The moment of his defeat continued to play over and over in the Segunda's mind. Maybe if he didn't get distracted by Rou, this wouldn't have even happened. It wasn't his fault that he couldn't help but smile and lose touch with reality when he saw the Tercera happy. It was just something that has always happened to him. Raijin couldn't really explain it. And he knew, because of this, he would never hear the end of the taunting that was about to come from the Heroine. He had lost, and therefore has become her sidekick.
He simply stared at his fellow Espada. He wasn't worried for a moment that Rou would actually injure him. She wouldn't dare to, at least. However, Raijin couldn't help but stare at her as she flew into the air. He felt the sand shift, the force of the blades hitting the ground sending out a slight shockwave. Just as the moonshine seemed to disappear, his head being coated with Rou's blonde and black hair. He couldn't help but gag slightly at the smell, still dirty from the hollow guts and blood. However, that didn't keep him from smiling back at her.
At least, until the bits and pieces of hollow landed right on top of his face. His face quickly became one of disgust, a few pieces falling into his mouth. He coughed and gagged, turning over slightly to spit out the saliva-coated piece. It tasted like shit. Hollows really were disgusting creatures. He continued to spit and cough through Rou's entire pose, not paying any attention to the Heroine or what she said. No one else was around to see it either. Her entire Heroic and victorious moment was wasted. Just as her words were lost during the massive coughing that Raijin had to do to clear his throat of the disgusting hollow.
Raijin rotated to his initial position, his back resting against the warm sand. He wiped some of the guts off of his face, and threw them to the sand besides him. He looked up at Rou as she giggled, her moment over. He smiled slightly, knowing full well he deserved any teasing that came after this. "I know you are, my Heroic Princess" He teased back, before grabbing her hand. "don't you know? Heroes are meant to let the Princesses win. That's why I let you win. A hero must always make sure the Princess comes first" He responded, smiling at her. Of course he would forgive her. It was his fault that he was injured in the first place. However, that didn't stop him from teasing the girl. That's why he tightened the grip on her hand, and pulled her towards the ground. Directly towards him.

Rou watched as the other espada gagged on something, tilting her head in wonder as she watched him, not really sure what he was having such a fit about. She then noticed some left over hollow come up from his mouth which made even her cringe a bit. It really was gross. They were really gross. Seriously even Rou kind of wanted to be cleansed of it. She felt it dripping down her legs, squeezing into the space her boots left then squishing around getting her socks all wet and making walking send chills up the hero's spine. She picked some of it out of her hair, tossing it to the pile Raijin had started. She had actually gotten rather occupied with it for a while until Raijin spoke again.
What did he say?!
Rou looked to him with her brows furrowed, a clear pout on her face. What was he talking about. She had won that fair and square! It wasn't because Raijin let her! Rou removed her hands from her hair, effectively whipping some more slime right down to Raijin's face. She balled her fists up at her sides, looking down at him with what could be classififed as a Rou version of anger. Really it wasn't all that much different from her pouting face except the way her brows knitted into a more mad then sad face. She glared down at him half-heartedly.
"Seaweed Headddddddd!" the girl whined, drawing out his nickname as she lifted her foot then stomped it back into the sand. "Thats not right at all!" she couldn't exactly come up with a better argument at that moment, not that she would have been able to anyway. She wasn't much of a debater. It was more or less she was always right and everyone else was just close or completely wrong. And in this case Raijin was just plain wrong in his think. She was the hero! Rou turned around, her hair slinging more goop his way as she did so. She crossed her arms over her chest, turning her nose up to him. She wasn't going to keep being doubted by Raijin. she was going to prove that she was the hero for good and no longer would she have to hear how much of a princess she was.
The tercera gave no warning before she suddenly took off running. Raijin could follow if he had wanted to. If he chose not to then she could simply drag whatever beast she happened to slay right back to him to show him how much of a hero she was. First though she had to hunt it down. It didn't really matter much if she was running straight out beyond the lands of her kingdom where she could be so easily attacked. She was a strong, brave hero. She could take out anything that got in her way!

Raijin gagged for a bit longer, a small amount of hollow fluid still residing in his throat. The stench didn't help much either, the pile that he stared residing in close proximity. He felt disgusting. He could feel the liquids and guts of the hollow seeping through all of his layers and actually touching his skin. The chains around his arms were slippery, rubbing bits of fluid against his attire. It felt disgusting against. The Segunda really disliked being so...disgusting. It wasn't in his nature to feel so dirty. He was classy, and liked to look the part.
He looked towards his fellow Espada as she turned to face him. He couldn't help smile slightly at the pout he caused. Even if it was angrier than normal, it was still the cute and childish look he had grown to cherish. Though, the more mad look saddened him a bit. He never really meant to make the Tercera mad. It was just him joking around and poking fun at his favorite person. His look soon changed, as he was meet with a face full of slime once more. He jumped up, shaking his head around to try and get it off of his face. The slime was absolutely disgusting.
He couldn't help but be annoyed and give a droll stare at Rou when she dragged out the nickname that he absolutely hated. His hair was not like seaweed at all. It was perfectly fine, smooth, and soft. It wasn't like the rough and wavy mess that was seaweed. It was perfect. "Of course it's right, Princess. The heroes never beat the Princesses. They can only harm and beat bad people. And Princesses are the best people around!" He responded, obviously planning to see this entire thing through. he couldn't just go back on what he said now. He was right, after all. A real hero would never let a princess loss. It was the heroic thing to do. Beat the bad guys, get the girl. It was as simple as that.
Raijin was pulled back with another ball of slop hitting his face. He couldn't help but cringe when it hit him. He had to wipe it off from his eyes. As soon as he could actually see again, all he could see was his favorite Espada running off into the distance. He sighed, having liked some kind of warning as he jumped to his feet. It would be hard to keep up with the Tercera. She was obviously faster than himself. At least in their current state. Nonetheless, Raijin couldn't help but chase after her. He really had nothing else to do, and couldn't leave the princess on her own.
