Ah, I'm about to throw up. Ah, with your two hands, please take me in. Please accept me and everything about me. WORDS [/b] 527[/div] What a tiring day. Emil was laying down on a small park bench, not wanting to get up. He was only a block away from his apartment, but to him it seemed too far away. People around took glances at him, likely thinking he was crazy. He was an adult in a park without children, laying on the bench after all. What didn't help them be convinced of his sanity was the lab coat keeping him warm. He peered one of his eyes open, making sure he was being left alone and was thankful he saw no one paying any mind to him. He only saw children playing on the side farthest from him and a few parents. The only one that stood out to him was a woman on a phone taking a glance at him once every few seconds with a bitter look. It was a suspicious thing, indeed, but he didn't want to get up and confront her about it. If people wanted to glare, then they could. As long as they left him alone he didn't care.
Emil closed his eye again and dozed off, only to be woken up in what seemed to be a few seconds later by a police officer. He sat up and looked around, first noticing all the people were gone. He saw only a moment later that it was really dark at night and he had slept the rest of the day away. The police officer told Emil that sleeping on public property is against the law and that he had to leave the premises immediately. He yawned and complied, heading in the general direction of his apartment, only to lose inspiration to even go home more quickly than he anticipated.
His energy was replenished, so he hardly needed to go back home anymore. Emil stood in the middle of the sidewalk, only a half a block away now. What else can I do? He wondered to himself, glancing around the area he was in. He could probably go to a bar and get insanely drunk. He didn't need to go back to work until Monday, giving him the entire weekend to do whatever he wanted. Instead of heading to a bar, he just stood. Emil's legs seemed to not have the same amount of energy as the rest of him. He only looked up at the sky, hoping to find something to do that would require him not moving another inch.
Looking at the sky proved to be more useful than most people would think. He could just watch the stars in the dark sky instead of doing anything else. Emil flopped onto the ground and stared up at the night sky. He didn't care if the cops came after him, or if he was attacked in the middle of the night. The cops can't arrest him for looking at the stars, and if he really was attacked he had all his weapons with him at all times. The joys of a lab coat, hiding everything he needed. He smiled at watched the stars, not seeing any constellations then drawing his own pictures with them instead.

Clock is ticking while I'm killing time... Words: Notes: -- -- HAN: 7 REI: 9 HAK: 10 SEI:10 BUK: 13 HOH: 6
A young woman walked down the streets of the city. Her gait was stiff, each step made in an almost military fashion. Her dark black hair casually fell behind her shoulders, the lights from the street revealing her hair's oily sheen. The woman wore an unusual garb: a white form-fitting tunic with a short cape on her back. This appearance made her appear like a priest-soldier hybrid. Dark amber eyes scanned the surrounding streets as she clutched her cross in her hands.
The Consecro proxy, known as Leanna, patrolled Karakura town, observing for possible hollow attacks. For the time being, she wasn't given an assignment from the Vatican, so she simply acted on her own until then. She didn't want to risk battle in her favored attire. Her typical black clothing wasn't strong enough to withstand hollow attacks, and she had no desire to pay for new clothing. Leanna made a few attempts to detect hollow presences. At the moment, none were successful. The town seemed to be at peace for the moment. Leanna continued observing the streets, until a man caught her eye.
Why is he on the ground? she asked herself, curiously staring at the odd man. From a distance, it looked like he wore a tunic similar to her own. Her eyes opened up more once she made the observation. Perhaps, he's a Quincy, she thought, intrigued that she may have found one of her distant brethren. Leanna changed her original course, turning to walk towards Emil. It wasn't until she got closer that she realized she had guessed wrong, and the white tunic was actually a lab coat. Her gait slowed, disappointed at her wrong observation, and possibly wrong assumption. Leanna continued walking anyway, and stopped a couple of feet from the laid-back man. "What are you doing out late at night? It's dangerous out here at this time," she spoke, hinting a warning towards him. She wasn't entirely sure who he was, and currently talked as if he was an ordinary citizen. Leanna was unaware that he was like her, a member of the Consecro. .

