The Eternal plains of Hueco Mundo, the winds sail on to the west heading towards the direction of Las Noches, the trees were lifeless, they weren’t the same trees back in the World of the Living, and unlike them these are as hard as stone.
Traces of sand begin to follow the wind creating a gusty storm, where they fly is beyond anyone’s guess. An Arrancar named Cordius walked through these barrens returning to Las Noche.
Years ago...
Alucard gave him his body in order to survive and that he has evolved into an arrancar Cordius headed towards Las Noches in hopes to seek refuge in at least a catacomb in this massive citadel for every single structure no matter how big or small they always have ant holes where uninvited guests may pass through just to get in. He found simple warmth just by passing through a tiny passage way just west of Las Noche. The Arrancar shivered, having been blanketed by the cold sands of the endless dessert. The place he was in was just a cave with rugged rocks and cracked remains of fallen hollows and arrancars. It was probably a burial pocket in Las Noches were they dispose of dead arrancars and hollows that wandered in Las Noches
His objective and reason for coming here was to know the truth and rumor of Aizen’s defeat. To his knowledge it was known that the man named Aizen the former leader of the Espadas was defeated along with most of the Espada and arrancars who served under him. So how did she come into play and gained power over them? How was it possible actually?
Perhaps time will reveal all things as soon as he maintains his welfare first before heading into Las Noches. The Cave he’s been staying at is now established as his primary hideout. A week later while he was gathering food he encountered a big patrol of Calaveras and seen him as an intruder. There were ten of them to be exact, the 15 Calaveras circled around him, Cordius was completely surrounded. He dropped what food he had and smirked for a few seconds only for it to disappear dramatically turning it into a lifeless stare. “I have done nothing wrong and I suggest you lower your blades or you’ll get hurt”
In response the group of Calaveras laughed at him and raised their blades. They were like a pack of wolves preying on a defenseless horse who’s just feeding on dry grass. “Yeah right you think you’re some tough guy who can take us on?” Of course Cordius would take them on but he wasn’t even looking for a fight and that he was immediately declared as an enemy.
There was no other choice and so he clicked on his scabbard with his right hand. The sandy winds started to brew as it headed for the west, parts of their clothes danced before the graven winds as the first Cavaleras charged for the first strike with his sword raised in two hands and he was immediately cut by a sudden horizontal strike as it dropped to the ground and so 3 decided to attack him, one from his front and two from behind. He blocked the vertical strike from the first Cavalera and bent down pushing him upwards sending him 10 feet to the air landing behind the circle as he immediately jumped backwards to dodge the incoming strike of the second as well as the third.
The two pressed on, going for a horinzontal drive. Cordius ran and bent down to dodge the first horizontal strike and blocked the second one then twirled counterclockwise in such a way he’d move from his rear and stab him at the back of his neck. The second one returned to perform a diagonal strike wherein there’d be not much to dodge and so he parried the attack with his own sword, unfortunately the cavalera that was pushed back earlier jumped up high in hopes to deliver a fatal blow only to be blocked by Cordius’s gauntlet. He slightly pushed the one from behind him away while he swiftly bent down and performed a low kick knocking the one in front of him off balance. The one from behind returned again coming with a vertical strike by raising his sword only to receive yet another horizontal slash made by Cordius as he stabbed the one lying on the ground at the head.
There were eleven cavaleras left. “That’s it!” They were all raising their swords and had decided to attack Cordius at the same time. The first one came to cordius with his sword raised and was easily cut down by cordius simply by bending and performing a horizontal slash then he blocked a horizontal strike from the other pushing them away. He dashed towards the two to his right going for a diagonal strike from below only for cordius to slide down one of them and stab them at the back and slashing the other one before it gets the chance to turn around. He blocked a diagonal strike using his gauntlet on his left arm and pierced his head and kicking off the lifeless body. He tried to break away from the tension only to have three more cavaleras intercept his movements causing him to stop dead in his tracks. There were five more closing in at him from behind while those in front stood and guard in hopes to distract him. Cordius sees this strategy through and so he performed a back flip dodging the first one to run behind him and pushed his left hand on its head to push him higher to the ground to deliver a heavy strike at one while the other three hesitated watching him kill another one of their allies. Then in an attempt to call reinforcements from the other patrols one broke out of combat and ran to the north.
