FACE CLAIM:
VOCALOID -- MIKU HATSUNE
HEIGHT:
5'5
WEIGHT:
121
APPEARANCE:
Ania doesn’t exactly have the look of an intimidating opponent. Years of struggling have taken their toll on her and she is quite light and thin for her height. She has fair skin, looking pure white in the right sunlight, however it is not something that makes her look sickly. It almost seems natural for her to be so pale, her sin free of blemishes as least in the areas she lets be seen. It seems to fit perfectly with her light blue hair and matching light eyelashes. Her eyes are a deep blue with several different shades presenting themselves. Her hair falls nearly to her feet at its longest. It is cut in several layers, the next shortest at her lower back then mid back then at her shoulders, each new layer having a few pieces flared out. Her bangs are cute above her eye, parted slightly to the right, the same flare effect of her short layers the only thing keeping them from covering her eyes completely. There’s a youth to her face yet also a certain wisdom that she gained through her life as well as what glimpse of lives she got through the connection with her sigil. She has an overall look of the purity one would need in her position.
Just beneath the first layer of clothes though, her body shows its flaws. Upon her wrist she has the permanent swelling scars from what were obviously metal binds mar her flesh. Hidden under a golden cuff on her left arm is a branding mark that will forever be on her skin, marking her. Her ankles match her wrists, the same scars from tightly bound metal taking its toll on her. Her back and sides have the occasional scar from when Emil just couldn’t protect her from the wrath of the man that owned them, clear lashing marks standing out against her otherwise smooth skin.
Ania wears a tight fitting, sleeveless white button up shirt with black trim as well as a black collar. Around her waist there is a second layer to the shirt, worn much like a corset and buttoning up in the back. It is black in color with different strokes of silver embroidered into it. The buttons of the corset are behind a hidden panel that falls to her feet. Over that panel is a second that falls just past her skirt line, a hoop mad in it for a large ribbon that is tied in a bow at her back, its ends flowing to her knees. Th corset like layer stops below the beginning of her legs, then stopping to show the black, silver trimmed skirt that Ania wears which stops high on her thigh. Her socks are theigh high, black in color with even more off-white, silverfish designs decorating the top then all the way down the front to her black heeled shoes which are covered by cuffs of metal plates. Around the black collar on her heck She wears a black ribbon to keep it closed and stay more modest. Her arms ar also covers with black arm warms that lead to white cuffs. Sometimes when she is out she will wear a light, shear black viel with white patterns skillfully weave into it around the back of her head.

BRIEF PERSONALITY
GENERAL INFO
Did you stand or just back down?
LIKES:
–Her twin brother, Emil
-Being seen in a pure light
-Being powerful and making it known
-destroying those in her way
-sweets and other nice treats
DISLIKES:
–Anything without a human trace, especially togabito
-people finding out about her darker side
-anything bitter tasting
-being underestimated on because of her image
NEGATIVE TRAITS:
–She is a perfect liar, able to keep a perfect poker face. This makes luring in togabito or other enemies an easy thing giving her all but threatening appearance. It also allows her to fool her own followers at times if she needs to.
-Guilt is not something she understands nor is usually capable of feeling. Receiving the memories of killing so many, killing many all on her own and being taught to do so has made her rather foreign to such an emotion. If she could take a life without a trace of remorse why would she feel guilt over anything else?
-She is ruthless and actually has come to enjoy when she kills a togabito or hollow or whatever she may be facing. It’s common for her to go overboard and make it as painful as she can manage without being caught as anything but the pure and holy girl she is meant to be.
POSITIVE TRAITS:
–She really does care about those that follow her and is there for them when needed, even a proxy who may just be having a bad day. She wants to protect them from any harm they may come into, even if they are going into battle.
-She has a strong belief in God and the power he gave her, intent on using it for the purposes that she sees He gave it to her for.
-She never gives up and makes sure her followers do the same, always more than willing and able to raise their hopes back up even in the darkest of times.
-She does remain in the pure sense that she was meant to, not indulging herself in anything, content with what she does have though she may enjoy the small treat that some people will sometimes sneak to her. Even with her overly malicious tendencies she does everything she can to not warp what she was intended for.
