GENERAL INFO
RULES
Each match will have a staff member acting as a proctor. They will be watching for any misconduct. If you break a rule, you will be issued a warning. If you receive 4 warnings in a match, you will be disqualified and the opponent wins by default. Should you receive another 3+ warnings in another fight, you will be disqualified from the tournament completely.
POINTS SYSTEM
Basically, how you gain/lose points for your team. The first team to reach 100 points wins the tournament. What happens after that... you'll find out later.

GENERAL INFO
+Though the tournament events will be mostly composed of battles, there may be other events in which participants can earn points for their teams.
+There will be 1v1 and 2v2 battles.
+The class/level/amount of points that your character has at the start of the tournament are locked. This means that if you happen to gain points or rank up in RP, those points will not be added to your stats in the tournament. This also counts for new techniques.
+Tournament threads cannot be submitted for points.
+The teams are all balanced. You will not be put against someone of a higher or lower class than your own. eg. ADs will only fight ADs. The only time this isn't true is in 2v2s, since you can attack whoever you want.
+Each match goes until one character gives up or is unable to fight anymore. Characters can die, but it won't be canon, since this is technically a side RP. Killing is not encouraged, however.
+If a battle drags out too long (30+ posts; 32+ posts for 2v2s), it will most likely be frozen by a staff member. From there on out, it will be judged. Staff will announce the winner shortly after.
+If someone drops from the tournament, dies, or is disqualified, another character of the same class can sub in for them. We will ask around for subs if this happens; first one to answer will get the spot.

+If you are in a match, you must post at least once every 72 hours. This is to make sure that we can move onto other rounds as quickly as possible.
+No godmoding, metagaming, or autoing of any kind. Do not simply dodge every single attack that's thrown at you. We will call you on this.
+Do not abuse your techs. Keep your ranges, costs, and caps in mind. We will be checking techs as your character uses them.
+Do not abuse your stats. Limit yourself accordingly, and keep the natural ability prerequisites in mind.
+Do not ignore stage effects.
+Do not argue with proctors. We will discuss everything before we give a warning, so everything will be fair.
+Don't post drama anywhere if you happen to lose or receive a warning. It will be deleted, and you will be dealt with. If you have an issue, PM a staff member.
+Have fun.
