E ven if I close my eyes You're Still Watching me ♠Ikkyu Akiyama ♠Words: 402 ♠Notes --- It was just another day in Rome. Ikkyu had no specific duties relating to Consecro for the day again, though that always seemed to some how get messed up by intruders that seemed to just show up on his free days and his free days only. He had terrible luck when it came to those sorts of things. So this time he had decided to a trip out of the city, taking a drive to Latina. He could relax along the shore with what were sure to be beautiful people, and if anything showed up well he could just cut the thing up and be on his merry way without having to worry about reporting about it or letting it be known who he even was.
Now he sat a top on ot the cliffs that over looked the sea, one leg hanging off the edge, the other bent and propping up his arm. He hadn't actually been able to go to the beach very many times in his life. Any time he had been it was before he had gotten his sight back. He had oringinally come to look at hotties but some how found himself out here just looking at the sky and the water about a hundred feet below him. He was just drawn to it and found himself up there with nobody around, just letting the wind blow around him, swiping his hair out of his face and blowing around his half way undone shirt, his coat lying beside him. It had been way too warm to wear it with the sun beating down on him.
Even his sword and dagger were discarded with his coat. It didn't seem like anything was going to ruin this for him. It wasn't intentional, but he had let his guard down completely, letting himself just be a normal guy for a while. Normally he would have known better but he was just caught up in this moment. He didn't even pay attention to that gut feeling that things were just too good for him, that something was surely approaching. He wasn't Ikkyu Guardian of Consecro right now so what did he care anyway? He was Ikki a simple top host enjoying a day in paradise. It would only remain a paradise for a short time longer though, that much was certain for the fate that was approaching.

Colin stared up at the canopy that stretched over his bed, his head resting on his hands. He was dressed for once, as though he had just gotten home and hadn’t bothered to undress before collapsing in bed. This was sort of true. Having found nothing of interest in the sands of Hueco Mundo, he had returned to his palace and holed up in his quarters as he was wont to do. He didn’t feel like playing with his Fraccion today and he tried to associate with his fellow Espada as little as possible outside of the Queen’s work. This left the Arrancar in a state of almost total boredom, wondering what he should do to entertain himself. He turned his head to gaze at the large scroll that hung on the wall. It was a map of the Living World that he had acquired on his last visit to Sayuri – well…it was one of at least a dozen that he had acquired.
Perhaps he should visit the Living World to alleviate his boredom. He’d always dreamed of traveling when he was alive – really traveling, not just vacationing with family in Scotland and the United States. It had to be better than just lying here. With a sigh, he pulled himself upright and slithered to the edge of the bed, swinging his legs over the side. He rose languidly and strode over to the map. Papers rustled as his feet nudged them aside – an odd mix of maps, composition paper and lyrics was scattered across his floor. He had taken to not letting his Fraccion into his actual suite of rooms, confining his playtime to other rooms in the palace. He had soon realized it was nice to have a space that was solely his. Of course, that meant it had quickly become a cluttered mess. He could clean it up, but he was now more interested in traveling. So he continued across the room and paused before the map, contemplating where he wished to visit first. His eyes drifted over the continents, finally settling on the Mediterranean. He raised one hand and traced the area with a slender finger. Athens, Rome, Sicily, Alexandria, Istanbul – he could remember placing pins in each of those places when he was a second-year elementary schooler. His finger paused on Rome. That would be his destination.
He turned to his left and opened a Garganta in the wall, focusing on the idea of Rome. He stepped through and found himself above the fabled capital of Italy. Quickly masking his reiatsu, he closed the Garganta behind him and descended into the city just as the sun cleared the horizon. He wandered the city for hours, drinking in the sights and sounds as the ancient capital slowly awoke and went about its business. The architecture, the scent of fresh-baked goods, the oft-amiable chatter of the city’s residents – it was all simply magnificent. Colin let out a pleased sigh as he paused in one of the residential areas. As he gazed at the quaint houses, he noticed the unique blue hair of a tall, lithe young man as he walked up the street. Colin tilted his head slightly in curiosity. The man’s facial features and physique seemed utterly flawless. He was one of the most beautiful beings the Arrancar had ever laid eyes on. When coupled with the delicious reiatsu he could feel oozing from the man, Colin couldn’t help but turn and follow the man. With single-minded purpose, he kept the man in sight through the meandering streets of Rome, through the beautiful countryside and finally to the seaside.