Cordius was at the opposite direction where he strucked down his target seeing as they were trying to call for reinforcements he decided to use his sonido or “Sound ceremony” to blink at a short distance passing the four cavaleras that passed him from behind, then the two that were supposed to guard against him only to have them cut down at the back of their heads. Then used his Sound Ceremony two more times 40 meters each to catch up in front of the escaping cavaleras and struck him down. The four of them were still chasing cordius in hopes to finish him themselves. The wisest course of action was to be using his cero while they are together running in a group but he can’t afford to give him position away by the outlying patrols. So he ran forward to finish the job. He stopped to prepare his strike and his enemy is just only 15 meters away from him. They were at an attack stance that might be able to parry against cordius’s attacks after having seen him fight. By the time the first one was at range he immediately kicked the sword he was holding off as he diagonally slashed him down. He was forced to take the defensive because the two were close by and didn’t have time to evade so he blocked them both horizontally while one jumps up high to deliver a heavy strike while his comrades are keeping his sword occupied with their own. In order to eliminate them quick he performed two sonidos, one simply by appearing from behind slicing their heads of their bodies and the second one came back to the position where the last one was about to deliver a heavy strike only to have its head pierced by Cordius’s sword.
That was the end of the conflict. The gusty winds buried the bodies in sand leaving absolutely no trace of battle that was fought here.
The day after he finally started to explore Las noches slowly sneaking past the guards swiftly before they notice him, he also has to remember to keep his spiritual pressure low so that he could avoid being detected by sentries.
The place was crawling with Cavaleras, some even acted like residents of this place. He finally made it to the main building; it was a spherical dome that had five small towers on it. It was an open area and he could easily be spotted, knowing this he found a small vent and made his way inside quickly. As he finally came in, he actually ended up in the tower where the meeting hall for the espadas is. Little did he know he’d be in serious trouble if he gets caught? He isn’t one of the numeros to act casually in the place. Now it was finally the time to get answers on what happened to Aizen only to be caught by the 9th Espada’s Fraccion.
“Who are you and what are you doing here?”Cordius didn’t know what to do, he just stood there and observes what’s gonna happen next.
“You’re not from around here are you?” He asked. Cordius of course wasn’t used to talking to others ever since he’s been in Hueco Mundo since they were all hollow like people.
Cordius has no choice but to reply, if he doesn’t the fraccion will be forced to draw his sword. “I am here to investigate what happened to the man known as Aizen Sosuke.” The Fraccion stood and suddenly laughed out loud having heard such question from him as Cordius was behind the times. He tells Cordius that Aizen was captured by the soul society and was presumed dead.
After hearing this changes his point of view to how powerful the soul society is. It was a force to be reckoned. Soon the fraccion kindly led Cordius to a place where they can talk; it was at the balcony of the tower he had snuck into.
Cordius however wondered how Hueco Mundo began and how did this zelena became queen, the fraccion chuckled in response commenting on his question that: “What a newbie…” Cordius wasn’t insulted since he only knows what Hueco Mundo is and not its history.
Hueco Mundo was originally an boundary for hollows, a paradise for them and whenever they die their bodies be turned into sand. Baraggan Louisenbairn used to be the High Lord of all of Huece Mundo who amassed a hollow army together in hopes that one day they’d face off with invaders who might come to their world and battle against them. Unfortunately Aizen and his followers came to his kingdom and proposed to baraggan to follow him so that he can acquire a higher seat of power only to be denied and stating that he was content of his position resulting in a major conflict between them. However the army was said to be crushed entirely and that baraggan was forced down on his knees at the mercy of Aizen’s blade.
