FACE CLAIM:
VOCALOID -- VY2
HEIGHT:
6'0
WEIGHT:
153 lbs
APPEARANCE:
Kazuhiko is not a very intimidating man. He is tall yes, but extremely lanky. His muscle build is bare minimum, enough to not make him look like he at least eats once a weak or something while paling in comparison to even a normal person. His arms and legs are long for even his height which doesn't help him look any meatier. To top it all off his skin made the decision long ago that it was on going to take in a little bit of color at most, leaving him with more than just fair skin. In the right like he looks as white as a ghost. One choice he actually made himself that adds to how little of a threat he appears to be is the color of his hair. He never came up with a good reason for it but he keeps his hair colored a light pink. He finds that it suits him best rather than the black hair he was born with that all but helped him not look like an emo. He keeps his hair cut clean yet in layers than fan out a bit in some places. His bangs are cropped down below his eyes but he does what he can to keep them clear of his vision. Speaking of his eyes they are bright green in color, in fact almost looking yellow at times. Half of the time they are rather calm looking, dull and uncaring. They of course fill with life and rage when he gets pissed off, which is about the other half of his life. At least when he's singing they light up with less anger. That certainly doesn't mean anyone is safe from being hit in the face with a microphone stand though.
So when Kazuhiko carries around his favorite sword, Mizki, its needless to say it doesn't look right. He keeps the girly looking sword hanging on a strap that loops off of his belt, levaing it to hang at his side. Unknowingly he makes it look like even more of a decoration. While he may not look like he's capable of using it, he is quite skilled with the blade, perhaps not a master but he has enough skill and strength to get by.
He doesn't go very classical or fancy with his clothes despite his upbringing. In fact it's quite the opposite. Kazuhiko doens't exctly feel any need to boast about his annoyingly, over-traditional family. He usually wears some kind of jean or casual pant with some tshirt over top. He always has some form of a belt, mostly because pants long enough for him need a belt to be held up without tailoring which is just a pain, especially because no one is competant enough for him to stand. He also usually has on the same white hoodie. It is white with a black trimming and hood as well as black stripes racind down the sides of both of his sleeves. On the back of his hoodie is a large heart design, made up of several blocky looking pink and blackk hearts with several black spikes sticking out from it. This matches his fullbring which is the pin his wears on his chest or has tucked away somewhere at all times. His sleeves are tucked into a pair of gloves. His gloves are black with pink metal plates seeming to be drilled into the back of them over his hand, resembling the shapes of CDs. On his left hand he wears a silver ring that has two rings for his middle and ring finger. The deisgn on top is a pink retangle with white areas to make it look like a tape. something else he nearly always wears is a black beanie hat. Underneath he may or may not have his silver headphones tucked.

EXTRAS:
Anyone who looks at Kazuhiko would expect some one more quiet and timid than he really is. A lot more timid and quiet. Sometimes he really is quiet. Half of the time he doesn't say that much unless he finds some way to carry on a conversation. Usually these conversations don't last more than a few sentences though. He'd much rather spend his time staring into space and thinking about whatever as opposed to interacting with people. He's not good at it and he doesn't try to be.
The chances of getting anything out of him are based on two very different occasions. One of the more pleasant is to get him up on stage to perform, or even just get him singing in some kind of practice or jam session. His is still relatively calm, but not in the same, boring way. Instead it is a calm that comes with comfort and confidence. He is lively and full of energy when he performs for some reason. It's one of the things he truly finds himself able to enjoy. Because of this it had always been his goal to get some kind of a band together. This of course led to its own problems for him.
Needless to say their son having a rock band wasn't the future his parents had seen for him. His father had trained him in fighting for a reason. He was banking on Kazuhiko going forward into a martial artist career or into some swordplay. Kazuhiko showed much promise when he was younger, winning several competitions. He was well on his way to getting a trip to the Olympics. Kazuhiko of course had his own plans and when he was eighteen he dropped fighting competitively. Since then he hadn't spoken a word to his father who might as well have disowned him, giving him enough to get by for a few months on his own that he had been saving from prizes that would have paid for trips to competitions that would further his career. Because of this Kazuhiko doesn't depend too much on other people if he doesn't have to. He can usually do it better himself anyway.