Ah, I'm about to throw up. | Please accept me and everything about me. WORDS [/b] 266[/div] Someone spoke, breaking him out of his lazy star gaze or what a normal person would call a day dream. Although he was sure it's only called sleeping if it's night time, even if you're slightly concious of your surroundings. He opened his eyes, unaware of when they closed in the first place, and peered at the woman. She was confronting him on how dangerous it was? He smiled at the young woman. He was prepared for anything to come at him, but was she? "Are you worried about me?" He was flattered that someone even bothered to speak to him. A man in a lab coat laying in the middle of the side walk was definitely not a normal guy. However, he thought to humor the woman. Maybe even befriend her. there was no way to tell where that night could go.
"And what, may I ask, are you doing out at this time of night? It doesn't seem that dangerous to me. Are you keeping the big bad monsters away?" He laughed after speaking, showing he was fooling around. Emil then got up from the ground and stood in front of the young woman, smile still plastered on is face. "It can't be too dangerous out here. I'm still alive and in tact. Maybe it's the lab coat." Emil leaned in close to the woman's face and whispered to her "I think it may be magical" He leaned back away from her and laughed once more. If he didn't come off as an idiotic fool right now, then miracles would be instantly proven true. Tags: Emil, whoever Stats: HAN: 14 REI:13 HAK: 14 SEI: 15 BUK:14 HOH: 13 [/div][/center]

Leanna examined the man closely, monitoring his expression as he talked. He seemed much too happy, considering the time of day. Emil's demeanor seemed too carefree; his tone lacked any sense of ignorance. Leanna now knew that he wasn't an ordinary man, at least by her standards. Any normal person would have even the slightest fear of being assaulted in the night.
If she couldn't tell he was a special human, his mildly sarcastic remark would've been a much more obvious indicator. Leanna's expression was serious, but shifted into a slightly more irritated look. Big bad monsters? I highly doubt that any normal human would say something like this. And a lab coat being magical? If I'm wrong about him being a Quincy, then he is most likely a Fullbringer, she thought. Leanna's serious expression made a mild shift towards a slight smirk. If he's going to play this game, I should play as well. Perhaps he'll reveal himself. Leanna reached her right hand into her tunic from the collar, maneuvering her index and middle finger to wrap the chain of her necklace around her digits. She pulled her Quincy cross out, which had an odd appearance compared to the typical crosses. Unlike the usual quincy weapons, she carried hers on a necklace. Not only this, it had a much different pattern, bearing fleur de lis patterns on each end of a crucifix. "Really? Intriguing. I have something I think might be magical as well, " she spoke with a serious yet sarcastic tone. Leanna lifted the cross upwards, showing Emil her "weapon". "I think it helps ward off the 'big, bad monsters'," she ended.
Leanna was irritated. Emil gave her the impression that he didn't take her seriously, but she didn't realize he was being playful. For a brief moment, she turned her gaze towards the surrounding terrain, examining the place for spiritual presences nearby. Using her detection abilities, she found one nearby, and its location shocked her. How could I have missed this? she thought, looking directly at Emil, a grin still plastered on his face. His spirit power was strong, stronger than hers. Of course he would be able to defend himself. At his level, many lower ranked hollows would end up being child's play. A mix of shame and shock filled her. Her dark amber eyes were open as she gazed directly into his own, revealing the emotions she was feeling at that moment.