Sometime later Aizen then becomes the new ruler of Hueco Mundo and amassed an arancar army which was formerly consists of hollows only to have their masks ripped off. It was a strange phenomenon as to of course no Hollow would have their masked ripped off them, their mask was normally to conceal any traces of their humanity or to what they were before they became hollows. Ever since Aizen came in arrancars were created out of merely hollows, Zelena was said to be one of those created. Of course Zelena had to go off to the far reaches of Hueco mundo knowing that she’d be used as a tool of war just that Aizen to selfishly realize his Goal as a God figure and a ruler. It was also said that an energy source namely the Hogyoku was responsible for the transformation of these Hollows and the ones known as the visored which were formerly shinigamis that acquired hollow like powers. Many Arrancars and hollows were sacrificed.
Aizen’s defeat was spread through all of Hueco Mundo through the surviving Arrancars thus gave Zelena the opportunity to conquer Las Noches. It was rumored that Zelena was one of the few Vasto Lourde before she became an arrancar.
There is just one mystery that is left to be solved, how is it that there’s still a huge number of arrancars roaming across the lands of Hueco Mundo when a huge number of them was wiped out by the 13 Gotei?
It was actually come to believed that there is still a source of Hogyoku still around in Hueco Mundo, and it seems someone other than Aizen is manufacturing this energy source but who? No one actually knows for sure.
In regards to the Origin of Hueco Mundo it was rumored that the Soul King made the boundary in order to prevent too many hollows spawning in the world of the living but wasn’t entirely proven.
Present time
The Espadas that time were formed and that Zelena became the Queen of the Espadas making her the new lord of all Hueco Mundo or so Cordius thought.
He came to the information building where he submitted his report to the archive hall which is located in the main building. Of course he wasn’t the only one sending reports from the human world. It was daytime in Hueco Mundo and as usual cordius himself stormed out just to avoid receiving tasks from officers. Cordius then headed towards the same balcony where the 9th Fraccion gave him a lecture about Hueco Mundo wondering where he is. If he’s eliminated it be a shame. He was the very first person he ever talked to during his time in Hueco Mundo.
“Huh.. Looks like it’s just you and me… eh Alucard?”

Time to party! Cordius was not alone in the Sands, even as he fought away his assailants. Of course, there was rarely a time when a being was not being watched around Las Noches. In this particular Arrancar's case, it was the diminutive Decima Espada watching him. She probably had one of the more inventive ways to watch people as well. Currently, she was buried beneath the sand, nearly silently scuffling after him and doing her best to remain hidden. While Panzerschreck was not out and released, the girl was fairly difficult to trace, due to such a small reiatsu. Still, in a place as desolate as the Desert of Hueco Mundo, she was not invisible. If the small pulses of weak reiatsu did not give her away, the childish giggle every time she moved would. She was never very stealthy...
Inching closer, the tiny Espada could not suppress her giggling, even as the man seemingly effortlessly cut down the Cavaleras like they were nothing. Lilly halfway wanted to attack him, but that wouldn't be fair, and she knew it. After all, how would he know just how powerful she was? No, she would test the man's abilities herself. Maybe Zelena could use the man, maybe not. Lilly didn't like people that didn't belong sneaking their way into Las Noches, anyways. That's where she kept all of her food!
With a slow movement, Lilly stood up slowly, the soft skittering of sand trailing off of her and hitting other granules filling the air. Quickly, she digs the small but wicked dagger out of her hood and grins widely. A man that could defend himself rather expertly against multiple opponents against a small Espada that was far more strong than she let on. Oh, but wasn't this going to be fun...
At least, that is what Lilly thought. During her reverie, it seemed that Cordius walked away from her and into the main building! Lilly wasn't allowed to release in there! That was incredibly unfair of him. Lilly huffed and pouted out her lips, throwing her fists down. How dare he do such a thing to her!
