[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=style, width:500; ,bTable][atrb=Valign, top] SEE THE LIGHTNING IN YOUR EYES, SEE 'EM RUNNING FOR THEIR LIVES [atrb=align, center] | [atrb=Valign, top] "Of course not!" Katsuo answered the purple-haired Arrancar. Did he really think that Katsuo would leave his comrade alone to fight the both of them? Even if he didn't like Adam that much, Katsuo couldn't do that. It was against every moral fiber of his being. Then again, the Arrancar probably already knew what Katsuo was going to say. He readied his sword, expecting an attack any moment. Neither of them wanted to fight; that much was obvious, but it had to happen. Neither party would back down.
Katsuo stepped backwards to evade the Arrancar's slash, finding that he could at least keep up with him, even if he did seem to be a tad faster. But that wasn't all. Now the Arrancar had thrown a blue thing at him, he couldn't tell exactly what it was in the heat of the moment, but given the fact that the Arrancar distanced himself, it couldn't be good.
Before the blue thing could hit him, Katsuo activated Absolution Guard, causing the flames that were radiating from him to become actual fire, as opposed to a mere aesthetic effect. The fire didn't burn him because of his ability to choose what he burned. This was just an act of caution, and yet it seemed to be perfectly timed, because once the petal did explode, Katsuo's blue flames countered it and it didn't touch him.
Not even stopping to see what had just exploded right near him, Katsuo took off after the Arrancar, hopefully not giving him a chance to regroup. Still clad in vicious flames, Katsuo curled his left hand into a fist and threw it towards the Arrancar's face. For whatever reason, he didn't usually use his sword while Absolution guard was active. If the Arrancar took the punch, or made physical contact with Katsuo at all, he would be burned significantly by the flames.

STATS HAN: 7 REI: 12 HAK: 8 SEI: 13 BUK: 13 HOH: 7 It seemed Tsubaki and the other boy weren't wasting any time in getting started. Hopefully this would be over soon. The hollows wouldn't last forever and he only had so long that they would stick around and rounding them up owuld really be a pain. These guys already cut the number down for his dear Lilly. He couldn't lose anymore. He turned his gaze back to Katsuo who had somehow suddenly gotten right in front of him with his flames blazing and heading right for his face. He blinked then made a move to swerve to the side, avoid the first aimed right at him. How had he gotten up that high without Lewin noticing. All Lewin knew was that it was leaving him open for what Lewin thought would be a really good idea of an attack.
He balled up his fist and shifted in his feet, extending his arm out. He was aiming to catch Katsuo right in the middle of his attack with a harsh blow with his arm right into the boy's abdomen to send him flying backwards again and maybe lose all of his breath. He didn't think for a moment that maybe all that fire wasn't just for show. Lots of people seemed to glow a firey glow when the released reiatsu. This wasn't so different? But it was indeed different. The moment his arm passed the start of the flames he could feel them burning right through his coat sleeve and then the flesh of his arm which made him instantly retreat his arm back. If he was lucky Katsuo would still have made contact with it and flipped over top of it or at least be put off balance but right at that moment he was more concerned with his burning arm.
He leaped back, patting away any left over flames and looking at the charred skin the flames had left. That didn't look good. He turned his gaze to Katsuo again, maybe something close to annoyance in his frown now. He was getting exhausted of this. Seriously. Lewin raised his sword again, dashing forward. It looked like he was simply going to jab it right into the human, like he had given up on any kind of skill and was just attacking. Yeah Right. Just a foot or so before he reached Katsuo he slid down to the ground his sword now aimed perfectly to stab right into the boy's right leg should he not move in time.
He drew his sword back quickly whether it hit its mark or not and pushed off with his other hand, flying back up into the air. He lands about ten feet back, rushing forward again for another speedy attack, thrusting his sword forward again to really just jab at the boy this time, aiming for his chest, right between his collar bone and where his heart would be. He didn't want to kill him, just for these two to get out of here.