Colin stopped far back from the cliff’s edge as the man removed his coat and weapons, unbuttoned his shirt and sat down. The Arrancar stood silently for quite some time, simply enjoying the view. Of course, the man had chosen an excellent sight-seeing location – you could see the sea for miles and the sky was flawless. But mostly, Colin was focused on the man. It was as if a great deal of tension was gone from him. Here, he had no cares or worries. He could simply enjoy the world as an unimportant being. It was almost perfect and Colin almost didn’t want to disturb it. But sex and feeding called to him, so he strode forward and carefully sat down next to the man. Leaning back on his hands and letting the gentle breeze rustle his hair, he said, “Seems we had the same idea, stranger. Hope you don’t mind if I join you. The view from here is phenomenal.”

E ven if I close my eyes You're Still Watching me ♠Ikkyu Akiyama ♠Words: 480 ♠Notes --- Ikkyu didn't even know when it happened but suddenly there was a man sitting down next to him. When he noticed it it was a bit too late and he felt the strong power coming off of the man now next to him. He had let his guard way down and now he had gotten himself into quite the predicament. It felt hollow yet it was in the form of a man. That left it to be only one thing, an arrancar, a strong one at that. It seemed he was keeping to his luck and right when he had the chance to relax the spiritual world and his duties were calling him right back into action. He would be more annoyed if he wasn't so nervous about this guy. He didn't have to look to know that he was in for some trouble. He just had to have some luck and hope this guy didn't have stupidly closed eyes like a certain togabito before him.
The guardian kept his straight face on, not wanting to show he was a little bit nervous. "Not at all, stranger. Its open up to anyone" he said in his unbroken, smooth voice, not giving away anything. He lowered his hand down to the handle of his sword that was sitting beside him, wishing it would go unnoticed but he had his doubts. He didn't grab for it yet, just resting it near it like he was just getting more comfortable. Finally he looked over at Colin, a kind smile on his face, eyes even closed for a moment. The minute he opened his eyes though he could only hope that the arrancar was looking his way. If he was he would lock eyes with the man for the second it would take his power to take effect. He was hoping to using his blinding technique and at least leave the man in darkness for a moment while he figured out something else that he could do. His sword was right there. He could cut the guy to pieces while he was blinded. There was also a cliff there he could easily jump from. It'd likely be a lot less painful than whatever this guy had in mind. He had a really bad feeling about what was being planned for him.
Ikkyu got up from his place a second later, grabbing his sword as he did so. He had launched himself with a hand and a foot, lunging back a good nine feet just to keep up his blinding if it even took its effect from eye contact. He held his sword up, ready for just about anything now that he was paying attention again. It seemed rather upsetting he couldn't just enjoy his day without something dangerous presenting itself to him. He never did get a break in life it seemed.

Colin felt the corners of his lips quirk slightly at the sound of his meal’s voice. It was smooth silk slipping over his ears. He could imagine what that voice would sound like when made hoarse and ragged from screaming. Oh, where would he begin? Perhaps they could start right here. He’d never fucked someone in a place where they could potentially be caught. He mentally chuckled at the thought, stretching his body slightly. That would be fun; he had no doubts about that. But really, he wanted to get this man in his dungeon so he had access to the full range of toys and devices for his fun.
As he pondered how he might make this happen, he watched the man from the corner of his eye – barely able to resist the urge to run his hands over that flawless skin. As his gaze drifted downward, he noticed the man’s hand settle on the ground by his sword. The action made the Arrancar smirk. Suspicious little treat, wasn’t he? The man turned his head, a warm smile on his face. Strangely, his eyes were closed. Curiosity made Colin mimic the man’s movement and stare at the closed eyes. People actually closed their eyes while smiling? That was just…a thing? He had forgotten how strange humans could be. But at least they weren’t other Hollows or Arrancar – humans were more interesting.
As he pondered this, the man’s eyes finally opened. The moment their eyes met, Colin’s sight immediately narrowed – as though he were looking through a pitch-black tunnel. Surprised, he blinked in an attempt to clear his vision. It didn’t help and now the man had disappeared from beside him. Colin was on his feet in an instant. He should have just knocked the man out instead of playing with his food. But it was so much fun letting them think they had a fighting chance against him. So he didn’t turn in the direction of the man’s reiatsu. Instead, he casually tucked his left hand into the pocket of his pants while his right hand dangled near Estampido Supersónico. “Well. I was hoping for a bit of conversation with a handsome young man – perhaps even a delightful romp on the cliff.”
