quote or lyrics here; not too long FACE CLAIM:SERIES NAME -- CHARACTER NAME I found this pic on photobucket, but I think it may be Rin Tohsaka from the Fate series by Type Moon
HEIGHT: 5'4" (162.56 cm)
WEIGHT:136 lbs (61.7 kg)
APPEARANCE: Leanna is very short for her age, standing only 5 feet 4 inches, barely above the height of an average middle schooler. Her weight is much higher than her appearance warrants, though this weight is due more to her muscle than fat content. She is quite muscular, while retaining her feminine slenderness in her typical garb. This is due to her training in agility, rather than brute strength.
Her skin is soft only during her "better" days, when she bothers to apply moisturizer. Without, her skin is somewhat soft, but has an almost rubbery feel, which only goes away temporarily if she uses special hand-soaps, dish detergents, or moisturizers. Her nails are smaller than an average female's, but longer than the average male's, the tips of her fingernails only going <1mm beyond her fingertips. Her skin color is a pale opaque peach, which blends awkwardly with her dark amber irises. Her eyes are somewhat larger than normal, which becomes noticeable if one decided to examine her while shutting her eyes, or sleeping, where one would notice the large bulge from her eye sockets.
Her hair is a long ebon color, falling about 3 inches past her shoulder. Her hair follicles are naturally well oiled, and tends to keep a brilliant sheen, even after washing, unless using a harsh soap. Leanna's hair is also thick on the top of her head, her eyebrows, and eyelashes; the latter of the three sometimes causing her mild eye irritation. Her teeth are straight, the result of using braces, and she tends to wear her retainer all times of the day, except meals, snacks, mouth cleaning and combat.
Leanna often has a serious look on her face. Attending her quincy school, which disciplined much like a catholic school, instilled in her that one should take life seriously, and to fight against evil in all its forms. She doesn't detest evil, but she is always weary of others, since she knows that one cannot always rely on another's kindness. A smiling "friend" could stab one in the back if one's guard is dropped.
Her typical garb is a simple selection: a black shirt with long sleeves stopping short of the wrist, loosely wrapping around her torso; a black skirt falling just below her knees, with a white border at the bottom; long black socks that fall just below her kneecap, and simple black flat shoes. She wears this primarily, unless she is expecting a large battle, in which she dresses in the traditional quincy soldier garb: a white form-fitting tunic with an accessory which hangs like a cape, surrounding and falling from the shoulders just below the chest. A cross necklace hangs from her neck, closely resembling a simplistic Gothic crucifix.
quote or lyrics here; not too long LIKES: -Leanna loves food, especially gourmet. The combination of spices and other ingredients fascinates her, and the result of the concoction leaving a pleasant taste (when prepared by someone experienced) inspired her to practice the basics. She doesn't particularly enjoy consuming large foods, for the single reason that it is too filling, and in the end, you tasted fewer foods at once. She likes to experience different flavors within a single time period, and prefers to consume numerous amounts of smaller foods, just to sate her appetite and curiosity.
-Leanna loves practicing long distance combat, from archery to dodge-ball to water-balloon fights. Her likes even extend to long distance communication, but for a different reason. She has a particular liking towards ambush, especially with water balloons. Sometimes, her enthusiasm gets the better of her once she winds down, and she'll go overboard with play-fighting. Sometimes, she'll try and throw all of her arsenal at once, or other times, she'll use her quincy bow to fire the water balloons at her target (the latter if her target keeps avoiding the balloons, or if they are running from her).
-She has an interest in shiny objects, particularly jewelry. Her favorite is the pendant, and her favorite stones ornamenting the jewelry are the ruby and emerald. The deep red and green hues appeal to her eyes, and she enjoys staring at the shape and colors of the stones. Leanna goes window shopping at certain jewelry stores simply to look at what they offer, and on the rare occasion that they are at a reduced price, contemplates purchasing one. A particular pendant caught her eye during one of her bouts, which bore a ruby crucifix shape in the center of a silver oval. One day, she hopes finding one similar and of higher quality, something she could use as her weapon as well as an amusing decoration.