| Tsubaki's initial plan failed. The kid moved away, and still had his clothes on. The kid sent out an attack that looked like it'd hurt if it hit. Tsubaki ran a few steps to the left side to gain some speed, and did a somersault that rolled him 3 feet to his left, avoiding the attack. "Defending humans? Violent creeps like you only hinder their existence." Tsubaki growled at the angry kid. He was really the worst. He was haughty with his holier-than-thou existence, as if Tsubaki ASKED to be the way he was. He hoped the kid died a horrible death and became a Hollow, just to make it ironic. Becoming something you hated was funny enough to make him laugh.
His small laughing fit was over when he looked towards Lewin to see how he was holding up, and it wasn't looking good. It didn't seem as if this battle would be going good for them, but he still had to hold his ground. Hopefully if Tsubaki lost, Lewin wouldn't. That thought reminded him he was in his own fight and he ran towards the vicious kid at full speed, being beside him in a matter of milliseconds. He aimed to stab his needle in the kid's right arm, while trying to grab the left one again, having Desnúdate ready in case his hand made contact this time; hopefully having the kid's clothes falling off soon.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,bTable] | Adam McAuley ! The Arrancar Adam was fighting was frustratingly stubborn. "Hindering? If you Hollows had your way there wouldn't be any Pluses left! The sudden fit of laughter was even more unwarranted, and Adam just glared at his opponent, gathering blue-black energy along his sword, preparing for another Starburst Stream. That attack didn't happen. There was an explosion from behind Adam, and he turned to look out of instinct. The brilliant blue flames from that direction assured him Katsuo was probably fine, but when he returned his attention to the Arrancar she was a lot closer than before. Instead of using the energy for an attack, he had to parry the attack, using the reiatsu he had gathered to deflect the needle. The Arrancar was fast, though, and Adam didn't escape the grab completely. She siezed the shoulder of his coat. And then the coat tore apart. Not just the coat, but every stitch on Adam tightened briefly before tearing under internal strain. Still, years of swordplay had him moving on openings like this one while his thoughts were elsewhere, and his sword came up in a horizontal slice, aimed for his opponent's chest. "What the hell was that?" As if to punctuate the sentence, he swung his blade diagonally left and down. "Is this some sort of game to you?" Reishi mixed with reiatsu gathered along his blade, and he stepped forward, getting up close and personal with Bringer Light and thrusting down at the Arrancar's leg. A purely malicious attack, with little chance of killing and a high chance of injuring. [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=style, width:500; ,bTable][atrb=Valign, top] SEE THE LIGHTNING IN YOUR EYES, SEE 'EM RUNNING FOR THEIR LIVES [atrb=align, center] | [atrb=Valign, top] Katsuo was surprised when the Arrancar suddenly swerved to the side, effectively dodging his punch. He kept forgetting that he was at a slight disadvantage when it came to speed. Now he was wide open, or so it seemed. But the Absolution Guard was not an offensive move to begin with. So when the Arrancar actually tried to hit him, Katsuo was surprised.
Thanks to his flames, the Arrancar didn't really hit him that hard, but Katsuo did stumble backward a bit, caught off guard. He dropped back down to the ground, still managing to land on his feet. At the same time, the flames lost their potency, becoming a simple blue aura once more. When Katsuo looked up again, the Arrancar was coming in for another attack. For a second, it looked like a simple charge, but then the Arrancar was suddenly coming at him from a lower position. Luckily, Katsuo was right-handed. He was able to sweep his blade down and to the right to knock the Arrancar's sword away just before it punctured his leg. He had reacted so fast, that it almost shocked him.
But Katsuo didn't have the time to ponder it, as the Arrancar wasted no time in coming for a second jab. He might not be able to dodge this one, or block it, since he hadn't been paying much attention. But then he got a better idea; one that might get him an edge in this fight. Even though he didn't want to fight the Arrancar, that didn't mean he didn't want to win. He didn't want to lose in front of Adam, or anyone in Consecro for that matter.