His vision would be utterly useless right now. He would have to rely on his other senses as well as his pesquisa in order to subdue this man. He sighed heavily, closed his eyes and located the man’s delicious reiatsu. “Yet it seems you would rather be antagonistic towards me. Pity.” With an audible crack, he sonido’d a foot behind the man in the blink of an eye. “I didn’t want to break you before fucking you.” As he finished speaking, he aimed a low roundhouse kick at the man’s legs in an attempt to drop the man to the ground.

E ven if I close my eyes You're Still Watching me ♠Ikkyu Akiyama ♠Words: 523 ♠Notes --- By the dumb look the man had on his face Ikkyu assumed it was safe to say that his technique had worked. He smirked a bit, knowing now he had an advantage. There weren't many who could work to well without sight. He had struggled with it for years before figuring out his other senses well enough to function. Colin took a moment but it seemed he had a bit of an idea of what he was doing. He must have been much better at sensing than Ikkyu hopes he had been. He looked way too relaxed to be worried about what Ikkyu had done to him. That made his smirk vanish. He even had the time to sound cool with his comment about wanting some kind of friend. This was going to be bad. Maybe he'd be jumping from the cliff after all, though the man would probably just follow him now. He seemed none to happy now.
Those thoughts were cut short. The man disappeared but only a second later he was behind Ikkyu. He turned quickly with a wide stare. This really wasn't goo at all. What the man said next sealed that idea. It even made a cold sweat form on Ikkyu's skin that was a few shades paler. He really was getting himself into bad situations lately. He still had a chance though. When Colin sent his kick, Ikkyu jumped up into the air, clearing the man's legs before he landed with a harsh thud. The man was plenty close enough to Ikkyu to use his sword skills. He might as well use his advantage while he could. When he landed he lunge the short distance forward, spinning his katana in his hand so its blade was in position to pierce right into Colin's torso if he didn't move. Even if he did use that speed from a few seconds ago Ikkyu made another spinning movement with his sword, quickly making a full circle with it so any way Colin went could end up with a slash from the weapon.
After that he took a few steps back just in case Colin didn't stray far. He needed tome to see him if he could get it. His vision problem would likely wear off any moment and he needed to be ready to use something else a bit more powerful if he needed to.Jeez speaking of those dependent on their eyes he had gotten pretty bad. What was he supposed to do when they were the entirety of his power? Ikkyu really hated his luck sometimes. Like now. This guy was strong and he was pretty sure his ass was in danger like some of Blood's girls always were. He didn't sign up for this kind of stuff. He'd just have to get out of there and kill the arrancar. "Sorry to disappoint you bit I can't say I'm all for your plan, Sir" he spoke in a somewhat annoyed yet still smooth tone like he was just taunting him to come out so he could attack again. It couldn't hurt too much to try. Right?

Colin grit his teeth in frustration as his kick failed to connect. Little brat was fast, he’d give him that. He needed to incapacitate the man – a task complicated by his newfound blindness. What were the mechanics of it? The attack was initiated by eye contact. But how long would it last? Did it have a range? How did he break it? These questions ran rapidly through his brain as he straightened up and took a step back. And then he was distracted by an odd sensation. It was as if he had been pricked in his right breast. As the object – most likely the man’s sword – was withdrawn from his chest, Colin leapt back several feet so that he was out of range of any melee attacks.
His hand skimmed up his body to poke the area that had been pierced. The wound wasn’t deep or large, but he could feel blood slowly soaking into his jacket. Damn, but this was problematic. He’d never had to fight blind before and though he could sense the man’s reiatsu, he couldn’t sense the sword or see how the man was moving. He needed to see, even if it was a limited field of vision. He tilted his head down and cracked his eyes open. His vision was still clouded by blackness, but he thought that the circle of light had widened slightly. Perhaps the technique was wearing off already? All right, if he could manage to avoid further eye contact he would be okay. Now how did he go about incapacitating this little morsel?
“Sorry to disappoint you but I can’t say I’m all for your plan, Sir.”
