Ania Charis Words: 740 Notes: Rage Ania Did You Fight to Keep Your Ground It didn't make any sense. Ania still couldn't wrap her head around it. She had gone on a useless trip to London, and accomplished basically nothing. There was so much that she needed to be doing in that time instead. She was sent away, and this tragedy had happened in her absence. She could barely hold herself together. she was sure that she was going to have a breakdown as soon as she got to the Vatican after her trip. She had been told the news right before her departure, and at that point she didn't care if her plane crashed to a fiery disaster. Unfortunately she landed though. She only had to face reality when she returned to her home. It was so empty.
Emil, the person that mattered to her most, was gone. Her beloved younger twin had been killed. what was even worse was that it had been the work of a togabito. Of course Hell would be the source of everything taken from her. Nothing was found of him, at least not enough to really do anything with. Not even his quincy cross was recovered. She had nothing to her brother's to keep close to her anymore. She had returned to her empty room they had shared. Ania couldn't stand to stay there though. It was torture. She was more capable than anyone, and she hadn't been able to do a thing to protect him. they had made a promise so long before, and she had broken it. There was not a thing she could do about it now either.
She was trying to get back to something that would keep her connected to Emil. Without more than an hour of notice, Ania took off to Romania. She didn't know why she had come to Romania of all places. She and Emil had taken lovely vacations together to remarkable parts for the world. Yet she was here where they had suffered so terribly. Maybe she needed to be reminded of why she had gotten so powerful. Sure there was the problem with hell and the monsters it sprouted. There was an entire world to save. Her promise to become stronger and stronger had been made to Emil so they wouldn't end up back in a place like this country, under the circumstances they had entered it in. She was standing right before the old house they had been kept in, staring at the rotted wood of two open doors. Ania couldn't force herself to walk any closer to it. It was too much for even her. She was barely able to make it this far, and that was apparent on her face. She wasn't saddened or scared. She was angry. The world took and took and tortured her despite everything she did for it. Her father, the man who owned her, and now Hell were all parts of her life that she could look back on with such strong disgust. Two of those things had come to their end. Now it was time for her to finish off the last one with more determination than ever.
Something else had drawn her to this area. It seemed ironic that this was where she ended up, but there was indeed another purpose. Ania felt it near by. There was that God awful stench of a togabito, its power leaking out all over the place, tainting all that it touched. It made her stomach churn. She hated those things, so much that there were no words she could even think of to explain it. Her body tensed up, brows knitting together as her teeth ground against on another. Her grip in Alcestis would have been enough to break the ring blade had it not been for the fact that it was a sigil and a powerful one at that. She flared her own power for a moment, nearly positive that it would bring in whatever she was sensing. It was too strong for her to crush with her power alone, but that wasn't something she wanted to do anyway. That.. thing.. needed to know what a vile thing it was, to spread the word of what she was capable of. No one of Consecro was there to witness her act. There was no reason that she should have been holding back any of her rage. She was going to make this right, right for her, and right for Emil.

| | [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Vlasta had absolutely hated Japan. The only thing that made it worth the fraction of her time it got was the fact that she had found Agares after way too long. She hadn't stayed long. Being back in Hell hadn't turned out so well for her either, though. She had run into Sloth, and she had gotten.. a bit reckless. That was putting it lightly. She was lucky she wasn't killed by the Sin. The queen didn't want to think about that though. Too much hd happened, and she didn't want to accept it. She wouldn't accept it. She was going to get as far away as possible from it.
That had brought Vlasta all the way back to the human world. She knew better than to go back to Japan, though. She was somewhere in Europe. She knew that much. She recognized the air, She wasn't in a very populated area so the polluted air was slim to none. This was the Earth she had known and loved and fought for. The people were all gone, a majority of them also being dragged down to the pits of Hell with Vlasta herself. The landscape had its slight differences. Obviously this wasn't exactly where she had grown up and died, but it resembled it enough to make Vlasta comfortable. If this was what Hell's gate being opening meant for her, Vlasta thought maybe she could deal with it. She had been bluntly denied a right to rule over Hell, no matter how strong she had gotten. Creating a reign over land she loved just as much would have to do. She would burn down anyone that stood in her way.
Out of nowhere there was a rush of power that rained down from the sky. Vlasta could still stand against it, but clearly it was from a source that would become an issue. She had learned that much from nearly every Sin in existence it seemed like at this point. Vlasta wasn't going to stand for another interruption. She didn't care who this person was. She reached over her shoulder and drew her sword, the sounds of metal scraping against metal leaving and eerie feel in the woods she was in. With no hesitation she ran forward, trying to seek that power source. It hadn't flared for long, but she had gotten a good feel of where it had come from. She had found that source in a matter of minutes with her skills. She wasn't impressed by it either. It was just some girl. That girl didn't look threatening at all, even with all of the weapons she had.