Ah, I'm about to throw up. Ah, With Your Two Hands. Please Take Me In. Please accept me and everything about me. WORDS [/b] 413[/div] Notes: --- This girl pulled out her Quincy cross, saying it had magic powers to ward off said bad monsters, that may also be big. He wanted to laugh at that and show her his own cross, but that would have been rude of him. Besides, it was fun having her be so wary of his presence. He saw the young woman in front of him seemed irritated, almost as if his friendly mood just wasn't working on her. He wasn't sure if he had bored her to death, but she began looking around probably for something else to do.
Apparently he wasn't as boring as he had originally thought. She looked back at Emil with a shocked expression, and he wasn't sure of how he should take it. "Is there something on my face?" That could have been the reason she was staring at him, but her expression was too extreme for that. His smile dwindled down and he put on somewhat of a more serious expression, but still kept his joking mood. "There's a monster behind me, right? Oh, I knew it. Protect me!" He laughed after he spoke, hoping to lighten up the mood. This girl needed a lesson in fun, and he was going to show her it. Being too serious would only aid someone in being miserable.
Emil wasn't sure how she'd take his new attempts at friendly banter. She didn't take the previous ones too well. Maybe she never had a night dedicated to having fun, and he couldn't judge that. Emil could make it his goal for the night to give her that experience, which is what he decided he would do. Emil ran his fingers through his hair as he sighed. There was no way to ask anything without coming off as a pervert who was hitting on her. Showing someone a good time could mean anything, but his heart was already taken, so it wouldn't have any meaning other than a friendly one. He just didn't want the young woman to get the wrong impression or call him a creep. He ignored his possible impending doom and replaced his smile. "You look like you need to relax. How about a beer, or maybe a two person party? All expenses are on me." He tried his best to not seem like he was hitting on her, but Emil never really had a way with words. He could come off as such a creep sometimes without meaning to.

Leanna's expression shifted to disappointment and apathy, her face contorted to easily allow one to read her thoughts. Did he really just behave like that? she thought. Ordinarily, she would be angry, but she just dismissed the emotion. He behaved much too immature for his age. Any impulse to place her palm to her face and shake her head was repressed, and instead shifted this same impulse to simply looking away from him for a moment. Emil's happy-go-lucky countenance seemed too much for her to handle at the moment. Her tolerance levels had dropped considerably when she started her scouting, and probably wouldn't return until after she was done.
After Emil's little bout, he started to speak with some level of seriousness. When she noticed his new mannerism, she turned her head back to face him. Perhaps he'll take me seriously now, and stop treating me like a child, she thought, though she also deduced it was possible she prolonged his behavior with her own mocking remark. He offered to treat her to drinks, or a party. A small grin etched across her face at this offer, though her eyes gave the impression of an ulterior motive. "A drink sounds nice, but I don't enjoy beer or lager. A nice glass of red wine would do," she spoke gently, possibly causing shock considering her previous behavior.
Leanna's amber eyes kept contact with him, the intensity decreasing to an amiable level. Her body turned slightly, giving a small motion to lead the way. Before making anymore movements, however, she asked bluntly, "Just what are you?" His actions and behavior gave no real clue to his identity, and she couldn't figure out what type of human he was. His carefree attitude made her believe he didn't have the burden of responsibility. At first glance, she thought Quincy, yet his words suggested Fullbringer. Whatever he was, he was an enigma to her. She preferred keeping certain bits of information secret, and she could understand his reasoning if he was doing the same. Her curiosity was not uncontrollable, however, so she wouldn't pry if he decided to remain mysterious.

The young woman didn't agree with his beer suggestion, but red wine would suit her. Sadly, Emil didn't have wine money, so she'd have to buy it herself. He looked in the direction of the bar he was thinking of, but didn't begin his journey. Instead the girl had asked him exactly what he was, as if he wasn't human or as if she wasn't. Then Emil took into consideration that maybe she was sensing his spiritual presence. He laughed out loud at how slow he could be at times. She already told him she was a Quincy, so maybe him telling her they were on the same team would ease her up a bit.
He looked back over at the young woman "Oh, sorry. I'm a person. But if you'd like to get into technical terms I am a quincy" He winked at the girl and put his hands on his hips"So, how technical should I be with my explanation of myself. There's a lot to me, and I'm sure there's a lot to you." Emil mimicked a wise voice, trying to make him seem more like a wise philosopher than he actually was. He put on his serious face, a little bit too late, and turned back to the direction of the bar.
"So, about that getting drunk situation." He didn't care about being subtle about it, but now that whatever was bothering her was hopefully up in the clear, she'd take less than red wine. "If I can't afford it, you're buying it for yourself." He began walking in the bar's direction, which wasn't very far to begin with, and motioned for the her to follow him. .