"Panzer! How mean of him! He thinks he can walk in the front door, where Lilly can't use her abilities without destroying anything, and ignore Lilly while he's at it! Ohhhhh... Lilly's gonna hit him so hard!" She did a couple more frustrated motions before wandering inside, satisfied with her anger for now. The child tailed Cordius for a while longer, curious as to what he wanted in Las Noches. It didn't make much sense for random Arrancar to bother the Espada, unless they thought they were powerful enough to stage a rebellion. Lilly then facepalmed. There was no way he would even consider such a thing! With such powerful Arrancar around, that idea was simply suicide alone. From the watching she did earlier, she could tell that he was not stupid. He was here for another reason...
------
Lilly's mind snapped back to the present, her broken little mind dazing out a bit. That tended to happen to her at the worst times. What had she been doing, again? Lilly nodded as she remembered that she was following around a familiar Arrancar as he did things around Las Noches. She was on a stealth mission, after all. She wasn't all too sure about how to go about approaching him, nor what he was doing. One thing she was sure of though was that she had to expel those she didn't immediately recognize. Then a cute thought passed her mind.
"Does he wanna join?" Lilly immediately clapped her hands over her mouth, having said that out loud and right around the corner from Cordius's current position. She flattened against the wall and began to sweat. She had nearly blown her cover there! Had he heard her, her stealth mission would be all over and she would have to start all over! That's the way all of the little games in Lilly's head worked out, after all. Failed? Time to begin again.
However, Lilly steeled herself. This may be a stealth mission, but he was an intruder! Intruders needed to be dealt with swiftly and harshly, to avoid making Zelena have to bother with it. Lilly peeked her head out around the corner and pursed her lips, giving Cordius a cute look. "Ehhh... If... Oh! If you leave now, Lilly wont have to kill you. Lilly kinda doesn't wanna do that right now, because that would break the rules of the game, plus Mama's rules. So... Give up now so Lilly doesn't get in trouble..."

It was yet another boring day in Hueco Mundo, the sun was as bright as a huge lantern and the gusty wind sailed over the horizon in the endless sea of sand and dust. He headed upwards to the tower where the Meeting Hall of the Espada is and situated himself on the same balcony where he met his first friend. He doesn’t know and no longer cared if he’s still alive or dead, how heartless can one be? Or better yet how irritating to meet a friend in a short while only to not see him again? He rested his elbow on the hard cemented porch as he started to gaze at the most dulled scenery showing the lands outside of Las Noches. He was planning on heading to the human world tomorrow, trying to make another excuse to investigate the one named Urahara Kisuke, which in turn he always fulfills. All that he got from Urahara was that he kept on making the weirdest and the most bizarre of inventions and items. Perhaps some that might even eliminate an arrancar. One thing for sure he’s a dangerous man and was the one who sealed Aizen with his accomplice Ichigo Kurosaki. Of course everyone is happy that Aizen is gone but they will never forget that aizen taught them how to evolve into what they are today, simply by ripping off their masks and pieces of their hollow form. Cordius of course never wanted to rip off his mask but it was cut off by a fierce battle against several adjuchas till Alucard came to his rescue.
Other than that he was actually worried about “his replacement” back in the human world because his body was proved to be sick and is in need of medical treatment. That replacement is doing the thing he actually loves doing best even during the daytime. Of course he’s rarely here in Las Noches and can be seen wandering around Hueco Mundo inspecting the nests of hollows that has yet to evolve. He even met a Vasto Lourde who is considering joining the numeros
He heard a little girl’s voice from behind him having assumed that she’s talking to someone else. There was somebody behind him yet Cordius doesn’t care. He’s too busy thinking a lot of things such as his job in the real world, and some bits of his past. He was bored as hell so it’s in his nature to think things to deeply because of how common and natural he acts as a regular arrancar which now has a numero on his back he is hardly noticed because he completely blended in with the army here. Then he remembered hearing rumors about the “SINS”. Sins are actually the crimes and wrongdoings of living mortals. There are 7 types of sins that are known as: Pride, Lust, Greed, Envy, Sloth, Gluttony and Wrath. These crimes are too great to be called “regular everyday mistakes” but about the sins some arrancar kept talking about is probably an organization. Perhaps he’ll find information later at the archive hall.
