| [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Life got pretty boring when no one around could admire you. That's why Ni needed a break from her lonely pink house. She didn't even want to be in Japan anymore. So she snuck onto the first plane to New York and decided to have a vacation of sorts. It looked like the perfect place to imitate a game she saw that looked fun. She had no idea what the title was or how she could play it, so she decided to play it in real life. There was no harm being done when you were having fun, right? That was the exact rule Ni lived by, even if it was a bit off.
First step to playing the game: get a car. Ni looked around for something fun she could take on an adventure, but only saw shitty cars. Until she spotted a shiny and small pink car just sitting on the side of the road. She looked inside it, seeing if there was a person in there, and thankfully there wasn't one. Ni tried opening the door, but it was locked. So she did the next best thing, broke the window. That set off an alarm, but she didn't care. She was able to get into her new car now! Luckily, it was one of those newer cars that started with the push of a button, so she was able to be on her way as soon as she entered it.
The annoying thing about new York was the traffic. Ni didn't feel like going through it, so instead if turning her car onto the rode, she drove it on the sidewalk, hitting an unsuspecting pedestrian along the way. She didn't stop her car to check if the person was okay or not, and instead continued running them over to get to a more interesting destination. Initially running the person over wasn't in her plan, but it worked out in the end. People were alerted by the car and began to avoid it, or at least attempt to avoid it. She hit a few more people while driving on the side walk, but it was nothing too serious.
The only thing bad to happen from running people over was the broken windshield. Ni couldn't see a thing out of it. All she knew was that she kept running over things and it was very uncomfortable. Ni decided to just break the windshield. She removed her hands from the steering wheel to punch the glass out, succeeding in not only breaking the glass, but crashing the car into a near by building. The people around made a huge fuss, and there were cops everywhere, but Ni wasn't worried. No omw could see her anyways. She opened the car door, and the people around anxiously awaited the car driver's exit. Ni left the car, but the people around were still waiting. Sometimes it was amazing to not be seen. There was so much she could without any consequence.

The portal opened overhead, directly above the busy street, riddled with cabs, bikes, cars and buses. With it, the portal brought along an ominous patch of dark cloud, redirecting the sun's rays, creating a looming darkness over the skies of New York. Being stuck in traffic with nothing better to do, the crowd beneath started to gaze up from within their vehicles. Bikers too, stopped to notice the growing darkness that appeared suddenly overhead. Certainly some strange weather, the forecast called for sunny skies all throughout the week. Even the buskers at intersections stopped playing to witness the abnormality taking shape mere metres above one of the busiest cities in the world. Suddenly, the rift began to separate slightly, revealing what looked like toes?!
She made her descent quite rapidly, dropping several metres to the ground below, landing with a rather large impact for a woman her size. A loud crash followed, as a hired cab broke her landing. The vehicle's fenders were crumpled, with its axle bent in the middle: no way it was ever going to carry a fair again. It took a moment of silence before the crowd went into a panic. The pedestrians who were just spectating have began to move chaotically, towards which ever direction their route of escape was. Traffic began panicking, each vehicle honking its horn at the one in front, urging them to move so that they can escape their impending doom. Buskers began packing their guitars and various other instruments, collecting what change they had received during the day and began to scatter amongst the crowd. The streets were anything but quiet before, but it was organized, directed. Now, however, the streets filled with confusion and chaos — perfect.
Lyra pushed the crumpled cab aside, standing where it used to be. Though the aura she emitted was nowhere near reflective of her status, but it was enough for her to materialize even in front of humans with low spiritual awareness. She took a moment to survey her surroundings. As she looked around, she noticed countless people staring at her, as if they're witnessing some kind of miracle. Haven't they seen an Arrancar fall from the sky before?!
