Name: Aura Beam Cost: Low Range: Mid Description: The aura beam is a simple Cero, fired using collected light photons. It fires as a white beam, with a mix of various shades of color in it. If it hits it will inflict heavy impact damage, and with all of it's energy, can cause burns.
Name: Blind Type: AOE Cooldown: 2 turns Cost: Low Range: Mid Description: Ryse collects many photons and releases them all at once, causing a bright light that blinds anyone looking at it once released. Blinding lasts a full turn after infliction
Name: Wall of light Type: Defense Cooldown: 2 turns Cost: Low Range: Short Description:Ryse can use collected photons to create a super dense shield of light in front of her. This can block attacks equal to her level in Sei
Name: Light wave Type: Offensive Cooldown: 1 turn Cost: Low/Medium on explosion Range: Med Description: Ryse will raise her hand up and fires off waves of colors from red to indigo and repeat, quickly enough so the beam nearly looks white, to inflict severe impact and burn damage. With enough energy the photons can also become volatile enough to explode, dealing even more damage.

Shroud: Doesn't really make sense if you are using light. Pick either light or darkness.
Wall of light: Should only be able to block things with SEI/HAK greater; not 3 over. Also needs a higher cooldown. 2 at the very least.

Her ability is photon light manipulation, darkness is just the absence of light and color, and so she is absorbing the light photons, which just leave an absence of light, which is where the darkness comes from.

That still falls under multi (darkness and light). It just sounds like you're trying to get around it. Please change it still.
Also, you don't have the stat comparison on wall of light.