EXTRAS:
It would seem the years around violence took their toll on Ania. A trace of her father’s abusive ways lie within her, not too far from the surface, only fed by years of witnessing the man’s actions first hand then even more terrible things as she grew up away from him before the church came to her and her brother’s rescue. She isn’t one to be against violence, actually quite willing to use it, even to be cruel at times enjoying every minute of her time watching a lesser being grovel beneath her feet. This side of her is not shown to her followers except her brother who she feels no need to hide such anything from. Most humans are free from this direct hatred of hers. She did not even find enjoyment from the downfall of her father nor the man that owned her and Emil. Her really intolerance, the ones she lets loose for, are hollows and especially togabito. As long as she is not being watched she would unleash her cruelness upon whatever beast she may be facing, not feeling the slightest bit of regret about it. They are lesser than people and herself after all. She is simply just cleansing the world.
When she is met with another race of a foe, even bounts and Shinigami, she does not let this side of herself slip as often unless they prove themselves to be associated with whatever beasts she hunts or if they stand in the way of her life’s mission. This also is a rarity when she is in the presence of others in Consecro. When it does she is sure that it is short lived and hidden only to show on her face, pretending to make quick blows to end a life fast with mercy while all along secretly enjoying her target squirm with a dark smile on her face.
She is still kind though. She cares about everyone, every human, around her deeply. She wants nothing more than to protect them and live to do so as long as she possibly can. She would never abandon anyone, not even have the thought to. She was block any attack if she could just to see those she cares for free from harm. This is an impossible task though. Not everyone can survive and when she fails she will honor those who were lost no matter what rank they might have come from. She is comforting to those around her, going out of her way to make them as comfortable as she can or stay by their side through a hard time, just keeping them company so they wouldn’t be alone and enjoying every moment she can of it.
The person she cares about most is her twin brother, Emil. They were born into the same hell together. By some miracle they were not separated but instead suffered an entirely different hell together as well. When they were freed they made a promise to always protect one another. Ania kept to this from the start. Emil had protected her more times than she could bear to count when they were children. When they made their promise she made an extra promise to herself to put in double the effort and protect him with everything she had. If anything were to threaten Emil Ania would be there in a second to care for him, putting him above everything else in her life. He is her best friend and she would be more than happy to spend every moment with him. Sometimes though the affection she has for her twin, while she may see it as completely innocent, can be a bit too much for some others to understand. They still sleep in the same room, Ania usually sneaking in to her brother’s bed at night with no contest from him. During the day she always seeks him out when she is not otherwise busy, invading a comfortable level of personal space for those of the church. For those who know what the two had been through its no surprise but for those who remain clueless to what the two had been through together, not knowing why Emil was her safety blanket, it can easily make them uncomfortable.
WEAPONRY/POWERS
TOOLS OF WAR
We don’t want to lose you. Don’t hold out.
WEAPONS:
-She has a rapier blessed with water from the Holy Grail and passed down through generations of the church as a treasured item. Its handle is silver with a twisted horn-like shape. At the base of the handle is the molding of four golden wings, each bending to wrap around and completely the handle. The blade its self is two and a half feet long of white silver reinforced now by steel to make it much harder to break. Down each side is a tube of gold that supposedly holds water from the Holy Grail.
-On each of her hands she has a ring on her ring finger. Etched into these are crest which when given a bit of power summon up a silver blade, nine inches long each as well as a handle for her to grip which includes to ring still on her finger so they are easier for her to keep hold of.
-Similar to the rings she has a pair of silver armor cuffs around her shoes. They have similar crests on them as the rings on four sides which instead of summoning a blade summon up a round single blade the mimics the style of her sigil. Four small bars hold the blade to each band and in total they are only at a diameter of ten inches.
