APPEARANCE:Rhea has a slender body, that is pretty toned, but not so much as to appear unattractive. She has an ivory skin tone, that compliments her some what Gothic appearance. She has dark blue eyes, accentuated by her blue eye shadow. Her hair is black and comes just past her shoulders. Her hair is styled (exactly like that of Re'L Mayer from Ergo Proxy, I have no idea how to describe the style). She also has rather sharp canines, that she more than often puts to good use, biting the women she beds whether they like it or not.
To compliment and further her Gothic appearance, Rhea sticks to wearing mostly dark clothes, having a somewhat dislike for bright colors. On her normal day, when she is not wearing her uniform, which is a rare event, she tends to wear whatever she feels like. Mostly tight fitting chino's, or even jeans. These vary very little in color, as long as it's dark, she will be seen wearing it. For the most part she wears tight fitting t-shirts, vests, which make her already desirable bust all that more desirable. Shoe wise, it's mostly black, not really bothered about make or design, as long as they are comfy, and add to her Gothic appeal. She will always wear a stylish trench coat fixed with a hood on top of her t-shirt.
For her uniform, Rhea likes to keep it simple, she wears a suit, that is tailored to fit her perfectly, and allow her to move around easily with out being restricted. However, contrary to her Gothic appearance, she makes no effect to maintain nor enhance that look while she works. Working in a suit is not something new to her, while she worked for Sovereign, she often opted to wear a suit, her own unique style. While it's considered impractical to wear a suit for the jobs she has done and will do, she nonetheless has a natural ability to be able to fight to her full potential in one.

NEGATIVE TRAITS:-Ruthless: With her 'Whatever the cost' attitude towards missions, Rhea is known to be extremely ruthless. Even outside of missions, she is ruthless to a point. -Cold: She has an extremely tight reign on her emotions, and for that very reason, does not go out of her way to engage in conversation with other members of the organization. She will only talk during missions and even then, she comes of as a cold bitch. -Distant: Following from her cold attitude, she is distant to her peers, never bothering to start conversation, unless they are on a mission. -Pessimistic: She doesn't believe in happy endings to any mission or situation. She keeps this strapped to her right leg, and keeps twelve spare clips for it on her person at all times. The bullets have also been modified, allowing to actually harm spiritual beings of any kind should they hit.

name: Ignis Aeternus (Eternal Flame)
description: Ignis Aeternus takes the form of a signet ring that Rhea wears on the index finger of her right hand. The signet ring is extremely unique, the only one of it's kind. The ring it made out of crystal, colored an unearthly black. The ring has nothing else on it, except for an intricate engraved set of lines that wrap itself around the entire signet ring. The engravings glow like a flame, the glowing intensifies when ever she is angry or wants to use it.
With the signet ring she is easily able to manipulate, control and use fire to her will at a whim. She has become extremely capable of using the signet rings powers, over the many years of training to control/harness it's unique power. It is also worth noting, that she is immune to the harsher and more lethal aspects of her own fire, meaning she can coat herself in it for periods of time and suffer not a lot of damage in return.

techniques: For: Sigil Name: Flaming Swords Type: Offensive Cooldown: 6 posts Cost: High Duration: 3 posts Range: Short - Mid Description: For this technique, Rhea summons twelve flaming swords, six forming on either side of her. They rest 20 feet in the air in this pattern and follow Rhea around. When Rhea wants to use one of these swords, she simply strikes out with her hand, the maximum swords she can throw at her opponent at any one time is four. The swords are extremely fast and cause damage depending on her opponents Han stat.
The swords reach a total distance, from tip to the pommel, of 3ft. The blade is reminiscent to that of your average katana, with a slight curve towards the tip of the blade.
This attack can be dodged should her opponents Hoho surpass her own. The swords disperse if her opponent makes a successful block with their weapon or destroys them with a kido/cero or other elemental or energy based attack, though their Seijuu stat must surpass her own for the kido/cero/energy/elemental attack is to destroy the swords. These swords last for a total of three posts.
For: Sigil Name: Eternal Blast Type: Offensive Cooldown: 6 posts Cost: High Range: Long (Depending on opponents distance from herself) Description: For this attack, Rhea lashes out with her right hand, sending a blast of fire towards her opponent. The flame reaches a total length of 60ft, a width of 35ft and a height of 40ft. The flame causes substantial damage to those of a low Han stat, while those with a high Han stat take some damage.
