I'll stop the whole world from turning in to a monster Nox had zoned out for a bit, lost in her own thoughts and dreams. Her mind was too busy thinking of words to a song she was humming to herself. Did she do this often? Quite so, however it wasn't like she was the only one with a few screws loose. The other Espada had arrived and Nox slowly pulled herself out of the water from her thoughts. Giving everyone else her undivided attention, she was curious what everyone thought. Sure they were working to annihilate the Shinigami, but why?
It was just how everything ended up? Or maybe there was another reason. Keeping to herself, Nox played with a few locks of strawberry hair as her eyes focused on one Espada to the next. Words grew louder and closer to her as she tantilized each idea. A slender finger doodled in the air as if she was directing an elaborate orchestra symphony before realizing all eyes were on her. Shrugging, Nox leaned back, playing with the chain that held her Zanpakuto's sheath.
"We make this in to such a big deal. I could give a simple answer, but that may prove not to be fun." Nox paused for a moment, collecting her scatterbrained thoughts. "We could go in and destroy everything...we could backstab...we could even just sit back and do nothing." Biting her lip, Nox's eyes glanced around before meeting those of her superior.
"You have to realize the Shinigami are probably chatting about the same subject right now as well...of course in different context." Clearing her throat, Nox continued on, keeping her somewhat focused thoughts together for once. "But really. why not just strike at the heart of the Shinigami when they least expect it? There are these things about military tactics at the places with books in the human world. Why not strike with a strong force while detaching a few of us to blend in and cause havoc elsewhere? I for one would love to investigate the Shinigami...I realize that many do not even recognize me as an Arrancar due to my nature as you all know of by now."
Nox crossed her legs, now playing with the coat tail out of curiosity and boredom, despite her gaze fixated on her superior. The fourth Espada kept that ever so clueless, yet mysterious look to her. Nobody ever knew when she'd pull herself from such scatterbrained activity...but she could do it when she wanted to. Key phrase...'When she wanted to'.

"Naw hold it rig'ht there hunna, you wanna be studying them washed out old fools? Is dat wha you wanna be doin darlin? Readin em like some sort of book? " The Baron shook his head and set his hands on the table as he looked down at the smaller Arrancar, the look on his face was something a child usually got from an amused if disappointed adult. "Naw i understand what ya tryin to say, why don't we be all sneaky like and attack from two sides and all dat, split there force rig'ht from dah start... But arn't there another force we be needing to consider? A mostly unknown enemy? Wha we can't just make our move with out knowin all about the other pieces now can wa." He looks around the table, his eyes meeting each of the other espada in turn, and finally coming to rest on Zelena. "That would be like playin chess with out knowin how all the pieces can move and only understandin half the rules, naw i know ya'll are young, but i don't think any of ya are dat dumb. Though i could be mistakan."
He brought the end of his cane down on the hard stone floor, the loud crack of it tolling through out the room. La Croix turns his eyes back to the gathered Espada, his gaze weighing and measuring each in turn as he went down the seats. "Naw you youngins can keep on goin on about plans of attack, and fightin them dirty shinigami if ya want, nothin really stoppin ya, but I say we pool our resources and find out EXACTLY wats goin on, other wise we wont be nothin but dust on the wind, and it wont even be impressive dust at dat. Just lonely specks of worthless trash, like so many of our brothers an sisters that have come before us." He rests his chin on the top of his cane and lets his dark eyes drift close for but a second before going on, his eyes moving rapidly under his eye lids for just that split second.
"I dun know about ya'll but I am no piece of trash to be so easily thrown away like dat. I like makin sweet sweet love way to much for dat, not to mention the drinkin and the eatin that come along with life. You all can feel free ta throw all dat away though, just means more for me." His smile at that was almost wolfish and more then a little roguish at that. " Naw, if we had a little moar info, and had a firmer grasp on dah situation, why we might just pull dis little shindig off... So do any of ya have any info that we can use? Or are ya just gonna go in shootin blind and hopin you hit your target? Cuz if that last parts dah case you can count me out. I wont have no part of some half baked and suicidal plan."

As he sat back and relax, his gaze shifted to the doors as the segunda made his entrance. Forming a smirk he did notice how he acknowledge the other two espada and Lady Zelena, but not himself. It was quite comical to witness since he pretty much already knew how most of the espada felt about him. Well, he had his guesses on who were the ones that hated him the most. Such as the Primera, someone he rarely never talks to, and with good reason. He didn`t like him one bit, he was nothing like the first Primera, someone he could not be close to, but knew about, personality wise. Unlike Starkk, this Primera has defienetly let his title and power go to his head, he was pretentious and he could bet that he hated that Rafeal did not seem to care anthing about the ranks and power level of others. So he was a bit cocky at times, so what, big deal. In some way they all were cocky assholes, but in their own way.
Some seconds later the doors open once more. Who was it? None other than the dillusional child herself, the trecera espada. Someone that Rafeal did not like being in the company of. Lucky for him that she also did not seem to like him very much, but who knows, Rafeal is purely assuming these things, not like he really cared. He was really just ready to get this over with and go about his buisnness, but in the company of no one. Once the trecera arrived, Zelena raised and explained more on why they were here. Lowering his gaze, he wasn`t happy about having to hear everyone pitch their ideas, it should be clear on what they had to do. Luckily all of them were not there or Rafeal would of been bored out of his mind.