"Playthings..." she spoke out loud, stepping out from the cover of a couple trees. Those weapons could be nothing more than toys. No girl like that could handle weapons like that. Vlasta felt pretty good about this now. She even managed a smirk. This girl had come into her kingdom, but she wouldn't be leaving so easily. That was Vlast'sa mindset anyway. She didn't know what she had just stumbled into. It was more dangerous than any sin the togabito had taken on in the past.

Ania Charis Words: 680 Notes: Rage Ania Did You Fight to Keep Your Ground Just as she expected, that beast got closer. She could feel it grow closer with every inch that it traveled. It was of decent power, that much was true. That meant nearly nothing to Ania though. She could kill anything that came out her with ease. She didn't even get worried when she felt the being was within feet of her. She hear a rustling in the trees. Not even batting and eye, she glanced over in that direction, spotting the woman that was emerging from the trees. She didn't look as disgusting as half of the togabito's Ania had seen. She was probably quite the seductress in fact. Too bad Ania didn't have time for things like that. She doubted a courting was what the togabito was planning anyway. She had some massive sword drawn, and she was giving Ania some look that resembled one she often gave to weakling togabitos. It wasn't a lustful one. Needless to say, Ania was just fine with that.
The togabito said something, but Ania wasn't listening. Her blood was boiling under her cool composure. Right there was something that she could slaughter. It was one of those things that made her life a living Hell. She was itching to rip it apart. Several thoughts were running through her head, a majority of them being what she would to do that.. thing. It was far too sweet to keep ignoring. She was about to break her image more than she even dared to when Emil was around. At least he wasn't there to see how far his sister had fallen. She didn't want him to know how messed up she really was.
"You shouldn't exist" she spoke out finally, looking back to the doors of the worn down house she stood before. Ania completely let go of Alcestis, letting the ring blade drop down to the ground. She could have easily blasted the togabito with one attack from her sigil. There was no true pleasure in that though. She was angry. She needed to release all of that onto this one being who was ignorant enough to live, stupid enough to approach her, prideful enough to give her that kind of look. It only angered Ania more, reminding her of that... Bitch Pride. She couldn't even defeat the sin, not entirely anyway. She had worked so hard to kill the leader of the Sins and she had failed in her task. It was only a reminder that she still wasn't good enough. She planned on wiping that smug look right off of the togabito's face then move onto Pride in due time.
She wasn't going to wait for the togabito to talk again, or for it to make the first move. Ania wasn't like Pride in that way. She didn't care if she was the one who started fights. She knew that she could very well finish them. Ania was gone in a flash of speed, leaving a slight dust cloud in her place to keep her sigil company. In just a second she was right in front of the female togabito. She had drawn her rapier somewhere in that split second. She thrust it forward, aiming for the stomach of the togabito. If she wanted to she could have aimed for the heart. It would have been simple. If it wasn't clear enough yet though, she wasn't out for an immediate kill. She didn't even care if she hit her mark directly, just as long as she made the thing squirm in pain. That cold look on her face gave away what she wanted. Her eyes were nearly lifeless, though burning with hatred and some sense of sadistic insanity. She didn't allow the woman a long look. She spun on her heel quickly, making a spinning kick to the back of the woman's legs to sweep her right off of her feet. It was true the woman was larger and much more intimidating than Ania was. Who was really intimidating when they were flat on their backs though?

| | [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] This human was either ignorant of what was going on, or just plain stupid. Vlasta had a hunch it was the latter. No one could be as clueless as to the powerhouse that was approaching them. If she had half the strength Vlasta could sense, the woman would be able to sense her overwhelming energy right back. Yet she just stood there. There was a good amount of time that the girl didn't even take the effort to look her way. When she did there was some kind of look there that Vlasta greatly disliked. It was like this girl was going to tear her limb from limb. She went on to say that Vlasta shouldn't have been there to begin with. That was more than enough. She was pretty tired of this girl already. Vlasta nearly scoffed at the poor girl's delusions. She would like to see this little human try such a thing. She would be met with nothing less than Vlasta's true strength.