Colin snorted. The man sounded annoyed, though that didn’t detract from the silken sound of his voice. Was he trying to taunt the Arrancar? That was hilarious. Weaklings so often had such bravado. They needed to convince themselves of their own strength rather than letting the strength speak for itself. He would have to show this man what true strength was. In fact, that might be the way to end this quickly with minimal damage to his new toy. He opened his eyes slightly more. The blackness was definitely not as clouding as it was when he was first hit. He just needed to wait a little longer for it to dissipate entirely. In the meantime, he lifted his head up once more while keeping his gaze on the ground. “That’s a shame. But you wouldn’t be the first person who was unwilling at first. I’ll just beat you into submission like the rest.” As he spoke, he pulled Estampido Supersónico from its holster.
“Kuuki o funsai shite, Estampido Supersónico!” He cracked the whip and was engulfed in a towering cyclone of golden reiatsu. After a few moments, the cyclone rapidly shrank – unveiling Colin’s Resurrección. As the cyclone disappeared Colin cracked his neck, rolled his shoulders and stretched the feathery black wings that had sprung from his shoulder blades. He let out a pleased sigh as he felt the pull on his tensed muscles, even as blood began soaking through the golden halter top he now wore. He had forgotten just how wonderful it was to be in this form. And now, it was playtime. He chuckled and clapped his hands. “Congratulations. It’s been a while since I’ve had to release my Resurrección.” As he spoke, he also vibrated the second set of vocal cords located at the base of his Hollow hole. With those vocal cords, he said, “Let me shower you with attention. Lower your sword, relax your defenses and let me show you delights greater than anything you have ever dreamed of.”

E ven if I close my eyes You're Still Watching me ♠Ikkyu Akiyama ♠Words: 477 ♠Notes: --- Ikkyu knew that the blindness wouldn't be lasting much longer against a man like this. He was too strong and by the looks of things the black was clearing up and taking away Ikkyu's advantage. He gripped his sword tightly, ready to dash forward again as the man talked about forcing him into whatever he wanted. The lord knew that this man probably could. He just had to pray that God wouldn't allow that to happen. It seemed God was a bit mad at him though for something because there was a spike of power that made Ikkyu take a step back, eyes widening slightly. It was coming right from the man and then he was obscured from sight by a speedy cyclone of wind. Things just got so much worse for him. There was only one thing that could be happening and from what he had studied it was an arrancar's release. Why this man wasn't using such a thing was beyond him but Ikkyu knew he was really screwed now. Why did God seem to hate him so much lately?
The cyclone cleared away and the man's new form was revealed and it was really a from. Ikkyu was rethinking not jumping off that cliff. He'd be a lot safer doing that. Colin congratulated him but to be honest Ikkyu wasn't feeling all that lucky or excited about his prize. There was another voice though. Ikkyu couldn't place it. It sounded like the man but he knew that he would never listen or obey him. This voice... it made him begin to drop his guard even though he knew he was in trouble. His grip loosened on his blade and his shoulders went lax as he began to given into it. What was going on? This wasn't right. Not at all. Then it struck him. Arrancars gained powers in the resurreccions.This..this had to be some kind of power the man had. It was a type of power Ikkyu was very familiar with so it wasn't hard to recognize. If Colin wanted to fight that way then Ikkyu was all up for it.
He pushed that underlying voice aside the best he could, resuming his stance. He looked to Colin's eyes again but this time they wouldn't cause the man's vision to go black. Instead he began his own influence technique. It wasn't fancy enough to have its own voice but it would directly have some effect on the emotions running in the guy's head. He pushed the idea of Colin being the one to drop his power, forget everything and just walk away. It was taking a lot of power for him to do so, even more willpower as Colin's second voice continued to calm him. He wouldn't be able to keep this up long and it was his absolute last chance.

There was no verbal response from the man, but the fact he hadn’t attacked yet implied that Colin was having some success with Lengua de Plata. Colin flexed his fingers as he took a step closer. The blackness was finally beginning to noticeably disappear from his vision by now. It wouldn’t be too much longer before he would finally see unimpeded. Even as he stepped forward, he was already seeing most of the man in front of him. He might not be able to track rapid movements with his usual ease, but he could definitely see where the sword was now. So it wouldn’t do to screw that up, would it? He needed to avoid the other man’s gaze at all costs. That was a shame; he liked to see the realization darken their eyes as despair swept through them. It made what followed after their defeat feel and taste unbelievably good.
