Name: Eye’s of the medusa Type: offensive. Cost: High Range: mid. Cool-Down: 5 posts. Description: If Edda makes eye contact with an opponent she can turn them to stone. Normal human npc it happens immediately, anything stronger, Reapers, Hollows, Pc, etc, it slows movement by covering parts of their body in stone for 5 posts.
Name: poison fang Type: offensive. Cost: Mid Range: short. Cool-down: 5 posts Description: Edda bites the opponent sending a deadly poison in to their blood. Normal Npc would die, stronger as in Pc the poison will weaken them for 5 posts. If the area where bitten is cut then the poison can be drained.
Name: Cameo scales Type: offensive/defensive. Cost: High Range: short. Cool-down: 5 posts. Description: Edda Gold scales grow to cover her body and when the light hits them it is reflected it making her invisible for 2 posts. The ability only works on the eye so those who can see energy she would glow like a candle.

One: Cost is usually anywhere from Low-Mid-High. Set the costs and based on what the techniques do we'll judge from there.
Two: Healing techniques are not allowed to be used during battle, so you will either have to remove that technique or edit it's use to be after battle only.
Three: Nothing can auto kill anything, only exception is NPCs.
Four: You need to add a whole lot more detail to these techniques, what all they do and how long the effects last etc..Look some of the other techniques over for examples.
That's all for now, when everything else is in place I will look these over again.

It really looks like the only thing you edited in was the cost, I still see too little detail in these techniques for them to be graded properly.
Remove anything about the attack being instant, I don't care if it's human or not but no autoing is allowed. Like I said only NPCs can be auto'd.
The invincibility tech needs to have a high cost and a cool down, meaning how many posts pass before the technique can be used again. Add a cool down to your other techniques as well.

Not all of your techs costs needed to be high, just the one about making her invisible.
And I'd like to see more detail in that invisible technique. such as if energy based attacks could still be able to hit them, since I would assume she can be sensed just not seen.
Also your sig is too big, could you please resize it so that it doesn't stretch the page?