The crowd watched, as the young woman, dressed in nothing but dark thigh-highs survey her surroundings, seeming like she was from another world — or something just as unbelievable. The reason for her attire, or lack there of, was simple: she had just gotten out of bed. Soon, news helicopters were circling around, getting footage of the unusual events taking place. Of course, all their cameras would be able to pick up was static. She'd finally taken enough time to orient herself — and just in time too, as the fire department had arrived. The woman instinctively headed toward the sound of sirens, ignoring the countless eyes on her as she walked past the stopped vehicles.
A confused firefighter rushed toward her with a blanket, "Ma'am, are you alright?"
She didn't so much as look at him, before the blade at her side was drawn. Instantly, the man was split down the middle; the thick layers of fire retardant material offered little to him in terms of protection. Next was the firetruck itself. The sirens were really getting on her nerves. With a couple slashes she had turned the vehicle into scraps of useless metal and wires. Pushing the debris aside, she stepped through the opening she had created. It was about at this point all chaos broke loose. Vehicles, which were somewhat patiently waiting, began to move forward, disregarding the others in front of them. Some even took to the curbs, driving along side pedestrians, also attempting desperately to escape.
The woman grabbed a spare fireman's jacket from the large red truck she had just totaled and threw it on. The heavy, yellow and orange jacket was long enough to cover her entire body until just above the knees, she zipped up the jacket about half way and then ran her hands through her hair, bringing it out from underneath the collar. She continued walking through the traffic until she stepped onto the side walk. People who've witnessed what she had done began scattering as she walked: there was not a soul within fifteen metres of her. As she walked, her stomach growled.
All this commotion and she hadn't even had breakfast yet!

[/div] Ukyo had come to New York actually looking for spiritual beings who could help him in his cause. The past few months had been surprisingly violent for him, more violent than he could ever remember them being. He must have had some kind of run in with every race there was, and none had ended well for anyone. Things were getting out of control, and he couldn't just sit by and watch it anymore. There was only so much he, IA and Zeito could do though. Ukyo had to expand his allies list. He decided to start in large cities. The more people the greater his chances were. That's how he thought of it anyway. He was walking right into the chaos he had come here to stop though. He had just been causally making his way around the streets, trying to sense out anything he could. There was something close, but he couldn't name it. It felt a lot like the man he had met in Switzerland. That made him a little bit nervous. That was only added to when he heard some screams as well as a crash of some sort up ahead. He was entirely focused on getting there now. Well, he was for a few moments. He rounded a corner, and right before him a cab was suddenly crushed by something falling from the sky. there was a cloud of initial debris, but Ukyo didn't really need to see to tell that he was again getting just what he had come for , another spiritual being. He had a bad feeling about this one too though. Most peaceful people didn't make an entrance like that. He pushed around the crowd that was standing around, trying to see what had fallen on the cab to leave it in a state like that. When everything cleared, Ukyo could see a female there. By the looks on the faces of those around him he was pretty sure that they couldn't. That crossed a few possibilities of the list of what she could be. It seemed one human had seen her apparently, asking her something Ukyo didn't quite pick up. either it was really offensive or this woman was a psychopath, because just after the man was cut right in half. Ukyo was the only one who knew of the source. All the other humans were otherwise clueless. They only knew what was presented to them, and that was a man randomly falling apart. Ukyo just looked on in horror. this was exactly what he had come to this city to stop. This had turned into total madness. He saw some police vehicles