As the Arrancar's sword closed in, Katsuo stepped back just a bit as a precaution. Since they weren't exactly trying to kill each other just yet, Katsuo figured he would be fine, even though this move was very reckless. Although, it would hurt like a bitch.
Other than the step back, Katsuo took no other defensive measures. The blade pierced about an inch into his left shoulder, thanks to the slight difference in distance. With a grimace of pain, Katsuo immediately grabbed the blade with his free hand, which made the pain even more explosive; but he had to pull this off. Not giving the Arrancar a chance to wonder why he would pull such a seemingly stupid move, Katsuo swung his blade up towards the Arrancar's torso diagonally, aiming to cut him from his right hip up to his right shoulder. Again, it was a good thing Katsuo was right-handed, because there was no blade in that arm to hinder his swing, so it was pretty much full-force; though he still wasn't trying to kill the Arrancar, just drive him away.

STATS HAN: 7 REI: 12 HAK: 8 SEI: 13 BUK: 13 HOH: 7 Lewin visibly showed his shock when Katsuo managed to miss his first attack. Here he though the kid was slow. Well.. he was still slow. Perhaps a lucky little step. It wouldn't happen again. And when Lewin made his move for his second attack it really seemed like nothing was going to stand in his way. The boy was just standing there save for one step backwards. Did he really think that would free him from his long reach? Then he cut him but something else happened that made him blink in surprise. He caught the sword with his hand, stopping it in its descent as well as keeping Lewin right there on the other end of his blade.
Sure it would have been reasonable to just let go of his sword and leap back but he was far too attached the sword and not to mention in a moment of awe when this took place. The next thing he knew there was a quick slash up his torso and blood was sent splattering to the ground in an initial burst before it slowed to a steady flow.
Lewin's wide eyes looked down to the bleeding wound, his free hand coming up to touch it with hint of a hiss in his throat as he did. He was really over this now. His eyes shot up to Katsuo with an intense look in them as he drew his hand back, a purple orb forming in front of it before he closed his fist and sent it flying forward. Yes this close range made it easier for Katsuo to strike him with his blade but it also opened the boy up for an easy attack from Lewin that could possibly end all of this. His closed fist was aimed right for the boy's face. Katsuo wasn't the only one not above shots to the face. Not a second after his fist would have collided with flesh should it have hit, Lewin released the charged up cero from his hand. Even if Katsuo had dodged his punch it would be difficult for him to evade the full on nearly point blank cero blast. It was true it wasn't at full power. He didn't want the boy's head to fry off. Still it would likely cause some burns and send him flying back. Maybe he would realize that this fight really needed to end now while he could still run away. Run away fully clothed as well.

| He watched the clothes rip from the kid's body, and he instantly felt like he had committed a federal crime. How old was he anyway? He didn't care, not like he could be arrested. Tsubaki had no time to check out the Consecro kid to see what he was packing before he was in his face and attacking. The kid swung his sword at Tsubaki. Unluckily, he stepped to the right side a second too late. Blood was running down his leg, and he knew if he didn't step back even a little, it would have been so much worse.
"Ah, not fair! What was that for?" Tsubaki resealed his resurrection form, changing back from monstrous to pretty along with changing his needle back into a katana. "It's a free country! I can be here if I want! You're the one who threatened me first!" Tears were swelling in Tsubaki's eyes. He really hated being hit, even if a little.
