~ Rukia sat outside in the gardens of the Kuchiki Manor. Near the koi pond, she let her eyes remain closed just enjoying the peace this place brought her. It helped, but not completely, those odd feelings and sensations were still bugging her. They seemed to, if it was even possible, to be getting stronger. It was taking longer for her to push them back. That in itself worried her some, but she was one to not burden others.~ "Damn it Nii-san, why can't you be here when I need to talk? " ~Growling a little at her own words, she slowly opened her eyes staring up, yet not at anything particular.
There was just enough of a breeze that evening to be cool, still she didn't seem to mind. A sigh slipping out as she tried to get her thoughts to clear, she didn't like not knowing. Whatever she was feeling, sensing whatever you want to call it was driving her nuts. It had her slightly worried something being wrong with her brother, but she knew he could handle himself. Plus they would of been notified if he was in trouble. Right? No no she shook her head, pushing that whole train of thought away. Rukia wouldn't doubt her brother no matter what, this had to be something else, but what was the question.
It was as if, well as if she was missing something, or someone. Honestly, she didn't know. It was all just big guesses on her part what it could be. Clinching up her fist, she could feel that temper rising and knew it wouldn't help to destroy her brothers property. Byakuya had a forgiving side, but not when it came to his property being destroyed. Not to mention this had been her sisters place, it kill her inside to damage it even a little. Closing her eyes again, she slammed her fist along the ground beside her.~ "Damn it! Damn it! Why can't I figure this out!"

It was odd, this feeling she had been carrying with her for the last two weeks...She had been hesitant to speak with her father about the issue, she didn't want to cause him worry when he had already seemed so stressed with everything that had been happening in the Living World, so she kept these odd feelings to herself..But it was becoming too much to take anymore.
The last few days the feeling had intensified greatly, it even began invading her dreams in the form of a shadowed figure approaching her, she had no clue who it was but those dreams had given her more reason to fear the cause for this feeling. Now she wished she had discussed this with her father, maybe if she hadn't have let it bottle up so much it wouldn't have gotten this bad, well, there was nothing much she could do about that now, but maybe she could repair the situation by finding someone else to talk with.
In the absence of both her father/captain and a lieutenant, Koharu was the one exclusively in charge of Squad Six, which was a difficult task indeed but she knew one day the task might very well be hers, so she persevered through the tough work. Eventually though she felt a small break was in order, not too long, maybe just some nice food and tea. Then she remembered she hadn't packed herself lunch yet and sighed, not that it was a problem, but it meant going back to the Kuchiki Manner, which she wasn't so pleased to do.
Despite this, she got up after stacking what was left of the paperwork on her desk and stretched, leaving the office shortly after and heading in the direction of the Kuchiki house, not with any haste until her stomach gave a low rumble, then she picked up her pace and in the end just decided to Shunpo to her home. When she finally arrived she noticed her aunt sitting out in the garden by the koi pond, just in time to see her punching the ground. What was wrong? Concerned, she flashed to Rukia's side.
"Hey...Are you alright?"

((Hey just giving you a heads up, gonna have Ichigo and Rukia's thread coming prior. So for now only he knows what is up.)) ~That was one thing, Koharu and Rukia had in common. Neither wanted to worry Byakuya or probably anyone else with what was going on. But this was obviously not going to go away anytime soon. For Rukia, it was at the point she was getting agitated more and more easily, a few times snapping at her squad. When they didn't deserve it of course, thankfully it wasn't anything major, that isn't what she needed to be as well. Getting disiplined for tearing into people who didn't deserve it. But this was starting to drive her nuts.
Hell she had nearly harmed Ichigo, that in itself had her worried, but she didn't want to bother people. What else was she suppose to tell them? She had feelings, a sense something was off, or changing, wrong. Rukia didn't even know that it was meaning, who it was involving, just that she couldn't get it to go away. And lately, she was starting to not be able to sleep, waking up sweating, breathing heavily and clutching at her chest. It was like sleeping made it all the more intense, but unlike her niece, she hadn't been getting shadowy images in her head. No she was getting the feelings, senses that was enough, Rukia didn't want to think of it getting worse. She was still upset with herself for attacking Ichigo, even if he told her to not be. Thankfully, he was willing to try and help although she wasn't sure what he could do.
Having her thoughts so conflicted, she didn't sense her niece, at least till the voice hit her ears. She actually jumped, turning wide-eyed to look at her niece and calming herself back down. Taking in a few deep breaths before she spoke finally.~ "Koharu...you startled me. No...I haven't been...well myself lately." ~Knowing she didn't want to worry, the younger Kuchiki especially since she knew the girl was incharge. Well till Byakuya came back from his mission, so why give her more on her plate?~