It also has the passive effect of incinerating anything else it touches in it's path, whether it be a building, tree or a normal human who happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sucks to be that guy or girl.
For: Sigil Name: Fire Queen Type: Offensive/defensive Cooldown: 7 posts Duration: 3 posts (Engulfing flame = 1post, Self-Engulfing Flame = 2posts) Charge: 2 posts Cost: High Range: Short/Mid/Long (Dependent on opponents distance from herself) Description: For this attack Rhea most gather up a large amount of power, for 2 posts to be precise. Once the power has been gathered, she simply slams her right hand into the ground. Once this is done, she and an area of 65ft in all directions becomes engulfed in fire, the engulfing flame reaches an height of 65ft. The engulfing flame lasts only for one post. Once the flame is gone, Rhea becomes engulfed in those flames, making her somewhat harder to hit. Especially if you are using your fists or legs.
While this acts as a defensive technique, she can also use her fire covered self as a weapon, burning others skin and body with a touch. It is quite a lethal technique, however, should you be proficient enough in the art of manipulating water, feel free to put her out, you'll have to use quite a lot though.
The engulfing flame can be dodged, and the damage that is cause is dependent on the opponents Han stat. The damage that her flame engulfed state can cause is moderate at best.
For: Sigil Name: Hydra's Wrath Type: Offensive Cooldown: 9 posts Cost: Extremely High Duration: 3 posts Charge: 3 posts Range: Long Description: When Rhea has charged up enough power, she uses said power to summon eight columns of fire that take the form of a Hydra's head. The columns reach a total height of 45ft, and a collective width of 20ft. They are fast, and Rhea can control all of them of each if them with extreme ease.
These last for 3 posts, during which she must use all off them. She can launch all of them at her opponent at one time should she so wish, or individually or in groups. It is totally up to her. The snakes cause damage, however the more that the hit, the greater damage. Regardless of her enemy's Han stat, you do not want to get hit by all eight at the same time. Because it will hurt. A lot.
These can be dodged as long as the opponents Hoho stat is higher than her own. These heads can also be destroyed if her opponent is to launch an attack that relies on there Seijuu stat. As long as it is higher than her own, it will destroy them. The kido must be aimed at all of them to destroy them, there is no, kill one and the others die.
For: Sigil Name: Furious Blade Type: Offensive Cooldown: Five posts Duration: Six posts Cost: Moderate Range: On-self Description: For this technique, Rhea summons a claymore made of fire. The claymore can be used with either one hand or two. She is able to wield this weapon effortlessly. The claymore reaches a total legnth of 140 cm (55 inches), the hilt forming 33 cm (13 inches) and the blade forming the other 107 cm (42 inches).
For: Sigil Name: Dragons Breath Type: Offensive Cooldown: Four Posts Cost: Moderate Range: Medium Description: When Rhea gathers enough spiritual energy, she merely opens her mouth at her opponent and breathes a blast of fire towards her opponent. It reaches a total length of Thirty feet, a height of twenty eight feet and a width of seventeen feet. It lasts for a total of twenty five seconds at which anytime, Rhea can halt and stop it. This attack can be dodged or blocked.
For: Sigil Name: Fire Embrace Type: Defensive Cooldown: Two posts Cost: Moderate Range: On-self Duration: One Post Description: For this technique, Rhea summons a some of her spiritual energy and clasps her hands together. Upon saying, 'Embrace', she is completely engulfed in a column. This serves mainly as a defensive technique, however it is still capable of burning people who are dumb enough to touch it. The column reaches a total height of thirty feet, and a width of five feet.
The flame column is capable of shielding Rhea against many different types of attack. It last for a duration of one post. Obviously, if your Sei is greater than Rhea's, your spiritual attack is going to destroy it and possibly damage Rhea in the process.