Seconds later the Quinto espda made his arrival, the tall brute gave the primera a run for his money in the height catagory, they were both freakishly tall for some reasonhe could not explain. From what he has gathered, this espada was just as odd as the trecera, especially when speaking. "This is going to be tiresome." he spoke in thought while closing his eyes to rest and wait his turn. But before he knew it, another espada came rushing through the doors, and it was the cero. She was almost as annoying as the trcera, both were immature so there was little to no surprise why they were so..... odd.
With that being the last of their interruptions, the speaking finnally commense, first starting with the primera. His opinion was not something he paid much attention to, it was boring, so he held little interest. Then the segunda spoke and Rafeal completely tuned him out, since he really didn`t care for his opinon. Next was the trecera, now she was just showed why she was someone he could not tolerate being around. He barely understood anything the girl said, its was basically gibberish. It could leave the rest of the espada with a questionable expression of sorts. Luckily she finally finished and the Cuatro was given the floor. Now she was someone he listened to, since she wasn`t as annoying to him as the rest were. Her points made some sense as well, but he still didn`t agree much with it.
Next up was the Quinta and Rafeal finally figured out what the others meant by him and his odd way of speaking. He was almost just as difficult to understand as the trecera was, but he understood somethings. It sounded like crap to him, no offense, but there was nothing he gathered from what the Quinta had said. Once he was finish, his eyes finally open, since it was now his turn. Clearing his throat, he press upward a bit in his seat, and look to the area before him. "Why is this carrying into such a long winded debate? It shouldn`t be that difficult to think up our next plan of action. We just need to not make the mistake that our predecessors made two years ago. Each were tooken out by a captain of some kind, well, some were." he paused for a moment so he could place his elbows onto the counter before him. Resting his chin upon his fist, he cleared his throat once more and began speaking. "Anyway, we should play things differently than they. Unlike them, we won`t end up being such failures, well, some of us. Anyway, the ones you speak of, i forget the name. But I say we used them for our own advantage. I doubt they have any grevience with us, nor should they be a problem, not now at least. The shinigami are the problem, and I believe we can end up destroying them all. Are plan of action just needs to be alot more intelligent then the former espada. Such as, we could make the new threat a ally of ours. Well, a momentary ally. Make them do some of the work. In all honesty I do not care, as long as i am able to hack off the heads of some shinigami and enjoy a good fight, I really do not care what we do." he put in his two cents for the time being. Seconds later he sat back in his chair and waited for the next espada to speak.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,bTable][atrb=style, width: 400px; text-align: justify;] Light the fuse...
Time to party! Lilly was a little miffed when Colin spoke up and Zelena didn't say anything to her. With a pouty look, her wide purple saucers stared directly at Colin, as if she was expecting him to do something silly, like have flowers pop out of his shirt collar or something. One could never tell quite what the Decima thought about in her spare time.
Next was Raijin, and as Lilly would put it, 'Rou's Onii-chan'. Not that she didn't like him or anything. Quite the opposite! In fact, she wanted to talk to Raijin really bad, since she never got to, but Rou-chan was such a hog with his time! Lilly could see herself agreeing with Rou's plan as the Decima was probably the only other one that could easily garner what exactly she was talking about through her storybook language. Well, Lilly and Zelena, of course!
Then Nox spoke her own plan... Wait, who was that again? Lilly racked her tweaked little mind on anything she had relating to Nox, but she kept drawing blanks. She gave a long, curious stare to Nox, eyes riveted to the woman's form, only breaking when the Baron began speaking his piece. Lilly yipped in fright as she had, for a moment, forgot that her and Nox weren't the only ones in the room. As he spoke, Lilly strained herself. Dear Zelena, but he had an odd way of talking! Lilly got the gist of it, though. He didn't wanna go into battle without knowing stuff. Lilly could agree with that. She giggled as the Baron somewhat downed the other members of the Meeting, immediately stifling her giggle with a gasp and a clapping of her hands over her mouth. She nervously looked around the room, halfway expecting to be reprimanded, but no such action occurred.
She visibly relaxed when Rafael began speaking his piece, but she only halfway listened to what he said. She was after him, after all! She had to come up with a good plan for her Mama! She had the makings of one, but wasn't really good at piecing everything together herself. Then an idea struck her. If she could not do it alone, why not bring some friends? She was out of the room like a shot right in the middle of Rafael's speech, and back in just in time for hers to begin.
A sharp whistling rattles out from the tiny Decima as she is now carrying a large sack and a whistle around her neck. With a wide grins, she looks to every and nods quickly. "Alright! Lilly's turn! Rafie-kun's right! We all gotta make better plans than the last Espada to go, so that means Lilly's gotta be the best!" Her overly happy face then falls flat as she peers over to Victor, as if expecting him to deny her her chance. "Well... You wont be better than Lilly, anyhow..." She purses her lips as if she were mad, then playfully sticks out her tongue at Victor. "Just playing! Do your best!"
With a swift movement, she digs into the sack, pulling out a wide circular dish, a burnt-up box, and a small crystalline castle. Then she places a straw likeness of Yamamoto on the circular dish, a straw likeness of Zelena next to the castle, and a bland straw figure on the box. Humming, she also takes out a bowl full of marbles and pours it onto the plate, surrounding the straw Yamamoto with them. Then she takes a straw likeness of herself and puts it in between the three places. All of this takes place over five tedious minutes of silence, save for soft clacking. The other Espada might have been thinking oddly about the young Decima, but any errant minds were quickly brought back to the current meeting by another shrill whistle.