Problem is he is too lazy to do it. His eyes grown heavy till suddenly…
“Ehhh… If… Oh! If you leave now, Lily won’t have to kill you. Lily doesn’t wanna do that right now because that would break the rules of the game, plus Mama’s rules. So… Give up now so Lilly doesn’t get in trouble…” He never bothered to glance back, having her voice directed to him confirmed that she’s the decima, The Little Young looking espada. Finally his eye lids finally collapsed down, ignoring the decimal espada behind her. Like any normal Owl he easily falls asleep during the day but knowing that there’s a higher authority behind him he was only half-asleep. He slightly lowered his head and remained at a lazy stance. He really didn’t like being told of by kids but he mustn’t forget she is older than him. Would he care? Of course not! She’s younger looking than him and if you compare appearances and nature, Cordius is proven to feel and seem older than her.
But what if she wanted to make it look like that he’s feeling older than her? Was she testing him? Or is she trying to insult him because in actuality he’s younger than her or that she wanted to act like some tough adult in a kid’s body? Having to think that he wondered what made her threaten him? If she plans on killing him why hesitate? What she said about “Breaking mama’s rules” made things a bit complicated. So what if she was to break it, what kind of value does a mere scout like him have for a queen like her? Furthermore he wondered why Zelena established such law in the first place. Of course she’s not arrogant like Aizen but what is Queen Zelena’s reason for uniting the arrancars? Was it because she doesn’t want to see many lives killed because of a selfish man’s will? Or did she lose some friends to aizen? ~Zelena .. She’s another interesting one. Back to reality, to where this decimal made a threat, her sentence didn’t make any sense, what kind of ‘giving up’ is she talking about? Unless she actually knew what Cordius does in the real world? No that was not possible, there is no way, and not a single espada came to the real world. There were only scouting arrancars, and during the times the espada were to actually appear in the real world, he’d be here or in his room slacking off and heading to sleep as usual. What the heck does this kid want from a guy like him anyway? One who isn’t even relatively close to her? Funny thing is Cordius was thinking too much, The Decima was beginning to wonder why he hasn’t responded yet, was Cordius ignoring her or provoking her? The original plan was that cordius observed what’s going to happen but then…. He actually fell asleep. Information: Words: 1,005

Time to party! Lilly would watch as the man ignored her, pursing her lips tightly. She didn't really think much past her games, and apparently neither did Cordius as he seemingly completely ignored her. Did he not want to play her game? Maybe he was just tired. Of course, Lilly's mental process never understood tired unless she had expended every bit of her energy, and it was incredibly rare that she did so. However, against Cordius's beliefs, Lily was in the Human World all the time, devouring any being she could get her hands on to add to her fuel reserves. The girl's body really was an engineering wonder...
With a small step forward, she tries to peek at the snoozing Arrancar's face, the purple of her eyes riveted to his form. She couldn't really make anything out from her angle, and huffed in a somewhat disappointed fashion. Well, now what was she going to do? He was purposely ignoring her at this point. Did he not care about her? What an odd man to not even wonder about his comrade's actions. Well, Lilly would have to fix that!
"Hey! Pay attention! Lilly's gonna hurt you! She means it!" She was pacing around the sleeping male, wondering just was he was doing. Then, she finally circled to his face to see his expression. "You're asleep? Wahh... But..." Tears welled up in Lilly's eyes as she looked to him, heartbroken. He could have at least said he didn't want to play, instead of going to sleep like that! Sniffling, Lilly wipes her eyes, a new and quite devilish look in them. He wouldn't get away with that!