SIGIL
name: Alcestis
description: Alcestis is in the form of a ring blade with a five foot diameter from one edge of the blade to other. The blade itself is eight inches wide except for where the locks and handles that hold it together in a perfect ring are. It is silver in color with latin holy texts inscribed into its surface. The handles are the same silver color but wrapped in white cloth which hangs off the sides. The hanging pieces appear like they have been dipped or splattered with blood. One would think it was the blood of other beings from its centuries of use but it is an old tale that it has been touched with the blood of Christ himself, just a few drops that miraculously spread over the cloths. The blade can detach into two, seven and a half foot curves of swords which would seem like they were impossible to use and for anyone except for Ania they usually would be unless they underwent the same specific training for strength she did.
type: Electromagnestism
techniques: For: Sigil
Name: Alcmene
Type: defensive
Cost: low-high
Range: short-long
Description: From her ring blade, Ania shoots out a field of electromagnetic energy. This field will dispel a spiritual attack if the attackers Sei is less than her own. It if is within four points it will still deflect most of the attack. If a physical attack it launched it will also be warped around the field if the attacker Hak or Buk is less than her Sei depending on the type of attack. If it is hit with a physical attack above her Sei it will break. She can extend this field up to one hundred feet in order to protect others besides herself. This has a cool down of 3 posts.
For: Sigil
Name: Ariadne
Type: offensive
Cost: low-high
Range: medium-long
Description: Several orbs of electromagnetic radiation for around Ania's blade, charging up for her use. These can be used in laser like blasts. The strength of these depends on the energy and time they are allowed to charge. At their weakest they shoot in a blast equal to that of the visible spectrum, able to deal damage but much more controlled meant more for piercing or knocking her opponent back. A step further they will blast in an ultra violet range, able to burn as well as pierce her opponent. If she gives it an entire post to charge the orbs will envelop her ring blade, charging up to the power of a condensed gamma ray spanning 20 to 30 feet. This would wipe out any enemy whose Han is at 10 or below. If they are within 10 and her sei range then it would burn their flesh as well as cause radiation sickness, making them light headed, nauseous, severe headaches, sometimes causing seizures or loss of nerve functions. If their Hak is above her sei then they will have 2 posts before side effects start to kick in but their skin would still likely be burned. When used in its gamma ray form it is highly taxing and can only be used once per fight. But it also has an impact on the area around it. The area within 100 yards would be effected by the radiation, effecting most everyone around freind or foe as well as permanent damage to the land. Because of this she will not use it unless she has to. Cooldown for the lighter forms is 2 posts for visible spectrum and 3 for ultra violet.
For: Sigil
Name: Batildis
Type: offensive
Cost: low-medium depending on how long she uses it.
Range: short-medium
Description: By allowing her blade to spin in a circle around her, it begins to build up electrical energy through the electromagnetic energy charging the atoms within her sigil with positive and negative charges. As these interact the build up a visible form of blue electricity. She can keep this around her ring blade for three posts which would electrocute her enemy on impact or she can choose to shoot it off during one of these posts, sending a spiraling ring, five and a half feet in radius at first, growing up to ten feet in radius, at her opponent. The cooldown for this is 3 posts.
For: Sigil
Name: Aegle
Type: Passive/Offensive
Cost: high
Range: self
Description: Using a mixture of radiation and electromagnetism on herself, Ania can make her body take on the physiology of a maser. She will keep her shape but her body will be made up of modified atomic structures that make it stronger than simple EM Raditation and will appear as blue mass, slightly transparent around the edges. In this form she can sear the flesh of those she may touch. If her opponents Han is less than her Sei then whatever she touches would be disintegrated. If it is within the ten range then it would be disintegrated at a slower rate. If it as above her sei then it would disintegrate less, likely only getting through the skin before stopping. This effect is also added to her weapon, the same side effects given to anything it comes into contact with. This lasts for three posts and can only be used once during a battle

HISTORY:
Ania wasn’t born into the happy life that one would expect such a girl to come from. She was the elder twin of her parents who had not even meant to not only have her but also her brother Emil. They were in no financial state for the two new mouths to feed. Their father refused to bother trying to take care of either of them. He never wanted them in the first place and blamed their mother for what had happened even if it wasn’t something she could really help. As a drunken, tyrant-like man he hardly cared about such things. He let his wife take on the number of jobs she needed in order to keep both of her children in some state of health, having to bring the pair where ever she went. At night they were left in a make shift crib in the living room, often being woken up by the screams torn from their mother’s throat and the breaking of various items or dents being punched or shoved into walls in suspiciously human looking shapes.
