space before headbutting Lucien. Lucien naturally stumbled back, he had not expected that and knew in his moment of daze, Jin would make another move, not to mention he was off balance. The boot to the chest, where Jin's sword had struck earlier sent him flying back into a wall. -smack- He grunted, though grinned, Jin sure as hell had power, if the indent of Lucien's body in the wall was anything to go by. Nonetheless, he yanked himself out of it, rushing back at the Captain. He counted it three - one to Jin, the strike across the chest, the headbutt and the kick.
When he was within striking range of the Captain, he decided to use both hands when striking. If anything, striking with both hands would double the force of his one handed swings. Though, his strikes would be a little more harder to direct, he was after all used to wielding his nodachi with one hand, not two. Still, he was eager to learn and the recent continuation of those Kendo classes were teaching him something. With the first strike, he locked blades with Jin, he wanted to speak and only now noticed the tiny trickle of blood slide down his face from his forehead.
"Say Jin, let's make this more interesting, for every strike you land, you get to use a Hado, or Bakudo? Seeing as you are on three strikes, I am truly going to be pushed to my limit. If anything, my kido needs work and this seems a decent opportunity to practice."
He knew his own kido was lacking in comparison to other Captains of the Gotei 13, and he was ever eager to get stronger. However, he gave no chance for the Captain to reply and instead pushed of his blade and continued his blow for blow attack. He hoped the use of two hands would at least force Jin to break under the pressure. After the fifth strike, he switched back to using one hand, dropping to a lower position before raising his sword in an upwards slash, hoping to catch Jin off guard and perhaps score a strike. He was not about to use Kido just yet, if Jin was alright with it, sure.

Words: 500 Notes: Make sure to go by 10 hak. Lucien He's not an upright Dog But an on all fours dog ! The fight was coming along nicely. Skills and strength coming together in such a way that error wasn't an option, being minimized while each strike was maximized to win this contest. Jin loved it. He could still feel the tingle in his head from where there foreheads met. A wild grin spreading across his features when the other man shunpoed to his front. So he was going to try a frontal assault? Interesting, Jin wasn't going to complain, the two of them had very different styles, and taking a page from one another may not have been so bad. What followed was at the very least a little surprising. Lucien, a man who had previously been swinging his giant sword with a single arm, was now using both hands to grasp the hilt, and swing with all of his strength. Jin groaned. Raising his blade and placing his palm under the broad side of the blade, Jin managed to block the first strike, but then Lucien started to speak. Interesting.
One kidou for each strike he lands. That would mean he has 3 at his disposal, with a total of seven more coming his way. His ears perked up at the thought, it would definitely add another element to the fight, and should Jin get in a serious pickle, well he could rely on a kidou to save his ass. With his wide grin still spread across his features, He nodded in agreement as the two of them broke apart and then once more clashed blades. Now Lucien decided it would be best to strike more than once with his giant sword with both hands. Jin grunted with each strike, his arms coming closer and closer to succumbing to the weight. He needed something, anything. He inwardly rose a finger as an idea crept into his mind. Releasing his left hand trying his best to block the strikes, Jin raised it to the other man and shouted as loudly as humanly possible. "Bakudo #30: Shitotsu Sansen"
From his index and middle finger a bright yellow light started to form. A triangle like bakudo started to form with three beak like points pointing toward the other man. As it fired off toward Lucien Jin's right arm gave out, the sword connecting with his shoulder, cutting it slightly open. He grunted before shunpoing back, and once more raising his hand toward Lucien. Hopefully the bakudo was still holding him before Jin started his second kidou spell. "Guide my hands and let thy aim be true, Strike into thy victims with the speed of a thousand winds! Hado #15: Shageki" And with that, a loud bang erupted from the origin point of the kidou as it headed toward Lucien. Only giving it a moment, Jin shunpoed to the other captain hoping to capitalize on the last two kidou. Appearing to his front, Jin brought his sword down toward the mans chest, hopefully striking the opposite side, and creating an x across the mans chest.
