Okay, so the only things that have been changed really are the stat specifications because before I had actual numbers which was retarded since they would not improve if his level went up. And I added cooldowns since the old ones were made before we added that rule. Also left a note in Never Return. It might seem OP, but really isn't unless there are other people like me who like coming at super high levels with NVs. Even then, Julius won't res on an AD even if they piss him off. xD

Description: 4 spheres of condensed dark blue reiryoku surround Julius. Each is roughly 1 foot in diameter and can move about as the user wills it. They can only move at most, 50 feet away from Julius. Being compact and solid, these spheres can block physical strikes, unless they are unusually strong (HAK higher than Julius' SEI). They can also block spiritual attacks of a lower scale (SEI -2 or higher than Julius' SEI). If someone were to touch one of the spheres, they would have that body part temporarily frozen (2 posts) by the dangerously low temperature of the reiryoku. This technique is often used to protect allies as well as the user. These spheres last for 4 posts.

It can negate weak spiritual attacks (SEI -5 of higher than Julius'), and drastically weaken stronger spiritual attacks (SEI equal to or lower than Julius's SEI). The barrier cannot be broken by physical attacks unless the attacker is very strong (HAK equal to or higher than Julius' SEI). If someone were to touch this barrier, they would have that body part temporarily frozen (2 posts) by the dangerously low temperature of the reiryoku forming the barrier.

Description: A black arcane circle forms directly in front of Julius, obscuring him from view. It exudes its own heightened gravity and draws ungrounded objects towards it. Anything that touches this circle will be hit with enough force to instantly kill weaker beings (HAN -12 or weaker than Julius' SEI) and crush just about anything that is trapped against the circle. The pressure can only be withstood by those with great durability (HAN greater than Julius' SEI). In addition, Julius' freezing Reiatsu attacks those who touch the circle, freezing whatever it touches. This can result in the shattering of body parts, should they be frozen and hit by the force at the same time (must be frozen and have -7 HAN or weaker than Julius's SEI). This circle fades after two posts. Julius then has two options: He can let it disappear, or throw it at his opponent like a saw blade in a last-ditch effort. After it is thrown, it will implode on itself shortly after, the technique becoming unusable for an entire 2 days.
(Note: He will never use res on something weaker than EL unless he's getting dogpiled, so the insta kill mention is only to accentuate the force the circle exudes. Same with the shatter freeze. Dumb enough to come at him when he uses this? You don't deserve arms.)

Description: Julius' body erupts in a tower of bright white light for an instant, knocking anyone near him backwards with a mild shock wave. When the light dies down, he is revealed, glowing with a dark blue reiryoku. It actually coats his body from head to toe, giving his physical strikes the same deadly freezing capabilities of his reiryoku. This lasts for 5 posts.