As they got older though it wasn't hard to figure out what was going on when their father was home and not just relaxing in his chair in front of the tv that reeked of booze. Ania and Emil might have been young but they could put the bruises together with the damage items of their home or the anger of their father before he stormed out nearly every night. When it happened Emil would take Ania out into the hallway of the apartment if she was too scared to move on her own. There was a crawl space there where they would usually hide while they were both small enough to fit in such a place.
By the time they were five they seemed to finally be noticed by their father but not in a good way. The first time he took his anger to the twins of course hadn't been called for at all. They had come home from their first day of school with a list of things they would need for their school year. Needless to say he wasn't thrilled about spending money that wasn't even his on these children he never wanted. Ania was simply shoved aside, hitting the floor with not much force like she didn't even matter. She lifted her head only to watch their father send a blow to Emil's face then another until he was on the ground as well. He kicked the boy aside over to Ania who was sobbing at this point before he simply just walked away to his chair, ignoring the two as usual, not even bothering to make them a meal while their mother was at work until nearly midnight that night.
From that point on the violence only got worse. At first it wasn't a common thing. Their father would get angry once or twice every few weeks. When they were seven it seemed to shift from weekly to daily in no time. Along with this he no longer spared Ania from his wrath. She was never strong enough to fight him off, just a small girl. Emil would try, if only to get the focus on him instead. Still though the situation took its toll on the girl. She stopped going to school. Any mail about court orders were simply ignored or burned on the stove by her father. He wasn't about to go to court for the girl. Instead of learning she spent her time doing her best to hide in the corner of whatever room she was in or shadowing Emil, never letting go of him completely if she could help it. She never expected to keep on living and she knew she owed much of it to her dearest sibling. Without him she would have perished long before.
One night Ania was ushered into an entirely new kind of suffering in her life. Her father had come home in an enraged state and of course the first thing he spotted was the twins in one of Ania's more favored corners of the living room that was hard to see from their father's chair. He stormed over immediately, roughly grabbing his daughter by the arm, lifting her up off the ground entirely, throwing her down on the cold hard floor a moment later with a force that made her vision go black for a few seconds. When she began to come to she felt hands around her neck, much to tight to allow her any ability to breathe. Emil was there, trying to free her to no avail. It wasn't until there was a crashing sound of glass that the hands loosened up enough for Ania to free herself with Emil's aid. She was half dragged, half scooted herself a few yards away, looking up to see her battered mother standing there with the remains of a broken lamp in her hand. Their father was kneeled over, holding the back of his head and cursing loudly. The force from their mothers blow hadn't been enough to knock him out it seemed and she was about to pay for such a mistake.
He got up slowly but she was too afraid to move herself. He caught her face in his hand before she could get her senses back. Ania and Emil could only watch as their mother's head was shoved down to the floor, a sick breaking sounds followed by a squishing sound coming from the back of her head. It didn't take long for a puddle of blood to fill of the floor beneath her. Her body was entirely still, not a trace of struggle or life in it. Ania couldn't help but cry out, rushing to her side, shaking her mother for a moment before she was kicked away roughly, her head hitting the wall and her vision messing up again. She could hear voices but she couldn't get the strength to actually focus her vision again. She began to nod off, slipping unconscious not fully expecting to wake up again after what she had just seen.
As it turned out she did wake up though. It was dark around her. The floor was cold and there was something terribly uncomfortable around her neck. She felt around, her hands finding cool metal that felt like a chain. She followed it back up to her neck where she felt a metal collar tightly bound. She looked around through eyes that were already tearing up. She didn't understand what was happening. She had no idea where she was. She started to panic, feeling alone. It was then that the dim light finally became something she could see in. She spotted the shape of some one, a familiar shape about the same size as herself. She rushed over immediately, thanking every god that the chain was long enough to allow her to do so. She clung to the body she had seen, instantly finding comfort as she felt the familiarity about it, breathing in the scent that was unique to Emil, crying into his shirt that smelled strongly of blood. Or perhaps she just smelled like blood. It was hard to tell with the closeness of the two now. She still wasn't sure what was going on but she couldn't bring herself to care. Emil was there with her. He was all she needed right then.