Snaking to be beneath him, she grunts with effort and lifts his body gingerly to not awaken him. Of course, due to her height, the ginger form of carrying him involved his feet dragging along the ground. She was a little stronger than she looked, though. She carried him to her room, avoiding the slightest out of place movement that would awaken him. She did this all the way to her room, it being remarkably clean for such a rambunctious child.
She inches over to her bed and pushed him onto it, once again trying to make sure he didn't wake up. Once on the bed, however, all bets were off. She climbed up onto the extremely soft bed and sat cross-legged on his chest, arms crossed and a cute glare staring into his face. The moment he awoke he would be greeted by the stare and a stern, young voice.
"Don't move or Lilly will eat you right now..." She pouted and poked his forehead. "If you wanted to sleep, you shoulda just said so. Not nice ignoring Lilly like that. I hope you can repay her for hurting her feelings..." Lilly pondered for a quick second, then nodded. "Got it. You have to work for Lilly until you repay her debt. After all, you owe her a lot after that. Lilly almost started crying because of what you did!" Still she sat upon his chest, glaring down at him in a rather cute way. Then again, her glares were rarely threatening unless she was actually really angry. She was faking it for dramatic effect at the moment. Really, either answer wouldn't anger the girl. She was just as bored as he was, and entertaining herself.

He fell asleep just when Lily made a childish threat to him stating that she’d make a clean death for Cordius if he stops whatever he is doing. Question is what was he doing to make her say that? Also why does she refer to Zelena as “Mommy”? There were so many questions left unanswered but he has to be patient. Time reveals all things.
He was having a nightmare of being dragged in a rollercoaster ride going straight down to hell, then left, then down right. Now going upwards and into the mouth queen Zelena then he was rested down on her tongue while he’s experiencing the shortness of breath. In actuality Cordius was dragged by the Decima to her room. They went downwards and upwards again to another side of the tower that leads to her room. Cordius though he heard Zelena’s mouth closed but actually it was the door to decima’s room. Then he experienced shortness of breath because Decima was sitting on his chest
It wasn’t a pleasant dream, rather weird than uncomfortable.
Then he finally woke up only to find himself on bed noticing that decimal is sitting on his chest which highly explains why he’s experiencing shortness of breath. He couldn’t believe his eyes and was stunned that he was carried here. Who carried him? Her fraccion? Or is it decima herself? One word describes this scenario: creepy.
After hearing decima’s second threat, Cordius finally began to understand what she wanted all along. She wanted him to be part of her Fraccion. Lilith’s cute face did not fit the awkward scenario, besides the time he woke up his expression was lifeless… at first then his eyes opened in shock seeing as how he was put in this position. Normally he would say ‘Sorry I fly solo’ but that will only motivate her to devour him whole. That’s impossible, someone as little as her can eat cordius whole in a matter of seconds? Well as they say looks can be deceiving but now cordius will have no choice but to play along. “Tell me why you’re choosing me to be part of your fraccion?” He replied in a deep straight tone of voice as he glared through her soul. What he has seen in her is nothing more than a nazi soldier trying to find an outlet for her desires but what does she have in store for a scouting arrancar like him? A possible case scenario is that he’d be used to gather information in such a way it might cost him his life. Yes that is the only explanation. “More importantly what are you trying to find?” No person would talk to cordius unless they have a motive and as far as cordius knows about decima she acts like spoiled little girl claiming objects as her own as well as fantasizing that Hueco Mundo is some kind of wonderland and she’s the Alice only this time she’s trying to call all shots like an adult. Dusk is about to arrive, his entire day off has been spoiled by her offer and threatening attempt to get him to her side, plus leading to more assignments than usual.