The girl dropped that big ring of hers. That was hardly a surprise. Vlasta knew she was far too scrawny to handle something like that. She looked dreadful. No one like that would be able to swing a weapon of that manner. That only made Vlasta's task even easier. She prided herself on her weaponry. When the girl disappeared with speed, Vlasta didn't even flinch. She could take whatever that girl did. She had at least thought that. The girl appeared before her, and the blonde brought her sword down to slash upon the girl. Instead of meeting flesh, her blade met the metal of another blade. That surprised her a bit. When had the girl drawn that rapier she suddenly had. She didn't have the time to focus on matters like that. The girl was strong. Her blade pushed right past Vlasta's, sliding past it. Before she could make the move back, the rapier pierced into her flesh, plunging into her stomach, making her gasp. It wasn't from the pain. She wasn't so weak. She was surprised. She was a package of physical strength. This girl though... She overpowered her somehow.
When the girl went on the attack again, Vlasta made a lunge to the side, ignoring the pain of the rapier ripping out from her. It was nothing she couldn't handle. She stared at the girl as she flew to the side, wondering just what in the hell she was. Then a moment later, she decided it had just been luck. Vlasta was hardly being serious. Anyone could have gotten the better of her that way. That was what she chose to believe anyway. The thought of a mere human getting to that kind of level above her was enough to make her face heat up in rage. It was impossible. It had to be. As she landed, Vlasta straightened up despite how it irritated her little wound. It was laughable at this point. In fact, a lower laugh escaped her chest. Rather than focus on her anger, Vlasta put all of her attention on the joke it had to be that a human would be so powerful. She might have been even stronger than that damned sloth who had taken over Greed's role in her life. That was only if such strength was true. It wasn't. Vlasta knew that much. Because of that, she was right back to looking down on that human like the bug it was.
Now it was her turn to show that little creature just what it was in the eyes of her kingdom. The distance she had created wasn't long, a few feet at best. It wasn't too much for her to be rendered useless. She made that dart forward to close the short length between her and the blue haired child. Her free arm was drawn up. Just as soon as it was though, she was bringing it down upon the girl, aiming for a good pierce into her back via the blade attached to her arm. If it hit where it was aimed, it would honestly be a devastating blow. She was looking to hit the middle of the human's spine. They were so fragile. They could be killed so easily. With how small this one was, there was a good chance her blade would pierce right through her, making the blow even more deadly. Vlasta couldn't believe she actually thought this human was a threat for a moment.

Ania Charis Words: 641 Notes: Rage Ania Did You Fight to Keep Your Ground Her rapier had dug into the flesh of that damned beast. As she felt it on her end of her rapier, the way the woman's body fought against the intrusion, yet how her blade kept digging deeper, she watched how the blood flowed down the light blade. It was such a great contrast added into an amazing feeling. Ania's face suddenly had more signs of life to it. She was graced with a smile. It was hardly the kind, elegant, pure smile that those of Consecro would expect of her, those that had met her as the Micans Nitore or not. It was far too twisted to belong to a girl who had ascended to sit close to God. The part of Ania that set her apart from God was coming out. Everyone had their flaws that made them human. This was hers.
The woman reacted fast enough to avoid her next move. She couldn't complain much though At least this one could put up a little bit of a fight. It would make it all a tad more exciting in the end. Ania drew her rapier back to her side, watching as small drops of blood flew of its tip. It was really quite the sight. What wasn't as great of a sight was when she looked over to the togabito again. She still seemed pretty full of herself. Ania didn't let it faze her though. The amazon woman would be shown her place all too soon. She wondered what kind of a face she would wear then. It was worth all of the effort.
This time the woman didn't wait for Ania. It made no difference. Ania was more than ready for her. Her eyes darted to the side when the woman made her move. She wasn't a very fast being. From the brief contact of swords they had, Ania could tell she was pretty strong though. She needed to do something besides stand there and take the blow that the woman was preparing. A burst of energy to her hands and feet had Ania ready to counter what was coming. The rings on her fingers sprouted their blades, and her anklets expanded the spikes that were sealed within them. With speed and grace, Ania spun around, throwing her left leg up in the air. One of the spikes on her anklet met with the large blade attached to the woman's arm. Not only that, but it allowed Ania to push her arm off to the side as her leg continued on. This would have left the woman's side open if she didn't do something about it. That was great for her next move, her arm coming around, the small blade attached to her ring making a slash right at the togabito's side. She wasn't as merciful for this attack. She didn't hold back, allowing the blade to leave a cut a few inches deep, which would surely be a hindrance to the woman.
"How does it feel beast?" she called out, that smile getting bigger on her face, her eyes becoming darker. Ania was really beginning to enjoy herself. She never got to fight, not like this. It was even sweeter than the last togabito she had managed to kill. She was a changed person now. With how sweet this felt, Ania could only imagine how amazing her end goal would be. Right at that moment she decided that things in Consecro would get a move on. She couldn't just keep waiting around anymore. With a chilling laugh, she brought her other foot around as her left foot hit the ground. She aimed a kick right for the area she had sliced open, not restraining herself at all. If that kick landed the woman would go flying, likely right through the fern covered wall of her old 'home'.

