THIS IS WAR
Zazikel felt some what at peace, walking up the cobbled pathway to her fathers house. Since he had died, the house was left, unoccupied until Zazikel became of age. Since inheriting the house at the age of 18, she had not done much in the terms of changing it, she had cleaned it, kept it in tip top condition, she also let other Consecro members use it as a temporary retreat from society, when she was not using it. While the house also brought up memories of the worst day in her life, she had over the years, come to terms with it and no longer felt as much sorrow, hopelessness and fury as she had all those years ago.
Approaching the large double doors to the house, she whistled, the three story mansion was beautiful. The Consecro really had looked after it, they had opted to use it as an temporary base should any members require rest or simply to get away, and what a place to use as an get away. The house was located on the outskirts of Rome, secluded from the troubles of the world, surrounded by a dense forest, there was also a beautiful, pristine lake not to far from the backyard.
She went to ring the doorbell before suddenly remembering that there was no one their. The house had been empty for a while from what she had been told. Feeling stupid, she moved the hand into her pocket, pulling out the key and opening the door. She noted that the hinges did not creak, which was nice. "What to do now that I am home?" She asked herself as she closed the door behind her, not bothering to lock it. Her stomach grumbled, making the decision for her. "Seems I am heading to the kitchen then."
While walking towards the kitchen, she made no attempt to hide her spiritual pressure, feeling that no one would bother her little break from reality. As she reached the kitchen, she took off her mask, pulled down her hood and smiled for the first time in what seemed like ages. Placing the mask on the island, she opened the fridge, somewhat surprised at the lack of food. In fact, there was only a few bottles of wine, and a note, presumably from another Consecro member saying, 'You are out of food.' She patted her stomach,"Huh, figures. Seems it's take-out tonight, so I'm afraid you're going to have to wait my little stomach." She chuckled when her stomach grumbled in response.
Turning on her heel, she picked up her mask and made a beeline for the living room, Perhaps some TV first, maybe find a film to watch, but first, order my pizza, will take a while to get here anyways. She pulled out her mobile, however, just as she was about to dial the number, a cold shiver crawled it's way up her back, followed by a cold breeze. Huh, perhaps someone left a window open? Did I even close the door properly?. Perhaps a little paranoid, she decided to inspect the rest of the mansion. It was not uncommon for other Consecro members to leave behind pranks and what not. When she reached the door, she noticed that one of the doors wasn't fully closed. "Huh, clumsy me. It's like I enjoy scaring myself to death when I'm all alone. Either way, inspection, order pizza, then change from my uniform to my pajamas and pick a movie to watch."

After all, there wasn't much for the Sin to do in Hell; she had already utterly dominated that plane. It was Earth's turn. Leto could take what rightfully belonged to her whenever she felt like it. Not only that, but the Sin was finding lots of interesting things in the Human World. She didn't plan on leaving until she was satisfied that she knew of everything there was to know in this dimension's spiritual situation.
On this particular night, Pride had come upon an interesting human. Usually, the Sin would never find a human to be interesting; they were for the most part disgustingly weak and dirty. However, this one was like Ania in the respect that it had high Reiatsu. Of course, it was nowhere near Leto's own level. Even so, she had been encountering this sort of phenomena - these odd, super-powered humans - more frequently than she would have expected. They seemed to be gathered particularly in the area surrounding the Vatican. Given what Leto had learned from the Micans Nitore earlier that week, it made sense. The humans had formed an occult of sorts. All that, just for me? How sweet. It was comical to Leto, the one who had only a pale semblance of humour. Because the Sin knew, that even faced with a thousand of these super-humans, she would never fall. Humans couldn't contend with gods.
For the most part, Leto kept her distance from the human. She didn't want it to sense her presence and start attacking wildly, not yet. If this one was apart of the Vatican cult, that scenario was highly plausible, and she had no interest in fighting anything that was weaker than her. Still, she had to make contact at some point if she wanted to find out more. When the human approached a large building, Leto figured that it was a better time than never. She waited until the human was inside, and then flew down to the ground, landing in front of the door. Soundlessly, the Sin slipped in after the human and found herself in the living room. Knowing that the human would probably sense her overbearing presence soon, Leto took a seat on one of the couches, crossing her legs and letting her left arm hang lazily over the edge of the couch.
When the human, whom Leto now identified to be female, came rushing into the room, she seemed to not notice that she had company at first. The Sin just sat there silently, waiting for the attention she deserved. She expected nothing other than the barbaric hostility that seemed to be common among humans. It would make things more interesting, if nothing else.

THIS IS WAR
As Zazikel walked down the steps to the ground floor, she was glad to find that no one had the gall to leave behind any pranks for her to find. While she did not mind some off them, others outright annoyed her, like the bucket of water above the door, or glue the laptop to the desk. Sighing and shaking her head she made a beeline for he kitchen, deciding best to prepare the plate and cutlery, and of course, a glass for the wine. "Don't you worry, I will feed you soon!" She said, patting her belly and getting a low raspy grumble in response.