"Why don't YOU leave?" Tsubaki swung his blade at the kid's arm without making sure it hit. He closed his eyes and swung at the kid three more times before shouting "Look at you! You're dumb and naked! Why won't you go!?" Tears were flowing down his face while he was screaming. "Why does it have to be me?" He swung his katana one last time, without caring if he hit his target or not. Tsubaki charged up a cero and blasted it out of his mouth. His eyes were closed during the process, making him unsure if the kid wasn't even hit.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,bTable] | Adam McAuley ! "Not fair! What was that for?"Adam couldn't believe this Arrancar. She looked fairly devastated. What right did she have to be upset? Adam was stripped naked in the street because of some little joke, she had tried to stab him with a needle, and he was losing precious time trying to drive off this Arrancar, time that Hollows were running around. "I thought I told you that I didn't care about fair with you Hollows." She resealed her Ressurreccion, and swung at Adam with the katana. He was prepared for a stab, not a slash, and he took the hit on his left shoulder. He stumbled back, resisting the urge to grab his left arm, and instead turned so that his right side faced the Arrancar as she closed her eyes and started swinging wildly. "You're supposed to be an elite Hollow? Amateur!" It was a simple matter to parry the first two attacks away, and he caught the third on his sword, moving forward with a loud scrape of metal on metal. He didn't notice the energy inside the Arrancar's mouth until it was too late. The Cero fired, and Adam barely managed to put up his guard. His sword took some of the impact, but he was thrown up into the air and across the street. It's my own fault, really. He recovered his bearings in midair and slammed his sword into a building, using it to decelerate and finally hang from the side for a second. A plan formed in his head, then. He formed his sliders out of reiatsu on his feet and removed his sword from the wall, gaining speed before kicking off and sliding towards the Hollow, low to the ground. He would stop right in front of her and to the side, sword held against the Arrancar's neck like it had been against Lewin's. "You don't belong in the world of the living. That's why you have to leave. I won't kill you if you leave now, and take the Hollows with you. Ten seconds to decide." His voice was cold with rage, but his mission would be over so much quicker if the Arrancar would pack up the Hollows and go. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - words: 370 outfit:NOPE tags: Two Arrancar, both with their own obsessions, and Katsuo. notes: This is what happens when you toy with people. [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=style, width:500; ,bTable][atrb=Valign, top] SEE THE LIGHTNING IN YOUR EYES, SEE 'EM RUNNING FOR THEIR LIVES [atrb=align, center] | [atrb=Valign, top] When he saw the blood fly from the Arrancar's wound, Katsuo immediately felt bad, again. If this kept up, they really could kill each other. But what else could he do? Katsuo let go of the Arrancar's blade, not wanting his hand to get cut anymore than it already had. Plus, judging by the look on his face, the Arrancar was pissed. Katsuo was going to need his other hand free for sure.
As soon as he saw the purple glow appear around the Arrancar's hand, Katsuo focused his Reiatsu and the blue flames around his left hand grew hot; much like Absolution Guard, but only around the one hand. He didn't have much time to charge it at all before the Arrancar let his fist fly, but it would have to be enough. Katsuo shot his left hand forward, attempting to catch the Arrancar's punch mid-flight. But just in case he failed, he fired the Azure Flash around his hand just a second before the Arrancar's fist would meet his hand. The attack also had explosive capabilities, so when the two attacks met, there would most likely be a fair-sized explosion right in both of their faces.
Since Katsuo's attack was the weaker of the two, his got pushed back on him along with the cero; but he had already figured that such a thing would happen. He couldn't be burned by his own flames, so when they were sent back on him, they actually protected him somewhat, keeping him from being burned by the cero. He still received the full force of it, though, not to mention the explosion. He was sent flying backwards, not stopping for a good fifteen feet.
For a moment, he didn't get up, lying face down on the ground and completely out of it.After a few seconds, he was able to get up, albeit a little unsteady. Hopefully, the Arrancar had gotten sent flying too.
It seemed that the blast had sent him closer to the battle between Adam and the other Arrancar. Wondering how his comrade was faring, Katsuo looked over. He paled instantly at what he saw. Adam was naked. Like, there he was "fighting" that cute girl, and his clothes were just... gone. "What are you doing?! We're supposed to be fighting them not fu--" then he abruptly turned away, not wanting to finish the sentence, and not wanting to see anymore of that.If that's the type of thing we're doing, I want to switch. Katsuo thought. that's why Adam had chosen the girl Arrancar. Katsuo really did get the shitty end of the stick.

