After accumulating enough blood in the blade, Jin can secret it across the blade. Once the entire blade is coated, he will pour some of his reiatsu into the sword, and the blood, causing it to not leak, or spill. This all takes just over two seconds to do, and it typically takes about 2 ounces of blood to coat the blade. This coating is a soft gleam, normally simply giving the blade a soft gleam of crimson.
Now, once the preparation is completed, Jin will slash downward at the enemy, and roughly a second after the slash is started. This attack is most potent when used while hitting the enemy with the blade itself in the initial slash. Should this occur, the wound created is normally tripled in severity.
This attack, should it be used without making contact, will fly in whatever direction the slash was used in. Should this Attack make contact on the enemy, it can cut the enemy open wherever it hits and will thus spill blood. The severity of the would is far less than had it been used and the original slash made contact with the enemy. There aren't any real indicators to the technique being used besides the blade itself being coated in blood. The higher the users sei stat compared to the opponents han stat, the higher the damage output.

This technique will normally compliment his passive ability to create dogs. By hovering his hand over the dog, and then pulsating his reiatsu, Jin can force the dog to become a second sword/a spear for Jin to use. This sword is condensed with his reiatsu, so it becomes rather difficult to destroy. However, it can be destroyed after enough repeated hits. This blood sword acts like a normal sword in the sense that it can cut/impale the enemy.
The same applies to the spear, as soon as Jin takes the time to create the blade/spear, he can throw the weapon to try and impale the enemy. However, there is a significant downside to this. Should this spear take too long in the air it will fall back into a normal puddle of blood, and will become useless. Also, should the enemy add any of their own reiatsu to the weapon, it will instantly turn back into a puddle of blood. To add to this, Jin must continue to add reiatsu to the created weapon for it to keep it's shape.
This isn't as costly to create, but it can become costly to maintain, and so using it as a distraction is how he normally uses the skill. The sword, or spear can take five hits before they break apart, and each will last for one post.