and ambulance. That was when he remembered that first presence. He an to follow them instantly, glancing to the woman. He couldn't just leave her to do as she wanted. He didn't usually like resorting to an instant fight, but he wasn't sure he had another choice right now. He gripped the pendant of his necklace and in a flash he had released his doll. The metallic carbon copy of Ukyo would hardly be the most shocking thing going on right now. Ukyo and Auspeitschen Atem weren't the ones that should have been feared right now anyway. While Ukyo went on toward the wreck that was only a block or two away, Auspeitschen Atem had to distract the female until Ukyo could get back to its side. He didn't want to leave the doll fighting alone for too long. He also didn't want it using up too much energy. Nothing drastic could be done right away. As he rounded the corner, the wreck just up ahead, Auspeitschen Atem made it's first move. Leaping into the air, where it could get a good look at the female to aim, it kicked mid air. From the kick a blast of wind was fired down upon the woman. It wasn't his most powerful attack, but it was all Ukyo dared command it to do. Auspeitschen Atem didn't stay in midair to just wait around to be attacked by the powerful woman. It darted off into the madness of debris, straying form any humans. Even if it was attacked at least no person would be in immediate danger. They didn't seem to want to close to the metallic human form. While that was being done, Ukyo reached the site of the wreck. He noted the maimed bodies he had passed by, assuming they had been because of that car. He also spotted another female standing by. Summing her up, he concluded this was the first presence he had felt. Ukyo walked up to her, reaching out to grab her wrist. She wasn't going on a rampage. He could only hope this had all been some kind of accident. "You did this right?" he asked, a cnocerned look on his face. the fact that he was talking to invisible people never phased him. He tended to do that a lot with that other voice in his head, who was actually pretty quiet right now. Perhaps they were on the same page. He could at least tell that his other self wanted to do something about this. "If you come with me now, help me, you can make up for all of this" Ukyo hoped this female had some kind of conscience. He didn't have the time to stay here long and fully convert her. He needed her help right now. He had sensed the power from that other female. He had to get back and stop her. Auspeitschen Atem was strong alone, but the two of them together were a lot stronger than either by themselves. "Please" he gave a pleading look to the girl. He knew this was probably an odd kind of act, but his faith in people, even ones like this, was foolishly high. He began to take slow steps backwards, hoping she would come along with him. stats: han:14 rei:15 hak:16 sei:14 buk:18 hoh:15 ⋆ words988 ✩ notesYeah Lyra.. people can't see you xD

| [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Ni saw a naked woman fall from the sky, and she was honestly confused! Why weren't her own clothes off?! Strangely it seemed like there was one guy around who was able to see them all. Ni was sure he'd get sent to am asylum if other people saw him addressing invisible people. But she didn't care too much. If the girl didn't want to play, then Ni wouldn't play with her. She'd find someone else to go on the two player adventure with. Although they could always make it a multiplayer game if she wanted to have nude fun later on.
The only thing that came out of seeing the woman who fell from the sky was Ni wanting to take her own clothes off. However she ignored the urge as she heard someone talking to her. She glanced up at him with a guilty look then looked back to see what 'this' was that she did. There were bodies all over the place. They were supposed to disappear and respawn by now, but that didn't seem to be the case. It dawned on her that she wasn't playing a game. She got too sucked into what she thought she was doing that she forgot this was real life.
It seemed the man read her mind when he asked for her to come with him to make up for what she just did. She nodded her head and began to follow him as he began to walk backwards. Although she needed to do something before they could go on. She couldn't take it any longer. If the woman she saw earlier could be naked, why couldn't she!?
