Erin Abel - Age 19__________________________________________________________
Erin's eyes widened as she felt her wrist subdued by the boy in front of her. "Oh.." She gasps as he forced her eyes to his wrist with his gaze. As she moved her eyes she didn't see a cross on his wrist, instead it was a sturdy looking bracelet, not something someone would wear as a fashion statement. She studied it and began to whisper to herself, "That's a quincy bangle." She said to herself, sort of ignoring the boy, only catching bits and pieces of what he was saying. Though her emotions definitely died down as she felt more confused than anything else. She looked down at the boy blankly then back to his wrist and after he had let go she just kinda sat there, on top of him, looking from him to his wrist.
"Oh.." She said again, not knowing what to do. Though she could suddenly feel her fatigue setting in quite harshly, and she fell off him to the side, her right leg still across him, and her left knee may or may not have been digging into his side. If it felt like it was she would pull on it a little, so that it would be against him but not pressing into him. "I'm sorry." She said as she stared up to the sky. "You seemed like a quincy." She said, sounding so blank and emotionless. More or less, she was sorry, however the emotions she had been feeling had faded, and now she was just kind of somewhere in between every emotion she could feel. So it came out sounding emotionless, though not exactly cold. More than anything she sounded lost. "I didn't hurt you too bad did I?" She asked as she continued to lay there, staring up at the sky, perpendicular to him. "I'd be lying if I said I didn't mean to, but I wish I hadn't." She said, "You should learn to protect yourself better. Especially with that thing. I know.." She paused, and closed her eyes, "If you ever find yourself in Karakura, look for a quincy with a glove. He'll probably be smoking. He could help you, even give you another bangle when that breaks. Maybe even an actual cross if you have the blood in you." She told him. "That's kind of all I can give you in return for beating you up." She told him, "Shima." She said his name. "If you ever do meet him, and try and train with him, punch him in the face a few thousand times." She said, and as she laid there, she wondered if he'd realize she had no intentions of getting up soon.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,10,true] [atrb=style,width:400px,bTable] | every thing's gonna crash and break Jace was faintly surprised that the girl recognized the bracelet as a Quincy bangle. Well, maybe it wasn't a huge deal; her earlier outbursts made it quite obvious that she knew a bit about Quincies, probably way more than he did himself. "So can you please stop trying to kill me now?" he asked quietly, though he didn't sound serious. Jace already knew that the dangerous part of this encounter was over and done with.
He almost felt bad when Erin fell to the side, even though he didn't really mean anything by what he had said. She probably felt bad enough already. Not to mention, he had hurt her a little, too; though he hadn't had much of a choice at the time. Jace didn't quite know why he even cared whether the girl felt bad or not, but when she asked him if she had hurt him a lot, he sat up. "I'll be fine," he said, staring at the wall across from them. He was barely bleeding at all now, and while the burn on his shoulder hurt like a bitch and probably would for days, he had had worse.
Jace tried not to let the annoyance show on his face at her suggestion. Did all these people think he was supposed to get all-powerful within a week? It didn't work that way for him. Since it was clear that the girl wasn't trying to insult him, Jace didn't snap back. "Soon enough, I won't even need it. But thanks," he replied. He thought he could sense a case of sour grapes, or something to that effect, when the girl spoke of the gloved Quincy. "I'll keep that in mind." Jace looked down at the ground after that, feeling a little awkward. Was this whole confrontation just about some little lover's spat? He wouldn't dare voice that out loud. She probably would try to kill him again if he did.

Erin began to gently yawn a the boy spoke, and once he had finished she returned a few words. “I’m glad you aren’t hurt too bad. I hate seeing people hurt. Even if that sounds untrue, I really do. I’m sorry I hurt you.” She told him before she pressed on the matter. “And it’s a good thing. Quincies are stupid.” She told the boy. “So ditching that stuff will only help you. The only useful thing it has for a human is the ability to use hirenkyaku, since you guys are so slow without it.” She explained to the boy.
She began to pull her legs in, so that he would be able to move freely without her legs being in the way. She was almost cross legged, but wasn’t for the stress on her hips would be painful. “I’m just going to go ahead and lay here for a while, don’t mind me.” She told Jace. “Uhm, if you ever need me and I’m close, go ahead and scream and I’ll do my best to help you. It’s the least I can do for trying to burn you.” She told him. “I wish there was some way for you to call me, but I don’t own a cell phone, and I don’t really think I could buy one in this condition, so why don’t you try and stay safe.” She told him, “I don’t know if I’ve told you or not already, but I’m Erin.” Her eyes began to close and she sighed, “Feel free to leave whenever you would like. I’m just gonna..” She paused to let a yawn escape and turned slightly, using her cape as a sort of blanket. “I might just take a nap.”

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,10,true] [atrb=style,width:400px,bTable] | every thing's gonna crash and break "No... it doesn't, and like I said, it's nothing," Jace said in response to Erin. After that, she went on to state that Quincies were stupid. "I see..." he replied, a little awkwardly. Yep, definitely some kind of drama. He always seemed to get unknowingly involved in other people's dilemmas. Jace looked back to Erin for a second when she said that humans were slow without Hirenkyaku, whatever that was. So, what're you supposed to be? For whatever reason, he never bothered to voice the question that had been lingering on his mind for some time.
"Uhh... here on the ground?" he asked, realizing that he sounded stupid. She most likely could not be seen by ordinary people; she obviously wasn't a human. It didn't matter where she slept, really. "I'll keep it in mind, though." Jace got to this feet after that. He wasn't going to sit around here while she was sleeping; that would just be weird. Besides, he needed to get home before anyone saw that he was covered in blood. He didn't want to be involved in another big scene. Still wondering if the girl was going to be all right sleeping on the ground, Jace glanced back before he started walking, leaving her to herself. "Bye, Erin."