As it turned out the reason their father had been so terribly upset was because he was in debt to some bad company he ran with and they were finally ready to collect. He didn't have anything to possibly pay them with. He had rushed home in a panic turned anger. He was going to sell everything to get what he needed to keep his hide safe. Things just happened and got in the way. Somehow though everything worked out for him. The collectors had followed him home, waiting a few minutes before going up to the small apartment themselves. What they came into was a tragic scene but what caught their eyes were the two children that remained. They weren't in good shape but even they could tell that when they were healed up they would get a fair price. The man the worked for was a man involved in the international slave trade. They had been taught to spot these things. They simply collected the children as the payment for everything their father owned and he didn't even have the thought to say one word against it, fully accepting of the fate he would put his children into just to save himself.
Within a couple of days in their dark prison it was apparent they were going to need more than just each other to make it. They were starving and in pain and craving water for their parched throats. It wasn't until they had been sitting in their for what felt like weeks, in reality two and a half days, before anyone showed up to care for them, feeding them and giving them cold water to drink, treating the wounds they had with not very much care and a bit too rough for Ania's liking. As soon as they came they were gone though. The next day a different person came, taking Emil away, leaving Ania by herself like she hadn't been in years.
She had curled up on the floor where they had been sitting before, refusing to move for anything. A few hours later she was pulled from the barred room that was more or less a cell by force as she struggled to stay right where she wanted to be. She was met with a harsh slap across the face and instantly still except for shudders of fear as she was led out. The halls she was led down were as dark as the room she had been left in. The first time she saw light it was blinding as she was shoved into a room with bright white lights shining from the ceiling. She nearly toppled over, only to bump into some one. She looked up to see a man just before he took hold of her roughly, strapping her down onto an uncomfortable tilted slab. She tried to scream but something was shoved into her mouth, muffling any noise she made. The man grabbed something black with a glowing orange end. When she eyed it closely she noticed a pattern and instantly struggled against her binding, able to tell where this was going. It was useless and in no time at all the scalding iron brander was pressed to her arm, marking her and sealing her fate.
She was given no time at all to cope with what had just happened before she was hoisted up in the man's arm, thrown over his shoulder and carried away back into the dark hallway a short way to another brightly lit room. She was tossed inside, again knocking against a body and she tensed. When she looked up she saw Emil, not another scary man. Despite the bruning pain she threw her arms around him, refusing to let go. She noticed a burn mark on his own arm, figuring he had gone through the same thing she had. When she looked around more she spotted several other shildren and teenagers in the room, all with clearly fresh burn marks. Then she noticed the black glass along three walls. Anyone could see in but they had no way of seeing to the other side. They were on display to be sold.
There was nothing they could do but wait. The chances of them getting out together were slim. When a man came in and grabbed Ania she was clinging to her brother, crying to not be taken away from him. Oddly enough he was taken along with her, to both of their surprise. They were both cuffed with annoying metal and chains hooked up to their collars before they were led outside and shoved into the back of a car, not knowing where they were going.
The trip lasted for hours but finally all seemed to stop. The car door was open and none too gently they were pulled from the car and back outside then into another house, through several hallways and up a flight of stairs. When they were finally released from everything but the collars and the chains hooked to them they were in a boarded up room no bigger than ten feet by ten feet. Most of the room was filled with furniture that actually looked nice. Their chains were hooked to the bed frame which gave them both the leeway to walk around the entire room so long as they didn't get tangled up. They didn't take that freedom though. Ania instantly hid behind a large dresser and by default Emil wasn't very far from his panicking sister. They were left alone for their first night. During that night the both of them made a promise to each other to get out of this some day.