"Alright, now!" Lilly grins widely and looks to everyone, making sure everone's paying attention as she stood in her chair. "Everyone has a good plan! They all do stuff that people need to do to win against people!" She then pauses, giving everyone a second to mull over her words or get the ringing out of their ears, whichever they were more preoccupied with. "However! Alone, they are weak! Pitiful! Defenseless! Kinda like us!" She crosses her arms and nods before continuing. "Also just like us, as long as they stick together, they can do anything! Now!"
She grabs the Yamamoto likeness and holds it up. "This plate is the Shinigami place. They've got a ton of people fighting there, and are really powerful." She puts Yamamoto back and grabs the black straw doll. "This one are those other guys... We don't know much about them, kinda like what Baron-kun said..." She puts the blank straw doll down and picks up the Zelena look-alike. "This one is Mama! But here, it's all of us! Except for this one..." She picks up her own likeness and giggles. "This one's me!"
Nodding, she puts everything back where it goes and hums. "Now, we could go and attack them all, but that would leave us fighting both at once, like what Rai-kun said. Even if they are weak, they might band together against us! Who knows what mighty speech powers these others are capable of!" She points dramatically at the blank straw doll, then takes out a tuning fork. "Also, what Noxie-chan said... We could go in and attack while they are fighting with the others... But what if they prepared for that? Wouldn't you?" She pursed her lips with a questioning look on her face. This was becoming less of a battle plans and more of a salesman's pitch. In Lilly's case, saleswoman.
Lilly then grabs her likeness and nods. "However, Lilly believes a different plan is needed... One that takes a small part of everyone's idea! What we need first is..." She strikes a dramatic pose and holds her straw doll up high. "Ta-Da! A distraction!" She looks to the table and hums. "Ahhh... Hold on..." She looked around and pursed her lips, looking for something. Then she leaned over, peeling off her hoodie and placing it in the table. Her black tank top was left covering her as she nodded. "Ahh... Okay... Lilly's hoodie is the Human's World... We send the distraction there to cause damage to lure them in!" She places her likeness on the hoodie, and begins to beat her hoodie with the tuning fork. "Then, the fake heroes of the humans come to save them!" She grabs a couple marbles and drops them on the hoodie in from of the Lilly doll. "However, Lilly was never alone! She was pretending!"
She stops and looks about for a quick second, pursing her lips. She plucks out the only black marble and the only red marble she had and nodded. "This black marble is Baron-kun. This red one is Victor-sama. They come in when Lilly looks defeated and capture the fake heroes!" She nods and scoots all of the marbles over to the castle, where she proceeds to break one of the marbles in half with the tuning fork, gasping. "Uhhh... Well... We don't kill them, like I just did... We interrogate them! Learn things! Then?" Lilly takes the Zelena straw figure and the Yamamoto straw figure, grinning. "Then Mama goes and has a talk with the old guy! Ask for stuff to help out us in the battle! In return, we promise not to eat the fake heroes. He has to come out of that odd castle of his if we got his friends, right?"
She smiled and nodded, crossing her arms. That was about as detailed as any battle plan was gonna get. She then gasps and looks to the bland straw doll and purses her lips. "Then... Ahhh... Then... Oh!" She nods quickly and grins widely. "Then we can force the Shinigami to keep fighting against the others, no matter what the other's say! Then we have a solid help, and at the same time, weakening the Shinigami! Help them out just enough so that they take most of the damage, but also enough so that they win. Then, after they win, we attack them!" She pounds the tuning fork on the table, scattering a couple marbles and laughing. "We can't give them time to heal! We have to jump on them and finish them off while they are trying to get better to fight us!" She seemed really into that part. She hums and purses her lips, looking to her small mess, then shoves it all back into her sack, nodding triumphantly. "That is Lilly's plan!" She then shoots an obviously teasing look to Victor, as if to say, 'Top that, I dare ya.'

Finally everyone had arrived and the meeting became what it was intended to be. This would be the place where Victor would have the most pull. He was not an official member of the Espada and nor was he the strongest at fighting here. it would be his influence that would make him stand out. It would be his ability to speak last and pull together exactly what was mad and what would work that would set him apart. No matter what was said or done he would not speak until his turn. Silence was his birthright, he would not forsake it.
They began, just as he expected, with repetition of what the queen had said. What a perfect job for the Primera? he would be the queen's mocking bird. He would caw out what she said and feel important. We'll save him for the bait or for confronting a strong foe. He was little more than a weapon though. A club, meant to brutalize anything that seems too strong for the normal forces to handle. Now that his self important p[rattle had come to a close they could go on with the meeting.
Next was the Segunda. At least this one provided a plan. It was half bad either. Wait for the two forces to weaken each other and then swoop in. However, it was shortsighted. While the two forces likely had reserves what was more likely was that if we made even the slightest move they both would turn on them in full force. After all, nothing unites people better than a common foe. They would not just try and wait for the two to destroy each other and hope we could swoop in. Disregarded.