Notes Picking on Girls?!
STATS HAN: 7 REI: 12 HAK: 8 SEI: 13 BUK: 13 HOH: 7 The moment Lewin's fired cero made contact with those flames that had surrounded Katsuo's hand Lewin could tell this wasn't going to end well for the either of them. Luckily enough for him he was the stronger, his attack more overpowering and so when the attacks clashed, blowing up in both of their faces, he was sent flying back but not with the same force that had pushed Katsuo away from him. He slid back a few feet, his arms crossed over his face to protect it from the blast. Everything was targeting his face today. He lowered his arms to see Katsuo on the ground, seeming otherwise unharmed, even less unharmed than he should have been from the weak cero. He didn't get up for a minute. Maybe he was deciding to give up and stay down.
Seemed not in the end. The boy got up to his feet but instead of rushing into another attack like Lewin had assumed he would he turned around to take a look at the other battle that Lewin was finally glancing at himself. He didn't seem half as upset about it as Katsuo though. He knew about Tsubaki's rather unique power and had felt her reaitsu flare as she entered her resurreccion to use it. What seemed to bother him was not the fact there was a very, very revealed man just standing a few feet from the girl but the fact that his sword was pressed up against her neck despite her release of her resurreccion and the tears streaming down her cheeks. Katsuo was going to yell. Lewin was going to act.
The tall arrancar was seemingly done with Katsuo and the fighting arrangement the two humans had made. He used every last bit of his speed to close the distance between him and the other pair, his speed close to that of a sonido but not quite. Either was he thrusted his sword forward, aiming not for Adam himself but the space between Adams hand and the remaining length of his sword handle. If he just went to stab they boy what was to stop him from beheading his darling Tsubaki? So he planned on just taking him by some surprise and pushing his blade away with his own.
He came to a halt in front of Tsubaki, using his towering, albeit probably not wide enough, body as a wall to stand and defend her. He stood up straight and tall which really was odd for him. Being so high off the ground was scary. Despite his overwhelming awkwardness that only grew in size not he managed to look threatening, his gaze narrowed on Adam in a glare that likely resembled much more of a rape face, his sword held out in front of him and clearly ready to shred the kind to pieces. If it came down to it he could always use his resurreccion like Tsubaki did. He hoped Adam was aware of this and wouldn't rush into anything stupid. He was definitely the type to rush.

| Tsubaki could tell the naked kid was mad. He had his sword pressed against Tsubaki's throat, and if his life weren't in danger Tsubaki would have thought up a not so elegant pun. Wit his life on the line, he did his best to pathetically plea to the kid, but only mumbled sobs came out. Tsubaki wanted to look towards Lewin to plea for help, but he was afraid if he did anything that involved taking his eyes of the kid would equal instant death. It was instances like this that made Tsubaki dread fighting anyone.
When did it turn out like this? Tsubaki's entire life was flashing before his eyes. He's done so many wrong things and hurt so much people. Why was he situated to doing terrible things for quick laughs? He was selfish, having laughs at the expense of others. If only Lewin would help him out. Tsubaki didn't want to go so soon. He'd promise to be a better being from there on.
Suddenly, as if Lewin read Tsubaki's mind, he came in between Tsubaki and the sword. Tsubaki sat on the ground, wiping away his tears. "Thank you, Lewin! I will try to help more!" Screw being a good being, he just wanted to live. Tsubaki put his hand up his skirt and pulled out his weapon, a gun blade. If things were going to get too serious, he'd want to protect himself better. "I will not go down so easily!" Tsubaki stood up, and took a defensive position. He had his katana in his right hand, and gun blade in his left. He put one his right leg in front and maneuvered his body to the side to stay on defensive guard. Even if his winning wasn't sure, he'd still try to not go down so soon.