| | [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Vlasta could hardly believe it. She was sure that she was well on her way to killing this little being. Yet instead of splitting the girls spine in two, she was met with the clanging sound of metal. In a glance she spotted new blades around the girl's ankle, one of which had been all that was needed to stop her attack. She was again met with the strength the girl turned out to really have. Her arm was being shoved aside with the human's power. She tired to push against it and while that made it harder for the girl to simply shove her aside, it didn't stop it. In no more than a few seconds she felt her side being torn open. Her eyes widened as she looked down to the source of pain, seeing a trail of blood flowing behind another new blade that had sprung up from the human's ring. There was no way...
Vlasta drew her arm away when it had been brought down to the ground. She turned her attention back to the girl just in time to see the human's other foot coming. She wasn't going to be a punching bag so easily. She raised up her other arm. Nearly instantly lava formed over her arm blade as well as her claws, other arm blades and the rest of her weapons. With the girl's leg coming so quickly, with so much force, there was nearly no way to avoid hitting the hot substance. Vlasta set her arm just right so that when the girl hit, she hit her blade directly. She was still sent flying backwards, but likely not as much as the girl would have wanted. She planted her feet firmly into the ground, her sharp heels leaving deep tracks in the dirt. Finally she slid to a stop just before hitting the wall of the lone building.
At this point she realized that she had been wrong. This was all too real. This little human was a being of such power that she could have competed with the sins themselves. Now that she thought about it, Vlasta remembered hearing about people like this. Something had happened in Rome. Vlasta hadn't cared to pay attention to the details. In fact she had nearly forgotten about it until just then. Now she was reminded that there beings that ha put up a good fight against the Sins. Vlasta was almost sure this girl before her was among one of them. For any other togabito, that would have instilled some kind of fear. They would have run away. Vlasta just got angrier though. She was even more set on killing the girl. She was tired of people like this, like Sloth and Greed before him, taking everything from her like she was anything but a threat to them. She glared at that girl, hatred clear in her eyes. She wasn't going to lose. She couldn't.
She let out a screaming growl, straightening up, throwing her arm. From that arm, the lava that had formed over her blade and claws shot out toward the girl. Her aim was dead on, but she knew this girl was a fast one. Vlasta didn't care about her chances of hitting though. If she cared about that she wouldn't have done it. She was just releasing everything she could. "Who do you think you are, girl?!" Vlasta roared out, finally speaking up again. She had been way to quiet before, and it was beginning to tear her throat apart. She wasn't going to wait around for an answer though. She swung her other arm, this time releasing the lava from her sword in a whip-like shape. It spanned a greater distance, one she hoped would be harder to avoid. again though it hardly mattered. She had plenty of power to keep this up. She would make the flesh melt right off of the girl's bones.

Ania Charis Words: 648 Notes: Rage Ania Did You Fight to Keep Your Ground Ania hadn't expected for such a counter from the woman. She didn't have the time to stop her kick. As such her leg was met with the searing surface of the lava coated blade. The force of her blow was cut down greatly by this fact too. As her foot came down, she instantly went down to that knee, having to prop it off of the ground with her foot to avoid irritating the burned flesh across her shin. She hadn't come here dressed for a fight. As such her stockings didn't do much good as armor. She let out a hiss, one of her hands reaching down to feel around, to find out how much damage was dealt. By the burning sting she felt by just getting one finger close, she could tell it was a pretty ugly wound. Generally it was what could be expected when one touched molten lava. Looking at the woman now, her weapons were overflowing with the stuff. She couldn't be hit by any more of that.
She forced herself up onto her feet, putting some pressure down on her injured leg. It wasn't in the best shape, obviously, but it would have to do. When she was sure her leg wouldn't hold her back to much, Ania raised her eyes to look at the blonde woman. She looked enraged. Ania loved it. She was tempted to answer the question the woman barked at her. She didn't see why she should need to share that information though. It was classified after all, right? So she just smirked, something she was sure would only make the togabito even angrier than she already was. Now that she thought about it, this woman seemed quick to anger. She was a regular... Hot Head... Ania was almost ashamed of that thought. When had she become a pun master? It was so cheesy.