Sighing slightly, he kept his gaze on the man’s lips. It was close enough to let him peripherally view the entire face – it really was a lovely face; he would enjoy ramming his cock into that pretty mouth – but also far enough to avoid directly meeting the man’s eyes. Now he just had to go about wearing his toy down before claiming him and returning to Las Noches. With any luck, Angelis wouldn’t notice his acquisition for a little while and he could have great fun. And perhaps – if the pet learned well and played properly – he might let him go home once Colin became bored with him. He probably wouldn’t, but he did like rewarding good pets. Chuckling, he began circling the man in a wide circle. He didn’t say a word – not audibly, at least. His secondary vocal cords, however, were working overtime. “Aww, you don’t want me to make you feel good? You don’t want to feel my hands running up and down your body as I worship you? That hurts me. You really should let me. It would make me so happy to make you feel good. I love to reward others for their good behavior. So lower your sword already.”
The man slowly turned with him, seeming to become more agitated with every passing moment. And well he should. Whatever countermeasures he was thinking of trying would be useless now. Colin had no intention of looking in the man’s eyes again until he was battered into submission. He chuckled again as the man charged at him, sword lashing out once within range. “Don’t tell me you’re getting skittish now. Oponerse Viento.” He swept his arm up, sending out a blast of compressed air that perfectly blocked the man’s sword strike. The man faltered for a moment and Colin could see the slight trembling in his body. However, he didn’t falter long and continued trying to land a hit. Colin simply continued to block each strike with Oponerse Viento. After a moment, Colin grinned. The darkness was almost completely gone and he was finally tracking the man’s movements properly. Now the fight could truly begin. The man was gradually wearing himself out, but Colin was simply becoming bored with turning and blocking each strike. Not only that, but the man was trying to get a straight look in Colin’s eyes. Jerking his head about in order to avoid it was starting to become bothersome. So as the man continued to skittishly strike and try to catch his eye, Colin murmured “Soplo de Viento.” The air around his right arm began to spin lazily as he pulled it in and molded his reiatsu into it. Though he still blocked and dodged, his focus was on the spinning air as it began to whirl faster and faster with each passing moment. He continued to pull the air in tighter, compressing it tighter as he molded more reiatsu into it. Yet he didn’t fire yet. He wanted to end this properly and that would require a properly formed Soplo de Viento. Wrinkling his nose, he vibrated his secondary cords. “Stop your persistent attacks! I only wish to shower you with attention!” As the words slipped from his Hollow hole, the darkness finally vanished completely from his gaze.

E ven if I close my eyes You're Still Watching me ♠Ikkyu Akiyama ♠Words: 829 ♠Notes: --- He was wasting his time and energy and he knew it. He knew that this man was looking at his face but he must have learned a lesson about Ikkyu's eyes. Sometimes having a power so dead set on direct eye contact was a pain when it came to opponents that weren't as dumb as rocks like hollows or fucked up togabito who had gone mad from centuries of torture. Finally Ikkyu just gave up his attempts. It wasn't going to do him any good. No connection was going to be made. There was also that voice soothing his every fear melt away and he didn't even feel that need to use his power as his last defense. Damn this man. Ikkyu was a goner and he knew it. Those words sent a certain comfort through his entire being. He felt himself craving those things that Colin was promising him even if he could tell that wasn't really how things were going to play out. His sword lowered again and his body went lax. He even took a step closer to Colin, a happy look in his eyes.
That was short lived though as he forced himself to stop with what control he had over his body. It was becoming more and more difficult though. He just kept turning to always be facing Colin, not wanting to let the man out of his sight for a second. The hairs on the back of his neck stood up and his breath was ragged with his nervousness. He probably looked like a scared mess when compared to the other man's overwhelmingly calm composure. He hated it. Ikkyu grit his teeth and made the thought to move, surpised to see that his body actually decided to listen to his own will instead of the stronger one overpowering him. He lunged forward with speed, drawing his sword back in a rather obvious attack but he could only manage so much right now. When he swung though his sword met air, a swipe of air compressed to liken that of a blade. It threw his blade right back, sending Ikkyu sliding back a few feet as well. Well it was clear the man could see fine again and that Ikkyu was going to have to do a lot better. The thing was it was hard enough to control his body. Not oly was it being overtaken by influence but he was scared. He knew what people were like better than most. He knew all the evil things they could do and he could only imagine what 'Love' this guy had in store for him. He couldn't help but feel his hands go numb as he paled and trembled where he stood. He wasn't going to just give up though.