Victor's cold eyes next found themselves on the self styled "knight" of the group. She had a strange way of speaking but it didn't confuse the old Arrancar. He'd heard far too many stories told by minstrels or by his own father to let imagery confuse him. The story was poor anyway. She spoke of harpies and other non-sense, though he did grasp the allegory. Pretend to be on the side of the shinigami and when they move against this new foe we shall turn on them and take them apart. Or to side with the unknown and do just that to them. It would be more likely that this new threat would take their help long before the ancient enemy would. Unless they were given a real reason. Noted.
Then our "hero". Victor contained his need to scoff at the philosophy of this underling. He did though, no need to offend. He would let her speak without dissension. She had her purpose. Not only that but she had something intelligent to say. Perhaps he had misjudged her. Learn about our enemy before we crush them. Dangerous and effective. It was a simple suggestion but had not yet been mentioned. It was obvious Next she mentioned using fear tactics and distraction. It was the best and most realistic plan so far. He would be sure to mention it and put his own spin on her words. Noted.
More of the same from the brute of the group. He wasn't as mad as he might seem though. He had no desire to throw his own life away and why would he? In the end they all wanted to preserve themselves. They could not be blamed for their cowardice in the face of true death. Finding out what these foes are and learning how to interact with them would be needed. Not only that but without knowing what either force's strength was would leave them at the greatest disadvantage. It would be reviewed.
Second to last now, a voice of reason. He brought up the best point so far. None of this was truly a plan nor was it effective. It was only a collection of his comrades' fears and arrogances. While each plan must be mesured and the best parts of it must be plucked away like the flesh by the crows. He only voiced what was obvious, though, it did mean that Victor wouldn't have to restate such things. Moving on.
Then he was surprised. The little monster spoke. Not only did she speak but she thought. She used dolls and childish language but she wasn't as foolish as she looked. Victor's emotionless eyes watched her with a animal curiosity. Maybe she was the best asset here. She had piec3ed each plan together just as he had, however, with a few slight differences. His eyes opened a bit wider as she wrapped her performance and he gave her a small smile. After all, she only wanted to be recognized. He nodded to her as she gave him the sign that it was his time to speak. He returned her look of "best me if you can" with a solid stare of "Good job, now let me finish."
Victor cleared his throat before he spoke. He turned his attention away from the Espada around him and looked only at Zelena. He inclined his head in respect before he spoke. "Ma'am, Lilly has offered the best proposition." his low voice was just barely on an audible level for those within a few feet of him. He made sure Zelena could hear him b ut if these barbarians wanted to hear they would have to strain and lean in close. "However, she has overlooked a few small details." He pulled his hands from behind nback and rested them at his sides. "The shinigami will not negotiate with you, or anyone, if use violence and fear as our power piece. Lilly can be forgiven for overlooking this, after all, she is a creature of brutality." His eyes flicked to the small Decima Espada only for a second. "We should instead come to them as a neutral. Mayhaps gather information on this new threat first and wait for the shinigami to make first contact with them. Once the battle is underway we shall enter, not as foes to the shinigami but as people with a common enemy. We should invent a reason why we can not trust or tolerate these things." He then raised his voice so the others could hear. Not loud, just loud enough. "Then we make a great show of helping. We do nothing but it seem like we are. Then, just as Lilly said," he made sure to give a respectful nod to the beast that spoke before him, "We strike them down with no mercy and we do not wait. We let them exhaust themselves and we make sure we are there at their moment of weakness. Lilly's plan is the best so far, the most complete. Her plan takes the best parts of each other Espada's plan." With that he nodded and stepped back. Now was the time for the queen to speak. He hoped she would heed his wisdom. They would see just what kind of leader she was finally.

It was a simple idea, yet it sounded effective, of course she listened as the rest spoke out and made note of each of their concerns and ideas, but she had already picked what plan she wished to set in motion.
"Thank you everyone, I believe now I have an idea of what we could do. As for information, do you really think your Queen would be ill informed? While I do not have much information, I believe I have enough to make a firm decision." She began her reply to the group, speaking loud and clear so that everyone could hear what she was saying. Her voice echoing throughout the now silent room.
"I believe Rou-san, Lily-san and Victor-san all have a good idea for our basic strategy, while the rest of you have pointed out the concerns with such plans. However, I have had scouter hollow in the World of the Living, and those that have managed to make it back here have told me of these other creatures." She paused, in cause anyone made any noises or anything else that would disrupt the rest of her speech. When the coast was clear she began again, eyes darting around the room as she watched her subordinates expressions.
"They have told me that this new threat seems...Disorganized, they don't appear to have one set agenda, which tells me they are unruly, lacking a proper leader. They are loosely formed, some have been seen working together while others seem to operate separately of a group. There have also been whispers of particularly strong beings, much the same like those currently about, but far stronger in comparison. Which means that, though they are weak in formation, they are not so in power, so we must obviously be cautious when dealing with them." Yet another pause, though this time to let the information sink in. All she had said was based on the information her scouter hollow have given her, not of her own experience, but it was the best they had for now.
"Now, as for what we are going to do, I believe that it would be in our best interest to approach the Shinigami as an ally, then when we have weakened the other forces using combined efforts, or even have fended them off completely, we turn and strike! Hopefully taking down the Shinigami, and during this time we can study them, watch how they fight and gather information, then we can use that against them to crush them completely. Of course they won't let vital information slip, but perhaps we'll learn enough." There, with that final exhale of breath, she had finished speaking in reply. She watched for any disapproving faces and smiled when she had finished scanning the crowd. However before she finished completely, there was still one other thing she wanted to add.
