All in one day he had been forced to make out with one of Blood's 'hosts' as he preferred to call himself. He was unhappy enough with that little fact and had made it abundantly clear to the pimp. He knew Blood was aware of how upset he was over the fact that he was being used then fooled by the kid with mind games. One look into those eyes and he was done for and he hated that fact. Things had only gone down from there. Blood barely had the restraint to wait until they reached their place of business the man called his pimp lair before he was only Luka like some kind of animal. It wasn't even necessary to state what had happened next, something Luka was far too familiar with and not because of the business he was in.
He was sick to his stomach when it was all said and done and left as soon as he could get a change of clothes, the ones he was wearing before either torn of disgusting to him right now. Of course it was something probably a bit too flashy but he didn't know any better. He had on black, tight pants as usual with some boots but what stood out was his long, sleeveless coat with a large fur collar that really made him look like some kind of a pimp, which he was of course so it didn't really matter what people's first impressions were. They would probably be right. Luka didn't know what he was supposed to do anyway. He didn't quite get that maybe he stood out a bit walking to a nearby bar to do that whole drink away your sorrows thing he never really understood. Maybe it was because he was like a vampire now but he never had been able to get the slightest bit drunk before , even when he was a human.
Now he sat at the bar, tipping back a glass of Scotch on the Rocks or whatever the bartender had given him. It seemed like a manly drink. Luka must have looked really manly or something? All he knew was it tasted horrible and he wasn't looking forward to another one even though he raised the glass for a refill which he got. He didn't drink this one right away, just looking at it with a hint of disgust that wouldn't really be noticed by anyone because it was like all of his other expressions. Blood would be useful right about now. He knew his drinks. Too bad Luka really didn't want to see the man right now. He lowered his head, not really paying any attention to anything as he tried to lock away what had happened. He would gladly do anything for Blood but he hated things like this. It wasn't like he could say anything about it though. He'd be right back at the man's side tomorrow to silently do his bidding. It was strange how he needed to have this kind of thing and was perfectly okay with it. Luka just guessed he was pretty strange like everyone else in the world.

He spun in his chair as he thought about what went on. He wasn't sure why Luka had left him in such a hurry. He knew he didn't hurt him. Hell, he was too careful for his own liking. There was so many things that needed to happen that he made sure didn't happen just because he was sure it'd open up serious mind issues. Honestly, he was sure he'd stop giving a fuck if Luka continued to be a prissy little sensitive bitch. Maybe he was still upset over that Ikki fiasco, but he needed to man up and get over it.
Blood sighed and got up from his chair. He had to find Luka and clear up this mess. He couldn't be stuck with such a bitch for a right hand man, granted he could easily take Blood down if he tried. He was just too loyal to even think about overpowering him. More than half of the people in his business would be completely lost without him, Luka included.
Blood took his chariot to the nearest bar, which looked like a place Luka would likely frequent because of some generic sadness. He strutted his way in the bar, walking with his cane at his side helping to show off how amazing he was, even at walking. Blood stopped at the bar, spotting Luka immediately. He didn't exactly fit in in a place like this, and looked completely out of place. Or maybe Blood was just able to spot his long time companion easily. He didn't care which it really was.
Blood sat on the stool next to Luka and ordered a Fuzzy Naval. Only true men could be comfortable enough with themselves to order it. The bartender gave him his drink, and Blood turned his full attention to Luka. "Pray tell me, why did you leave? Going to drink your pathetic sorrows away?" He sipped some of his drink through a straw and twirled around in the chair before stopping to speak to Luka again. "On a more serious note, stop moping." Blood crossed one leg over another and swung his chair lightly from side to side. He winked at Luka while sipping on his drink some more, not caring in the slightest how gay it made him seem. |