For: Sigil Name: Inferno Type: Area of Effect (Buffer) Cooldown: Six posts, Eight posts if charged Cost: High, Extremely high when charged Charge: One Post Duration: Three Posts, Five if Charged Range: Half a Mile Description: For this technique, Rhea simply summons a ball of intense and unstable fire that is two times the size of your normal football. Once that is done, she simple launches it into the sky, where is travels for half a mile before exploding. Once the ball of flame explodes, it is able to completely change the weather and too some extent the environment for and effective range of half a mile in all directions. The temperature is the first noticeable change, increase to temperatures capable of starting forest fires. The air is also effected, become hot and heavy, making it somewhat harder for her opponent to breath. The sky also changes colour, looking as it too, is on fire. It is noted that Ice and Water typed powers will suffer some more than others types of power.
Should Rhea chose to charged her power, making the ball twice the size that it is originally with out charging it, the standard effects are double, and the duration extends for anther two posts. The range does not increase however.
Another benefit of this attack is, while active, it is able to make her Flame Swords and Eternal Flame more lethal. For Instance, using Flame Swords while this is active will cause them to burn more intensely, therefore increasing the speed and damage of said attack, likewise with Eternal Flame, the burst itself is faster and burns more intensely than it would have done normally, causing greater damage than before. Below are the techniques she can use while this is active;

However, nothing more happens to these two abilities should Rhea charged this technique.
For: Sigil Name: Balls of Fury Type: Offensive Cooldown: Three posts Duration: Two posts Cost: Medium Range: Mid-Long Description: Rhea summons twelve balls of rather intense and unstable fire. The balls are the size of a football and explode upon impact. The impact zone covers a total area of six feet and can cause burns to the opponent. The balls are fast and Rhea can control them at a whim.
This requires no charge and last for a total of two posts during which Rhea can launch all twelve at one time or in any combination she wants.
For: Sigil Name: Fire Ball Type: Offensive/Area of Effect Cooldown: Five posts Cost: High Range: Mid Description: Rhea points her sigil towards the sky and clenches her fist. Once this is done she can summon a Meteor from the sky to crush her opponent, or injure them. The Fire Ball itself is has the circumference of twenty feet and a diameter of fifteen feet, though it can vary. The Fire Ball, when impacts, can cause substantial damage not only to her opponent but the surrounding area. Everything within thirty five feet of the impact zone will be reduced to ash, dust and what not. Her opponent will not suffer these effects though, unless there Han is below four. While everything beyond that suffers mild or serve burns.
This technique does not require a charge. This Flame Ball can be destroyed before it impacts if her opponent chooses to destroy it with and energy/spiritual based attack, something that relies on your Sei. You can not smash the Meteor with a weapon, no matter what you Bukijuu is. However, you may choose to completely dodge the attack if your Hoho is superior.
For: Sigil Name: Chains of Fury Type: Offensive Cooldown: Four posts Cost: Moderately High Duration: Three Posts Charge: One Posts Range: Short-Medium Description: For this technique Rhea lashes out with her right hand, activating her sigil. Upon doing so, dozens of flame made chains will spawn out of her hand. She is able to wield these all effortlessly, and mostly uses them to trap her opponent or still there movement so she can attack. If anything, this technique helps to combat those who speed is greater than her own, the many chains make for a hard get away if your Hoho is not so much greater than her own. To be precise, +2 above her own. Anything above that should not have too much of a problem evading the Chains.
The Chains also cause burn damage to the targets. Again these Chains can be destroyed either by a melee attack, or an attack relying on there Seijuu Stat. The charge for this technique is one post, and the duration is three posts. This can technique can be used along with Burning Fury to reduce the chances of her opponents escape. This must be activated first though.
For: Sigil Name: Burning Fury Type: Offensive/Defensive.Area of Effect Cooldown: Eight posts Cost: Extremely high Charge: Two posts Range: Dependent on target's range from Rhea Description: Once Rhea has charged enough of her own power, she must release all of that power into the sky. She does this by raising her right hand into the sky and allowing the power to burst forth into the sky. Once that is done, a cyclone of pure flame begins to form around her opponent. The Cyclone starts with a width of twenty feet and has a height of eighty feet, making escape somewhat harder for some beings. Once the Cyclone has been formed, it rapidly begins to close up around her opponent. This process is quick and once the cyclone has completely closed in on her opponent, it explodes in an spectacular explosion.