She rolled her eyes somewhat, she was not usually this sad, perhaps she needed a girlfriend. Shrugging the thought from her mind to think about later, she reached into her pocket, pulled out her phone and dialed for pizza. She was a regular at the pizza joint, nonetheless she always found it some what creepy that the guy knew what she wanted, all the time. I mean yeah, see ordered the same thing every time, but still, creepy. After a few minutes, the pizza guy had told it would be around an hour before they delivered, well it was a Friday, and the joint was popular. Even so, she had an hour to kill, "What to do for an hour? Urgh.. film time."
She picked up her plate, cutlery, wine glass and bottle of chilled wine. She was not too bothered about the make of the wine, nor how old it was, as long as it was nice and cold she was cool with it. No pun intended. She walked into the living room, nonchalantly dropping her items onto the table that was surrounded by three couches, and a massive cinema TV plasma screen. "Now to pick a movie, then change into my pajamas."
She pivoted on her heel, unaware that she had a 'guest' currently occupying her sofa. Still, she remained oblivious to it, instead running her eyes over the impressive stack of DVDs. Seen, seen, crap, crap, not in the mood for that, I actually bought that? huh, ah, this one! Picking up the DVD she read over the title;
"Se7en, Two detectives, a rookie and a veteran, hunt a serial killer who uses the seven deadly sins as his modus operandi, huh seems cool." She threw the DVD behind her - Her adrenaline suddenly started to pump through her. The DVD she threw did not hit the couch, judging from the sound, nor the wine or any of the other stuff on the table, but something, and the chill currently ghosting over her body told her it was a person. Once that passed, she finally noticed the over bearing presence in her living room.
All her senses heightened, she was glad that she was still in her mission gear, except she left her mask in her room, not that it really mattered on the grand scheme of things, as things were about to get ugly. Thrumming her spiritual pressure to it's fullest, she span on her heel, and in the same motion, taking an offensive stance. Her eyes narrowed on her would be unwelcome guest, only she stopped dead in her tracks. This...this women, who was sitting like this was her house, was the bitch who killed her father. She'd never forget that outfit, nor that punchable face.
Zazikel was stumped. There sitting in front of her was the very person who had taken her father away from her in such a barbaric manner, the very same women she herself, vowed to kill, and yet, Zazikel was rooted to the spot, looking like a deer in the headlights.

She was surprised that the human hadn't noticed her yet. Still, the Sin simply sat there watching the human go about whatever she was doing, mildly amused. Did they really allow people with such low awareness to join this cult in the Vatican? Ania would have to do better than that if she wanted to take on Pride.
Leto had to wonder what the human planned to do with the stack of weird cases she was looking through. Did it have something to do with the big box in front of her? Whatever, the case, the Sin didn't really care about human objects. They all seemed trivial at best, for what little she knew of them. They knew nothing of true entertainment or luxury.
She was freed from her pondering when the human suddenly threw one of the cases back. It landed on the Leto's lap. She looked down at it uninterestedly for a moment, before brushing it away and onto the couch beside her with her right hand. After that, she looked back to the human, still with the same stoic visage. The Sin didn't appear fazed in the slightest when the other woman flared her Reiatsu and got into a stance. Vaguely, she wondered if she should reciprocate, but then again, bad things could happen if Leto raised her Reiatsu in an enclosed space like this one. She would prefer to be outside of the construct before she diminished it.
Leto narrowed her eyes when the human spoke to her. She seemed as if she knew the Sin somehow. When she thought about it, something about this woman seemed familiar, but she couldn't put her finger on it. Couldn't be too important; this was just a human, after all. Considerable Reiatsu or not, it was more of a nuisance than anything. It should have been grateful to have an audience with Pride.
"What?" she finally asked, as if it were completely normal for her to ghost into other people's houses and take over the furniture without a word. It wasn't as if the Sin made a habit of it, but she was well aware that no one could stop her from doing it if she pleased. Leto did what she wanted.
"Speak up." she demanded, rushing the human. She wanted the other woman to hurry up and spit out whatever it was she wanted to say. She wasn't going to sit around all day waiting. She wanted to get information out of this human.

THIS IS WAR
She was somewhat glad that the Sin of Pride could not see inside her head right now, because it was like an emotional tornado. However, of the many emotions running rampant around her head, silent fury seemed to be the dominant one. She was glad that she had spent years training, had this been five or six years ago, Zazikel would have outright attacked her the second she turned round, resulting in her slow death. No, she was content in waiting, it would be foolish to attack her now. Zazikel could wait, even if the rest of her disagreed.
She decided now was a good time to stop acting like a dear in the headlights, why give the Sin the satisfaction? Straightening herself, she ignored the sin, the way she commanded things was already grating on the Obelisk. I guess father was right, she really does think she's a god, pitiful. She turned, walked over to the nearby self, deliberately keeping the 'god' waiting as she picked up a picture of her father, dressed out in his Consecro gear. She turned and threw the picture at the sins face, knowing that she would catch it. Then with determined strides, made her way over to one of the couches, sitting down.
