“hmmf… so this is the Stronghold of the Espada?” Falien questioned to the air as he slowly trudged through the endless waves of pale white sand. With Faliens light footed steps, and a little wind, no footsteps followed behind him. With assuredness, Falien walked toward the horizon and his goal, kicking up almost no dust as he went toward the towering structure in the far distance. As he continued to trudge through the sand with light feet, Falien shook his head, causing his snow white hair to fall in front of both his wintergreen eyes. Reaching up with his hand in a blur of movement, falien brushes his hair to one side, revealing at least one of his wintergreen eye’s to the pale world around him. A world of eternal twilight.
Searching for anything, Falien swept his gaze across the rolling sea of sand. Falien almost could not believe he was here, after so many years. He had made a decision to stay in the human world the literal second he found his sanity, and learned of what had happened to him, and had kept that decision true for the past few centuries. Untill recently, when an Espada member, from that group long ago, had sought him out and said that he was assigned to be a Fraccion to the one Espada known as The Guardian of the Heroic Light… something, something. He did not entirely remember, since he was not entirely paying attention. Though now he was he here wished he’d paid more attention and yet it did not matter for there was no turning back now.
Lengthening his stride, Falien started to close the distance rapidly before a resounding screech ripped through the silence and he disappeared in a huge fountain of sand to anyone watching. The air seemed to rip at Faliens clothes and hair for almost a second, before it quickly died down and he appeared before the entrance into Las Noches Dome center. Taking another second to prepare himself, Falien stepped into the domed area, swept the area with his gaze from the door way, and found no one within. Though he could feel traces of spirit pressures and their actual sources, he truly knew little of the significance of each building and where other Arrancars may be within the whole layout.
Unsure of where he needed to go, Falien strayed back out in the timid twilit air. “Where…?” Falien started in a soft whisper before he felt a couple of enormous reiatsu’s appear at places within these random cluster of buildings surrounding him, one of the spiritual presence’s of which seemed to appear behind him. Kicking up a wave of pale white sand that almost seemed to match Falien in coloring, Falien turned back toward the domed building who’s threshold he had yet to cross. “Hello? Whoever you are, I would kindly ask you to show yourself.” Suspicion held a seed within faliens eyes as he watched to see what would happen.

| | It seemed it was one of those days when Seaweed Head had run off somewhere, leaving an unpleased Rou to go searching for him. She wanted to go Jinni hunting, hoping to get them to use some of their strong magic to summon up a ziz for her to fly around on. However she never much did like traveling along and her fellow espada had been deemed her honorary sidekick. It was supposed to be his duty to come along with her on her adventures. It wasn't fair that she couldn't find where ever he was sstashing himself. Then it hit her.
"Maybe he's on his own top secret mission from the queen!" she gasped out none too quietly. That was the only thing it could have been. She giggled at her own doubt of her dear sidekick. He must not have had time to inform her that he would be away. It must have been really important. She was so proud of him! Of course whatever was in store for Rou would clearly be even more important. She was Zelena's most noble and heroic knight after all. It was only obvious that she'd meet such a treat. She laughed softly once again, bringing her sleeve covered hand up to her mouth as she began to spin around. She was in her own small world at that moment.
It seemed that treat might have been coming a bit sooner than she had originally expected. Off in the distance, right around the edge of Las Noches, the girl sensed something. It wasn't a familiar presence to her and instantly she snapped from her world where she could dance around in the middle of the sand. She straightened up, looking in the direction of this new reiatsu. She pursed her lips, narrowing her eyes as she looked that way, clearly not exactly being able to see anything. The next thing she noticed was that no one really seemed to be getting riled up over whoever was out there. It was up to her then.
Rou crouched down, her hands disappearing into her sleeves. With a small clicking sound she released her blades, their black tips poking our from under her shirt. The next moment she was racing through the air in a sonido, heading straight for the intruder she sensed. When she spotted him, Rou came back down to the ground, pushing off again, this time more for height than distance. She watched form the air as he looked around for something. Probably reinforcements, or some weak spot! She couldn't let him find either of those! She came down, plummeting from above. He had kicked up some sand. Trying to hide himself! He said something, nothing Rou could really get her mind to pay attention to. It was already filled with racing thoughts of glory as she protected her kingdom. She'd get so much praise!
"Hyaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" she let out her battle cry as she narrowed in on the new face. She extended her foot, aiming right for his chest to send him to the ground if she landed her kick. She proceeded to flip around, landing in the sand a few feet back with a sliding trail left behind by her boots. She stood tall and silently for a moment, not making the smallest of movements as she looked over the man with a serious face. It looked like she really was a brave, strong knight ready to cut anything down. However that little aspect was blown in the next moment as she put on a big pout, crossing her arms over her chest. Oh she was still definitely a strong, brave knight. She just didn't look like it anymore.
"Neh! Who are you? What have you come here for?" Rou questioned, narrowing her glare though it was hard to be intimdating from such a scrawny looking girl. In the back of her mind something told Rou she should have known just who this was, but she couldn't place a name or any meaning to this man right away. She just had to figure things out for herself. Listening and conversating with voices in one's head typically was frowned up. She didn't need to pay it too much mind. She had to listen to her heroic heart and defend her kingdom no matter what!

The pale sand Falien had kicked up as he turned around was quickly pick up by the wind and carried away as Falien searched for the reiatsu presence he was sure had appeared there. Before he could take a step forward to search however, a resounding yell behind him gained his full attention. His life as a human when he had gotten ambushed and killed, flashed through his mind a slpit second before his body kicked into movement. Turning so fast that it kicked up another wave of sand as pale as bones, Falien looked to the sky as he finally felt a reiatsu that he had seemed to miss among the other reiatsu’s appearing. Sailing towards him with her foot extended Falien was what appeared to be a little girl.
Taking only the bare information, Falien reacts instinctively and leans back as quickly as he can as far as he can. Faliens snow white hair, flows down to cover his eye’s, hiding the girl flying towards him from view. With his sight taken Falien is still able to tale when she passes, as he feels the wind of her sailing over him and just barely misses planting her foot straight on his sternum by a hair. As he continues bending back Faliens hands shot out and catch the ground beneath him, while he listens to what he thinks is the girl sliding back along the sand. Falien doubted that this kid was truely harmless by the simple fact that she was in hueco mundo, and she had a spiritual pressure.
Not wanting to be attacked off guard again, Falien gracefully pushes up and stands straight again before looking toward the shorter girl standing before him. Falien was surprised to find her standing silently, staring at him with a face way more serious than most kids her age that he had seen. Though he had stayed within the human world for quite a while, cut off from most other Arrancars, or spiritual beings other than hollows. As he looked, Falien noticed markings and a bone fragment, marking her as an arrancar just before she lost her façade of a serious adult and pouted at him.
“Neh?... My name is Falien Raene.” As Falien answered, he let his arms hang seemingly useless by his sides. “As to why I am here, I would actually consider needing some help with that, as ive been told that I was to … report? … to an Arrancar, an Espada, known as the Guardian of .. something or other.” Moving his left hand, Falien slowly brings it up and lifts his snow white hair, which had once again fallen to cover one of his eye’s, and lifted it up to fully reveal his mask fragment. After a second passes, Falien lowers his hand and stares at this unknown girl before him.
Taking a step back away from her, Falien would bring up his hand and twist it over his heart in a sign of fealty that had mostly left the human world a few centuries ago. “I would be in your debt if you could help me find this Arrancar.” With a smirk, Falien would seemingly crumple down gracefully into a kneeling position on the ground as another sign of non-agression, though he was still prepared to move and fight if necessary. Something told him though that if he fought against this person, it would be a fight for his life, no matter how unserious she was at the moment.

| | An espada....called the Guardian of...something that this male clearly didn't seem to remember the full title of. Rou didn't have to think on it that long. There was only one espada with a title so great as the guardian of anything. That was her he was talking about! Finally one of her men had come! He would be following her into battles and riding along beside her. It was the start of her own heroic fleet! This was glorious!