The explosion causes massive damage to her opponents if they do not manage to escape. This technique can be used along with 'Chains of Fury' to ensure that her opponent's chance of escape is reduced greatly, though not impossible. Chains of Fury must be activated first in order for Rhea to reduce her opponents chances of escape.
If your Sei is greater than Rhea's, feel free to blow the attack away.
For: Sigil Name: Fire Swipe Type: Offensive Cooldown: Two posts Cost: Low Range: Short Description: For this technique, Rhea simply strikes out with her hand at her opponent, sending a slash of flame towards them. The slash reaches a total length of twelve feet, with a width of two feet. When it connects with her enemy, it explodes. This attack can be dodged if your hoh is greater than Rhea's.
For: Sigil Name: Bright Sun Type: Defensive Cooldown: Two posts Cost: Low Range: Short Description: For this technique, Rhea simply claps both hands together, emitting a bright flash of fire that obstructs the vision of her opponent for roughly five seconds. During this time, Rhea can take advantage of her dazed and somewhat blind opponent.
For: Sigil Name: Hades Wrath Type: Offensive Cooldown: Two posts Cost: Moderate Range: Short-Mid [Thirty feet] Description: When Rhea summons enough of her spiritual energy, she merely slams her palm onto the ground. The second she does this, the ground erupts upwards in a blast of flame capable of incinerating most things in it's path. The flames reach a total height of twenty five feet, have a width of eight feet and a length of thirty feet. This technique can be dodged and blocked.
For: Sigil Name: Way of Destruction Type: Offensive Cooldown: Two Posts Cost: Low Range: Long Description: During this technique, Rhea summons up her spiritual energy and conjures dozens of flaming arrows. Once the arrows have been created, [roughly twenty five, the are exactly the same as normal arrows except made of her own fire] she can launch all of them towards her target. She has no ability as of yet to control these arrows, so it is somewhat easier to dodge compared to some of her other attacks. Again, it can be blocked.
QUOTE OR LYRICS HERE; NOT TOO LONG HISTORY:Rhea Nyx lived in a poverty stricken part of the world. The area she lived was consumed in civil war and her village was often targeted to make matters worse. She never knew her father, only that he had been recruited by the man responsible and spear heading the civil war throughout the country. Her mother was gentle, sweet and loving mother, who raised both Rhea and her younger sister, Claire.
For the first four years Rhea Nyx lived a happy life with her sister and mother, she adored her little sister, the two becoming almost inseparable. Rhea also matured a hell of a lot faster than most children, often spending her free time learning about weapons and warfare, a subject she naturally came to like, from the old war veteran who lived next door to them. He was like a father to her, and she looked up to him, always eager to learn self defense, the art of weapons, tactics despite her young age. The old war veteran was all the more happy to teach.
This continued until Rhea reached the age of ten, by then, the old war veteran had long since passed a away, leaving behind most of his books, and weapons to Rhea. She often tried to teach her sister, always loving how happy she got when she preformed a move right, or named a weapon correctly. During this time, Rhea's knowledge in war, weapons, tactics, and guerrilla warfare exceeded those of most military generals. It was the only area that interested her, everything else was irrelevant.
Eventually however, the Civil War took a drastic turn for the worst, seeing as the people who started it were losing, they resulted to drastic measures and started recruiting spiritual beings to batter the army. The war was brought right to their doorstep, and during the chaos, a fullbringer decimated their house, killing their mother in the process and everyone else in the village. The girls survived due to Rhea's quick thinking, dragging her little sister and herself into the sewers, until it passed.
Being somewhat taught in the ways of martial arts and guerrilla warfare, she emerged from the sewers with her sister, going through the rubble of the ruins to salvage anything she could use to keep them alive. She vowed to protect her sister, and with the knowledge she had, she felt as though she could do that rather well. So, with that the two set off, going from village to village, stealing when it was necessary, killing when Rhea needed to protect themselves.
By the time Rhea was fourteen, she and her sister had managed to scrape a living, Rhea herself earning herself a rather notorious reputation, while her sister became known as a somewhat capable medic, seeming to have inherited her mothers skills as a doctor. There sisterly bond began to grow more and more, to the point, from Rhea's side, to be considered incestuousness. During this year, she decided to branch out, and found herself in a group of mercenaries who collected petty bounties and worked for whoever hired them. It was not a well-paid job, and the missions were low-key, but with Rhea in their ranks, there reputation began to grow.