"As far as who will approach them, I have already decided I shall pay visit to the Shinigami leader." Her voice was firm, unwavering, she would not back down from her decision."Now, does anyone have anything they would like to add? Any questions?" |

Well, Raijin certainly didn’t disappoint. His plan was simplistic at best and of much worth, as far as Colin could see. Sure, it would be easy but the odds of it succeeding were low. There was no guarantee that Soul Society WOULD remain focused on this new threat – or worse, that the new threat would ALSO not remain focused on Soul Society. Sitting on the sidelines in something this huge was simply not possible. Colin refrained from sighing, glad that he hadn’t expected much to begin with. He didn’t particularly want to pay attention to Rou either, but he needed to be able to glean anything from anyone no matter how small. And frankly once one got past the ridiculous fluff and plain stupidity of her story, it was actually a fairly sound plan. If they sided with one to destroy the other, their ally would still be in a weakened state and they could then finish the ally off. The only problem was that the same could be said of them. They would only be able to hold back so much without causing undue suspicion in whichever side they allied with. If the new group was oblivious enough, it might be wise to try and side with whatever organization existed there. There was certainly potential there.
As Nox spoke, Colin had to resist an eye roll in addition to yet another sigh. He liked the idea of investigating further, but there was no point in striking at the heart of the enemy so early in the game. Soul Society would no doubt be on high alert for the time being and a lot of Hollows and Arrancar would be lost in a frontal assault. They were strong, but not yet that strong. But sending in Nox, who was surprisingly inconspicuous, might be a good path to take if they wanted solid information.
He was jerked from his thoughts by the insufferable babbling of La Croix. God, but he hated how that creature spoke. It just grated on him in ways he couldn’t even rationalize. And for it to treat him – treat all of them – like they were only children? It was galling at best and downright infuriating at worst. Colin was currently hovering somewhere between the two ends. What he managed to glean from the thing’s near-incomprehensible prattle was simply a strong desire to not die, masked by a desire for more solid information on the new force currently harrying Soul Society. While he wanted to just dismiss it, it was a reasonable thing to consider. He mulled this over, completely ignoring whatever Rafeal was saying. He highly doubted that one would offer anything worthwhile, so he refused to waste time on it. Indeed, he only noticed anything when Lillithe suddenly bolted from the room in the middle of Rafeal’s blathering. The Primera raised a slender eyebrow as she went, wondering what on earth she could be thinking.
He didn’t have long to wait, as Lillithe returned with a large sack on her back and blowing a whistle. He leaned forward in fascination as the young Decima began pulling items from her sack and setting them up on the table. He set his elbows on the table and rested his chin on his clasped hands as she finally finished setting her presentation up and started detailing her plan. Capturing Shinigami for interrogation? Negotiating for an alliance with the Shinigami leader in exchange for the captives? Then let the Shinigami do most of the fighting, but still help enough to let them win against the new force…then turn right around and strike as soon as the fight is done to wipe out the Shinigami? Colin stared in awe at Lillithe. It…it might work. The biggest obstacle was the Shinigami leader – Yamamoto or whatever his name was. Any plan involving him would be difficult to pull off, to be honest. Fortunately, Bolton was ever-so-helpful in pointing out the problems with using violence and fear to broker an alliance. Entering as a neutral would certainly offer better odds than coercion.
He turned his attention back to Zelena. It seemed she would be going with Lillithe’s/Victor’s plan, after all. And she would be approaching Yamamoto herself. It made sense, but there was still a thing or two nagging at him. “Will you be taking anyone with you to this…meeting, my Queen? You are powerful, but I worry what will happen if they reject your proposition. And what our next steps would be if that very likely outcome occurs.” He shrugged. “Someone should be on standby with a few Gillian to recall you at the very least, if you will not bring someone with you on your excursion.”

After speaking, Raijin really didn't want to hear anyone else's opinions. He was sure most of them would be lack luster, or just ridiculous. Sure, his plan wasn't the best, nor was it even good. However, the Segunda really doubted anyone had a much better plan. At least one without a huge gaping hole in it that people always seem to overlook. Oh well, he really wasn't going any place. He couldn't help but listen to Rou. He figured he owed it to one of the only Espada he actually cared for. And really, he wasn't disappointed by her. He couldn't help but smile and laugh a little at her heroic story turned into a battle plan. And really, it wasn't half bad either. It was actually better than his. The only real problem was the fact that either side could do the exact same thing.
Next, he listened to Nox. Raijin really couldn't agree with the bizarre Espada's plan. He didn't care much for studying the Shinigami. They were an inferior species. Of no importance to him. He couldn't help but zone out slightly after the core of her plan was revealed. He also couldn't help but fall asleep when La Croix started to babble away. He always found his thick accent rather soothing, and couldn't help but drift away.
He didn't even wake up until Lilly's voice started to pierce through the soft sleep. He sighed, awakening as he gave his full attention to the Decima. Like some kid really knew how to fight a war. And the props were just unnecessary. But, he might as well pay attention to the child.
After the presentation, Raijin stared in shock at the Decima. her plan was actually very, very good. It was solid. The Segunda was dumbfounded that this girl's plan was so..good. he couldn't even shake the shock while Victor spoke, his words going through one ear and out the next.
