Description: Emil shoots an arrow at his friend or foe that is lined with his rei. The arrow, instead of damaging, replenishes any energy lost during a battle. It does nothing against broken bones or cuts, but it will replenish you. (since healing during is a no-no, this is only used AFTER battle.) It can split into two arrows to heal up to two people at once, but the cost of the tech goes up from low to mid when that happens. Cooldown is 4 posts, but likely won't be used until the end of a thread

Description: Emil shoots an arrow at his enemy. the arrow is lined with his rei and if it hits, it feels like a burning sensation coursing through the enemies veins, causing severe discomfort and if they're at around 50% health or lower then it will cause confusion and disorientation. Cooldown is 4 posts, and the effects last 2 posts.