After that first night their new master came up to their small room, introducing himself as well as giving them a wake up call to how deep they exactly were. He didn't even ask for their names, just referring to them by boy and girl at first though by the time he was done talking he had already given them new names. He kept on calling her Irena. It turned out that their master's twin son and daughter had been killed by his own hand and this was his form of getting them back, only able to use them as some kind of punishment for the misbehavior of his own children. He was a wealthy man with a large home on an even larger piece of land in the backwoods of Romania, far from their original home in Poland. The distance would make it hard for anyone to ever have a chance of finding them if they were even noticed to be gone. No one else lived in the house either and visitors were sparse. It seemed like a lost cause to dream of being taken from this place and to a normal life.
The first couple of months seemed like nothing but beating far worse than either of them were used to. Whatever scars Ania still has were mostly from this time. It took her some time to get used to the tasks she was given. Their master wasn't a patient man. Any mistake, even the smallest ones, were met with retaliation. She spent a good number of nights locked away from Emil, one of them either spending a night or two in a room in the basement getting a lesson taught to them in the form of pain and then loneliness. There was a time where she spent nearly a week there with only the occasional visit for water and a good lashing despite an already broken arm and a torn up back. They learned to learn things quickly from then on. As long as they didn't mess up they were safe enough to keep living to get out of their situation.
Three years passed since they had first been bought by that man. Ania was starting to give up on the chance of ever leaving that place. One night though the man had some unexpected visitors, the police in fact. Buying slaves and slaughtering his own children weren't his only crimes it seemed. He has also attempted to kill his wife as well as her sister the same night of his children's deaths and they had finally gotten the courage to speak up to officials about it. Ania was cleaning the entryway when they came, knocking down the door to see the clearly unhealthy girl there, one they knew shouldn't have been there, even more so when they spotted her branding and the collar around her neck and that unchained shackles around her wrists. They took her immediately while she screamed about Emil. Luckily they got him out as well to a waiting Ania. There were shots from within in the house before everything grew quiet. Their master had gone down fighting and has paid with his own life. She and Emil were taken from that place that night in the back of a police car where they made the second promise to each other, to always protect each other from that point on. They were being given second chances at life now. Even if they were twelve now, far behind in any schooling and barren of the social skills of children their age, they were going to take what they could with the rest of their lives.
They were taken to a church where they were going to be cared for from that point until they were old enough to go out on their own. The first year was spent teaching them the things they had missed in school ever since they had ceased going. They were also taught in the word of God and Ania found herself in a state of awe. In only months she was pledging her life to carrying out whatever plans the Lord held for her. That fate was coming sooner than expected. At the end of their first year in the church a few men from the Vatican came on a visit for a purpose they didn't clearly state. When they arrived though they were able to tell the Ania and her brother were one of the reasons they were here. They were taken almost immediately with no refusals, Ania far too excited for her life's path to think of turning them down. The pair were brought to Rome where more was explained to them about this organization known as Consecro, a group of humans with special powers that were used in the name of God. Ania couldn't have been happier.
It was then that she was taken aside on her own. When she had just arrived she was noticed by the current Micans Nitore, one of the ones tat greeted her on arrival. She was told that she was even more special and gifted than any of the others that they had gotten, they could sense it. They gave her a special sigil known as Alcestis that had been passed down through the leaders of Consecro for centuries and it was obvious what was going to be expected of her. The leaders she had already been told about were like vessels of the Lord themselves, being treated as holy and borderline worshipped by those under them. She was doubtful at first but trusted in this road that had been presented to her, set on being the best she could be.
Ania trained hard and learned each day, growing more connected to the weapon she had been given. When that full connection was almost made in just under a year, she was told that she would need to travel to finish the special training she was expected to upkeep. She wished that Emil could go with her but she was refused this luxury. She was doing this so she could keep their promise and follow her path so no matter the urge to just give it all up and stay by her twin's side she left. She was taken to the place of the first battle the organization known as Consecro had. She was told to train as she normally would, that this area would awaken what it needed to and in days it did. Flashes of the deaths of each of her predecessors that had used Alcestis played out before her. Each had used their great power to protect this world and in the process sacrificed themselves with the after effects of the great technique they used, damning themselves to Hell to suffer as the ultimate sacrifice. Ania understood why these people were worshipped the way they were now and the role she had agreed to fill for all of Consecro. She began to master the power of Alcestis, growing in strength every day as she also studied those before her, noting the customs they had, always the pure of heart and one who was in a state to gain the love of each member. This came to her easily.