Koharu jumped when she saw her aunt jump, she wasn't expecting to catch her off guard like she had been, but when she answered her question she put the pieces together, however she was just unaware they happened to be having the same problem. She took a seat next to Rukia and drew her knees into her chest, nestling her chin in them and staring out across the koi pond.
"I heard you'd been disciplined for jumping at your subordinates..." She began, her gaze never changing, almost as if she were in thought. Normally Rukia never did something like that, so whatever had been bothering her must have been something serious.
"So what's wrong..For it to make you do something like that...It must be pretty bad...Are you sick?"

~It wasn't going well for Rukia, so she hadn't even realized Haru had come up. At least till she spoke, something normally she would of caught sooner. Looking at her niece she gave a tight smile, as she sat down beside her before sighing, hearing about the issue with the squad. Unsure what to say, so for now she remained silent, staring out at the pond. Not at the moment sure what all to tell her niece. No sense having her worry, right? Not that she didn't realize as of late, the girl had her own issues. Both like Byakuya in that sense.
Letting her eyes close, she listed to the sounds about them, lost in her thoughts, till Haru asked the one. Lowering her head, as her eyes slowly opened and turned her gaze to the younger Kuchiki.~"I'm not sick....well that I know of at least. I can't really explain it Haru. As for what you heard, I just lost my cool. Probably just tired or something, you know me." ~Hoping she wouldn't call her on anything, Haru having a way of being like her father. When you least expect it and not always at a good moments. Right now she just didn't know what to say, but than Ichigo's words echoed in her head. Making her shake her head and sigh deeply.~

Koharu sighed and listened to her aunt, maybe she felt a little underestimated, sure she didn't have nearly as much life experience but, she could still try."Well you could still try to explain it..? It always helps to have someone to listen." She replied, taking her gaze away from the koi pound now to look over at her aunt. Giving a small, reassuring smile, encouraging her. Who knows, maybe she might find out they had a common problem? Koharu herself certainly had no idea. She really wanted to try and help her aunt in anyway she could.

~Looking over at her niece, Rukia nodded at her words, knowing the younger Kuchiki was right. She just didn't want to upset someone else and make them worry, when she had no idea what was going on anyhow. But she had promised, Ryou and even Ichigo about help, maybe they both were right after all. Beside Koharu was family. Taking in a breath, she looked back out over the garden, thinking about where to start.~ "I'm not really sure what is wrong. It's been weird lately, to a point I can't sleep or when I do the dreams are...odd. Like I can't make out faces, or recognize a whole lot, yet they keep changing." ~Pausing a moment, letting what she had said so far sink in and finally continued. Though just sat there staring out the whole time.~
"I've also been getting odd feelings, like something is going to happen, or someone..I don't even know. So I can't give you much and I'm sure your just as confused as me now." ~Finally, looking over at her niece, trying to gauge her emotions and how she might react to all of this. Pretty sure no one would get it just yet, she didn't get it.~ "There are times it gets to where I can't think straight, and I think I'm losing my mind."

Koharu listened to her aunt closely, her eyes light up slightly when she spoke of odd feelings and dreams, she had been going through the same thing lately with little to no reason why. What was going on then, if it affected both of them...Was it some kind of bug? A weird illness? She shook her head slightly, that couldn't have been it..
"...I've been going through much the same thing actually, weird dreams and an odd feeling...I don't understand what is causing it..I thought it was just me." Koharu replied, her eyes now fixed on her aunt in front of her. Maybe they'd be able to talk it out, be able to figure it out some how by just talking it through.
"Say..How long have you been feeling like this?" She asked curiously, she was wondering if maybe they both began feeling the same around the same time, and maybe if that was the cause they could figure out just what was going on.