But then he hatched an idea. He could use Decima to get the information Cordius wanted to know but then does that mean he has to satisfy the desires of this little girl sitting on his chest right now? I mean waking up to find one on top of him was the most ridiculous wakeup call he’s ever received in his entire existence. Like who or what is Zelena like, or the rumors of an organization called the sins and more. Plus her cute look is making cordius upset because it’s making him feel guilty that he’d make a little girl cry. He has absolutely no intention of revealing his soft side to anyone, remembering what happened the last time he did got himself killed and turned into a wicked hollow who’s fast at assassinating and devouring its kind. Not to mention how careless he was thinking she’d actually leave him alone. It’s like being a buffalo separated from its heard only to be pounced on by a cheetah and be incapacitated bit by bit.
What if someone tries to enter this room? What if Queen Zelena decided to show up here? More importantly who saw Cordius being dragged by Decima to her room? It is humiliating if an espada or the queen herself seen what had happened. Plus there’s gonna be more trouble. Plus he really needs to get more sleep so that he’d be able to get back to ‘work’ tomorrow expecting that his body would be ready and able to do the task assigned. A tiny drop of sweat fell from his forehead to his ear, he’s now feeling tension and it’s hard to keep a straight face. He waits patiently for her reply and observes what might happen next.
One thing for sure, after this he’s never going into the main building ever again… well normally that is, depends if he’s even gonna survive his event or not.

Time to party! The girl continued watching over Cordius closely, her wide purple eyes catching every moment he made. An errant twitch here, a nervous glance there... But most of all, she noticed the sweat drop. That seemed to please the girl to some degree, even as she mulled over his questions. Is that what he thought? She needed him for something? Well, everyone wanted to feel needed, the little Arrancar mused. She was eyeing him like a predator eyes it's prey, but still she didn't move. It was like she really was testing him. After a while of the back and forth stares, Lilly sighed and uncrossed her legs, laying on her back upon him and looking to the ceiling.
"Is that what you think? That Lilly wants to use you for something? That the reason Lilly didn't eat you yet is because she wants you to look for something special?" Her soft, light purple hair was on his chin as she spoke, her voice a lot less overjoyed and a lot more serious. "Well... That would be nice, wouldn't it? If Lilly had a bunch of jobs for you and wanted you to be her Fraccion..." She rolled until she was lying on her belly, gently upon his left arm and off of his chest. Her eyes were on him once more, but there was a distinctly different quality about them. They were no longer the eyes of a predator, but the eyes of a young girl. Also, there would be an additional emotion in them that Cordius would not be able to place a finger upon.
"Did you think that maybe Lilly just wants to eat you? That maybe she's trying to lull you into a false sense of security before she strikes? Or maybe..." She purses her lips as she thought, bobbing her head from side to side to the tune of an imaginary beat. "Maybe... You think that Lilly can't eat you? Is that it?" She crawled up Corduis's body to leave her eyes just inches from his own. That quality returned to her eyes, one of the young girl, with the dash of uncertainty. It was very hard to place one emotion on the girl at any time.
Then she grinned. A very simple gesture, one that Cordius may or may not be used to seeing. However, her grin just kept widening, to the point where it appeared as if her grin was tearing her skin apart. When it finally stopped, she was quite literally grinning ear to ear, her lips a dark black color that was slowly spreading. Before it could spread, however, she shrank her grin back to normal and nodded.
"Lilly can eat you... Really easily, actually... But she wont..." She sighs and lays her head down on his shoulder, essentially using Cordius as a body pillow as she continued. "Mama's always busy... Baron-sama always has friends over for playtime... Rou-chan has Rai-kun... Colin-kun likes himself too much to play with Lilly... Noxie-chan doesn't ever talk to Lilly... Victor-sama doesn't like playing... He even scolds Baron-sama for it sometimes... Lilly doesn't get anyone..." She pouted slightly and crawled up again, wrapping her arms around Cordius's neck gently, but firmly.
"So... Lilly had to get to you first! Otherwise you would be someone else's Fraccion and Lilly would still be all alone... So..." She squeezed tighter, but not uncomfortably so, and whimpered. That was the quality Cordius would have seen earlier. It was fear and loneliness. Despite being over a thousand years old, the broken-minded Arrancar still thought with the baser instinct of a child, one that strove for companionship. One that wanted people to be more than just around.