The world had been cruel to her, but as she had also learned that other poor souls had suffered terrible tragedies as well. She wanted nothing more than to protect them and make everything they had ever been through okay in the end. The few members she came into contact with during her abroad studies were all seeing this trait in her, a girl still at such a young age of fourteen seeming to have this cleansing aura about her.
She returned to the Vatican when she was fifteen though clearly she was a changed girl in some sense. She was happpier than she had ever been. Not only that but it was clear that her power had surpassed many there if not all of them. She had an air about her that was holy itself. Before she had returned news spread among the obelisks that she would be coming back to claim her place as the next leader. When she first entered she was greeted by all of the members of the obelisks that had been gathered so far. She was surprised, not expecting the warm welcome but none the less glad. she was being accepted. She only needed to prove herself which she did from that point on. Even before she was promoted to her current rank she was caring for and aiding anyone she could in any way she could, quickly gaining the love that some one in her position needed. She was well on her way to being one of the best leaders Consecro had ever seen and she was still only getting stronger.
What she found to be the best thing about being back was being with Emil once again. She had missed him terribly. Before she left she had never spent a day without him more than a few feet away. Being parted from him for an entire year was like torture at times. From then on she was sure to spend all the time she could with him to make up for the time lost. She was given a new large room fit for a queen due to her status and though it was unorthodox she requested that Emil be moved into the room with her and treated on the same level as herself. Had they not known the reasoning behind this they would have denied her this request but they granted her wish, allowing him to stay with her even more. Ania was thrilled with this. Not only could they be together but they could be out of their suffering, living the life they would have never been able to reach had they never been saved.
When she turned eighteen the ceremony for her promotion to Micans Nitore was held. Things were calm for the next two years, not even the shinigami stirring up any trouble in that time, likely getting over their major battle that Consecro had not taken the time to get involved in. There were warning signs though. This time of calm wasn't going to last for much longer. Something was stirring up in Hell and they needed to be ready, Ania had to be ready to defend the Earth as Consecro always had done and would continue to do with this new threat that arose.
When the gates of hell opened Ania was outside of Rome with Emil on a small outing. It was only moments before a togabito attacked the pair only to be stopped by Ania. However its demise was not immediate. She could have killed it in seconds however she found herself slowly draining the beast of its life. She had been warned that this time was approaching and about the war that was to come. These togabito would kill all of those that were important to her. It was also because of these things that she was the next in line to be sent straight to Hell like those before her. She refused to let that be the reality of her fate. She wasn't going to let them do that to her. She felt a deep hatred for these monsters and she treated this one as such. She didn't even use her powers, only her blades as she cut it apart, leaving it begging to just be killed which she refused it for some time before finally piercing its heart and sending it to be reborn again in the depths of Hell. She was blinded with her anger much like her father had always been but oddly enough she enjoyed each second of it. She hated some people. She hated her father, their master, the men who had sold them. Killing these beast were the outlet of her rage. She wasn't killing people, preying on the weak and defenseless. What could have possibly been wrong with this? It was what she was meant to do. Destroy all of them. Ania decided then that she wouldn't fall the same as former Mican Nitores had. She was going to wipe the Togabito from hell to never rise again.
She returned to the Vatican the next day to several reports of the same meetings with togabito as she had had. This threat was coming and they few that had shown themselves were only the weakest of the pack. The strongest were yet to come. When they did finally show themselves though Ania knew she would be ready as well as her army. Consecro was at its peak and se was at her strongest yet to lead it into completing her final goal.