God he was a mess. He had all of Blood's enemies and in this state he would have been screwed over if one of them showed up, even if they were just puny little normal humans. Getting shot in the head by a normal gun wasn't much different than getting shot in the head by a pimp rifle. He did his best not to show his surprise when the man was suddenly sitting next to him, eyeing his cane instead and spending his time trying to figure out what in god's name a Fuzzy Naval was. It sounded like some kind of stomach sex but why would he be ordering that at a bar unless Luka had walked into the wrong kind of place? Luka decided that was not the thing he needed to be thinking about and looked back to his own drink, just pushing it aside for the time being. He could use the excuse of company not to drink the thing.
He didn't say anything at first though. His silver eyes darted off to the opposite side, his hand coming up to block any view he had of Blood as he awkwardly pushed his hair back in a bit of an embarassed fashion. He knew he was acting like a total girl about all of this. Actually he might have been worse than a girl. He didn't like making that mad upset with him. Finally he looked over, a pretty pathetic look in his eyes as he slouched forward. Still he said nothing on it though. It was painful having such issue speaking.
"I didn't sign up for those things..." he said quietly, looking down at the bar top, hiding his eyes from Blood's gaze, sure they wouldn't be too happy to hear what was Luka's form of rebellion. It wasn't anything more than a few muttered words but for Luka it was something horrible and selfish and he tensed up, ready for whatever Blood would have in ratialtion, even if it was just hurt feelings. He was starting to regret saying anything on the matter and lifted his head, looking sorry for saying anything at all. So he straightened up a bit, trying to regain his compsure and stop his moping like Blood had asked him to.
Still though some part of him was glad he said something about it. There was that part of his life he wanted to lock away and not revisit. What had gone on today had resurfaced a lot of blurred memories that he had surpressed and he had been feeling terribly ill since he left. He reached up, grabbing his arm over his branding and paling some as he thought on getting that damned thing. "I just want to forget about it" he said vaguely, not really hinting on what he meant exactly, whether it be what happened that night or hundreds of years ago. There wasn't really any reason for him to stir up personal drama for Blood to deal with. Instead he finally just downed that other drink, making a face as he swallowed it.

Be it his past or simply whatever had happened in the room before hand, it just seemed like he couldn't forget. It was quite the depressing site, so he turned to the bar. He didn't want his mopey colleague to rain on his parade. Blood sipped on his drink until it was gone then demanded for the bartender to give him another. Blood did the dick move and put it all on a tab that he had no intentions of paying.
He supposed it was time for him to say some words of comfort to Luka, but didn't really feel like comforting the man. The man was well over hundreds of years old. If he didn't act it then problems would surely arise. Blood sighed, he really didn't feel like being the one to say a thing about it. "If you want to forget, then I'm not stopping you. The only one stopping you from forgetting is yourself" Blood was proud with how his words seemed to actually feel like well thought out advice, when in reality he had barely thought about it at all.
Blood spun around in his chair while thinking on what to do next. Luka was obviously a mess, and that wasn't good for show. Of course, Blood twirling in a bar stool sipping a girly drink also wasn't good for show, but he was the eccentric leader. He could do whatever he pleased. His right hand man was supposed to be the muscle. The hardcore muscle in which everyone fear, but you can't fear emo muscle. "Luka, what do you suggest would take your mind off whatever it's on?" He stopped twirling in his chair and looked directly at Luka with one leg crossed over the other one. He was on a mission to cheer this man up at any cost.

He might not have meant to give reasonable advice, but hey it had turned out that way in the end. Luka was indeed the one not letting himself move on from what had happened so long ago. Not Blood or Ikki were the ones making him remember everytime something similiar took place. It was him who let the memories resurface when it wans't really the same anymore. The whole kiss thing earlier might have been related slightly since he was forced then warped but it was just a kiss. When it came to Blood though it had been quite different. He wasn't sure how much it actually meant to his employer and friend, but it didn't seem like something he did solely for himself because he controlled Luka in every way. He pretty much did it just wasn't formally said so. That didn't feel like it played a part in it though. To be fair sleeping with a pimp was a bit confusing, especilly when it was the eccentric Blood Dupre. Half the time Luka had no idea what went on in his head, let alone what he was feeling.
He tipped back the gross drink he got but only got a drop in his mouth before he gave up and set it back down. "Well this certainly isn't the way to go about it" he muttered, shoving the drink away, not realizing he sent it flying across the bar and crashing into every drink in its path, probably bother a few people and piss off another few since it basically destroyed whatever drink they were on. It was liely above their limit anyway. He heard the crashing sound of glass, but thought nothing of it, a lot more focus on the man beside him... The one who was sipping girly drinks and spinning off and on in his chair, not whoever was on the other side of him that was the first victim of his little drink incident.
He thought for a moment before looking up at the man's face for one of the first times since he got there. "A drive" he suggested. Luka was a great driver. Blood had gotten him a fake drivers' license and since then he had been driving every day. Sure he was reckless and broke about every rule there ever was, but how was he supposed to know? He had never gone to driving school. He just watched American movies and learned from those. About anyone that rode in a car with him was doomed to screaming and panicking while Luka tried to guess what their problem was. It beat riding in the chariot for him and he had to watch the slow people on the same road so he didn't have to think on other things too much. Yes a drive would be a great way to get him mind off things. It was too bad he was completely oblivious to the change in mood that had settled in the bar because of his little mess up. Going on a drive might have needed to be put on hold for a little while.

