Scutum Priistis is a tower shield.
If something doesn't make sense, just point it out and I'll clarify the description. I'm fairly derpy right now.

Description:
The face Scutum Pristis begins to secrete a thick, mucus-like substance that quickly covers the outer side of the weapon. The light red, almost strawberry colored gelatin is extremely sticky, attaching itself to any object unfortunate enough to touch it except the shield itself, which will replace any of the substance lost to other subjects. Scutum Pristis will continue to reproduce the jelly for the next 2 posts. At the end of its 2 post duration, the mucus begins to rapidly heat and expand, climaxing in massive explosion. This includes the face of the weapon itself, though the shield is certainly strong and large enough to protect the entirety of the user. This technique produces an ungodly amount of recoil.

Description:
The user smashes Scutum Pristis’s face into the ground with excessive force causing the surface itself to ripple and wave. A radius of 20 meters, and half a meter deep, is immediately transformed into a viscous, strawberry red jelly substance. This sticky mucus is repelled by the user’s own Reiatsu and attracted to all others, causing the user to ‘part the sea’ while any opponents are consumed. The substance itself does nothing but hinder the movements of targets it comes into contact with, attempting to hold them down and restrain them. After a 2 post duration, any jelly that isn’t attached to a Reiatsu emitting creature is dissipated into the air. At this time, any that does happen to be clinging to something rapidly expands, heats, and eventually explodes.
A HAK or HOH higher than the user’s SEI allows them to easily rid themselves of the jelly via speed or brute force.

Scutum Pristis’s face peels back revealing a roiling maw of light red energy. The circular opening’s diameter is the same as the shield’s width. After a brief delay, a barrage of 10 cm long needles, formed from hardened explosive strawberry jelly, are ejected from the mouth in a wide cone. Once a needle buries itself in any surface, it rapidly begins to heat up, ending in a small explosion that rips apart the wound. All the projectiles dissipate after traveling 10 meters.

Description:
By tapping the base of Scutum Pristis on the ground, the user produces anywhere from 1 to 5 spears of hardened explosive light red jelly. The spikes jet from the ground around the user within 2 meters, piecing anything in the way. Each spear is slightly longer than a meter, translucent, and glows with an odd strawberry light. Once removed from the ground, the spear will exist for 1 post before rapidly heating and exploding. All spears will last for a total of 5 posts before dissipating into the air. The spikes cannot piece characters with HAN higher than the user's SEI.