She got drawn away from her bad joke of thoughts by the sudden roar from the woman. Then the blasts of lava came flying at her and Ania then focused on moving out of the way. She was avoiding those after all. They weren't too fast, so with one push from her good leg, Ania went flying to the side. Her feet were never more than a few inches off of the ground, making her landing an effortless one. She didn't get to stay there for too long though. When she landed that second wave of lava was just a few feet in front of her. Ignoring the pain it caused, she leaped up with the strength of both legs, clearing the wave as she flipped in the air. Her eyes never left the blonde togabito though. They were locked onto her prey, and when she landed it was evident that she would be right on the attack again.
Her feet weren't on the ground for more than a second before she launched herself into a quick, deadly attack. She used all of her speed to reach the woman in a flash, appearing right before her. Yes, she was putting herself at great risk where she was now. With one swipe she would be met with the horrible burns of lava again. Ania was certain that wouldn't happen though. Not this time. She had her fist drawn back when she appeared. Right after though, she thrust it forward, aiming a hit right to the woman's chest, dead center. Not only was the punch a powerful one that would send her through the wall this time for sure, but there was also the blade attached to her ring to worry about. She made sure it wouldn't hit the heart or anything vital. It would surely embed itself fully into the woman before she went flying right off of it. There wouldn't be time for the other female to use any of that lava of hers.

| | [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] The girl took her knee, and Vlasta was pretty sure she had just proven herself. Nobody messed with her, looked down on her, without paying the price. By the look she took at the girl, it was apparent her leg was paying pretty dearly too. Whatever confidence had been drained from the togabito was starting to come back full force. She managed a slight upturn of her lips in some form of a smile even. The look she was getting from the human was really to die for. Too bad she had no intention of dying. It really just ruined the entire saying. Too bad for it.
Her good feeling was taken from her in an instant though. The girl was fast, and still had a lot of her strength left. Before she even knew it, the human was right in front of her, those cold eyes piercing right into her own. She started to draw her arm up so her blade could intercept the girl again, but she just wasn't fast enough in reacting. That short blade stabbed right into her torso, basically the only place there was no armor on her body. It was ripped right out when the force behind the girl's punch sent her right through the stone wall behind her with a loud crash. She was met with the cold hard floor as she slammed into it, sliding along its surface. Her fingers dug into the tiles, leaving several trails in their wake as she tried to bring herself to a stop. Finally her back hit the staircase which brought her to a halt. As she hit, Vlasta let out a quite grunt, trying to regroup herself. She hadn't been expecting that despite everything. Now she was back to being enraged. She could feel the wrinkles forming on her face as she frowned, brow knitting together. She was sure if she had the power to do it, her eyes would start pouring lava like her weapons were.
She didn't even care to check on her wounds. Hastily she just got up, pushing all of that aside. She didn't care about useless things like injuries, even her latest one that nearly ran through her. She could feel the blood soaking her torso, being absorbed into the fine fur of her top. She truly looked like some kind of injured, feral animal this way. In some way she actually was too. Her breath became forced, not from the pain she was in, but from the anger that was boiling over inside of her. Vlasta was known for her ill temper. It didn't take much to get her worked up. This had been more than enough to blind her with rage. Most of the time she could be a sensible fighter. That was all out the window now. She was done holding back anything. This little human girl was going to know how and why she had ruled Hell for centuries in the past.
Vlasta got up to hr feet and wasted no time in her lesson. She kicked up her leg, releasing the lava that had formed on her boot. It came back down with enough for the crush the tile beneath it. With that force she launched herself forward, flying at the girl. At the same time, her arm that was still dripping with lava shot ahead as well. Her vision may have been fading from anger, but her aim was still top notch. If that girl didn't use that annoying speed of hers to dodge then she would be hit dead on with the blast. To be certain though, Vlasta leaped into the air, reaching back with her free hand, drawing out her scythe as she gave herself some cover with the remaining lava from her other foot in a kick that flipped her around. Her foot clicked the ceiling, and like that she was launching herself yet again, kicking off in the girl's direction, dead on. She let out a shout as she drew her scythe back, showing no mercy as she sliced ahead at the pitiful human, releasing the weapon at the same time, extending the length before the further end slipped away as the weapon become two scythes. She hardly cared about letting the piece go, she still had her sword in one hand and she flipped the scythe she still held around. Vlasta had more than enough weaponry right now. She could cut this girl into shreds with no trouble. |

Ania Charis Words: 792 Notes: Rage Ania Did You Fight to Keep Your Ground When the woman went flying, Ania caught her footing just inside of the entry hall of the building. It made her sick just to step foot in that place. She heard the togabito crashing around, destroying the floor under her. Ania wasn't looking at her though. Her gaze was instead traveling across the room. Most everything had been cleared out. she wasn't really sure who had taken the belongings of that man. His children and wife were gone. She hardly expected anyone to be in a will of any kind. She was glad to see this place empty though. If it was still fully furnished it would have made a few unpleasant memories far too clear in her head. Already they were eating her up inside. A cold sweat formed over her skin, dripping down her face. Her arm ached despite not being injured. Everything was coming back to her, no matter how she fought it. She dropped her rapier in favor of grabbing her wrist, the band there feeling far too tight. Quickly she tore it off, throwing it to the floor, not caring where it went. With it gone, the scars from shackles were revealed, yet it also left her wrist free of any feeling of constraint. She couldn't take it then. That first cuff was quickly followed by the one on her other wrist, revealing a scar that matched the first.