-Leanna likes reading books, particularly nonfiction. Gathering information possesses a use for her, so that if her current line of work is terminated or rendered obsolete, she could adapt more easily. Her choice of reading isn't limited to just books however. She'll read reports, journals, newspapers, and sometimes diaries. She doesn't exactly possess a sense of private space, and will occasionally intrude and violate someone's comfort zone. Her reasoning for this is simply to gather information, but she doesn't speak this aloud. She knows that that reason is not enough for a court.
DISLIKES: -Leanna has a hatred of hollows, stemmed from her hatred of humanities base desires. In her studies, she deduced that hollows are in fact human spirits who lost their sense of reason and could only follow their instincts. Lust, gluttony, wrath, envy, pride, and greed. Sloth seemed to be the only thing missing from these hollows but this absence didn't leave her with a forgiving attitude towards them. While she felt that in an ideal world, she could help the shinigami hunt and purify them, she knew they didn't have enough manpower to actively hunt the hollows in the living world, nor did they have the attitude to help a group they felt hostile towards. In the end, she simply cast aside her thoughts of an alliance, and honed her powers to slaugher hollows.
-Leanna has a dislike towards shinigami. If one were to work with her, she would accept without reluctance, but remain wary of her "ally's" actions. It was common for quincies to pass down their history, which involved a genocide at one point in time at the hands of the shinigami. Hollows from one side, shinigami at another; this situation could happen at any moment in her mind. Casualties were formed on both sides, which could leave bitterness on both ends, but she felt that their bitterness was caused by their own doing. She feels her anger is justified, since her ancestors and distant relatives were slaughtered in that campaign. Her wariness is more of a preparation to slaughter a shinigami if they make one move she considers to be hostile towards herself.
-Leanna doesn't particularly enjoy working in groups. This is more due to an antisocial behavior she developed. While she could work in groups, she prefers acting on her own. When in a group, she tends to feel pressured and that their expectations for her are too high. She also feels that she is being monitored too closely when she is in a group, and will occasionally get the impression that her allies don't trust her (in other words, she gets a little paranoid). Leanna believes that groups are more likely to be found out than a single person, since a group moving in unison tends to be an obvious indicator of a plan being executed.
NEGATIVE TRAITS: -One negative trait of Leanna is her antisocial behavior, and her uneasiness to work in groups. While she will work in groups, she tends to feel restricted in ways to act, and will avoid situations that involve team efforts, particularly situations that involve life-or-death.
-A second negative trait would be Leanna's mildly selfish attitude. She isn't very trusting, depending on the situation. During peaceful times, she may let down her guard, but since hollows are an enemy that will never vanish, she rarely places her trust in others when her own life is at stake. Even if she is given "vacation" time, and another is guarding "her territory", she doesn't completely drop her guard. She also is difficult to get along with, since she rarely gives out personal information, unless she finds it to mean little(ex- her interest in shiny objects; she does like these, but not to an extreme where she will chase after them like a cat would a fuzzy object). She wants to remain an enigma to her enemies, and to do so, she has to ensure they cannot utilize former acquaintances.
-Another negative trait of hers would be her rather merciless attitude, even in play. While it is important in actual combat, she tends to carry this behavior during recreational activities. If she was playing volleyball, she'd spike the ball at the opponent when given the opportunity, with the intention of scaring others away from the ball later in the game (mind you, she doesn't hit hard enough to actually scare people away due to pain). As mentioned above, she will attach a water balloon to a quincy arrow and fire just to ensure she hits her target (the arrow will be weak most of the time, so it dissolves once it collides with the target). Her merciless attitude tends to grow worse once her enthusiasm increases, and it becomes quite possible that she'll go to extremes.
-Leanna tends bring her work or business with her wherever she goes. Even during breaks between her school semesters, she would review information and practice her lessons, just so the information would stick, and so she could pull that information out much more quickly. Her overall serious attitude could make her out to be a "stick in the mud" to many, depending on their interests.