~As her niece spoke, Rukia had this look of shock on her face, eyes wide looking right back at the younger woman. Blinking to try and clear her suddenly confused mind, not sure what to think, since now they both had similar issues. What the hell did this mean? Rukia didn't know the both of them were having issues, so not that she heard her niece was she sighed some.~"I thought I was the only one having issues, it's why I wasn't telling you or your father or really anyone about it. I mean what do I say? I have these odd feelings about someone or something and I don't know who or what. Yeah that wouldn't work." ~Sighing some softly, looking down some and staring back at the pond, her eyes closing as she debated a few things. But she was in shock, knowing her niece was having the same issues, this had her suddenly worried now more than she had been. Which meant if Byakuya didn't know, they were going to have to tell him. She just prayed he could help.~
"Unless, have you talk to your father about any of this? I mean I haven't, but that doesn't mean you may not of. Or if not than we probably should seek him and and tell him. The fact we both are having the same issues can't be anything good." ~At the question, Rukia cocked her head for a moment, trying to remember just when this all started for her. But she did like her nieces train of thought. And knew why she asked which she had also been thinking of as well.~ "It's been about a month of so I'd say. Off and on as to just how intense the feelings and all are as well." ~Looking back to Koharu trying to judge her reaction, but she had a feeling it was going to be pretty damn close. Now she really was even more confused than before. Why would they both be having this happening to them? It didn't make sense and the fact they would need to speak with Byakuya about it had her a little iffy. Still their relationship had come along way over the years, so maybe Ichigo had been right. Rukia needed to trust and open up and let someone help her, what would it hurt honestly?~

At her aunt’s question Koharu shook her head, she hadn’t been able to talk to her father much due to him being busy, and she didn’t wish to burden him with something like this. He didn’t need the extra stress. For a moment she sat in silence, thinking about what Rukia had said, maybe it was time she spoke to her father, time for both of them to come to the one person who might be able to offer the biggest insight on their situation. She hadn’t even spoken to her friends about her issues, maybe she should bring them in too, they had seemed pretty worried about her lately, and she owed them an explanation at the least.
”I haven’t yet actually….Otou-sama’s been busy and I didn’t want to burden him.” She answered, sighing and shaking her head, maybe if she had spoken up sooner she might not be in this mess. But at least she found out her aunt was in the same boat as her, if nothing else she could talk to her now about what had been going on. She thought back to when she started having this issue herself, and about a month was where she wound up. This was getting freakier by the minute.
”It’s been about that long for me as well, I haven’t spoken to anyone about this, not even Kazue and Shuichi know I’ve been feeling this weird…Vibe…I wonder what could be wrong.” She laid her head to the side, letting it rest on her knees as she now stared out at the path from where she entered the Kuchiki manner. Then she turned her gaze to her aunt, her head resting on its opposite side. She held a confused look, deep in thought about just what was happening.

~Seeing her niece shaking her head, Rukia frowned some, but than she hadn't exactly talked to her brother either. Seemed they both were in the same boat, although she was thinking it might be for the best given the situation that is. Biting on her lip she sighed softly before looking to the pond once more, violet eyes staring blankly at the water. She hated this, hated not knowing what to do and not having any answers to really give anyone. This was really NOT how Rukia like her life to go, she didn't do well when things weren't easy to solve of figure out. The fact it wasn't just her but her niece as well, now that was a little cause for worry in her book.~"It's alright, I haven't exactly talked with him either. Your right he is really busy lately, plus I didn't know what to tell him not like either of us know much." ~Looking back finally at her niece before laying a hand on her back and lightly rubbing along it a moment. Knowing exactly how the girl felt in this moment.
When Koharu spoke that it was about the same time for her this started, Rukia narrowed her eyes. Mostly out of frustration before sighing, moving her hand back to her lap, listening to her words and nodded some. Reminded her of Ichigo, Ryou and Rin, so she got it, they both had people willing to help and worried. Rukia just hated feeling like a burdon ever since being taken in she had strived to do things herself. To prove she was worthy of the Kuchiki family and not wishing to disgrace her brother. With another sigh she watched her niece a moment than looked down.~"I think you right, we need to speak with Byakuya about this, even if I hate burdoning him. Perhaps he might have some answers."