Her hand came up to her face, wiping the sweat from her forehead. She was getting dizzy, so dizzy she barely noticed the lava that was flying at her. Luckily enough her senses kicked in, and she reacted without really thinking about it, to the side, kicking her rapier in the same direction as she did so. She came to a shaky stop, not quite on her feet well. even still she ducked down to grab her rapier. Almost immediately she had to roll to the side though to avoid a second blast of lava. Ania had no time to catch her breath yet again, a loud scream from above catching her attention. Her head shot up, and the moment it did she was met with the sight of the woman coming far too close, swinging yet another weapon around. As quickly as she could, Ania drew her rapier up, and just in time too. The blade of the scythe drug across it, yet the power behind it was keeping Ania down on the ground. Finally the weapon feel apart, and Ania went ahead to give herself a few seconds she needed. Her leg kicked up from under her, aiming for the woman's injured torso. She'd either send the woman flying back with the force of her kick, or make the togabito leap back herself to avoid the damage.
In the same instant, she gave a push with her other leg, sending herself off to the side again, back toward the opening in the outside wall. She couldn't be in there anymore. She wasted no time in darting back outside. Not only was she getting away from the source of all of her anxiety, but Alcestis was out there, and she retrieved it with haste. As she dove down to pick up the ring blade, she sheathed her rapier. Instantly she threw Alcestis around herself, turning around so she could face the woman. Before it might have looked like she was running away, but the look she had now was void of all the worry and fear she had before. She wasn't afraid of the togabito. Her cruel features made that clear now.
Alcestis circled around her, beginning to glow a bright blue. In a matter of seconds sparks were flying off of the edges. Once she heard that first hit of static, Ania took hold of one of the weapons handles, removing herself form its center. With no more warning, she darted at the woman once again, once more with all the speed she could muster. When she was in range she swung the electrified weapon at the woman. Not only this but she released all of the charge up electricity with the swing, not caring to keep hold of it for the extended period of time she was capable of. She'd much rather watch the woman fry in all that armor she was wearing. Ania didn't dare step into the building far though. She barely managed to get one foot inside before she instinctively came to a stop. She has to take in a deep breath to get herself moving again. Instantly she leaped backward, having to compose herself all over again. Coming to this place turned out to not be the best idea she had ever come up with.

| | [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Something was off with the girl. She was acting and moving strangely. Perhaps it finally became clear what kind of foe she had taken on. That only brought back her raging pride even more. Her mind cleared up some, satisfied with the current situation. She managed to wrap her head around the fact that she had the girl in a panicked run. Vlasta didn't even chase after her. Instead she just stood there, looking out of the hole in the wall. No, she wasn't done with the human. She was still going to kill the pitiful creature if not for any reason besides ruling over it in Hell. She was going to let it fight some though, perhaps a few seconds before she cut it right down the middle. She was never really good at controlling herself.
The girl got that big weapon she had dropped before, and Vlasta let out an annoyed sigh. She had thought she was going to let the human try, but it was really wearing on her that the girl thought she could still fight on against her. Her brow twitched and she turned to face the girl, throwing her weapons to the ground. She wanted the do this with her own hands. Holding her arms out to the side, lava began forming quicker and in more mass than before. It soon coated her lower arms, forming a sword like point on both. The lava flow continued up to her arm blades where it built up, forming a smooth edge all the way up to the shoulders. With haste, Vlasta began walking to the blown out exit, glaring at the human. She noticed the electricity forming around the girl's blade, hardly caring about it though. What could she possibly do with it.
The girl was coming at her a moment later, saving Vlasta some effort of walking all the way over there to smite her. She spotted the girl drawing that massive ring back like she was going to be able to make any kind of attack with that thing now. Vlasta wanted to scoff, but she with held it, though she couldn't help the snarling look her lips took on. She brought her weaponized arms up, crossing them in front of her, sure she could stop it that way. Things didn't go quoit as she had planned though. That blade.. it... Vlasta could only stared wide eyed as it sliced right past the lava that coated her arms. She didn't even feel it meet hesitation as it met the metal of her real blades nor her armor. She did feel however at it sliced right through her arms right around her elbows. The electricity surged up what remained of her arms, making her shake with the energy running with it. She could only watch as the blade continued on through her limbs and released all of that remaining electricity. She tried to step back, but it was too fast and close for her to avoid. Vlasta went flying back once again, being burned by the electrical power of the blast.