I've lived many centuries, Seen many things, Do not doubt either of my claims.
It had been a while since Alister had been able to go out and have a night to himself. The few days back he had to deal with a annoying, bi-polar, jack ass that kept changing personalities. He ended up getting stabbed in the abdomen and another wound on his arm. He was force to spend his time in his hotel room, so his wounds can heal. Once they did so, he was ready to go back out on the prowl. He only hope that he didn't end up getting involved into another altercation. He just wanted to get a nice drink and finding a attractive female to spend a night with.
Stepping out of the shower, he wrap his waist with a towel. Ringing out his hair, he wrap it in a towel as well while he dried off. Putting on deoderant and lotion, he raised off of his bed to go into his closet. Looking for a outfit, he took out a pair of gray slacks, a black button down, and a gray vest jacket. Once that was done, he went back into his bathroom, where he used his hair dryer to dry his hair. Once finish, he brush his hair for a while and then moved on to putting on his underwear and attire. Leaving his hair unkempt, he grabbed his wallet and made his way out of his hotel room.
Steppinging onto he sidewalk, he slowly pace down the street towards a near-by bar. Entering inside, he sat down alng the end of the bar and ordered for a glass of vodka. Looking around the bar, his gaze centered onto three females sitting along a booth towards the window. Flashing a slight smile, he manage to catch the eye of one of them, causing them to blush a little. Hearing his drink being sat down before him, he pick it up and took a sip. "Not bad, they have some good vodka here. It taste familiar as well, russian vodka?" he question as he took another sip of his vodka.
Looking back towards the female, he kept on with the charm and flirted with his eyes. It was not a difficult job for him to do of course, most of the times females get attracted easily by a flash of his smile. Looking away, he drunk down the rest of the vodka and place it down onto the counter. Motioning for a refill, he turn to spot the female standing right in front of him. Apparently she was using the excuse of needing more drinks. While she waited, she started a conversation with Alister. The two seem to be hitting it off pretty well, until their drinks was place down before them. Taking a sip, he place it back down and kept his attention on the female. It wasn't long before the sound of shattering glass was heard and drama started. Having his drink spilled on him and the glass sent every where, he sighed in dissapointment while wiping himself off.
The female quickly headed into the bathroom, apparently her thumb was cut and her shirt was french in alcohol. Standing, he step back a bit and watch as two gentleman raised form their seats and began shouting back and forth. Sighing, he really had wondered if drama was just something he was bound to get into. Asking the bar keep who started this, Alister walk over to the male. "I was trying to have a nice night, but apparently you manage to ruin that with ease. So, are you going to be paying for my drink and dry cleaning? You should know that your little stunt cut the female that just pass you and ruined her clothing, so I will also like for you to apologize to her and pay for her dry cleaning." he manage to stay calm while a group of people were fighting on his right. As odd as it was, he really was just trying to get on the female's good side so he could take her home for the night. He was piss as well, but not to a great extint.

Ia was out on the night by herself this time. It wasn’t really an odd occurrence, seeing how there were just times when she and Zeito couldn’t stand each other. And, being the annoying little obsessive emo that that boy was, he couldn’t go a single night without Ukyo around. So, of course Ukyo chose him to hang out with a good 80% of the time..even if she usually gave him a much more fun time. She couldn’t help but smile to herself, knowing full well were their ‘alone’ nights went. She really wished they happened more, it was always fun to be with that man.
But, she decided not to think about that now. She was on the prowl to find another play toy tonight, which brought her to this bar. Of course, as she walked in, she got the attention of most of the guy sitting in front. She couldn’t help but smile and let her overall confidence emulate around her, her hips swinging. Even though what she had was rather small, she knew exactly how to dress and work her body to make all the guys drool and want nothing more than to go back to the hotel with her.
But, she ignored them. None were attractive or interesting enough to even be considered as a play toy. At least when she was sober. Which is why she walked to the bar, ordering a rum and coke and drinking it quickly. She followed up with another, which she sipped on for a while, telling any guy that even came near her to piss off. However, she soon found her hand full of glass as another glass was..well, flung down the bar, and directly into her’s. She sighed, pulling out the glass as her wound healed near instantly due to what she was. She got up, following the line of broken drinks to a man.
She was angry. This jackass had ruined her drink, and killed the buzz she got from her first. It was rather hard for her to express anger without looking adorable, but she tried, as she sorta half pouted and had half an angry face. She squeezed past the blond haired gentleman that was going on about dry cleaning, putting herself next to Luka. She tried to spin him around, her mouth was open, about ready to unleash her full wrath in anger, but as soon as she saw his face all anger dropped. Her face quickly changed to be as cute as possible, smiling with her eyes slightly closed. “I’m sorry, but you seemed to destroy my drink. How but you buy me a new one? Maybe we could even talk a little.” She said, smiling and sitting next to the man, leaning forward on the bar and towards him, giving him a nice view down her shirt. “what do you say?? Could even get out of here, seeing all those angry people.”