She slowly got up and shook herself off, realizing her jealous fit and sighing. She looked to Cordius and hummed, planning an exit strategy and a containment plan. Even though she was a child in spirit, her mind was that of one that had seen too many battles to remember. She was far smarter than she let on, it was just buried beneath her child-like personality. Lilly really couldn't help that, though... As much as she'd like to.
She walked to her door and nodded. "Lilly wont keep you anymore. You can go if you want. But no taking any of Lilly's things!" This was said rather comically, as there was literally nothing around for him to take, aside from the bed he was laid upon. Lilly rather reluctantly moves out of the way of the door, waiting to see his reaction.

The moment of truth, will he accept her offer? Or will he decline and head towards his own way to reaching heights on his own? ~Was he being toyed on? ~Was he being manipulated? ~The eagle remains indecisive but something that remained human in him awakened, something he thought he locked away. As much as he wanted to relax this was a big event for him, a yes or a no? He recollected his thoughts as she spoke to him on her offer. She started to lie down on Cordius in several positions which were meant to convince him to join. She really isn’t afraid to express it plus her eyes shifted from a war nazi to an innocent little girl. She even showed hints of her ability to eat people whole just by grinning. She was emotionally unstable but to his surprise she’s still stating a sensible and less dramatic point without even losing control on her body. Normally most little girls tend to do that if ever they sense that they are being looked down upon. What breaks this rule and reasoning is that she is no longer human but a soul that has transcended to power meticulously in order to raise hell to one’s life or to whoever she considers an enemy… a nuisance. It made Cordius more upset than ever, when started to mention about guard being lowered down that made him scorn but by the time she stated that she can’t spend time with anyone else erased that expression on his face away.
Point is he’s been killing and accomplishing feats and desires all by himself he forgot the fact he was alone. Even when he turned a new leaf, fallen then raised and evolved he always has forgotten that he was alone. It wouldn’t be that of a bad idea if it’s to find something that will benefit to what he was long waiting to decide… to fight with a higher purpose or to die without a sole ideal fixated on acting alone so that others wouldn’t be able to exploit his weakness? As soon as Lily got off him and opened the door and left him with a choice. To come with her and be offered opportunities that might be ideal for what he was after in all of his existence, a meaning. Even though Cordius was comfortable he lacked purpose. His parents back in the mortal days told him that they fight for money but that wasn’t all just they said, they’d do anything to keep their child alive but no one of course lives forever.
Have they even accounted the fact that purpose is what one person needs in order to die happy? Cordius never received a happy death. One day he received a parting letter from his parents through his grandfather that even if they are gone they shall always be in your heart. The same cheezy pick up line everyone always says when they die or go away. But there was more, they’d die knowing he’s fine and ok, safe from harm. That moment he realized that his parents only wanted him to be happy and live a normal life. If he hadn’t assassinated the people who killed them, then his life would have been longer and that he’d live the way he wanted too.
Cordius was sitting on her bed all zoned out with thoughts and guilt. Perhaps he should stop being so stubborn and accept her offer. He was staring at space for more than 5 minutes now. Since evening has fallen there is no way he’s falling asleep now. He stood up and walked out of the door and back to the hall. “I’ll play along with your game kid… but don’t expect me to be there by your side everyday” He spoke in a deep serious tone, he almost sounded like a person that just seen somebody who died in vain. He head was down and his hood was on. The only thing that followed him out was nothing but his own mournful l shadow.
One thing he’s been praying is that he didn’t make a mistake accepting her offer, hopefully that he isn’t running blindly to his death just because a little girl convinced him to join up with her. “Don’t expect me to become the perfect solution to you problems and tasks” He calmly walked down to the public living quarters of the arrancar and to his room. Unusually he decided to sleep but why would he sleep when he is nocturnal? Was it because those trails of thoughts led him to realization? Was it because he seen a bit of himself from decima?