She decided she would pour a glass of wine, mostly to calm her body, and perhaps, to keep her grace waiting even more. This was Zazikel's house, her domain, not The Sin of Pride's, she was in charge whether she liked it or not. She had to think on her current situation, how many people had even been able to sit, in the same room and have a glass of wine with the single person that murdered her father. She shook her head, leaning back, legs crossed, taking a sip before finally regarding the Sin.
"That man in the picture is my father. The man you so brutally killed in front of me, when I was just five years old."She pointed with her free hand towards the direction of the door, her left hand tightening on the wine glass. "Right over there. I'm surprised you do not remember." She got up, walked over to the Sin, reached out with her right hand and knocked lightly on the Sin's forehead three times. "Huh, perhaps that massive ego of yours is the only thing that fills that head."
She did not return to her couch, but sat on the same one as the Sin. She racked her mind, her father had done extensive research on this particular sin, he alone had discovered her first name, perhaps it would annoy her if Zazikel started using it. She was not worthy and what not. It begins with an 'L'... Lebo? Let? Ah, Leto.
Regarding the Sin once more, she had a plan mapped out. She was not foolish enough to try a frontal assault on her, not when she could at least study her opponent. No, no, She was going to continue this act of being civil to her, and then Leto would grow bored, leave and as her back was turned, she would strike. But now, back to entertaining her guest, although truth be told, she did not know if she could wait, her hands were involuntarily twitching, wanting to fight. Putting on a fake smile, she spoke.
"Oh, where are my manners, you are a guest in MY house. Would you like a glass of wine, Leto?"
She was surprised that all she felt at the minute was a fury, fury which she was trying her best to redirect into a more silent type, rather than letting it pulse out of her being and make her attack like a rabid dog. She was sure, once Leto was gone, she would feel like shit, but right now, she could not afford too.

Sure, maybe Pride was a lot to take in. The God of Hell had decided to grace this mortal with her presence; some awed staring was expected. But really, this was unreasonable. Leto didn't like the look this woman was giving her. It wasn't admiring or grateful; it was almost the opposite. Impudent, Pride thought, her eerie orange eyes narrowing slightly. Maybe she would need to use other, less preferable methods to get this creature to behave in a more acceptable manner.
The arrant human only made her own situation worse when she didn't answer Leto's question immediately. Still, the Sin didn't move from her spot. As far as she was concerned, this building, and all the contraptions within it belonged to her now. Orange eyes followed the human as she picked up a frame of some sort. Leto didn't even blink when the other woman threw the object. The human seemed to like throwing things. This time, Leto caught it in her right hand. She wasn't about to let something hit her face, even if it wouldn't do any damage. Leto gave the picture within a brief glance, but looked otherwise disinterested. There must have been a point to it, however, one that the human would explain before the Sin lost her patience.
Leto had to admit, the man in the picture did look a little familiar. Perhaps someone she had been forced to kill in the past? They all brought it upon themselves. If people knew not to antagonize Pride, they wouldn't have to die. Leto's assumption was proved correct when the other woman finally spoke. "What of it?" Leto didn't remember the exact circumstances, but she wouldn't call the human a lier. It seemed like a reason for a human to get angry and act out. It was all trivial to Leto, but humans seemed to think bonds and blood were a big deal.
The Sin raised an eyebrow when the human got up and started walking towards her. Was she going to try and exact revenge? Laughable. Not looking concerned in the slightest, Leto just waited for the other woman to come over. Even if she could by some obscene chance land any sort of attack on the Sin, it wouldn't be fatal. Gods didn't die.
Even when the human reached towards her, Leto didn't move, amused at this little show of bravery. She wouldn't be so brave after the Sin was done with her. Leto's eyes darkened a little when her head was knocked on. This being was daring to touch her with those dirty hands? Impermissible. In an instant, Leto's hand that had previously held the photo reached out with surprising speed to grab the offending hand. While the picture had been dropped onto the couch, Leto would - if she had managed to catch the human's hand - apply a bit of pressure to it. Not enough to break bones, but enough to warn the human of her mistake. Physical strength wasn't Leto's strongest point, but it was still more than most anyone could boast. She knew that she could break this human with her bare hands, if she wanted to. "Do you want to die?" she asked in a monotonous voice. Her eyes were blazing, though the Sin still looked as stoic as ever.
Feeling that her warning would be enough for now, she soon let go of the hand. She didn't like touching other people, especially humans. Said human sat down on the same couch as the Sin. Maybe she did have a death wish.
Leto looked over to the other woman with a blank expression when she offered wine. If she didn't know any better, Leto would have to say that this human seemed more like she wanted to fight her before, but now she was trying to cater to the Sin? These creatures were definitely odd. "Why would I want any of that swill?" she asked, wondering if this was a way of stalling. Maybe Leto had previously had an interrogation planned for this human, but now she had no interest in that. She was more inclined to watch and see what they would do next. Her apparent emotional instability was amusing to the Sin.