Ikkyu put in everything he had and actually found it easier to move. He ran ahead again, using better attacks but everytime he only met those same blocks of air that stopped hims hort. Colin wasn't even breaking a sweat. It was clear that Ikkyu was in over his head. Colin was more powerful than Ikkyu thought he would be. He had gotten even stronger too. He didn't have a chance. He kept an eye on what Colin was doing, trying to find a loophole but all he spotted was the build of a second attack, instantly he leapt back, not wanting to get close anymore with the speed those other attacks were already coming. It would be suicide to go in for another close attack with something that could probably rip him apart charging up. Ikkyu was a mess not foolish. Well not foolish enough for that.
That voice started up again and Ikkyu swayed. His sword did drop and he relaxed his shoulders. It seemed he was finally giving into all of this. He was exhausted. He had spent his energy on a useless, taxing eye technique and even more when he went in for a least a dozen attacks with his sword. He couldn't keep fighitng back anymore. He kept his control for a second, drawing back his sword again like he was going to run forward again. Instead though he used bringer's light, reappearing off to the side. He was slower than before but still it was something. Instead of slashing this time he through his sword forward like a dagger of sorts even if it wasn't made for such a thing. It was his only hope for any kind of surprise. He slid to a stop on shakey legs, faltering and nearlyy falling to his knees. Though they bent, nearly giving way he didn't give into the weakness overtaking him. He stayed standing, watching Colin with eyes showing the conflict inside of him. They were half filled with frightened hatred in a glare yet some part of them showed the longing for those empty promises that sounded so soothing. He was gone.

For a moment, it looked as though Colin wouldn’t need Soplo de Viento. The man’s sword dropped and its shoulders visibly relaxed. It had fought hard against a much stronger opponent. Colin was amazed it was still standing, it looked so exhausted. But he could still see some fight in its eyes. It hadn’t given in just yet, which was irksome. It came as no surprise when the man hoisted its sword back up and readied itself for another strike. He really needed to fight in this form more often – he seemed to be losing his touch. He lifted his palm and aimed the whirling vortex at the man, assuming it would attempt another head-on attack.
To his surprise, it flickered from view with a burst of green light and reappeared to one side. Yet with his vision restored, it was little trouble to see the man set down shakily. It could still strategize? Wonders never ceased. He vibrated his secondary vocal cords again. “Don’t do it. You won’t like the consequences.” But the man failed to listen this one last time as it threw its sword at Colin – as if it thought the weapon was a dagger. He simply swiped his free hand up and sent out a final Oponerse Viento. The sword collided with the compressed air, bounced off and fell to the ground a few feet away. He held the man’s gaze for a moment as it glared at him. The conflict in its eyes was delicious. It had finally reached the end of its rope and they both knew it. With a crack he sonido’d ten feet behind the man, lifted his palm and fired the keening vortex at the man’s back. Soplo de Viento collided with explosive force, sending the man flying several feet before it came crashing to a halt.
Colin waited several moments. He wanted to make absolutely certain that the man was down for the count. Otherwise, he’d have to fire a cero and just obliterate the brat. The sex wasn’t worth that much effort. However, the man remained unmoving, so he slowly approached it. He nudged it with his foot, earning a quiet groan from his defeated prey. His foot traveled upwards and rested gently on its back for a moment. He looked down at the battered little human, contemplating it as he ground his heel into its back. The grunt of pain had him licking his lips. “You know, I don’t really like punishing my toys,” he murmured. He lifted his foot up and kicked the man in the kidney, causing it to cry out in pain and curl up – desperately trying to avoid more pain. Colin began circling it. He hooked a thumb into the waist of his pants, his fingers rubbing idly against the leather. “I want you to feel good. I want to reward you. But you are all so…insolent.” He kicked again, his foot landing solidly in the middle of the man’s back. “You all think you’re stronger or smarter or better. But you just aren’t.” He squatted down by the man’s head and grabbed a handful of beautiful blue hair. He roughly jerked the man’s head up and looked it in the eyes. He knew this was dangerous, but did not care – he had won.
He smiled gently, though his entire expression was sincerely melancholic. “I don’t like it, but I guess you’ll have to be taught. And your lesson is just beginning.” He let go of the man’s hair before hoisting the man onto his shoulders and standing up. Turning slightly, he opened a Garganta that led directly to his bedroom in his palace and stepped through with his prize in tow.