He didn't care to pay too much attention to it, mostly because he was sure it had nothing to do with him. Oh how blissfully unaware of the world he was. He was just getting ready to get up for a quick walk back to pimp headquarters to pick up a car to possibly get a few tickets in. That wasput off for a few moments when he spotted a blond man beside him. He glanced the man's way, noting he didn't look happy which was backed up as fact when he went on his rant. At first Luka didn't listen, but it slowly zeroed in that he was the one being spoken to. He gave the man a strange look, not really understanding what he was talking about. He looked to the bar counter and saw the absence of his drink from before. He didn't think he had hit it that hard. He really needed to start paying attention to his strength. He looked back at the man when his speech was done. Luka just looked at him blankly for a moment. It also seemed needed to start paying attention to people that were talking to him l, because he hadn't caught a word of that. He knew there was drinks and dry cleaning included. He just wasn't sure how they were related. Did he want a drink at the dry cleaner? Luka thought that was strange but what did he know? So he just turned back around to Blood, giving a small shrug as he nodded toward the door for them go, not realizing that he was getting himself into even more trouble probably.
Just then his bar stool turned around, leaving Luka with a pretty surprised look on his face. He was left face to face with some girl that had some kind of mood swing, because one minute she looked upset and then her face shifted to a pretty happy one. Shit. He knew that look she had now. He didn't even need to hear it before he looked over his shoulder, silently asking for help from Blood who was hopefully not utterly annoyed with all the trouble Luka was today. He looked back when the girl spoke, asking for a drink and to talk. What a shocker. It was always the same with girls, at least for him. Sometimes he forgot that he was quite the attractive man or something. Bars weren't a good scene when he wanted to stay so socially awkward.
Luka sat up straight, even leaning back some so he could ignore the very obvious attempts this girl was making to make him look somewhere. "I actually have other plans I need to get going for" he stated, turning back around before the girl threw her top off or something. People were weird like that these days. He gave a look to Blood and stood up to leave. He had basically brushed off the blonde man and rejected the woman so he was pretty sure it was okay to leave. He was banking on that anyway. He didn't want to get into trouble tonight. He had really had enough for the day between watching hookers get killed, dealing with punk, make outs and.. other things. Given his judgement of the past few minutes his thoughts were rather questionable right now.

He broke a few drinks down the line, and looked like he pissed off quite a few people. A man came to him telling Luka to pay for his dry cleaning or something. Blood knew damn well He'd have to pay for it, so this shit was going to have to straighten itself out before Blood had to dirty his hands with these people. That was when Blood checked the angry man out. Man was this guy funny looking. No amount of professionally cleaned clothing could fix whatever was wrong with him. Blood continued swinging back and forth in his chair and sipping on his drink until it was finished. He didn't want to make the annoying slurping noise, seeing as he was too classy for that. Instead, he ordered himself another drink of the same type, then continued watching what was going on with Luka's unfortunate predicament.
Now, there was a girl involved, and a young looking one at that. Luka looked as uncomfortable as ever, and Blood wasn't going to even question why. She couldn't be more than fifteen years old, but she was okay looking for her young age. However, Blood didn't condone pedophilia when he was near, so he had to put a stop to what was going on before it even started. It looked like Luka wanted his help with this anyway, so it wasn't as if he were raining all over Luka's eventual sex parade.
Blood didn't follow Luka when he went to leave. He knew shit was about to go down, and he didn't want to get involved too deep, however the slutty child needed a talking to. Blood waved his hand at the blond man, motioning for him to cool down. Then he got his drink and spun around in the chair to face the girl. "How about you leave the slut business to the sluts." He winked at her then went back to his drink, which was a lot more interesting than whatever was going on in the bar at the moment. Luka's business, Luka could handle himself. |

Alister waited for a response from the male, but did not seem to get one. He was simply just given a blank expression, which did nothing but made the situation odder than it already was. Looking to his left, the female he was talking to had finally made her exit. She wasn't very happy, she was holding her hand with tissue, since she was cut by the glass when it shatter. Haulting her pace, he put on a look of concern as he asked if she as alright. His response was a high pitch five minute response of why she was not alright.
He manage to tune most of it out, but had realize that sex was not worth hearing this the next day. So he simply said his goodbye and sent her on her merry way. When she stormed away, he felt someone push him forward. Turning, he saw a odd looking female taking a seat next to the male who caused the entire scene. Giving her a look down, he did not find much of appeal. She look like a child, she did not have tits, and her ass was also small. plus she was fixated on the other male. which was a good thing, a female like that was someone he would usually avoid.