He stepped back, gathering energy along his blade, when the air was rent with a scream from behind him. That reminded him of why he was there to begin with. "You know what? I'm done with you. All this incessant conflict while people are dying. Go or stay, but stay out of my way."With that, Adam used Bringer Light to step over to where the Quincy's body lay. Katsuo ran after him, even though he knew he wouldn't get there fast enough. He was pretty sure Adam would be able to dodge it anyhow.
When he saw that Tsubaki was crying, Katsuo wondered why. He still didn't know how Adam had gotten naked, and he didn't want to. Thankfully, the other proxy got clothes. Stealing from dead people wasn't always the best thing, but he really didn't care right now.
Katsuo was glad to focus on the Hollows rather than the human-looking Arrancar. He turned towards the Hollows. When one of them got close, Katsuo dodged to the side of it's attack and slashes up at it, aiming for its mask. By the looks of it, these ones were also small fries. He waited for more to come at him, hoping that the plus had the sense to run away.

It seemed Adam had lost the interest in fighting Tsubaki and himself and for that he was grateful. The girl was ready to fight and it was cute but he didn't want to see darling Tsubaki being hurt or crying anymore. She was older than most of the children he usually liked being around but he still found himself fond of her. He looked over his shoulder, giving her a kind smile of gratidtude to her. Then his face shifted to surprise when there was a scream. He turned his head around in time to see Adam walk off to the hollows that had remained. Not far behind him was the one Lewin had fought, again just seeming to go along with whatever the other boy said. He was back to square one. Sure they weren't fighting anymore but they were going after those hollows Lewin needed for Lilly.
He placed a hand on Tsubaki's shoulder as a sign for her to stay right where she was even if he doubted she would obey him. She was spunky and probably eager to fight right by him. Still though it was worth a shot. Lewin held his sword out in front of him and there was a burst of power. He was surrounded in violet energy that faded a moment later as Lewin lunged from it with an entirely new form. His outfit was not much difference save for for new black sleeves that were dripping with violet ink streaming from them like waterfalls. Upon his head where his seaweed looking mask had been he now had a horn that was dripping with the same purple liquid.
He raced toward both the boys, his sword drawn but oddly he ran right through them, sliding to a stop a few feet away. It was then that he raised his unbladed hand with a pleased look in his eyes. He had left a trail of ink right between both the boys. As he raised his hand a two headed snake formed from the violet trail he had left. The puddle shrunk in size as the beast was shaped, standing fifteen feet high over Lewin, hissing at the boys. Lewin dashed forward again, the snake now slithering forward, its two heads, striking at both boys but not with the speed to have much of a chance of catching them in its jaws.
"These aren't your's to kill" he said in a dark, serious tone, allowing his snake to disperse into nothing but the puddle it had come from. Lewin was ready to use it once again though. He could be a lot more convincing of he had to be, and with Adam around he really had the unfortunate thought that it would come to that.

| Tsubaki angrily looked at the two kids causing problems as they decided to leave he and Lewin alone. They started walking away to do what Tsubaki assumed was what they were doing before. Sadly the kid put on more clothes so he was still to check him out completely. Maybe Tsubaki would try to get the other one's clothes off before they left entirely. He kind of wanted to see what the quiet one was packing, but it might be a bit too late.
As strange as it was, he and Lewin ran off the kids successfully. They won, and nothing was going to change that. Tsubaki threw down his katana and started clapping. If his winning didn't deserve an applause, nothing did. "Lewin! We did it! Whatever it was you were doing here, it's done"!" Tsubaki started hopping around happily. His own success was worthy enough for everyone to cheer. Tsubaki waved at the two boys goodbye "Sayonara losers!" He continued jumping up and down cheering. It was a day for Tsubaki to remember.