It wasn't until his queen talked to finish the cycle. Sure, it was pretty dumb of him to second guess her information, or lack thereof, but he didn't know what she did. It was just a precautionary step that needed their attention. Beyond that, he wasn't really concerned with the plan. He would be told what he had to do when the time comes, and he would do it. It was as simple as that. "I have to agree with Colin on this. I think you should have at least someone there to help you. We don't know how the Soul Society will react to us. Especially if they know about this third faction as well. Things will be..uneasy."

After saying her little piece Rou had happily taken her seat back in her seat with her smile still beaming. She knew the other gathered espada still had to put their ideas forward, but honestly what could they possibly come up with? Rou had the experience of her own plan working. No one could argue that. It was undesputable in Rou's own mind that the espada could turn any other way at this point. Still though she was going to be polite. A hero needed to hear what her fellow warriors had to say on battle plans, even if they were just silly.
And honestly some of them were just that to the cheery espada. Nox was right after her but Rou wondered if Nox was about the only one who didn't realize this fact. She did seem a bit out of it for a while now. Still though after a moment she gathered whatever it was she had to say. Rou didn't much approve of it if she were being blunt, which she unknowingly was doing by the frown she had suddenly put on with out her knowledge. If it wasn't obvious, Rou was not someone with the ability to study anything other than old fairy tales. Clearly this was not a Rou-friendly plan. Then there was Baron who was just...rather depressing. He wanted information too. Why did they need all of that? They were the good guys after all. There was no possible way for them to end up like the last round of espada. It just wasn't going to happen. How didn't he know that? Rafeal seemed to understand it some. He at least knew that those no good shinigami were gonna be the ones falling because they were so much better than the previous espada.
Suddenly a whistle was sound in Rou's ear, catching her attention in an instant. She turned her head, blinking with wide eyes in the direction it had come from. She had pulled out some small doll looking things. Hey! Why didn't Rou have a cool action figure?! She didn't have long to linger on such a petty fact because Lilly put her own plan on the table, even givng a good demonstration unlike anyone else had besides herself with her amazing story of awe. And of course just like Rou's own plan it was spectacular. Finally Rou was smiling again, quite widely at that. And Victor only seemed to add to such a good plan. By now Rou was swinging her legs under her chair, doing her best to keep her upper body as still as she could. She still needed to look cool. Zelena was about to speak.
And when Zelena did speak Rou found it even more hard to contain herself. Her quuen had noticed her loyal tercera espada. She had also noticed Lilly and Victor, but Rou found herself tuning that little bit out. She was far to busy tucking her hands under her bouncing legs as she beamed with pride for something like that. Her eyes and mind were completely on her queen at that moment and she didn't miss a beat. It was all too perfect. The weird things from hell weren't exactly united. That made it even easier. No matter how strong they were.
Another voice reached her ears though. Colin was putting in an extra tw cents about what Zelena had put forward. Following right after him was another voice. She spacily looked for its source before realizing it was coming from right beside her. Raijin had been right after the primera, following his exact words. Both of them wished to see Zelena be taken care of in her meeting with the leader of all those smelly shinigami. Rou was right there with them. It was their duty to protect the kingdom and the kingdom was where ever Zelena went.
"My queen" she addressed, suddenly able to sit up perfectly straight with a serious look, or rather the best she could do with that huge, proud smile still plastered on her face. "We are your loyal knights. It would be irresponsible of us to allow you to go by yourself. Please use us." she bowed her head in a submitting manner, showing how much she truly gave toward her Queen. Nothing was better than having the opportunity to be used as a proud knight. She knew any one of them would gladly go along for this honor. Or at least that was what they were all like in her head. If that wasn't the case then she was going to be in for a really big surprise one of these days.
She raised her head up, looking up to her queen with eyes that didn't mis well with her smile with the slight worry and pleading that was in them. She then turned her head, glancing around the table. She was waiting for the other espada to make the very same sentiment. She didn't think she'd be disappointed by them. They were all loyal...enough to Zelena. So it seemed.

While he was giving his few points, the decima espada charaged into the throne room. Like the tercera, the decima was a bit on the immature side, she was most definently younger, she carried the apperance of a twelve or thirteen year olf girl. So there was very little surprise that the young girl was a bit on the "imaginative" side, though he would of wish for her to be a bit more of a adult. He wish that many of the espada did not act the way they did, but lucky for him, he was good at keeping his distance from them. He could probaly only see himself speaking to the Cuatro Esapda. The Primera was to big of a annoyance for Rafeal. He loath the segunda, and tercera was more annoying than nails on a board. The quinta was not someone he could see him self speaking too, especially with the espada`s thick accent. And as for the Decima, she was just as annoying as Tercera, he couldn`t have a conversation of any kind with her, he doubted anyone could.
"I hope this meeting ends soon, it`s beginning to get a bit crowded. Plus, being in the company of these people is starting to rile my temper and making my skin crawl. Plus, hearing these people talk is starting to bore me to death. I would rather stare at the sands of Hueco Mundo than sit here any longer." he spoke in thought while drowning out the decima and her plan of action. He also was a oblivious to the Second In Command entering into the room, when he did, he was still not interested in what was going on in the meeting. He was much more occupied with what was going on in his thoughts , since it was a way of grabbing his attention froom the real world.
