Name: Lengua de Plata (Silver Tongue)
Type: Passive. Primarily used to convince opponents that he’s not a threat.
Cost: Low
Range: All ranges
Description: Colin vibrates a pair of secondary vocal cords at the base of his Hollow hole at a much lower frequency than most beings can consciously hear. The vibrations of the cords send out subconscious suggestions to his opponents while he speaks. He can’t convince others to go against their personal code of conduct, but they often act on the suggestion if it’s something they might reasonably do anyway. Individuals with a reiryoku and seijuu equal to or greater than his are much less susceptible.

Name: Soplo de Viento (Breath of Wind)
Type: Offensive
Cost: Low to moderate
Range: All ranges, but generally used as a short-to-mid-range attack
Description: Colin manipulates the air around his hands/arms to create compressed, high-speed, reiatsu-infused wind vortexes. He then fires the vortexes at his opponents, which explode on impact due to rapid decompression. Has varying strength dependent on how much reiatsu he infuses the vortex with and how rapidly he fires it off.

Name: Oponerse Viento (Opposing Wind)
Type: Defensive
Cost: Low to high, depending on how powerful of an attack he is trying to negate.
Range:Short
Description: Colin creates a blast of compressed wind used to "negate" incoming attacks with equal and opposite force, whether physical or kido. It more easily counters physical attacks than kido, but can still lessen the damage caused by kido.

Name: Abrazo Viento (Wind’s Embrace)
Type: Defensive
Cost:Moderate to high
Range:Long
Description: Colin launches himself into the air with a blast of wind from his feet. He then manipulates the air around him to move and remain airborne. Because it requires very precise and extensive manipulation of the air around him, he can only use this technique for a maximum of five posts.