Koharu nodded and sighed, how were they going to explain this to Byakuya? Moreover, was he even free? Maybe he was still too busy with work, he always seemed to be. But she was right, they needed to bring this up to him, and maybe later she would speak to her friends about it as well. She stood up, dusting off her clothes as she stared out across the pond. ”You’re right; hopefully he’s not busy so we can speak with him. Hopefully, he can offer us some insight on the problem. Aside from asking the psychologist at Squad Four, I don’t know what else to do.” She replied, looking over to her aunt now, waiting for her to get up.
A month they had been dealing with this, it had gone on long enough, if there wasn’t a way to figure it out then there must be a way to at least make sense of it. This was going to drive them crazy if they didn’t do something about it, even if it was bringing other people into it. So strange…Something that was affecting just the two of them, least, just the two of them to Koharu’s knowledge anyway, maybe this was actually an illness and there were others. Maybe a visit to Squad Four later down the line might be beneficial.
”What do we do if he can’t help us?” Koharu asked. She knew her father was a smart man, but would he even be able to make sense of what was going on with them? Obviously talking to him was the way to find out, but she was trying to think of what to do if he couldn’t answer them or if he didn’t know what was wrong with them. Where could they go next? What was the next step if this one didn’t work?

~Rukia's mind was reeling, going over different possibilities yet nothing was really helping. It was a little more of a concern since they now knew whatever this was effected her and Koharu. And it seemed even the symptoms were the same, maybe one having a little more intense, but close to the same none the less. Sighing softly she looked back to her niece, violet eyes watching as she dusted off her clothes before she spoke and Rukia nodded. As much as she hated bothering her older brother, this couldn't keep going on, especially since neither of them could understand. Wrinkling her nose slightly at the idea of Squad Four, she didn't want the whole damn 13th Court guard to know. Hell she didn't want her brother to, but he possible might be the one to truly help and make some sense out all of this.~ "Let's ask your father first, I don't particularly want the whole guard knowing something is wrong with us." ~Looking back to the pond, before she pushed herself up as well, dusting off her own clothes and began to follow Koharu, might as well get this over and done with now, better than later.
But like her niece, she wondered if her brother would be busy or not, and didn't want to make him mad. But they couldn't think about that, he was their family, surely it could take a little more presidence over matters. Walking just slightly behind her, both no doubt lost in their thoughts. Rukia taking a little time to try and rethink about all the facts, but the fact those dreams were still so unclear and blurry didn't help. It only made her more frustrated and she let out an annoyed sigh, rubbing her temple praying to not get another headache. Lifting her eyes as Koharu spoke again and she couldn't help shaking her head.~"I can't honestly say, I think we should just wait and see what he thinks. Maybe he, well even if he can't help will think of other suggestions. Your father is pretty good at coming up with plans Koharu, lets just try and keep positive." ~Offering the youngest Kuchiki a smile, but it didn't reach her eyes like normal. Rukia was just worried, stressed and slightly scared not that the last part she would ever admit to anyone.~

Koharu nodded and continued leaving the mansion grounds, she was right, they were his family, and he should be able to take time away from his schedule to help them out with this problem. Her father had never been the type to coddle, he couldn’t comfort well, and nurturing wasn’t exactly in his nature. But, he was able to help, and he was always there to listen to her before even if it was late at night. Her father was good at what knew how to do, but he was also intelligent enough to stay away from areas he knew he could make worse than better.
”I am being positive; there’s just the “what if”…I’m sure he’ll be able to help us though.” She looked over at her aunt and smiled back. Though it was as sincere as she could muster, but she was worried about everything like her aunt was. And she was worried that they may never be able to find out, what were they supposed to do then? Maybe they could handle it on their own? Why not, Rukia seemed confident that they could handle things on their own if he couldn’t help. Maybe they had a chance. Koharu opened the gate surrounding the mansion and left the grounds, heading straight for her father’s office.