On the other side of his not so dull personality is his temperamental side. Even when he was a child his temper was out of control and not much else has changed since them. If he can actually stand some one or some how call them a friend he may do a bit more to try and control his raging temper. Anyone else is an open target to his wrath. It doesn't take much to upset him. Getting stuck in traffic, being belittled, wrongful criticism. All of these are just some of the things that drive him mad. He won't stand for things needing to be redone, nor will he stand for incompetence. This is also another reason he is immensely independent about several things. There's also the parts he's just anal about, like his hair or his motorcycle or his swords. He has extremely violent reactions when he is angered. There have been times he has hit people with microphone stands or even tried to really stab people at competitions (which were avoided due to people standing by). He has chased people onto the sidewalk on his motorcycle, intent on running them over and he is not afraid of getting into a fist fight, mostly cause he can usually win.
WEAPONRY/POWERS
TOOLS OF WAR
quote or lyrics here; not too long
WEAPONS:
-Mizki: Mizki takes the shape of a two foot long wakizashi. Its blade is silver, almost white in color. It rests in a black sheath with black and pink striped straps wrapped around it which Roro uses to keep it hooked to his belt loops. The sheath is decorated with the grey design of a skeleton and hearts. Mizki's handle is light pink in color, wrapped in black cloth. Off the end of it chains jingle together.
Yuuma-Yuuma is a katana that he may carry around instead of Mizki, especially if he is expecting trouble. Because of the bigger sie its a bit more of a hassle to carry around since he can't jus strap it onto his belt so he just holds it at all times. The blade is a shining silver with basically no signs of age on it. Its handle is a bright green though its wrapped in black so its hard to tell the color. The sheath is a mixed deign of green and orange yet once again this is hard to see due to a metal place of dark grey that covers it in most areas. Tired to the side of the sheath is a yellow string he keeps in a small bow.
FULLBRING:
name: Kitsuen Shinzo (Smoke Heart)
item: His item is a three inch wide pin. It matches the design on the back of his hoodie, made up od several straight edge, white, pink and black hearts with black spikes jutting out from behind it, extending out to a four inch length from tip to tip at most. He usually wears it pinned onto his sweatshirt but at other times he'll keep it tucked away in a pocket or even under his hat if he's wearing it.
ability: Smoke.
TECHNIQUES:
For: Fullbring
Name: Smoke Screen
Type: Passive
Cooldown: 4 posts
Cost: low
Range: long
Description: Smoke starts to flow out of his hands at a rapid speed. Over one post, thick. black smoke covers an area of roughly fifty feet in diameter, spreading to 100 feet over the next post. This can be used to wither get away or get an advantage of surprise on his enemy. After two more posts it keeps spreading, clearing out until it's not very hard to see through
For: Fullbring
Name: Touch my Body
Type: passive
Cooldown: 6 posts
Cost: medium
Range: self
Description: for one post Kazuhiko transforms his body into a more smokey substance. He will still feel the immense pain since whatever the attack was would go through him entirely. The damage that he would have taken can be avoided though. If something is left inside of him after one post then it remains there to do damage unless taken out which can only be done if the object is sticking out. Obviously this makes some kind of risk for using this technique.
For: Fullbring
Name: choke and die
Type: offensive
Cooldown: 5 posts
Cost: medium
Range: long
Description: my making the smoke that comes out of his hands a bit thicker, he can use it like Smoke Screen, spreading it over a large area over two posts. This smoke is a lot easier to choke on though and it fades away one post slower.

HISTORY:
Kazuhiko was born into a very traditional home. It wasn't so dreadful that he was raised in an old fashioned way but he might as well have been. His father obsessed over the past. He was a historian and all that so that was a bit of a give in. He decided the past was a lot better than the present world so he preferred his son to grow up like an old samurai warrior. From the time Kazuhiko could remember he had some kind of blade, starting up with some scrawny excuse of a knife and working his way up from there.
