Description: Rin gathers water on his arms. He then brings his hands together, setting one on top of the other with both facing down and have his arms stay at a low position. He then brings them up with brute force and shoots the water off at his opponent in a long vertical stream. This water has a very different effect than his other attacks. It makes whoever it hits aroused. Duration of effects: 3