THIS IS WAR
Zazikel found Leto's blank expression to be rather humorous, and chuckled slightly, Really? You seem less like a God by the second.. She ignored the Sins question, finding no reason or point in answering it. She let the somewhat awkward tension filled silence that followed, continue, placing her own wine glass down on the table. For now, she completely ignored Leto, more interested in her own thoughts.
It appeared as though Leto did process God like speed. The way she had, in a blink of an eye caught the wrist of her right hand when she had knocked her forehead. Zazikel knew she was fast, but Leto seemed in another league in comparison. Also, Leto seemed to process a large amount of strength, Zazikel had no doubt that Leto would and could, very easily, rip her in two. Looking at her wrist now, she was surprised to see the tell tale signs of a bruise, though she did not seem at all concerned, her fathers necklace was quickly healing that somewhat damage area. The threat the Sin had also issued had made Zazikel feel extremely intimidated, despite being in her own home, and shaken her somewhat. The Sin was clearly not lying.
Shaking her head and coming out of her thoughts, she turned and regarded the Sin again, however this time, she made sure to rake her eyes up and down, giving her a not so subtle look over. She stared at her face, then down, stopping for longer than she should at her bust, then trailing on down to her thighs, lingering there, mentally stripping her. While she would never see the Sin in that way, she would admire beauty that was her mortal enemy, such things were to be gazed at. Sighing rather loudly, she picked her wine glass back up, turning to the Sin again, putting the glass close to her mouth, but not close enough to seem forced.
"Here, why don't you try some before I get you a glass? I assure you this is the best stuff you can get, a 'God' such as yourself, deserves no less, am I right? Don't worry, the only germs I have are those of superiority, and judging by what I have seen thus far, you are clearly lacking in that area."
Zazikel almost wished she could have taken back the insult, but alas it was said, and there was little she could do to change that fact. She averted her eyes after holding the Sin's gaze for a few minutes. Not really caring whether or not the Sin tried the wine she had offered, she retracted her arm and took a rather plentiful sip, before placing it back on the table. She eyed the photo of father that had been discarded so carelessly by the Sin in her move to catch her by the wrist. Frowning, she picked the photo up taking a longing look at her father.
For brief moment, she became overwhelmed by the emotions she had long since buried deep within her. She got up abruptly, making her way back over to the shelf where she had gotten the photo, then she turned back to the Sin. Enough was enough, she could barely keep a hold of those emotions, her plan off attacking the Sin's back was quickly going out of the window, replaced by furious anger.
"That man was my father, as I have told you, you have not forgotten that have you? His name was Zhao Rosalita, a former Obelisk of Humility. He also publicly announced that he and he alone would be the one to defeat you." Zazikel decided to let that sink in, and made her way back to the couch. Once she had sat down, she decided she might have to re-think her initial plan of attacking the Sin's back. She was by no means a coward, she was confident her skills would be enough to keep her alive in a fight with Leto. Subtly, she reached into her trench coat, grasping at the handles of three of her modified Kunai knives. She silently debated with herself on her next move, knowing that if she was to start a fight, she could not let the Sin hit her first.
"I, like my father, made the same promise. That, I and I alone would be the one to avenge my father and rid your pathetic existence of this earth."
With that the tension began to escalate to new levels, Zazikel knew a fight was imminent, it all led down too who would start it. Whil a fight was imminent, she found her self curious as to what the Sin's reaction would be to what she had said. Still, if Leto was to make a move of attack, the three modified Kunai knives, primed to explode on contact, that Zazikel had currently in her clutch would be launched towards the Sin.
OOC: Feel free, at some point during the fight, to leave Zazikel with some sort of permanent damage.

She stared for longer than expected, and didn't seem to be trying to hide it. Not bothered by the attention, Leto stared back, though she wasn't looking right at the other woman. The Sin was more or less looking through her. Though she still looked passive, Leto was getting more irritated by the second. She was tired of this. She hadn't come here for this human to make a pitiful attempts to entertain her, and her venomous disposition wasn't earning her the Sin's favour, either.
When Leto was offered wine once again, she didn't react for a moment, only giving her an irritable glance. She felt that she had been very clear when she refused her the first time. And then came the not-so-veiled insult. This human thought herself to be superior to Leto? In the Sin's opinion, the insult for poorly worded, anyway. But she was Pride; she couldn't permit such behaviour from a lesser being. Leto stood up in a fluid motion. It was then that she noticed that the other woman was a bit taller than her. However, Leto didn't care much for that; it was only a subconscious observation.
The Sin could feel the tension in the air. Even if she didn't attack first, fighting this human was an inevitability. That was good. Leto wanted to break this girl, but she couldn't do so unless she was attacked first. Her code of honour would not allow her to make the first move on a weaker being.