He didn't hate the plans his father had made for him. In fact it turned out he liked cutting things up or stabbing things. He was always so angry so violence was a great way to let that out. He fought better when it was like this so no one did anything to stop him, not that they could anyway. His mother wasn't the healthiest woman. Something happened right before he was born that left her in such a state. He was pretty sure that was why he was so scrawny and able to develop all but well. He was still unnaturally strong for his age when he was young so not even his father was able to completely stop him from his outbursts. Eventually they learned to just let it be.
He was allowed to attend a normal school, mostly because his parents got busy so that was the only option. When he entered school he was a bit confused with some of the things kids were speaking of. He hadn't ever watched tv or really spent time playing around. None of them talked about long deceased warriors or fighting so he didn't bother trying to pay them much mind. He did connect during his first music class though. It was something amazing to him. The songs were absolutely cheesy and painful but the instruments in them left him in a bit of awe. That same night he got home and begged his parents for one of them, which they refused him. It wasn't a part of how they wanted him brought up so it just wasn't happening. Kazuhiko wasn't happy about this fact, of course going through with his training with more violence than normal.
Of course later on he realized that there was one instrument they couldn't stop him from getting. While his parents were at work for the few hours after he got home, Kazuhiko would try his hand at singing, finding that he wasn't bad at it at all. He kept up his side talent for when his parents weren't home, doing his best not to let them no about it before they cut out his throat or something. His dad was into weird stuff like that so he played it safe.
He was getting less and less time to sing though as he got older and got homework he didn't care about to add to the time he spent training with his swords or training his body. Not to mention his father began to enter him into contests. It was true he liked fighting, but it wasn't something he wanted to be so serious about. It barely contained his anger anymore. He had to go out and meet people to fight and he hated meeting people because they were always cocky kids and he wound up crossing the line on more than one occasion. He was pretty sure he put a few kids in the hospital but he never really cared to find out what state they were in so he was unsure.
School got to be more and more of a hassle for him when he got into high school. He was too tired during the day and didn't care enough to try and not be tired. He barely passed two classes, one being history and the other being art or something which was impossible to do bad in. failing the rest his first year. His parents were of course not happy with this, scolding him and saying a bunch of things he didn't listen to. He just didn't care about stuff like school. It wasn't his thing. His second year went more or less the same except he met a few people he didn't hate. They started to spend nights out, going around the city to different pubs where tiny bands would play sometimes. That was when his music interest picked back up again. He was caring less and less about school and less and less about his competitions, missing some all together or showing up exhausted, even if that didn't stop him from winning.
He was out like any other night when one of his friends gave him some weird looking badge. It was explained to him that it was the logo of the band he was forming and that was a formal invitation to join it, he hadn't been so secretive about his voice with his friends. Kazuhiko was more than ready to jump at the chance, following his friend home to meet whoever else he had gotten to join, praying they weren't noobs.
It was then that some monster ran up from behind them. for some reason Kazuhiko had been able to sense it, turning around and spotting it before it brought a large, clawed hand down toward them. His friend had asked what was up before letting out a cry of pain. Kazuhiko had reacted thanks to years of training but his friend, who he'd find out had never even been able to see the beast, wasn't so athletic and two claws ripped right through his torso.
Suddenly smoke began to pour out of his hands, leaving Kazuhiko rather confused. He didn't take long to ponder it though. This wasn't why he always carried Mizki, but it turned out to be a pretty good reason in the end. The smoke offered him more than enough cover to attack on his own and he was actually able to hit his mark. He didn't get why he was a master monster hunter like one of those guys in mangas. He had always felt different but this was just a bit too fantasy for him. Even still that didn't stop him from eventually finding that good spot to cut, the mask apparently, and with that the beast was done for. His friend wasn't so lucky, long dead before Kazuhiko could call for any help. Coming up with a story was difficult given the wounds. He just claimed they had been jumped by a gang or something and that he was able to fight them off being the champion that he was.