Ni pulled her long shirt over her head, leaving her in nothing but the collar around her neck. If she was going to help this man, she needed to help herself first! "Okay! What for you need help with?" She excitedly yelled at the man then clinged onto his arm. "I will help you like no one has ever helped you before." She winked at him then giggled. She knew her lame attempt of making a sex joke sucked, but it was all in good spirits anyway, so she didn't care. The way the man was dressed should at least mean he had a sense of humor. made by prism of btn and ls~ |

OOC: But... buuuut.... It's more fun when they see. And here, she was just minding her own business, grabbing a bite to eat before the start of the day, yet everyone seemed to be against her. Was it really that difficult to get breakfast in this town?! She continued against the flow of people, heading towards the centre of the city rather than away from it. Anything that was in her way was quickly split into two, be it people cars, buildings, whatever. She continued looking for a decent restaurant, though, she probably wouldn't know one if she saw it anyway, seeing as how she rarely eats in such establishments anyway. A tasty soul, perhaps? Now what? The woman looked up in time to catch a glimpse of something shimmering in the sky before a wave of condensed air was forced her way. The woman's figure had already disappeared before the blast was close to connecting. Appearing above and behind what she could only assume to be the source of that attack, she pointed a finger nonchalantly at it. A speck of light quickly gathered at her fingertip, forming a small sphere before leaving her grasp, heading quickly to the figure which she was pointing at. It was at this point she sensed a couple rather tasty souls nearby. She didn't take time to confirm whether her bala had contacted her assailant, nor did she care, really, what was more important was the potential for breakfast! Turning her attention to the source of the larger-than-usual reiatsus, the woman quickly made her way to the scene. What awaited her was a naked teenager and her boyfriend? She wasn't sure what she should have expected, but this scene was probably lower on the list. And what was up with the bodies scattered around the two? Some kind of new-aged relationship involving maiming people and being naked?! Sounded right up this one's alley. Her feet once again touched the ground, mere metres away from the couple, then she began advancing. As she came into view, she would show the pair her smile of approval. Now the question was, would they be willing to let her join in on the fun, or will they become part of her fun? Oh, this was certainly getting exciting! Breakfast will be served very soon.

[/div] He hadn't expected such.. willing help. This girl that had just killed a few people turned out to not be a horrible person. Well, it wasn't like she knew what he wanted yet, but she seemed really willing to help. That caught him by surprise. Ukyo couldn't complain though. He didn't even question. He got a surge of connection to his doll, sensing what was going on. He gave the doll the order to not just get demolished so quickly. Following such order it did what it could to avoid the incoming bala that had been fired at it. Aupietschen Atem launched itself backward, using every ounce of speed it had. It was enough to avoid the majority of the bala though it took a good hit to its chest which sent it flying down into the ground. Luckily for the doll it was made of metal and the attack wasn't a powerful one. It would be delayed some, but other than that, not much was effected. In the meantime, Ukyo had turned his head back to the togabito girl after making sure his doll wasn't destoryed. He had felt her cling to his arm and ask what it was he was needing from her. Ukyo had every intention of telling her these details before he took in some major details of his own. At some point the girl had removed what she was wearing save for a collar on her neck. That couldn't really be considered clothing though. One part of Ukyo was surpirsed. Another side of him was just enjoying the site. Another was telling him to show some respect. Yet another side of him entirely was yelling at him. 'Now is not the fucking time for that shit, you slut!' the other being within him scolded. Ukyo knew he was right... but for fuck's sake... No! There were important things that needed to be dealt with, like that strong power source that was drawing closer to them. Shit! When had it gottne closer to them? Ukyo looked around, wondering where she was. No more than a few seconds later the woman from before showed herself, far too close for Ukyo's liking. His eyes narrowed in on her as he turned his head toward the blonde girl. "I need you to help me stop her. First though can you get the humans away from here some way... peacefully? You can't hurt them" He felt it was necessary to add in that last part given the girl's previous actions. HE glanced to her fully, shooting her a smile. He knew they were pretty outclassed here. He couldn't recall a time that had really stopped him though. It seemed like even more of a reason