Unamused, Leto watched the human move about and ramble on about this father of her's that the Sin had killed some time ago. "I've no interest in that," the Sin said in a cold tone. She did remember the time when a human had foolishly aspired to take her down. However, it was history now. That event no longer held any significance to the Sin. Why humans chose to hold onto grudges and dwell on these things for so long, Leto would never understand.
Leto's expression finally changed when the woman professed that she would kill the Sin of Pride. Her face fell a little and she took on a more serious demeanour. "Don't be a fool," she quipped. She could feel the Reiatsu that came from the human. While it was strong for a mortal, it wasn't enough to give Leto much trouble. Not only that, but there was no way a mere human could contend with Leto's sheer speed. "You cannot kill me..." she said, narrowing her eyes. If one looked closely enough, the Sin actually looked sad, but it was barely noticeable. And that twinge of sadness vanished when Leto spoke again. "But, if you must, go ahead and try. Just know that your life will be forfeit," she finished. After that, she just stood there, staring the other woman down with a rather cold expression. If she didn't follwo true to her words and attack soon, Leto would just leave. This human was annoying her with her tactics, and if Leto didn't get to break her, she didn't feel like sticking around.

THIS IS WAR
Zazikel began to get restless sitting on the couch and abruptly got up. Her eyes never left the Sin, though she had no feeling that Leto would attack her back, from what she could gather, Leto was all for the frontal assault. Her adrenaline was slowly pumping it's way around her body, she knew in a few minutes she was going to be starting this fight regardless.
She studied the Sin as she spoke, scoffing when she so boldly stated that 'She could not kill her', although, Zazikel did begin to doubt that achieving such a feat at her level was close to impossible, but she would be damned if she was not going to try. She also happened to notice a somewhat foreign look on Leto's face, however it was gone as quick as it came. She choose to ignored it. Upon hearing on what Leto had to say next, she smirked, and laughed a little.
"My life will be forfeit, huh? I think not. I will die when I want to, not when you decide, bitch." After saying this though, her eyes scanned the current battle ground, her living room. It was too small, but then again, perhaps given the small space, she could use it to her advantage to combat Leto's godly speed. Then her eyes darted to the patio door, which at the moment seemed so far away, Would I be able to make it? Well it's either fighting in cramped quarters or making a mad dash to the patio door, on the small chance that I could make it with out being intercepted. |
She thought of a rather pathetic plan, to distract the Sin with a speech while she not so subtly launched the three modified Kunai knives at the bitches face. In her free hand, she started summoning her sigil. Her sigil took the form of a katana with two reinforced parallel blades, set a small distance apart from each other. That distance being 6cm. The blades are both a different color, one being a plain purple, whilst the other a more dark purple. The blades both reach a total length of 65cm. The overall sword being a total length of 74cm, the hilt being 9cm in length. The hilt is wrapped in thin, soft material. The material is black. She swiped a few times, getting a feel for the weapon, before boldly pointing it at Leto. "Mark my words Leto, if you fail to kill me here, it will be the end of you. I will bounce back, stronger and better than before. I will continue to repeat this vicious cycle until you are on your knees, begging me not to kill you. When that happens Leto, I won't kill you straight away, I will parade you across the grounds of the Vatican, destroy what pride you have left...Then I will take this sword, stab you in the heart and watch you take your last breaths." She spoke this as a matter of fact, her confidence in achieving such a feat obvious and enough to make even the most pessimistic pessimist, believe her. She took a few deep breaths, then using her full speed she launched the three modified kunai knives towards Leto, pivoting on her heel and making a beeline for the patio door. She was banking on Leto being cocky enough to block them, but unaware that they are primed to explode on contact. Not that the explosions would do any damage at all to Leto, except maybe piss her off. OOC: I have a feeling she will destroy the house regardless! xD As for permemant damage, I would say a large, nasty scar. I will let you decided where you Leto leaves it. Even though she must have known that she stood no chance, she was still trying to annoy someone who could kill her at any time. The Sin simply could not believe that she, too, had been a human at one time, even if it had been centuries ago. They were an infuriating race. How they had survived for so long was beyond Leto.
The human pulled formed a blade of sorts and pointed it at Leto. But instead of attacking, she went on, ranting about something the Sin didn't care to even consider. She still got the gist of it, though. It almost seemed as if the human wanted to be killed. "Really?" she mused. "Interesting." She would have gone on to comment on how the human had yet to take any action, but by the looks of it, she would soon. Leto wasn't going to waste her words.
As the Sin anticipated, the other woman attacked, throwing several blades towards her. Without even blinking, Leto sidestepped the barrage, showing only a little surprise when the projectiles exploded behind her. Still, she remained unharmed as her Vectors vapourized what little debris flew at her from behind. Surely, after all her bravado earlier, this couldn't be the best this human had. A distraction, Leto surmised upon seeing the human running for a nearby door. Did she want to lure the Sin outside? So, she didn't want this building destroyed. That was rich. It might have been a petty thing to do, but Leto was intent on wrecking the building, now. And she had a great plan in mind to make it happen.