POSITIVE TRAITS: -While Leanna doesn't make friends easily, she does work diligently to ensure that those she is fond of are spared from harm, though she may not always be successful. Whom she favors tends to vary by degree of how much they helped her, and whether or not they are aware. Her family is the only group of people she cares about for no reason other than simply being related by blood.
- Leanna is quite dutiful, usually carrying out requests or missions without openly questioning orders(though she will ask questions if she is unsure of what is being asked of her; such as if the order was poorly phrased). If she knows exactly what is being asked of her, she will do everything in her power to ensure it is carried out to the letter. If she fails, she will feel upset, the degree of which will depend on the severity of the consequences of failure (ex- if she fails to close an exit fast enough and many enemies escape, resulting in the deaths of many, she will be torn up inside; if its a simple discipline as a consequence such as prison or execution, she won't feel as bad, but she'll still feel guilty for failing). Occasionally, she'll question an order if she fails to see proper reasoning behind it, but she'll keep it to herself and attempt to find a real reason behind such an order.
-Leanna likes to share certain items, primarily perishables. If a person is in need, or want, and she has something available on her, she may actually give them something. If a person is hungry, she may hand them a snack. If they are looking for a coin, she may hand them a shiny coin she found on the ground earlier that day. Also, knowing the basics of cooking, she may cook for another person. This doesn't occur often, however, and she usually does so if her ingredients are about to expire. The results of her cooking vary wildly in flavor, however, since she only knows the basics and doesn't know enough of the finer points. She could bake a really good batch of cake one day, and make a tough nearly inedible cake the next; the results tending to be because she misread the expiration date or the date got a digit wrong; though not entirely limited to this.
EXTRAS:Leanna possesses her own sense of justice, but lacks the drive to achieve a higher position. While she would like to have some amount of power and respect, such things tend to have responsibilities and expectations as a part of the package. She doesn't possess the mental fortitude to handle responsibility over a large amount of people, or even small groups for that matter. She keeps her justice and ideals to herself, and tries to live up to them as well as the expectations of being a Quincy, to the benefit or detriment of those around her.
Leanna tends to be serious, but on her rare enthusiastic moments, she tends to get overexcited and goes to extremes, which could cause others to believe she is psychotic.
quote or lyrics here; not too long WEAPONS: -Leanna carries a folded fan with her in her pocket, the spines being 2 feet long. She uses this as a weapon occasionally, but it isn't very effective unless she channels her energy through it. It is located on the right side of her hip.
-A poniard only 8 inches in blade length is carried on her hip as well, behind her fan.
-In her ordinary garb, she carries up to 10 ginto capsules in her pockets; in her quincy military outfit, she carries up to 30 in her pockets
-One Seele Schneider can be found hanging on the left side of her hip in her normal attire; five Seele Scheiders can be found hanging on her left hip also while wearing her quincy outfit
-Leanna carries 3 hollow bait items on her when she wears her quincy outfit; none if she wears her typical dress
-Leanna carries one quincy bangle on her person at all times, though she never uses it for herself. She'll lend it to someone if she feels she needs help, and no known ally is nearby (she essentially gambles when handing this out, since a person may not be able to utilize it fully if one isn't spiritually aware).
BOW: Leanna's bow takes the shape of a curved bow, resembling one of elven craft. Both ends of the bow curve towards the front, with two protrusions from the center portion of the bow; 1 foot distance between both protrusions. It's color is a light metallic blue, and takes a physical shape. The bow's length is 4 feet. QUINCY CROSS:Leanna's quincy cross is actually a necklace, with the cross hanging around her neck. The cross itself is a gift from her grandmother, which resembles a simple Gothic crucifix; each point resembling a fleur de lis. SANREI GLOVE:has your character mastered the sanrei glove? Cannot start out with this unless character is AV-3 or higher.