She slid to a stop, her heels digging into the floor, leaving even more tracks. She slouched over, catching her breath. Her arms hung limply forward, or at least what was left of them. The lava that had been left over instantly dripped off the ends of them, burning into the floor before it faded away completely. Vlasta tried to stand up straight, her muscles and charred skin urging against it, feeling like they were ripping apart as she did so. She let out a loud scream, forcing herself through that pain until she was up right enough to look at the girl through wild blonde hair that had fallen in her face. Her eyes were filled with noting but rage. There still wasn't any fear. Vlasta feared no one. That wasn't about to change now.
With a few heavy breaths, Vlasta gathered the mind set that she needed, or perhaps she was just to angered to notice the pain anymore. Either one allowed her to take a running start, leaning down low. On the way to the girl, she slid her leg out, looping the hook of her shoe under the handle of her sword. This sent it flying into the air, and instantly Vlasta lurched forward, catching it in her mouth, teeth biting down hard into the metal. That was the only pause she made , getting back to her dead set run at the girl. She leaped up into the air, bringing a kick down in the girl's direction, making sure the blade that doubled as her heel would cut right down her torso. It was followed immediately by her continuing on down, twisting as she did so which broke the burned, dried skin across her torso. Growling she brought her sword down upon the girl, doing the best she could with the weapon's placement. Inside she could feel herself heating up. She could tell that before too long she was going to take on that form, and oddly enough she wasn't opposed to it. She wanted to swallow up this girl and burn her alive.

Ania Charis Words: 625 Notes: Rage Ania Did You Fight to Keep Your Ground Ania watched as her attack swept by the woman, tearing right the her armor and her arms, leaving the limbs to fall to the ground lifelessly. Her lips twitched slightly, starting to form a twisted smile. Her shoulder shook and her throat itched with a sick laugh that was just begging to come out. The scene before her eyes was a spectacular one. She could barely keep her head together as she watched the blood splatter to the ground, leaving a trail as the woman went flying. A single laugh escaped her lips, and she instantly raised her hand to her mouth, muffling the noise, stopping anymore from coming out. Even if there was no one around, she wanted to control herself as long as she could.
That was becoming increasingly difficult though. The togabito was struggling. Ania watched as it squirmed around, somehow managing to get up to its feet, though it was still a pitiful sight when the thing pulled it off. It could hardly stand up straight, and its body was shaking with every breath. It filled her veins with excitement just to watch. This was what she had hoped for. This was what she needed. Still it wasn't enough though. Ania wasn't one to be merciful when it came to monsters. The scream the beast let out only drove her on more. This thing wasn't going to give up, just how she wanted it to be. That smile finally warped its way onto her face, showing just how unstable she was behind closed doors.
The togabito came at her, wielding her sword in her mouth, her very last resort likely. Ania didn't even flinch. That woman had been outclassed before. This fight was more than won now. When the woman began to close in, Ania lifted up her sigil, another soft laugh passing through her lips. She looked up at the woman, giving her a pitiful look before she started coming down for her attack. That attack didn't ever reach her though. Ania threw her self into the air, dodging the woman's sword entirely. When they were at the same level, Ania went in for the kill. The woman was completely open, only her legs to defend her, but Ania was rather set on fixing that problem. All at once she swung Alcestis out toward the woman's legs, and her own leg kicked out at the woman's chest, one on her anklet spikes aimed at her chest. With the strength behind both attacks added to the lack of armor in those areas, Ania knew the devastating blow she was sending the togabito's way.
With grace she continued on with her attack, spinning in the air. The kick would have put some distance between them, not only sending the togabito flying again, but also propelling Ania back out to the clearing. She landed without a problem, sliding to a spinning stop, leaving some track in the grass but nothing more. She had gotten over her legs by now, adrenaline courses through her and numbing the pain for now. She looked for the woman inside of the building, sure that she still wasn't dead. Ania was sure she had lost a lot of blood by now, and would be on the verge of death. She hadn't aimed to kill though. Not to mention the woman was a strong willed one. She wouldn't give up so easily, just the way that Ania liked it. She had a bit more in store for the woman. She readied Alcestis, holding it flat out in front of her, preparing to charge it up with energy for her next attack, though she waited a moment, wanting to see what the woman would possibly try.

