Kiyameru did need a new arm, because with just one no matter how skilled he became two would make such a difference. It would allow him to greatly increase his ability to fight, especially as a captain. Although he did belong in the 11th division for his abilities, he took the role only because of his captain. This would mean that as a 10th division captain, he needed to be as versatile as possible rather than just relying on his brute force and not caring about his loss. He would be thankful if he could have a new arm. " Good idea, a kido might be able to help. Ah, but I am not the greatest at using kido. Someone like you, for obvious reasons, would be perfect for the job."[/b he pondered on whether or not it would show weakness if he couldn't do without an arm. Maybe he would just train with one arm and a little with two. He needed to be strong, and he needed to show that having one arm was not a weakness. What a bother to be stuck between the two.

Rin listened to the Captain speak, about how good of an idea it was, and that her use of kido might be able to help him. Even though he was not the greatest at kido, which of course was a problem, since the effectivity of a kido was almost equal to how good you were at using them. Meaning, if he tried to use a kido beyond his level, he could risk a blow back, much like she did, so maybe they'd have to search other avenues. "If I cannot figure out how to make a kido to regain the use of your arm back, even temporarily. Maybe I can pop over at the twelfth division and give them a talk to about prosthetic. Although I am sure they'd be a better idea, anything kido wise would only be temporary, while a prosthetic, well that's something you could use day to day for even meaningless tasks." She said, letting the thought sink in for a few moments, as she eyed the Captain and his quiet Lieutenant. As she then would keep talking.
"He could even design two prosthetic's. One for everyday use, and one for combat use, since I am sure both of them would differ entirely. Ya know?" She said, trying to sound a bit excited for him, and in all actuality she was. It almost made her want to go right over to the twelfth division and find out if such a thing was possible. To give him the use of both his arms again would be great, and perhaps while she was over there they could give a look at her head. Since it seems that would be something interesting for them to look into no doubt. Although, with a lot of them being dissecty over there at the twelfth division, she'd sure have to watch and make sure she didn't get hog tied down to any tables.

Kiyameru would be glad to have an arm for combat, something he would need in war, a place where he cannot gloat about his one-armed abilities. He needed to fight, though. This was a major distraction and he just wanted to leave for the morning's sparring match with some shinigami. He nodded back at Minatsuki and smiled. Now him smiling was rare, even shocking to the likes of Yamamoto himself (out of assumption). "I would like that. That would allow me to perfect my abilities the way I had intended. Now, if you don't mind, I am going to go see how my Shinigami are doing. It was nice meeting you, but I simply cannot leave them unwatched. I would let you join me, but my harshness is not pleasant to be around." he admitted to his harshness, but didn't regret it.
He had planned on visting the RnD division of the Gotei 13 one day, but the duties of the tenth division captain are very important. Paperwork, training mass amounts of soldiers, ect. He had taken his sword and began to walk away in quite the hurry, obviously worried about his own troops. [ Boring topic, sorry. Topic Exit.]

She listened to the Captain speak briefly than he was off to go watch his Shinigami in his division train. She called after him as he walked away. "No problem Captain Kurakunaru, until we meet again!" She yelled out after him, as she turned the other way and started to walk away also. Just thinking about how she could help the Captain, and what else she should do with today's time. It just seemed logical that perhaps she'd go back to her division quarters and just read a book. It's not like she had anything better to do with her time today. So, that's what she was going to do. Have a nice cup of tea, head back to her quarters and read a book with the rest of today's time.