The Sin blurred into action with minimal hesitation, aiming to barrel into the human from behind and grab a hold of both her shoulders. Luckily for her, Leto chose to deactivate her Vectors so that the other woman didn't get slashed apart by being close to the Sin. She didn't want this to end too quickly. If she managed to grab the human, Leto would let her forward momentum carry her a good ten feet outside of the house, before swinging around and throwing the human towards the mansion with as much force as she could muster. She was aiming to throw the woman through one of the windows, putting her back inside the house. Not wasting any time, Leto motioned in the direction of the mansion with her right hand. Telltale golden sparks played around her fingers before surging towards the building, flying through the open window she would have hopefully thrown the human through. Shortly after, the golden sparks would expand and explode in a blast of black flame-like Reiryoku, decimating a good portion of the structure and likely affecting the woman as well.
After that, Leto took a few steps back, admiring her work. She doubted that the human would be killed in the explosion, but her reaction would be something to see, so Leto waited for her to come out of the wreckage before taking any more action.

THIS IS WAR
Zazikel heard the explosions of her modified kunai knives as she picked up her pace to get to the patio doors. She felt no desire to look back, she need to stay focused, the door to the patio was teasingly close. She all but frowned when something barreled into her, before she could react, strong hands had gripped her shoulders. She figured that she was being propelled forward by Leto's momentum and before she could react she found herself 10 feet outside of her house.
A few seconds later she found herself being swung round, then thrown back through the living room window at an incredible speed. She tried her best to re adjust herself but at the sheer speed and force she had been thrown at made this ridiculously hard. There was aloud crack as she impacted with her left shoulder first into the wall, plummeting through that like a wrecking ball, the force turning her in the air, and crashing with a hard 'smack' into the marble island of the kitchen with her right shoulder, her head narrowly avoiding hitting against the marble.
Her world was a daze for a few seconds whilst she quickly regained her bearings and senses. She grimaced when she realized her right shoulder was dislocated, along with a few light cuts and scrapes on her left from plummeting through the wall. Thank god that wall was pretty thin...Urgh... |
She only had enough time to consider that thought before her picked up the a ball of golden sparks heading her wall, rapidly expanding. Her eyes widened and without hesitation, she grab the top of the marble island with her left hand and launched herself over it, ignoring the searing pain that ripped through her right shoulder as she landed on it on the other side. Not a second later the golden sparks exploded in a blast of flame-like Reiryoku, decimating a good portion of her house. During the explosion, Zazikel had found it hard to breath, the air had become increasingly hot and heavy. She almost chocked. She was surprised at how powerful the explosion was, while most of the marble island was destroyed, along with anything else the flame-like Reiryoku happened to cross, the portion she was behind managed to survive, though barely as it now started to crumble. She regarded her left forearm which had been licked by the explosion. It was burnt clearly, though not as bad as it looked which Zazikel was thankful for. She dreaded to think what would have happened had she not thrown herself behind the island. Zazikel concealed her spiritual pressure somewhat, making it extremely low for the time being. She needed to fix her right shoulder as quickly as possible. Grabbing the shoulder with her left had, she put the dislocated shoulder back into place, biting down the scream that wanted to escape and instead whimpering slightly. By the time she was done, her forehead was damp with sweat. She worked it a few times, getting the feel back into it, ignoring the slight bit of pain. What a bitch, throwing me throw me back into my house like I was some rag doll to be played with. She looked around the corner of the marble island, surprised to see a fuck load of debris. Something she could use to her advantage. While a lot of the stuff had been reduced to dust by the explosion, a few studier pieces had been left in pieces, not to mention a portion of the second floor had fallen down after the explosion. She ignored the fact her house was destroyed. Summoning her sigil to her she summoned up a large portion of her spiritual pressure. When that was down, she raised her spiritual pressure to it's fullest and rushed back towards the living, lashing out with her free left hand sending the charged spiritual pressure outwards towards the debris. The Air Blast, as that technique was called, kicked up the debris that had survived and propelled it towards Leto. The air that carried the debris was unique in color, Black with a faint purple glow. It could reach a total distance of thirty feet, and she knew between her and Leto's position, the air blast would reach her. As soon as the air blast left her hand, she reached into her trench coat with the same hand and launched six normal kunai knives, all in different directions. Not that any would hit her, but perhaps maybe graze. The Sin was clearly too fast for something like that to truly take effect. She decided to chase after the debris, her sword clutched tightly in her right hand, she was hoping to catch the Sin a little bit off guard, she knew herself, that her sword skills were formidable, if she could get up close and personal with this bitch, she might at least be able to make some sort of stand, but how long that would last for was any ones guess. Surely, the creature couldn't have been that weak. She was supposed to be a tough bitch, right? That's what she seemed to think when she had talked so big. The thought that she might have died in the explosion had Leto a little disappointed, though she couldn't say she cared too much. She hadn't taken much of a liking to the other woman; it was only amusing to her. Still, what a waste of her time it would be if the human died so easily. No... I can still feel Reiatsu. Was the human hiding now that she knew she stood no chance, or was she planning a counter-attack? Either way, Leto would only wait for so long. She was starting to get bored.
