For: Resurrecion Name: Koorino Rei Type: Passive/Offensive Cooldown: 3 Posts. Cost: Mid Range: Close-to-Far Description: His Zanpakuto disappears as it is replaced with a spear made form ice and spiritual energy hardened, much like a frozen Cero. It is hardened to a point where it can withstand hits from an enemy Zanpakuto. The spear can be thrown, and once it hits an area, creates a mild explosion of around 70ft diameter leaving pillars of Ice.
For: Resurrecion Name: Absolute Zero Type: Passive Cooldown: Lasts 5 posts, Cooldown for 4 Cost: Mid Range: Contact Description: Any area cut by this sword almost immediately freezes over causing numbness and immovability. The affected area slowly spreads over the body causing a spreading restriction of movement. The ice will melt away after being on the affected individual after 3 posts. Those with higher HAK than Zatch's SEI can break the Ice.
For: Resurrecion Name: Reitou No Hashira: Type: Offensive Cooldown: 5 posts Cost: Large Range: Mid Description: By swinging his weapon in an upward slash, he can summon many pillars of ice about 1-10 feet in diameter, and 1-100ft in Length. The pillars can also be turned into a sword like structure, or to encase the opponent in a pillar of ice. Range = 1-200 feet. A very strong attack fairly difficult to block because of the owner being able to summon more than one. Those with a HAK larger than Zatch's SEI can destroy the Pillars and block them easily. Can create up to three Pillars.

Koorino Rei: Needs a cooldown. I'd say 5 posts since it's high cost. I mean, even with maxed out REI, you're not going to be able to spam high-cost techs. So you may as well take out the regeneration part, since it does need a fairly large cooldown. Also, 200 ft is way too much; basically unavoidable. Would make it no more than a 70 foot radius.
Absolute Zero: Would actually make this a passive with a duration/cooldown. With a mid cost, 5 would be an acceptable duration. Maybe 4 posts for the cooldown. Might also want to specify that those with HAK higher than Zatch's SEI can break the ice.
Reitou No Hashira: Specify how many pillars he can create with this. Would say no more than 3, with how large they are. Also needs a longer cooldown. 5 would be fair.

Koorino Rei: Still has the regeneration part. There's no point having it there since there's a cooldown.
Absolute Zero: I said 4 for the cooldown, not 3.
Reitou No Hashira: You did not specify that he can create 3, and again, wrong cooldown. I said 5.