Of course it only got better from that point. Falien seemed to be doing something, crossing his arm over his chest, resting his hand upon his heart, and then kneeling down before her. He asked for her assistance in the most noble of ways, unlike a lot of the ruder arrancars that were out there. He was polite. Of course Zelena would only offer her the best of warriors! The most noble were to be saved for her most loyal, heroic knight! How she admired and applauded her queen for this. She would be sure to not prove her wrong.
At this point it was taking all the girl had to do the best she could to hold back her giggles of joy. Her joy could already be seen on her features though, or rather what could be seen of them through unruly hair. As she tilted her head sideways though with a sweet smile to relieve Falien her hair slipped to the side and a rare occurrence of the full view of the espada's face was revealed. It would show how correct Falien was in assuming she wasn't some harmless girl. Underneath her youthful green eyes filled to the brim with happiness, and to be honest a bit of delusion, was one of her markings, a gothic styled number 3 right on her cheek.
"Rise, Sir Falien. You have found the knight that you seek" she answered, straightening up. Her hands went behind her back, swinging her torso a bit. "I am Rou Alloway, Third Espada and the Guardian of the Heroic Light of the Hearts of the Pure Souls of the Heavens" she added in, allowing Falien the joy of hearing her full title again. Only a rare few ever heard it. Even fewer of them were still alive. It was part of her heroic introduction before battles. And she never lost in a battle. She finally released her arms from behind her back only to strike a pose. Both hands were placed upon her bony hips, legs spread slightly apart. She was looking like a real hero again. Again though it was just an accustomed action of her introduction.
She was beaming with pride despite the fact she probably was giving away how twisted her world was from the real one. In her own mind Falien should have been gazing on her with awe and have a look full of adoration for his new leader. He should have held the same pride that this was the brave knight whom he would so loyally be serving under. She didn't have the slightest inclination to think that maybe he'd be a bit skeptical to have this young girl with an even younger mind who was in a way playing make believe around the clock who barely even looked like a hero leading him into a battle that he'd be fighting for his life in, depending on her to protect him should it come to the worst. That idea would never ever pop into the girl's mind. That much was all to clear.
"It's a pleasure to finally meet a subordinate, Sir Falien" She brought her legs together once more, breaking from her pose to cross an arm over her chest, much like her fraccion had done moments before. She bowed deeply to him, showing respect to the man. A Hero always respected her underlings, even the smallest, weakest one. They all had her supposrt. Though this one, he didn't seem that weak. She was sure that he would play a fair part in her road to becoming a legend, though in her mind she already was one. It was a shock he didn't recognize her. Surely stories about her were spread all over Hueco Mundo. Rou Alloway, the famous hero. Maybe he just lived too far out to hear the amazing tales of her adventures. That must have been it.

A grin obviously could be seen to spread across what Falien could see of this girls face as he asked for her assistance. Though Falien had spent centuries in the human world, he wasn’t entirely sure about the fact that it almost looked like she was suppressing a laughing fit. From Faliens point of view, her eye’s almost seemed to get a faraway look for a while. The wind of Hueco Mundo slowly turned circles in the sand, and played with Falien’s hair, as this girl tilted her head and smiled at him. While her head was tilted her hair fell away and revealed a face that would not be considered unpleasant in the human world, as well as a number three stylized on her face.
As Falien looked on with a smirk spread across his face from being right about her being unusual compared to anyone from the human world. As she started swinging back and forth upon the balls of her feet, her next words rang out to Falien. The dust created from her movement got blown away as surprise stole its way through Falien’s mind. This was definitely a surprise, this young girl was now his superior and his world until now was truly at an end. With a puppet like detachedness, falien rose to stand at his full height, his mind awhirl with thoughts of his past and present.
Shaking his head, Falien let out an unsuppressable smile at Rou. He had in fact chosen this path, and even though it was so different from what he had lived in before, it was a change of pace that would from now on bring a sense of excitement to his long life as an Arrancar. Finally things would change, other than those around him. As Falien smiled, and kept his wintergreen eye’s at Rou, he could not help but realize that he could have become a Fraccion to a worse Arrancar. Bringing one hand up, Falien idly brushed some of his pale, snow white hair behind his ear and out of the winds reaches.
