Shiro is a young man of average height with a lean, muscular physique. He has medium-length white hair, grey-blue eyes, and his skin is somewhat pale. He sports an unusual scar on the left side of his face that starts as a pentagram on his forehead, trails down in a line that severs his eyebrow and mars his eyelid, and hooks slightly at his cheekbone and follows his cheek down close to his chin. There is also an extra line of scar tissue that runs parallel to his lower eyelid.

Shiro wears the regular Shinigami attire and keeps his Zanpakuto sheathed on his back in a grey scabbard. His Lieutenant's badge is kept tied to his left arm.

name: Ginkanmuri (Silver Crown)

sealed form: A katana with a 3 and a half foot silver blade. The hilt in in the shape of a star and is also silver. White cloth is wrapped around its hilt.

spirit: Ginkanmuri takes the form of a young man with long, flowing silver hair. His eyes are bright blue and he wears a fur-lined white cape. Under the cape, he wears form-fitting black clothes. Atop his head sits a light silver crown embedded with diamonds.

Ginkanmuri is very noble and wise, even though he looks only a little older than Shiro. He cares greatly for his wielder, and often offers him advice. Most of the time, he is calm and content-looking.

inner world: A seemingly-endless field. Oddly enough, the grass is a golden-yellow colour, doted with white flowers here and there. The sky is always on off-grey colour, but a wavering light in the distance suggests that there is a sun, or some other light source. The light reflects oddly off of everything.

release command: Persecute, Ginkanmuri!

description: A large broadsword with a dark cross emblazoned on each face of the blade. It's a good 5 feet long, and nearly a foot wide. The hilt is entirely black and plain-looking.

Description: A shield of transparent grey Reiryoku erects in front of either Shiro or an ally, protecting them for one post. It can only block energy-based attacks; melee attacks will go straight through. Energy attacks from an opponent with double the SEI of Shiro's will break the shield with ease.

name: Ginkanmuri Kōken'nin (Silver Crown Guardian)

description: When invoked, Shiro's Bankai causes a dazzling flash of white light to emit from his body, obscuring him from view. Afterwards, Shiro is revealed with an altered appearance. He wears a long, white-hooded cowl, and his shoulders and right arm are covered by a sleeve of white, rippling Reiryoku that almost looks like ragged fur. Underneath the cowl, Shiro wears all black clothes and knee-high black boots. White bandages form from the cape of his cowl and wrap around his arms, legs, and torso. Shiro's left arm and hand become slender and black, clad in armor and razor-sharp claws, a stark difference compared to the large sword he wields in Shikai. A masquerade-style mask is always affixed to the cowl, which takes on various configurations and appearances. This transformation also changes Shiro's usual hairstyle from flat to a spiky rear.

Should the cowl be knocked off of Shiro's person, it will fly back to him of its own accord. However, if it is destroyed completely, Bankai will be deactivated. pic

Description: The white bandages that wrap around Shiro's arms, legs, and torso can be imbued with his own Reiryoku at any time. Similar to a Quincy's Ransotengai, these bandages can force Shiro to move and continue fighting even with broken bones. The only time this cannot be used is when Shiro is either knocked unconscious, killed, or does not have the Reiryoku reserved to activate it. In addition, an enemy can cut the bandages, either reducing the speed at which Shiro can move or stopping his movement altogether, dependent on how many are cut and where.

Description: Shiro's left eye becomes black with glowing red rings, and a silver ring resembling some sort of cogwheel monocle with a dark lens forms over it. This gives him the ability to pinpoint the positions of anyone within 100 feet of him, even if they are hiding their Reiatsu. Shiro can also pass this ability on to allies who are within 50 feet of him, for a higher cost. Whether the technique is used on himself or his allies, the enhanced vision lasts 3 posts.