"I wonder how powerful this new threat really is? Could they be stronger than the shinigami? If so, this could trully make for a interesting year. All we have to do is fine a way to get information on them and figure out what it is they are. Then there is the other races, which are adding up, such as the quincy. Then there are other beings we don`t know about, who could end up being a ally to the shinigami, so this just adds to list of people that we... I will have to slaughter. This should be both taxing and exciting, from the failures of the past espada birth the prospering of the new." once again he drowned out one of the others as they gave their plan of action. He luckily enough was able to tune in to the plan of action given by Lady Zelena.
As he listened to the female`s of action, he some what agreed to it. He did not like the fact that they would end up having to be in the company of shinigami and acting buddy buddy with them, but in turn this could work out in their favor. But this also depend on if Zelena is able to reach a agreement with the old fool that ran the Gotei 13. There was a fifty-fifty chance that she could end up getting what she wanted, since she was nothing like Sosuke Aizen, but there was also a chance that should would end up getting slaughtered and killed, which meant she should bring two or three espada as a form of back up. "There are holes in that plan, but it`s her plan of action so I can not oppose." he spoke in thought while sitting back in his chair and eyeing the table.
After Lady Zelena spoke, the primera felt the need to speak again, as if anyone needed to hear his opinions again. He basically just agreed with what Rafeal was thinking on bringing in some back up. Then the segunda gave his two cents, which was another agreement. And then the tercera did the same and so on. Then it came to be his turn, oddly enough. And even though there was not much to say, he decided he would have to agree as well, but in his own way. "I am fine with whatever it is you choose to do, Lady Zelena. But it would be in your favor to bring two of the espada to back you up just in case the shinigami team up and attempt to take your head. Now of course I believe you choose the two strongest of the espada, seeing as the Primera and th Segunda will end up fairing best against even the most seasoned of the shinigami. And I`m positive that the two do not mind putting their lives on the line for your safety." his comment pretty much hinted that he would not mind losing either the segunda or primera in battle. In fact, he would not mind hearing that either of the two ended up getting slaughtered or wounded, wouldn`t affect him in the slightest.

]Children. All of them, wanting to rush off like this and have a nice ol' tea party with the people who had killed their kind since time out of mind. Now La Croix could get behind having a nice friendly chat with the enemy, but just showing up with out so much as a how do you do just seemed... Dumb. There was no other word for it, but he held his tongue knowing most if not all of the others had already made up their minds. After all what was one voice among many? Even if it was a voice of some what cowardly reason. There was after all a reason to why he had lived so long, and it was not because he took needless chances with little or no hope for some sort of gain. "Well it se'ems all ya younglins got this all figured out and down ta a Tee at that! It evan looks like ya didn't need ta gather us all here Zelena since you already got this plan all set up and ready."
He shook his head once before yet again resting his head on top of his cane. "Naw that begs to question why you had us all gather and such if you where just gonna go off and do ya own thing anyways. Why naw just tell us how it was gonna be and be done with the pretense of asking for our ideas and opinions? It wou'ld save us all a mighty fine chunk of time if ya did that. Plus you wouldn't need to listen to this old fool prattle on all day long." He lets out a little laugh and raps his cane hard on the ground the sound echoing though the chamber like a gun shot. "Hell you could'av just sent a runner or two ta each of us and just done away with the entire meeting dont ya know?"
He looked around the table his eyes lingering on a few of the lazier members of the espada. "Im more then sure that im not the only one that feels that way. But anyways, if ya feel like ya must go i can only agree with my fellows and say you should take one or two of us with ya... After all we don't want ya to break a nail if things get rough." With that he closes his eyes, closes his mouth and leans back in his chair an air of nonchalance coming from him as he did so.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,bTable][atrb=style, width: 400px; text-align: justify;] Light the fuse...
Time to party! Lilly always hated being the Decima at meetings, but only there and then. That meant that she had to go last, since she was tenth in line. Everyone else had already said what Lilly wanted to say, and that left a one out of ten chance that she would actually be picked. Well, technically speaking of course. They were short several people. Still, the girl was getting jipped out of her rightful spot beside her mother. She couldn't have that, but she needed a different approach to stand out. How would she stand out when she would ask the same things her brothers and sisters?
The answer was obvious. Halfway through Rafael's part, she crossed her legs and didn't look at anyone. In fact, she even closed her eyes! She was just sitting there, silently and calmly like she was better at keeping her cool than even Zelena herself! Anyone could wonder what was going through the girl's mind, and the same answer would come up every time. A bunch of nonsensical gibberish that only made sense to Lilly. Of course, among the rampant chatter between every emotion Lilly felt about anything, there was a rather well thought out plan.
Her plan was actually rather simple, and stemmed from a lot of sibling rivalry she felt from the other Espada, mutual or otherwise. The way she figured, this meeting was a lot like a human classroom. Patient and well-behaved children would be picked for the extra duties they all wanted. The rambunctious ones would be left feeling ashamed they had acted the way they did. However childish it sounded, it worked even on corporate-level meetings. You couldn't get a point across if you were flailing your arms about it.