As he watched, Faliens smile was replaced by a small, non-condescending , smirk, while Rou straightened out of an historically recognized heroic pose and greeted him with a bow that clearly showed the repect she had for him, even though they had just met. With that Falien could definitely say that he had probably gotten lucky with who he had become Fraccion to as he doubted many Arrancar would treat there Fraccion’s this way. Just before Rou straightened out of her bow, Falien, holding one arm behind his back, flipped his hand over his heart again as a sign of fealty that had been lost from peoples minds, and bowed to her in return, as honor would dictate.
“Well, I must say that it is a pleasure to meet you Miss Alloway.” Falien would calmly state as he stood once again to his full height. “I apologize that you could not have had a better Fraccion in my stead. I hope to do my best to grow and become stronger.” Falien’s right hand would rest behind his head as he ruffled the pale hair on the back of his neck. Even though this statement would probably make him seem quite vulnerable, Falien meant it. He would fight and learn to be stronger and better prepared for his new life. ”Before that however, I guess I’m going to have to learn my way around here, seeing as this will be my new residence.” With a look of hope, Falien would llok around, sweeping the fortress with his wintergreen gaze.

| | Rou was overjoyed as Falien returned her bow. She wasn't wrong int thinking that he was indeed the mannerly, knightly fraccion she had been waiting for. When she straighten up, she bounced up and down, rocking from her heels to her toes over and over again. This was by far the best day ever. So what if she didn't get to go monster hunting with her favorite Seaweed Head. She got to meet this new loyal man who didn't seem to give her those strange looks she got from most of the other espada. He believed in her! What more could she ask for?
Rou'd face dropped into a blank look for a minute, almost disappointed. "Neh! Better Fraccion?" she once again had a pout on her face. She stepped forward quickly, her fists balled up at her sides under the cover of her sleeves. She looked almost threatening, standing at full height and her shoulders tense. She raised up one of her hands, almost like she was going to strike Falien with everything she had. Just as she brought it down though she opened up her hand, instead bringing it down to pat the male on the shoulder. She giggled sweetly, smiling up at him with the brightest smile she had put on all day.
"I couldn't ask for a better fraccion~" she assured him, finally settling her hand to rest upon his shoulder. "And neh~ of course you will get stronger. All heroes always get stronger~" She didn't want him going about thinking that he wouldn't live up to expectations one had of a fraccion. He was humble like a true hero, a sign to Rou that he would grow to a level to perhaps even match her own some day. "Then we can become legends together! How does that sound, hmm?~"
She removed her hand, instead choosing to take hold of Falien's own with both of her hands now. She gave a light pull, turning some to dig her feet into the sand to support her tug. She of course wasn't pulling with her full force. She didn't want to throw the male into one of the towers. That would be a horrible first day on the job. Though to be honest Rou thought it might be a bit fun to throw the man around. Like a nice sprawl between comrades as they waited for battle, except with a rather large power difference.
"Well you're not going to learn your way around here just standing around now are ya?" she giggled, giving another rough pull to his arm. Just because she didn't want to hurt him to bad didn't mean she was going to be gentle. "I'll show you around okay? So that when the bad guys come you'll know all the places that need extra protecting along with vantage points. They'll be powerless to us!" She began to put some more strength on, hoping to drag him along with her if nothing else. She was lanky and not well kept but she certainly knew how to get what she wanted.

Quicker, almost, than Falien could see, Miss Alloway stepped up close to him. Easily within arms reach, which sent a small bit of unease through Falien as Miss Alloway had seemed to have lost all her inner light that had been shining from within but a few moments ago. The breeze around stirred the pale sand and Faliens even paler snow white hair. With great gravity, Falien watched as Miss Alloway slowly raised her hand in a closed fist. The tension and weight of the situation became almost palpable as he stood still before her. Knowing how much she outranked, him based simply on her reiatsu, Falien grimaced as her fist came down as if to hit him on his shoulder. He almost could not believe that she had change personalities so fast if he had not seen it himself. Yet he was her Fraccion, and as honor dictated, he could not raise a hand against her for just any old reason even if he was about to be hit.