She probably has not mastered it at all. It depends on what rank I've been given, but most likely she hasn't. BOW/GINTO TECHNIQUES: Name: Nagel Sturm Item used: Ginto Type: Offensive Cost: Low energy cost Range:Short range (within 2 meters before effectiveness drops substantially) Description: To perform this technique, Leanna has to activate her ginto by channeling some spirit energy into the tube. It requires very little energy to use, and unleashes a torrent of needle-like arrows at a target. However, the ability is rather weak, only barely piercing the skin if it does strike, but is primarily used to simply stun or slow an opponent. The arrows are very brittle, lasting barely a second, but have the sharpness of a needle, and if lucky enough, could strike a nerve ending and possibly temporarily stun a target. The technique is only useful when she is caught by surprise, and she can't form her bow right away, since this requires very little energy and time to use. However, its usefulness goes away in a straightforward fight, only occasionally being of use if she is attempting to capture a target.
Name: Konvergente Spiesse Item used: Quincy bow Type: Offensive Cost: The ability is not very taxing to use initially, costing only a moderately-high amount of energy, but if used beyond 7 times within a short period of time(an hour), the fingers will start to bleed and her mind may be strained somewhat. The degree of bleeding and strain increases the more she uses it, but visible signs of damage start showing after 7 uses. Range:Can be used for long range, but more effective at mid- or short-range. Description: This technique is a 3 arrow combination attack for Leanna. To use this, Leanna forms three arrows on her bow, focusing more energy than normal and keeping a close watch on her arrows. Each arrow as an explosive quality to it, but can only be activated once all three arrows converge at a single point.
The explosion releases a force that could feel like a fierce gust of wind if you are within 5 meters of the explosion. It's power is equal to a "cannonball" firework once it explodes, though the arrows themselves are much sturdier than normal, and have more piercing power than an average quincy arrow.
The arrows have another quality, in that Leanna could cause the arrows to almost instantaneously and simultaneously change course. She does this by manipulating her energy in the arrows and focusing intensely on how it moves. Its manner of movement is limited, in that it can only move in a straight line and can only change direction once. Because of the intense concentration required, it starts to tax her mind if she prolongs the movement of the arrows, as well as if she uses this technique too much. Including physical injury and mental harm, it also starts to make her feel mentally fatigued, even if her body isn't exhausted at all. (This effect takes place after 7 attempts, and starts to get worse the more she uses it.)
As stated above, the explosive effect only occurs after 3 arrows have converged. While she primarily fires 3 arrows at once, she is capable of firing less than 3 if the situation calls for it. It costs less energy (1/3 normal for 1 arrow, 2/3 for 2), this modification is only useful if at least 1 arrow has pierced a target while the other(s) have missed. The arrows are not any stronger than normal if use in this manner, nor are they more maneuverable.
Name: Aufstellung Item used: Quincy bow Type: Offensive Cost: Uses a large amount of energy, capable of use only 3 times before extreme physical exhaustion Range: Very long range; best if used at a distance, since time is required to gather energy Description: The technique is used when Leanna concentrates and focuses a large amount of energy at her bow. Once she fired, numerous arrows start shooting out from the center at different angles, while forming a uniform cone shape, angle chosen by herself, though the maximum angle is 75 degrees. Once the arrows reach exactly 1 meter from her location, the arrows fire straight-forward. The number and concentration of arrows are so high that from a distance, it would look like a strange blue pillar moving forward.
The arrows are just as powerful as normal arrows, but the sheer quantity make it deadly. The speed of the arrows double once it reaches 1 meter in distance (from Leanna, it doesn't increase further afterwards). This ability is capable of clearing a portion of a hoard (chances much much higher if the hoard is made up of low leveled hollows or people equally strong; not so much if near-menos level or higher).
The amount of energy required to form and fire the arrows, as well as the focus to alter the arrows, tax the body extremely. Noticeable fatigue occurs after the first use, in which the user starts to breath more heavily. After the second use, the fingers start to bleed badly and the arms start to feel tired, making it difficult to lift. After the third use, Leanna becomes extremely tired, making it very difficult to move on her own. Her hands start to appear mangled, blood dripping from the wounds that stretched down to a portion of her palm. Afterwards, she WILL need help to escape, if she is in such a situation.
