Name: Kraft [Force] Item used: Bow/Ginto Type: Defensive Cost: Mid Cost Range: Long Description: After activating the Ginto, the released energy is sucked in with surrounding Reitsu to form an arrow. However, this particular arrow applies force equal to Maru's Reiryoku. Enemies with a low Hankou will be pushed back instead of damaged, putting a gap between Maru and his target.
Name: Paralysieren [Paralyze] Item used: Bow/Ginto Type: Offensive Cost: Mid Cost Range: Long Description: After activating the Ginto, the released energy is sucked in with surrounding Reitsu to form an arrow. However, this particular arrow applies a slight shock to the struck limb. Afterwards, the affected area will begin to numb in a manner similar to paralysis, slowing movement for one post.

My only issue is with Paralysieren, and it's not a super big one either. You mention that it causes a slight paralysis. I would, at minimum, want to see a post duration (count) for the paralytic effect. From its current description, it just sounds a little permanent - which is a no-no.
Ideally, I'd like to see both a post duration and how exactly it's "paralyzing" the opponent. Is the entire body affected or just the specific limb it strikes? Does the opponent have a little bit more difficult controlling their limb/body or are you aiming for something closer to true paralysis? You'd probably be better off with the slight difficulty in controlling limb/body, as complete paralysis is banned.
The others look fine, though I might ask you to consider adding a limitation to Kraft. Perhaps characters with a higher stat (probably HAN) than Maru's (in this case either BUK or REI) would be somewhat more difficult to push back. Just a thought. Please make the changes to Paralysieren and you should be good.