Just before her hand would hit his shoulder Falien closed his eyes, since she could probably tear his arm off if she was putting all her strength into it. When her hand finally hit Faliens shoulder, his eyes opened wide and stared down at Miss Alloway’s most exuberant smile yet. She was patting him on the shoulder, as if to bring up his spirits, and yet she was the one who had looked shadowed a second ago. As Falien’s eyes stayed transfixed upon her face, the ever present breeze blew Faliens light pale white strands of hair out of both his eyes. A grin starts to spread across his face as her words sink in and he started to look forward to the existence, or life, of those that live here. In Fact he rather liked the idea of being a legend.
Before any daydreams could form however, Miss Alloway started to tug upon his ams as she had both of his hands in her hands. The wind tossled their hair, one white one blonde, as she leaned back as if she need to put her weight into it in order for her to move him. Which she did not need to do. Just by leaning back she already had Falien taking a step after her. A chuckle started to escape from Falien, which surprised him as he had not laughed since he was alive and a kid at that. She giggled a second later as she offer to show him around officially. A calm settled over Falien as they made towards one of the buildings surrounding the Domed building that made up the center of the fortress.
Shaking his hair out of his eyes yet again, Falien Casually started to stroll forward before she actually started to put an effort into her tugging, and he ended up inside one of the buildings with it caving around him. “So, since you have so generously agreed to show off this… unique and amazing Fortress. All the ‘Vantage points’ as you said. It would seem to me based upon the layout that many places would need to be guarded if this was attacked.” Faliens eye’s stayed focused upon her face as she led him through the builds towards whatever her destination was. Falien cared little though, since she seemed so relaxed and bright, like many human kids he had seen walking the streets from his centuries in the human world. He could never comprehend what caused them to be so full of light, something that was possibly hard to comprehend with his own race of Arrancar.

| | Rou was glad to see Falien's grim return again, giving a pleased giggle. She had an extra bounce in her step now, pretty much coming up off the ground in a skip with each stride now. Now that that was all settled and put behind them Rou could focus on what she was doing, not that she would have focused on the past few minutes anyway. They were already out of her head by the time she had turned around. Paying that much attention was just difficult.
"It doesn't have to be that guarded" she stated, calming down a little bit and returning to a normal walk again. She turned around, walking backwards, still holding onto his hand and leading him along. "Just as long as your in the right spot you can just wipe all the intruders out in one awesome run of glory. It'd be so cool!" she couldn't wait til she would be able to make such a glorious attack. She'd be so praised and her name would be known everywhere, even though it presumably already was...to her. Really it was a good chance no one outside of the walls of Las Noches would know her by name at all. Not unless they happened to be some one that had the fortune of her favor while she was a hollow. She was a hard one to forget.
"Its kinda sad though. Nobody ever comes. They are all so scared of my power they just know better" She gave a kiddish looking pout. "I mean its not like I want Las Noches attacked or anything but its so boring!" Rou whined, tugging on Falien's arm a few times as she stomped her feet in her walk. She really was like a child. "If i could just fend off one attack all by myself then maybe everyone would stop being such meanies." She gave a nod of determination before smiling again.
"But I mean Sir FalFal could be there too and all. Its a duty after all and we're the knights so you'd have to be there" She poked his chest before turning around again. She stopped in her tracks though, looking up at the blue sky above them. She pointed upward at it. "When we know people are coming its best to go up there first" she stated, figuring Falien would be able to pick out that the sky was fake and nothing more than a roof. She clutched the man's hand tightly, crouching down before launching herself into the air, figuring Falien would do the same if not to be pulled along by her instead. She came to a stop at the top of one of the towers, pointing up again at what looked like a hole in the dome. "I made that a while back without anyone noticing. Its my secret hiding place" she said quietly, looking around for any spies.