To recover totally from this, she will need 4 hours of rest(4 posts for RP purposes) and possible medical treatment due to her hand injuries QUINCY: VOLLSTANDIGnote that you cannot start off with vollstandig unless the character is EL-2 or higher.
name: Seraphen
description: Leanna gathers the surrounding reishi and combines it with her own, layering the accumulated energy ontop of her garb, becoming a physical presence as a result. Her garb takes on a much different appearance, changing into a long white near body-fitting white dress, with her sleeves being the loose around the wrists(and the only thing not form fitting). Leanna gains a two pairs of wings on her back, two large wings reaching 6 feet in length, which come out from her shoulder-blade area, and two smaller wings reaching 3 feet in length just below the former set of wings. The ends of the sleeves and the bottom of the dress, as well as her new set of wings, have a strange appearance resembling the fading tips of a flame, with parts falling off and fading much like a flame tip.
Leanna gains the ability to manipulate her own energy, as well as the surrounding reishi, to form thick ribbon-like weapons. The maximum length of the weapon is 30 meters. Her wings can also be manipulated to a certain degree, but the size cannot be changed.
Though the dress and wings now have a physical presence, they do not form an effective defense. The dress is as durable as her garb, but her wings have the resilience of tissue paper. The vollstandig is capable of regenerating very quickly (ex- a severed wing pieces back together within 2 seconds of getting cut and a cut dress repairs within 1 second), but her body is exempt from this regeneration.
type: Leanna's vollstandig gives her a fire elemental ability. Her weapon, as well as her wings and her dress, scorch whatever it touches, with certain exceptions being the wielder and whomever she chooses. The burns are as violent and damaging as a quincy arrow barrage, though the heat can only be felt if any of the limbs possessing this ability make contact (ie- if the weapon is really close, but is narrowly dodged without making contact, the heat is not felt; on that same note, it will be difficult to perceive the heat unless you have been struck). Often struck areas burn without a trace, not even leaving marks (only weak presence such as bushes, rocks, or creatures with low spirit energy actually vanish in this manner).
The garb holds Leanna together tightly, which coupled with its regeneration rate, helps reduce her chances of bleeding out. She cannot regenerate, nor is her body's ability to heal itself heightened, so this small perk is only helpful to psych the enemy out. The blood does not soak through the garb, making it difficult to tell if she is actually bleeding. The tight fitting garb prevents the blood from leaving the body, but it is very possible that she could lose blood internally.
*When I refer to her body's ability to heal itself, I simply mean natural means, such as blood clotting, phagocytosis, antibody release, and cell division to close wounds
**The wispy nature of the vollstandig may not serve much of a defense, but I would like to mention its scorching ability again. If a person happen to cut the ribbon or wing, it is possible that the assailant will harm himself by accidentally passing through the wing or weapon afterwards. The wings and weapon have the same consistency as a flame, giving an appearance that it is passing through an object. A wall or shield would serve as a better defense against this than a blade.

[/blockquote] [/div] QUOTE OR LYRICS HERE; NOT TOO LONG HISTORY:Leanna was born in Berlin, Germany. Her father and mother belonged to a middle-class neighborhood, and she was raised in such a manner. During her infant years, she was prone to sickness, and often had to go to the hospital. Her diseases were quite varied, but eventually, at the age of 2, she contracted an ailment to her body that wasn't caused by a tangible entity. Her spirit energy had started to "short-circuit", and some of her organs started to spasm or stop functioning for a short period of time. Her father detecting her energy starting to go haywire, and took Leanna to a doctor he was acquainted with. The doctor was well known in her family, and was very particular with his patients. The cause of her ailment was unknown, but he was able to treat her, and Leanna's condition returned to normal.