As her turn came around, she opened an eye and smiled. "Lilly's sure Mama knows best..." Then she said no more. Of course, Zelena would know, just from personal experience, that the Decima wanted nothing more than to do things with the Espada Queen. She behaved like any actual child would. However, underneath the child-like front and crazy, random actions... There was the mind of a tempered warrior, years of practice getting Lilly where she was. In truth, none of the Espada really knew her long enough to accurately know what she was capable of, and maybe the only one with the slightest bit of insight on the broken girl was Rou Alloway, being childish herself. Even with that insight, not even the Tercera would understand Lilly enough to coax out her plans. Top it off with her inability to process guilt, and her blocking out all orders coming from everyone other than her surrogate mother, and you had quite a nasty little Arrancar.
Still she sat, as still as Rou tried to be and as regal as Colin looked. She closed her eyes again and hummed to herself, smiling widely, sure that her plan would work. However, she didn't count on the fact that the other Espada weren't exactly pouncing upon the chance at an excursion with the Queen. This really wouldn't set her apart as much as she thought it would. She really should start paying attention to other reactions before making a plan and assuming it was foolproof...

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=style, height: 200px; width: 480px; background-color: #000000;][atrb=valign,top] The calm before the storm is nearing... Zelena listened to their concerns, well, those that spoke up with their concerns. She shook her head at Barron and sighed to herself, while she could understand what the Espada had said, she had no clue how she was "doing her own thing" when she had agreed to the plans of Rou and Lily. The only thing she could figure which counted was that she had decided to go herself instead of send someone in her place.
When Lily had finished speaking a silence befell the room as Zelena thought, perhaps bringing someone wouldn't be a bad idea, but who to consider? She assessed each one of her current Espada and came to decide on one, after about five minutes of thinking. The one she picked seemed like the better option from all the others, she just hopped none of them, especially Lily, would be offended by her choice.
"I understand your concerns, and you are right, I should most likely take at least one of you along with me, I am sure their Head Captain will not be alone either. But keep in mind I do not plan to fight, if I or rather, we, are captured then we will comply with them for the sake of the plan. If we fight back we could ruin the facade we will be putting on, which will automatically fail the plan." A pause before she continued further as usual, though this time it was to reevaluate her choice and confirm to herself it was the right way to go. Since there would be no fighting, it would be perfect."Raijin-san, would you be willing to accompany me to the Soul Society? I hope none of you take offense to my choice." Mainly speaking to those who would most easily be offended, Rou and Lily, but she had her reasons, hopefully they wouldn't be upset.
Zelena stood up from her seat, signaling the end of the meeting."Raijin-san, find me in my personal quarters when you decide your answer, you have time to think about it. But, I will be leaving in two days, so I will need it by then. This meeting is over now, thank you all so much for your ideas and concerns." And with that, she herself gave a small bow of her head to her Espada audience, then in the blink of an eye she had vanished. She used sonido to exit the meeting room and perhaps return to her personal quarters.

Colin waited as patiently as he could manage. He didn’t particularly care if the other Espada agreed with his proposition or not. He just wanted to make sure Angelis didn’t die before she’d had a chance to really prove her mettle. If someone else could even act as a decoy while she escaped, that would be good. The only downside was that she might decide to use him for that role. He was the Primera, after all. And he didn’t back down from a fight, if it came down to that. He would just prefer if someone else died for their queen.
Fortunately, Angelis seemed to think he wasn’t the option to go with. It was somewhat stupid to assume that the Shinigami would simply capture them instead of kill them, but that wasn’t Colin’s concern anymore. It was now the Segunda’s problem. Colin could barely contain his smile. If Segunda died, Tercera would be so devastated. He had nothing personal against the Segunda – he just wanted to see that ever-present joy wiped off the Tercera’s face once and for all.
He nodded his head to Angelis as she ended the meeting and exited. He rose as she vanished from sight, yawning widely as he did so. “A shame she didn’t pick you, Sexta. You would make the perfect decoy. And I would no longer have to listen to your idiocy.” With that, he followed his queen’s example and sonido’d from the meeting room – grateful that he was finally away from the fools he was forced to associate with.

| . Raijin was rather distracted, playing with his hands beneath the table. He went from twiddling his thumbs, to playing certain finger games as he waited for every other Espada to voice their own concern. Again, he really didn't a single shit about the rest of the Espada's opinions. He merely voiced his own to voice his own. He had to, as to not appear rather distant with the rest of his fellow Arrancar. They were still his comrades, even if he didn't like most of them. Only Zelena's opinion and voice really mattered at this point.
The silence that followed in the room brought Raijin back, him looking around the room at the other Espada. Finally, his eyes rested on the Queen as she begun to spoke, acknowledging their concerns and agreeing with the majority. Honestly, Raijin really wished it wasn't him. It would be an alright time. He could at least tease Rou with it. And get out of Hueco Mundo for awhile. It was just so much work
And of course, the Segunda was picked. He sighed softly, before considering what was really before him. They could easily get into a rather unfortunate situation. They were easily outnumbered, seeing how it was just two of them against the entire Soul Society. Things would get rather..messy. But, Raijin already knew his answer. He couldn't exactly say no.
He watched as the Primera took his exit, laughing quietly at the remark towards the Sexta. It was amusing. It seemed no one could honestly say that they enjoyed Rafeal. But, that didn't really matter much anymore. He turned to look at his favorite Espada, the Tercera. "Well, looks like the real Hero gets it this time, Princess. Have fun in the castle while I'm away" He mocked, smiling playfully as he stood and brushed her hair slightly. "Maybe you could give me some tips" He whispered to her, knowing full well that it would probably make her smile. After that, he took his leave, informing Zelena of his answer later.