to fight this woman. This city wouldn't stand a chance if he didn't. Finishing up his request to the girl, Ukyo looked back to the arrancar, a serious look on his face now. He didn't hesitate to reach over his shoulder and draw his nagamaki. He disliked fighting, but he knew when it had to be done. "Please leave here. Go back to where you came from and let this city be" he might have been pretty certain about this turning into a full out battle. That didn't mean he wouldn't try his more peaceful methods first though. His tone wasn't harsh nor commanding. It was actually rather calm and kind sounding. There was no use in ordering some one around, especially not one like this. He was pretty sure that would have only spelled more trouble than he was already in. At few moments later Auspietschen Atem came flying from the sky. It landed on the opposite side of the arrancar than Ukyo. After glancing its master, the doll too drew its exact copy of Ukyo's nagamaki. Ukyo was relieved that it had returned so quickly. It didn't look like it was too damaged either. He could spot some marks across its chest. That shouldn't have hindered the doll too much. Taking on the woman by himself while the togabito took care of the humans would have bare been possible without the aid of his doll. He wasn't even sure it was that possible now. He knew something that would of course help him out. The other him was more than ready to go, knowing full well that Ukyo himself wasn't as brutal as this fight would likely call for. Just jumping in wasn't on his agenda for once though. Maybe he wasn't completely up to a suicide mission. He was there to protect them, not just fight. stats: han:14 rei:15 hak:16 sei:14 buk:18 hoh:15 ⋆ words768 ✩ notesI know but... yeah no xD

| [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] "Meow!" Ni had her hands balled up in a mock paw form and swatted at the air in front of her. She didn't really understand what was going on or why this guy needed her help, but she assumed it had something to do with the strong being she sensed nearby. Likely it was the naked woman from earlier, and she was proven correct when the man asked her to help defend against the woman. Ni now had a job to do! She wasn't entirely sure how she could do it, but she would do it.
Ni tried to think on ways to get the humans away from the area they were in. She began poking them, and they of course felt her. But they couldn't see her. She tried yelling at them to leave, but it didn't work. So that made it time give up on her efforts! Ni turned back to the man but saw the naked woman from before. It seemed she was too late. Her efforts were for nothing!
Ni started bouncing and meowing while thinking about what she needed to do. The woman felt dangerous. The man looked like he was able to take care of her by himself, so Ni had to complete his wishes, but she had no idea what to do.
"SAVE YOURSELVES!" Ni shouted then the ground beneath her raised up high. She was given too much responsibility. If they didn't leave by themselves, then that's not her fault! How much would she have been able to accomplish anyway?! Which is why she was okay with just watching the attractive man do all the work from above. That was much easier. made by prism of btn and ls~ |

"'Let this city be'?" The mere thought of it was ludicrous, the only reason for her existence was to eradicate these pitiful parasites that called themselves "humans", so why should she leave? Just because some kid with a robot companion asked her politely? Not a chance. The woman merely moved closer to the man. She wasn't quite sure what to make of the other presence, she was off doing her own thing, distracting the humans, or what ever it was: it wasn't important. What was important was this man in front of him, trying to reason with her? He'd soon find out it was futile to try and stop her with words.
As a screaming pedestrian ran past, the woman casually stuck her weapon out to her side, using the man's own velocity to cut through his torso. The blade had almost made its entire way through the man before being stopped by his spine. She didn't so much as glance over as she nonchalantly flicked her wrist, cutting the rest of the way, rending the man in two. As the two piece of his body fell to the ground, the screams in the crowd began to grow louder, more people witnessing what had just happened — a man, mysteriously cut in half by some invisible force.
The arrancar looked him in the eye, bringing her zanpakuto to her lips, as she produced her tongue to meet the sanguine blade. As the blood transferred from metal to flesh, she brushed her tongue across her lips, dying them in the bring red as if she was wearing lipstick; she even puckered her lips, making sure the colour was even on both top and bottom. "Do you have any clue how hard it is to find lipstick in this colour?" She glanced at his mirror image from the corner of her eye as it drew its weapon in a similar fashion as he did.
"Go back? I was here first." She faked a tone of innocence. " Why don't you leave me alone while I pick out my favourite shade of lipstick? That is, if you don't want to end up on my lips too."