During Leanna's toddler years, she was home-schooled by her mother and father, though often the lessons were simply story-time. Leanna was told about the lineage of the Quincies, who they came from, what they did, as well as their history. Her parents never mentioned that she was a Quincy, nor did they tell her that they were as well. She was too young to completely grasp this. To aid her in her later years, they tried to teach her rudimentary math, science, and reading skills. Much of their attempts didn't succeed, but she retained many of the skills taught regarding math and reading. Leanna liked using her reading skills as a child, and was able to read at a 3rd grade level at age 5. As her reading skills started to develop, and quite rapidly, her comprehension rate improved as well, which led her parents to finally tell her the truth of their lineage. The talk lasted almost an hour, and Leanna got a little shocked by it, but she remembered and accepted most of what was told. She forgot the rest for a while. At that moment, her mother started to teach her the basics of the quincy arts, while her father attempted teaching her how to apply those basics, giving Leanna her first quincy cross.
During Leanna's school years, she attended a private school with Jesuit roots. The teachers there were quite devoted, yet at the same time rigorously upheld the rules, and often disciplined the students. Leanna had a tendency to space out during her younger years, and wouldn't pay attention to many of the lessons in class unless they were hands on experiments. The teachers would occasionally strike her hands with a ruler, hold heavy buckets, or run around the school as punishment for her "rebellious" streak. The punishments didn't always work, eventually earning her a special form of discipline forcing her to be "exempt" from experiments until she payed attention in class, which was only provable if she wrote an informative essay on whatever subject was being discussed. After two unsuccessful attempts, caused by her initial disbelief, she finally brought herself to pay more attention. Her mind still occasionally wandered during those years in elementary school, but that small portion was beaten out of her by the more strict teachers. After typical school hours, her and a few of the other classmates would take an after school lesson, taught by a few "special" teachers, that would help them refine their quincy abilities. Due to the low number of the quincies, it became more cost practical to host this lesson to children from any school, rather than one specific. Leanna met a few other children around Germany that also possessed powers like her own, some more developed than her own. The basic lessons she was taught by her mother and father ended up helping her develop her abilities beyond most of her year. During these lessons, she was taught her Quincy heritage again, with a little more attention payed to the nature of their abilities and when they acquired them.
Leanna's adolescent years were spent mostly studying her subjects, both of necessity and interest. She often studied anatomy, thinking of possibly becoming a doctor if she was ever forced to retire. Basic biology, microbiology, biochemistry, and other natural sciences piqued her interest. There were even a few rare tomes about the physicality of a hollow, though most of its information wasn't useful; a downside of the variety of hollows in existence. Leanna tried to think of ways to kill hollows with this information during her middle school years, and thought of possible countermeasures by the time she reached high school. She would train shooting the arrows repeatedly for a short period of time every day, simply to keep her senses sharp.
In her freshman year of high school, she was visited by an old relative; her grandmother, Alice. She never really met her, only actually being with her during her infant years for a brief period. Alice decided to reveal much of the Quincy history again, only this time relating to the massacre, and her family's involvement in the retaliation. Leanna took in it, appearing to be very calm, but inwardly was in turmoil. She learned her great great grandparents were slaughtered, as well as many other family members directly related to them. Leanna developed a resentment towards the shinigami afterwards. Her grandmother tried to tell her to at least show forgiveness to the shingami, since many who participated in the genocide are dead, and the new recruits had nothing to do with it. Leanna couldn't go completely with her grandmother's advice, despite understanding her reasoning, as well as the shinigami's reasoning to a certain extent. Ideally, the new shinigami would ally with the Quincy and defend the humans from hollows, but she new this was only a dream. To her, reality would not allow something so beneficial so easily. She chose simply to be cautious of shinigami, but would offer no quarter to a traitor. After her grandmother ended her story, she pulled her cross off of her neck, and handed it to Leanna. "Take good care of it. It was my mother's, but I won't have a use for it soon," she spoke to her, smiling gently. Leanna wasn't sure what she meant by this, knowing that her grandmother was physically healthy, or at least appeared to be. It wasn't until 2 weeks later that she heard from her mother that she was failing mentally, losing her memories quickly. Leanna could only guess that she wanted to tell someone what she knew before she lost her ability to speak of her past.