Eventually they received an extremely high end job, to take out a the leader of the notorious terrorist group known as Sovereign. It seemed easy enough, and perhaps they all underestimated their enemy. Rhea also took her sister along with them this time, feeling as though having a medic on stand by would save a few people who may get injured during the firefight. However, what followed was a massacre, the large group of mercenaries were easily beaten, Rhea being the only survivor. There target, who happened to be a women saw raw potential within the girl, and with her gun pointed at her head made her an offer. Rhea declined, to which the women simply smirked, turning her gun on her beaten and nearly unconscious sister.
From that day forward, Rhea joined the terrorist group known as Sovereign. She was taught by the very same women who recruited her and for the next four years of her life, Rhea became all the more closer to her sister, finding it harder each day not to violate her. She became increasingly angry with herself for feeling this way and naturally turned the anger into her job, became one of the most notorious and violent terrorists the world have ever seen. She used bombs, chemical weapons, anything she could to further Sovereigns position in the world. She did not care who she killed, nor how many. Yet, the feeling off love she had for her sister would not leave. Eventually, Rhea could not take it any longer, finding her sister in one of the medical room working away at the computer, she roughly and violently fucked her. Ignoring her pleas and screams, driven by a long buried need. Rhea afterwards declared her rather inappropriate feelings for her, somewhat disgusted with herself, she left. Eventually, as she finally worked up the nerve to face her sister again, the base was attacked by a task force of special forces, and she and her sister were split. Unbeknownst to her, her sister was not so faithful to Sovereign, and had over the years, managed to leak information against them, leading to this attack.
Rhea took this as a sign to leave this life behind, to start anew. She knew for a fact that her sister was still alive, and she had a feeling that she was in safe hands. When she reached twenty, Rhea came across an organization known as the Consecro, and decided this would be a good way to somewhat atone for her past. She enrolled, a few days later, starting out as a proxy. However, this was not enough for her, she craved more, her years of training in martial arts, weaponry, tactics and in generally being able to kill someone saw her complete many a mission. She soon was granted her sigil, and complete the training in just a month and a half, having noting else but to focus on her duty to the Consecro, she trained harder, mastering her Sigil, allowing her to harness the full power of it.
For the next four years, Rhea continued to fulfill her position as a Guardian to the best of her ability and then some. Her life as a terrorist and her extensive knowledge allowed her to become rather effective at her role as a Guardian, despite her cold and rude attitude. Which had more than often caused a fight between her and other members and a few firm reprimands.
However when she was twenty five, and to this current day, Rhea's old habits seemed to have died hard. She started working for Sovereign again, although a lot less obviously, as so not to endanger her role within the Consecro. She took not part in bombings, nor killings, but nonetheless, issued orders, targets and information to their leader. Though, her loyalty should never be questioned, while it may not look like it, she loves her job as a Guardian. She has also started looking for her sister, feeling it's about time they 'reunite'.
Eventually, Rhea began to grow bored with Rome and the Vatican, having spent the entirety of her Consecro days there. She decided that a change of scenery was needed and so requested that she move to one of the other Spheres of Holy Influence. It was granted, and soon enough Rhea found herself in Karakura Town, Japan, beginning a new life of sorts within the main Consecro headquarters their. She came to love the Town quickly and bought an abandoned hotel to act as her house, wanting to make the stay permanent. She was also intrigued as to the ridiculous amount of other spiritual beings within said town and believed that her life here, would by no means be boring.
It was during her first week in Karakura Town that she came into contact with a Captain of the Gotei Thirteen. The Soul Reaper Captain name was Kakashei Haruko. Rhea, never haven seen a Soul Reaper before, only reading about them in the many books back in Rome, was quick to start a fight between them. Wanting to experience first hand what powers the Captain had, and how accurate the books were. The fight was not easy on both of them, the Captain gaining the upper hand in the fight and showing Rhea firsthand the powers of a Bankai.
She left the fight after using one of her techniques, (Eternal Flame) to cover her withdrawal. To her the fight was a stalemate. She learned a fair amount about Kakashei and Soul Reapers in general during that bout and vows to get stronger so she can combat the power a Captain's Bankai grants.