RP SAMPLE:
It wasn't really uncommon for Ukyo to really just be somewhere. He was a nomadic man after all. Wandering around was sort of his thing. Wandering around into places at bad times was also a thing of his. He wasn't one to keep up on news so when he saw thousands and thousands of men in suits when he went out that afternoon he was a bit surprised. He could smell the greed rolling off of them too. It made him a bit uneasy. He was never really good when it came to bad feelings or intentions from people around him. They seemed to stir up that voice in his head that pretty much always agreed with anything of those sorts. Needless to say he had already gotten an earful today and he hadn't even been up that long.
Despite that Ukyo walked along with these men to where ever they were going. If he could figure out what was going on he could probably make plans about getting out of the city if he needed to. And it turned out he followed them right to the bank. Of course it was this place. The suits. The greed. The few mentions of bankruptcy he had overheard somehow over that voice in his head. It seemed a bit obvious now. It was obvious this wasn't going to be a quit over night thing either like Ukyo wished it could be. Things like this just took forever.
He found himself inside, just looking around with a bit of a concerned look. He liked watching people but he knew when he was looking at a lost cause of a group. These people weren't Ukyo's kind of people. 'Oh? What exactly are you're kind of people? Prostitutes?' the voice mocked him and Ukyo just closed his head, mentally rolling his eyes. "While prostitutes are wonderful women just like the rest of the women in the world you are aware I don't partake in that business" he answered, not really aware he was indeed talking out loud.. These people were to busy to even notice anyway. 'Oh right. The ones you sleep with don't charge do they. You stud~' Ukyo really wished that guy would go away sometimes, even after 600 years of being together. Sometimes it was utterly unbearable. He needed some coffee.
He moved away from the wall he had been leaning upon, making his way for the door to leave when suddenly there was a flaring power behind him the screams as soon as he placed his hand on the handle. The bount spun around instantly, eyes wide with concern. What he was met with shut both him and his other self up instantly. There was a scent of blood and death rising up from the bodies that were there lifeless. Ukyo just stared for a moment before a loud yelling, obscene in language. He could tell they were spiritual of some sort, just not sure exactly what. He was otherwise preoccupied with looking at who the guy was yelling at, his gaze leading him to another man in a suit yet something was different about him. Ukyo narrowed his eyes, getting a bad feeling about where all of this was going. He had just killed who know how many people and now this person was calling him out on it which would probably just piss him off. He could tell the kid wasn't scared and probably no as strong as he was putting off. Ukyo couldn't just leave now. 'God... you and your noble values... you're going to get us killed. Its really fucking ridiculous sometimes...' he was scolded lightly. Ukyo knew as well as his other self that the other him would take this fight to the very end if he had to, just because it was for Ukyo.
Ukyo removed his hand from the door handle, stepping out of the way as some people rushed out in terror from what they had just witnessed. He reached behind his back, drawing his nagamaki from its sheath. He wasn't going to dare and use his doll yet. He wanted to give some of these people a chance to get out before it came to that and they were directly in danger of not only the other two but his own attacks. "All of you get out of here!" he called, not too worried about the man that started all of this would take notice of him. He wasn't the sneaky type. He was actually banking on it. that made this next part a little bit more simple.
As a few people listened to what he said, Ukyo ran through them, racing right for the man without even knowing what it was he was sentencing himself to. He was light on his feet though, ready to either dodge himself or push one of the humans out of harms way. He kept low too, making himself a smaller target, weaving in an out refusing to stay in a straight line like the dead humans had been. that much he knew would have been an idiotic thing to do.
He aimed to get close to the man, ducking down again to come up with the long handle of his weapon to block any head on swipe of an attack before maneuvering it around in a twisting motion to slice up at the man himself. It wouldn't cut very deep if he even made it that far. Ukyo was a lot more hesitant about killing blows than his other self was. He was hoping that by some streak of luck this would spook or convince the man into fleeing. It seemed rather unlikely though. This guy had an air about him Ukyo had never encountered in his centuries of existence. If he were honest he'd admit he were the one a bit spooked. But it was too late to turn back now, at least while all these people were still running now that the killer was distracted somewhat.