[/div] It wasn't hard to come to the conclusion that he hadn't exactly found the best partner to team up with. He kept an eye on her while he had tried pleading with the woman. It was a pretty touch sight to watch. She was shouting at people who couldn't here her. He figured she could have at least shoved them or something. It seemed she didn't quite catch on, or figure out other methods of shooing them away. He grit his teeth, looking back to the dark haired woman, only hoping that the demon girl could figure something out. The way the woman repeated his request made it seem like she wasn't too keen about going along with his pleads. 'You really have a way of picking things' that voice remarked in his head. For once they were actually thinking the same thing. Ukyo hadn't wanted to resort to a fight with this woman. He was still halfway hopeful though, even if it was only because of his arrogance. All of that got washed away though when the arrancar cut yet another human right down the middle like it was nothing. He didn't have a choice now. She only went on with useless things that Ukyo didn't want to hear about. It was sick. She was dying her lips in that human's blood, speaking of lipstick. It disgusted him. He never understood how people could be this way, even if he had one of those people living inside of him. Just then he heard something off to the side, seeing a floating rock, that demon girl's head poking over it. He was pretty sure she was the one controlling it. Then he was only left to wonder why she hadn't used that kind of power to move the earth under the people and move them elsewhere. He really did have a way of picking them it seemed. Well at least now he knew she had some kind of power. Hopefully she would help him in this fight if nothing else. "Do forgive me if I don't believe that" he stated in a colder tone than he had used in a while. He was pretty sure New York had existed before this woman's arrival. There was also the fact that he had seen her arrive. She clearly hadn't noticed him then. That wasn't important though. What was going to be important was her exit. He was going to have to force her to leave. He wasn't sure how he was supposed to do it, but it was going to have to happen. Ukyo knew he wasn't the best fighter or user of his doll. It was true he had a great level of skill. Some one else was just better. "You should be glad, right?" he said, though not to the arrancar nor the togabito. He closed his eyes and dropped his head. No more than a second later his head shot back up, revealing a completely new look on his face. There was a twisted smile and his eyes seemed a lot happier about all of this chaos. Not only did his face change, but so did the one on his doll. Its smile copied his own almost perfectly. His stance changed, more light on his feet and leaning forward slightly. "Very Happy~" even the tone of his voice had changed. It was like he was an entirely different person, which was technically spot on. He was a lot less hesitant about attack now too. In fact, almost instantly he ran toward the woman, drawing his sword back. Auspeitchen Atem was on the run too, launching itself into the air to fly over the woman. Both of them would reach her at about the same time, Ukyo himself from her front, and his doll making a turn to come at her from behind, both of them pushing their swords out ahead, using the long lengths of their handles to not get to close into the woman's range. "I've got to admit you do some good work" Ukyo mused, sneering at her. He gave a push with he foot, sending himself to the side. He disliked the idea of staying close to her so was set in creating some distance. "We can't really let you go on with your art though" he went on to say as he landed atop a street sign, crouching upon it. "So you'll just have to go back to where ever the fuck it is you came from, kay~" he smiled, but it was clear it wasn't a friendly kind of smile. He was just being a jack ass now. stats: han:14 rei:15 hak:16 sei:14 buk:18 hoh:15 ⋆ words779 ✩ notes--

Why did this new cute guy want the naked lady to go away? This was too Ni decided it was time for her daily nap, so she went on to ignore the rest of their far too serious conversation in favor of a much funner one taking place in her head. Ni stretched her arms out, then curled in a ball, laying down on the area she was on.
Ni napped on her risen area of land, free from harm's way. Sadly, her nap was a short one. Cat naps weren't fun when you could hear the screaming of people below her. This was seriously too much to take in for her nap time. Ni was getting kind of upset. "HEY! QUIET DOWN THERE!" She peered over the edge of her raised land area, yelling at the two having an argument below.
Ni decided to drop something in on their conversation. She gathered up random pieces of rock from the area she raised her napping spot from and gathered them in a pressurized ball. Ni then hovered that ball over the woman's head then dropped it, steering her napping spot far away from the explosive area while she did so. Hopefully the cute guy didn't get caught in it, but if he did.. then oh well. She tried! That was all that mattered. made by prism of btn and ls~ |