Of course the band didn't work out, but Kazuhiko kept the badge he had been given, feeling some strong connection to it now. He also came out to his parents that he would be pursing music as well as dropping out of school. It had been a bust anyway. They were of course upset but they didn't kick him out. there was still fighting on his side. Two years later though he gave that up as well. It wasn't what he wanted to do with his life so he wasn't going to. With that they disowned him, giving him a few months worth of rent and sending him off to do whatever.
He found a place quick. It was nothing special but when had he cared about interior decorating? He got a job at a music store which got him into contact with several professionals, getting tips and tricks and a few phone numbers even. No longer fighting he had a lot more time on his hands. Sure he'd work his voice every night but he was also messing around with that strange smoke he'd had control over for a few years now. In time he got more and more control over it, even being able to turn into it with enough concentration.
After seeing band after band try and fail, Kazuhiko made the choice that he was going to have his own go at this. He had noted what worked and what didn't and he had more than enough connections to get started. The only problem was he didn't have any other members besides himself and he had never bothered to pick up some instrument and try to learn how to play. He figured it would never stack up to a voice he had been using for some odd fifteen years. So now he's out looking, fighting monsters on the side and punching faces the rest of the time just like any old manga character which he apparently was turning into.
RP SAMPLE:
It was way too early in the morning for this kind of thing. Kazuhiko had been sitting in traffic for at least an hour, abusing the engine of his motorcycle for no reason at all. God how he knew how it felt just idly standing by, not being able to race through the streets at its full potential like how he usually rode it despite it being very much illegal probably. He wouldn't be able to take much more of this. He had better things to do even though it was he day off. He needed to pick up some equipment before he headed off to different clubs through the afternoon to see if anyone worth while was playing, if anyone worth stealing away from a shitty band was playing. the way things were going now though that future was getting blurred with his annoyance. After another two minutes he was just done.
With no regard for laws or safety, Kazuhiko just set forward, intent on sliding in between two of the cars ahead of him that were probably to close together in their lanes. He could weave his way through then continue to do so through whatever cars were still ahead of him which was obviously a lot of traffic was this slowed. He couldn't care less about that though. It seemed this just wasn't going to work though because he heard loud scraping noises as soon as he started on his path. Right away two heads were peaking out of windows at him, looking at his bike and looking at their cars. They weren't very happy about what he had gone and done. That wasn't that big of a shocker. Kazuhiko was pale.... paler with horror when he heard that sound. His bike was precious to him, and now it probably got some scratches because two dumbasses didn't know they didn't have to stay right on the line of the lane. He was probably more pissed than either of the car owners even if it had been his fault.
One of the drivers that was looking out of their window yelled something at him. Kazuhiko wasn't listening enough to actually know what was being said. He could guess it was about him though based in the anger the man wore and the way he was shaking his gross, old man fist toward him. Kazuhiko wasn't very amused by this fact. In fact he took off his helmet, returning that glare with the intensity being five fold anything that geezer could ever dream of. He let loose the throttle on his bike and it reared up on the back wheel which allowed him easier access through the tight space so long as he kept it steady, which he did easily with just his one free hand. The other hand busied itself with holing back his very solid, black helmet before swinging it forward just at the right moment. It impacted just to the right of the man's head, leaving a dent in his door that made it clear how deadly that blow could have been if it hit the man's head dead on. Once he was past the two cars he spun on the back tire of his motorcycle with a slight skidding sound. It fell back down onto both wheels, at a completely stop. Kazuhiko looked back to the people in the cars who looks more scared than angry now. Not saying anything, Kazuhiko just put his helmet back on, revving up the engine of his bike. Those bastards were lucky he didn't run their cars over like he was tempted to. Instead he headed toward the sidewalk, pulling up onto it and racing into an alley he knew led to a less busy street he could speed away on before they law got called. He didn't have time for shit like that.
