How is this going to work exactly? Can someone simplify. Because at the moment it reads as though the NPC hollow/togabito/boogeyman that appears in the thread can be entirely controlled by the member in question. This removes the point of having any kind of staff input since members are already able to control NPC as they choose.
In regards to how it should work, why overcomplicate things? If someone wants an intrusion, and yes - I'm referring to them as intrusions from now on, then they can simply ask a staff member to enter the thread with conflict in mind. They will then go ahead with it, choosing from a selection of pre-made NPC generic hollow with a stat base to match, or perhaps only nearly match, those involved in the thread.
Or if the member is getting control, it requires no staff input until it comes to the thread being completed and graded for any possible stat/rank increases. My old site used to run a similar system with the moderators in charge of overseeing the day to day running of the IC boards being in charge of assigning threads for posting and such, using a generic moderator account in order to always reply from the same account. It also allowed any staff member with access to it to reply to these threads incase of unforseen absences and the like.
My two cents.