The Sin was just about to lose her patience when she suddenly felt a spike in the human's Reiatsu. Soon after, debris from the explosion came flying towards Leto. Given the strange aura of dark Reiatsu that surrounded the barrage, the Sin was quite sure that the woman had caused this. In addition, several of the same blades as before came hurtling at her. Now she was absolutely sure.
With minimal effort, Leto soon found herself high above the mass of attacks and the human. It was a force of habit to move skyward when fighting for the Sin. She couldn't say she minded looking down on her opponents. She had every right to, after all. This human who was supposedly a big shot in that religious cult couldn't even touch Leto. She had expected better. "You're too slow! Aren't you supposed to be killing me right now?" Leto barked from her position in the air, mockery clear in her tone. She loved it. These humans always thought they were better; that they actually had a chance. In reality, they weren't even a threat. Every single time...
From her high spot in the air, Leto saw another opportunity to wreck the surroundings. She took in a deep breath as a black, deathly aura emanated from her. Assuming that the human would attack soon after her little taunt, Leto only built up enough energy for a moderate-sized blast, before rearing up and shooting a concentrated blast of black flame down towards the human, and ultimately, the yard and whatever remained of the house. If the human happened to attack in the tiny time frame in which Leto had been charging her attack, she could activate her vectors at any time. Right now, the Sin had no fear of being hurt. Well, she never did anymore.

THIS IS WAR
Zazikel followed after her own attack, her eyes peeled and searching for Leto. She screwed her eyes in annoyance seeing Leto rather effortlessly raise higher into the air and above the attack. Tch. Of course she would have dodged that, fucking bitch. |
. She came to a stop some ways in the backyard, probably fifteen feet from the wrecked portion of the house. She looked back, frowning, though she had expected her house to be reduced to dust by the time they had finished, a mere consequence of fighting someone so much more powerful than herself. She shrugged and looked back at Leto. She pointedly ignored the rather petite and childish taunt from Leto. She could careless what she thinks, at the end of the day, she is the one hiding in the air, probably too much of an arrogant fuck to come down and go toe to toe with. Then again, Zazikel had to admit, it gave Leto some strategic advantage over herself, not to mention if most likely filled her 'god' complex. She had to laugh out loud at that, the day Leto would be a god, would be the day Zazikel grew a cock. She knew that was never going to happen. Still, she regained her composure, watching Leto take a deep breath, hell, Zazikel was not impressed as a black, deathly aura emanated from her. She folded her arms across her chest and sighed rather bored, she would leave if Leto was going to stay in the air. She was not worth the energy. When the moderate-sized blast of concentrated black flame soared it way towards Zazikel and the rest of the house, she was not phased and merely moved out of the way, at full speed of course, she knew not to take chances. She could careless about her house, like many things, it can and will be replaced. The pain from the wound on her forearm seemed to have stopped, for which she was glad, and the previously dislocated shoulder was good to go. She looked up towards Leto, she banished her sigil then folded her arms. She could recall when she needed it at a moments notice. "You know Leto, from someone who declares themselves a 'God', I expected a lot more. For one, why would a God be hiding in the air and two, until you do come down, I am going to sit on my ass and wait. I have no desire to waist my energy trying to bring you down from the air. You are not worth it and you never will be. If you want to continue this fight, come down to the ground, I am sure a god such as yourself is not scared?" With that, she sat down on her butt. She was ready though, she had a feeling that speech would not go down well with Leto. Not one bit. "Come dear Leto, do not keep a girl waiting now, it is not polite." Just to irk the Sin, she beckoned with her hand. However, with the other one, she reached into her trench coat and withdrew two of her modified Kunai knives that would explode the second they came into contact with anything. So if push came to shove, and Leto got a little too close, she would drop one into the ground to create a distraction of sorts and the other at the bitch herself. [/div]

She had deliberately weakened the attack because she didn't want to kill the other woman right off the bat. However, it seemed that the Sin had been too generous. The human's weapon vanished, curiously. Was she giving up? No. Instead, she was making another speech. Leto wasn't going to allow such behaviour any longer. Before, she had assumed that this human was daft; she knew not what she was talking about. But it was getting out of hand. The Sin could not let the human go unpunished after uttering such words.
Still with that indifferent expression, Leto gave a sigh. She didn't plan to kill the other woman just yet. The Sin would instill some fear into her first. The human seemed to be lacking in that, and that wasn't how cannon fodder was supposed to behave, in Leto's eyes. First off, she needed to bow. Leto knew how to make that happen. The massive reserve of Reiatsu she had been suppressing for the entirety of the encounter was suddenly allowed to burst forth, dominating the area. Having already gaged the human's Reiatsu, Leto knew that she would either be rendered immobile, or would at the very least have her movements restricted considerably by the sheer pressure that the Sin was now exuding.