Eventually, Leanna graduated high school with good grades, though sadly not making valedictorian. Leanna simply continued after her high school years performing her Quincy duties, working as a seamstress at clothing stores near her home as a side-job. During days where she had the most free time, she would find a secluded area, often an old building or a lightly wooded forest, and practice modifying her arrows. It took her more time than she had anticipated to even alter her arrows. Leanna had to review old information, then research older methods to alter arrows and other spirit weapons. After numerous weeks and constant practice, she was able to develop her first technique Konvergente Spiesse. A few months afterward, she developed another technique, Aufstellung.
Once Leanna reached the age of 21, she started to hear rumors of unusual events happening. People dying from strange causes. People with odd appearances standing out from crowds, with some sort of disturbances following. Eventually she overheard a conversation between two people who identified the cause being the Togabito, residents of Hell. Leanna found it to be a little far-fetched, but the thought continued lingering in her mind. The Togabito were sent to Hell for their sins in life. Lust, gluttony, sloth, greed, envy, pride and wrath; the seven weaknesses of man that always had a tendency to lead to a society's downfall. She couldn't let this thought be cast aside, so she delved further into her own investigation, where she was able to learn of an organization formed to combat the residents of Hell. The Consecro, a holy organization with its HQ in the Vatican, seemed to be the only organization that effectively held such creatures at bay; and the only organization Leanna felt affiliated towards. She held a severe distaste towards the weaknesses of man, which often resulted in unnecessary death and destruction. Leanna knew that by killing them, the sins wouldn't end, nor was she foolish enough to believe that humanity could completely discard their base desires; but she knew that by fighting against them, at the very least she could slow their progress, and postpone the inevitable. She located a member that handled recruitment, and ended up joining, though not before an initiation rite was performed. Her will and strength were tested, just to see if she had the constitution to perform even the most basic of duties, which for their organization could easily escalate to life-threatening situations. Leanna passed the test with above average results, though in the end, it was nothing spectacular.
RP SAMPLE:Leanna turned her head slightly over her left shoulder, glancing at the entrance of the meeting room. She was a patient woman, but almost an hour had passed after she entered. The chair she sat upon was a basic chair, no cushion whatsoever. Many hours upon this wooden piece of furniture started to cause a mild pain to afflict her lower back. Her right leg crossed over her left leg, and she proceeded to tap her left foot onto the ground. Leanna's eyes shut lightly, her arms crossed underneath her bosom. Her right hand rested ontop of her left bicep, where she proceed to tap her fingers. "How rude, to tell me to arrive here at an appointed time, only to come late, if at all. Are we as a society truly just settling with mediocre efforts, even for the simplest of tasks?" Leanna spoke softly to herself, with obvious tones of discontent. Her manner of speech made her seem rather preppy and noble, as well as snobby.
She pulled out the letter she received, giving it another glance. Your meeting will commence on Thursday, 4pm. It will take place at the Quincy Hotel two blocks down from our headquarters. Do not show up late. Our counselor will leave if you do not show up at the appointed time. The last sentence seemed to irk her more and more as she continued to read it. You expect me to arrive on time, yet I've been sitting here well past the appointed time, and still no one has showed up. If this continues any longer, I may actually start to believe the ridiculous idea that we only persevered as a people because we were late to our own battle, she thought, her eyes shutting tighter with a discontent slowly etching across her mouth.
Leanna arrived on time, and even entered the meeting room ahead of time. However, the owner forgot to mention he had a visitor when the proxy was sent to speak with her. The proxy never entered the room, apparently planning to enter the room after seeing her arrive at the hotel. Once the time elapsed, the proxy left, and Leanna simply sat there, for well over 4 hours, never knowing that her meeting came to an abrupt end due to a lack of communication.