Leto began to walk towards the subdued human, gradually descending the sky as if she were walking down a flight of stairs. "Do you think that your bravado is worth anything?" she asked apathetically, letting the question hang in the air for a moment before continuing. "Sorry, but it isn't. All of you, you have no hope." By now, Leto had covered a fair distance and was no standing in front of the other woman, a few feet away. She had no fear of being caught off-guard, now. Even before, the human could not contend with Leto in terms of speed. Now that her mobility was drastically reduced, it was just ridiculous. This fight was a good as over, and Leto knew it.
"So then," Leto took a couple steps forward to close the gab between herself and the human. Looking down on her, she allowed one of her Vectors to manifest. "How would you like to die?" The semi-transparent, vibrating arm snaked towards the other woman and lightly grazed along her right cheek, aiming to make a minor, inconsequential cut. That was nothing compared to what Leto was going to do to her next. It all depended on how the human answered. Maybe Leto would even let her live a while longer. Still, she needed to be punished for trying to offend Pride.
Still with her overwhelming Reiatsu flaring, Leto only stood there, awaiting a response. Her Vector was still floating right beside the other woman's face, ready to do some real damage on a moment's notice. If the human tried anything funny, she would lose something important.

THIS IS WAR
Zazikel was wondering whether or not Leto was going to do anything about what she had just said. From her position on the ground, it was hard to make out anything on that rather emotionless face of hers. Well, it looked emotionless from down here, maybe a little indifferent. She heard a faint sigh from the Sin, Rhea merely rolled her eyes and made to get up, Seems I am going to have bring her down, how to go about that, I do not now. |
She was on her knees about to stand up - Suddenly a massive burst of Reiatsu began to dominate the entire area. Zazikel was rooted to the spot, the intensity and overall power of this Reiatsu was incredible. Zazikel could do nothing and it was clear who it belong to. She had to wondered how on earth she had missed this? She found iit hard to breath and was slowly brought down to her knees from her mid-standing position, then ultimately down to her hands and knees. She was effectively bowing for the Sin and that annoyed her, but alas, Zazikel was between a rock and a hard place, this fight was as good as over. Her own Rei was too low to counteract Leto's, it was pushed aside, beaten, abused by the Sin's. She managed however, to look up, her eyes found the Sin. She could not believe her, she was walking towards her, down an invisible flight of stairs. She ignore what the Sin was saying, for now, she could careless, she had greater things to worry about than what this bitch said. She began to look around in a somewhat frantic manner, trying to find a way out of her hopeless situation. That was when she remembered the two explosive Kunai she still had in her left hand, perhaps her situation was not so hopeless after all. By the time she looked back up and to her mock surprise, Leto was standing right in front of her, looking down on her. She felt embarrassed, after all her own bravado, here she was, kneeling on all fours in front of the Sin. Not to mention, she felt intimidated, her life was virtually in the hands of the Sin now, and in the miniscule chance that her Kunai knives did anything, she was all but stuffed. She listened to what Leto said now, paling a little when she manifested one something that was semi-transparent, vibrating arm. Fuck! Nearly invisible weapons? I am so fucked. She could do nothing but watch as the vibrating arm snaked towards her, lightly grazing her right cheek. She winced a little, but ignored it, it was at best an inconsequential cut, perhaps a tiny taste of what exactly was in store for her. Zazikel decided to look Leto in the eyes when she spoke. She knew she would have to play this one cool, the vibrating arm could and would do serious damage. "I suppose I would prefer to live, but I believe I am in no position to bargain." She sighed, she knew she had to at least try and divert the Sin's attention and this, rather pathetic thing she was about to was the only way she figured it would work. "It seems I was wrong about you Leto. You truly are a God, I am not worthy to be within your presence. Please forgive me? I ask for mercy." With that, she bent down further, resting on her elbows, with noticeable struggle due to Leto's Reiatsu. She crawled forward, she did her best to hide the two explosive kunai knives as she crawled forward, she was close enough to the Sin's dark grey bandage covered feet. She dragged her left hand through the dirt and wrapped it around Leto left foot. She reached down with her head, making out to actually kiss the foot. "Forgive me Leto, and ROOT IN HELL!!" She roared and spat at her feet, while in the same motion, she attempted to slam both Kunai knives into the back of the Sin's foot. She had never been so close to her own explosive Kunai before, and she knew, right of the bat, her left hand would be demolished, if not totally blown of. She knew, whether or not the attack hit or missed, Leto would tear her a new one. She also knew that her movements were greatly reduced in terms of speed, hell, she half expected the Sin to completely and rather effortlessly evade her attack. She braced herself for what was inevitably going to come next. [/div]