| | [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] She hadn't been expecting the girl to move so quickly. Her blade met nothing but air, and it didn't even register to her what had really happened. At least it hadn't until there was pain once again. Her eyes darted around until the finally found the girl before her, her body spinning around. The glare of light off metal blinded her for a moment, and there was only pain. She felt her charred flesh being torn open once again, blood pouring from her chest once again. There was another pain with it though, a pain she couldn't find the source of. As that glared died down though, she could see that she was flying backward once again, or most of her was. She spotted to long legs falling to the ground where she had been before, an instantly she knew what that other pain had been. Her eyes widened with shock, and another scream broke past her mouth, though her throat protested against it.
She crashed to the floor, unable to stop herself in anyway. She bounced back up only to hit the ground again, rolling a few times before she came to a full stop, only battering her body even more than it already was. There was a long moment before she could get any strength to move at all. She lifted her head shakily, able to at least get a look outside of the building. Her vision was blurred though, so even then she didn't see much of anything aside from a blurred shape of what she assumed was the human girl. Vlasta opened her mouth, releasing another wild call, trashing about as she did so. It was useless though, she wasn't going anywhere. She had even lost her sword at some point during her fall. She had nothing. She felt the fire burning inside of her, but she didn't have the power to do anything with it anymore. She was done for. That little human had ripped her limb from limb, literally.
Vlasta refused to believe something like this was happening. She was dying at the hands of some tiny human girl. It was complete madness. She wasn't going to let this happen. There was no way she was going down this way. She forced out every bit of power she had left. Lava overtook her form, covering her body entirely. She was missing most of her body, and this technique wouldn't grow it back. It was all she could do though. She couldn't even hold it back, her mind and body controlled by her anger. As the lava began to transform, she let out several screams in her fits of rage. The largening form took on her features, its neck stretching out toward the girl as its roars continued to echo through the large, empty home. She needed to get the girl, even still it was impossible which left her unbearably frustrated. This wasn't happening!

Ania Charis Words: 630 Notes: Rage Ania Did You Fight to Keep Your Ground Inside, the woman was letting all kinds of glorious screams, no longer able to even formulate those high and mighty words. Ania was pleased with herself at this point, unable to wipe the soft, pleased smile off of her face. She watched with a hint of surprise was the woman started spewing with lava, taken aback slightly by the fact that she even had that much power left in her. None the less, it wasn't going to be put to much use. The togabito couldn't even get to her, and Ania wasn't intent on letting her complete her transformation anyway. It was only making her next move even sweeter in the end. She had a little bit of time to spare though it seemed. The woman was struggling quite a bit. She wasn't an immediate threat, not that she would ever become one.
"Well isn't this something" she mused, doubting the woman was listening. "A beast like you is being taken down so easily by a human. Do you now why that is?" Ania stepped forward, stopping at the hole in the wall, taking a look around inside. "You aren't supposed to be here. You aren't supposed to exist. I'm going to make sure you cease to exist too." she spoke in confidence, her words not shaking a bit. That was the truth she believed in. Suddenly she was getting angered, remembering why she wanted to end these beings, destroy all of Hell. She refused to meet the fate that awaited her. She couldn't forgive what Hell and the monsters it spat out had taken from her. Emil flashed in her mind again, and instantly her head dropped, a dark shadow over taking her face. "You're just going to be reborn and sent back out to continue on as a pest. I'm going to destroy it all!" she shouted out in her hatred, head flying up, a deep glare of pure rage swimming in her blue eyes. She was more focused on her goal than ever. This was the awakening she needed. As soon as she returned to the Vatican, her dream was going to be well on its way to becoming her reality.
She didn't care if the woman wasn't listening. She pushed her power into Alcestis. The blade began to glow again, this time forming six orbs around its front half, the half closest to the togabito. They didn't charge up for long. Near instantly five of those orbs formed into beams of electromagnetic energy that shot at the mass of lava with blinding speed. They would tear about that new form the woman was trying to take on before it even had enough time to fully form. Ania could tell the woman was lacking in the power she had before. Even then Ania had over powered her with her attacks. The togabito couldn't even more. Ania just watched with a cold face as the beams struck different parts of the togabito, knocking away lava that refused to reform. Soon enough it all just collapsed around the togabito, ending her last hope.
As the lava flowed off of the woman it revealed her mangled body once again. The lava formed a large puddle around her though, making it impossible for Ania to get over to the togabito. She wanted to get a good look at her dying face. That was impossible though. Ania grit her teeth in her annoyance. She really could never be given what she wanted. She just shot off the last orb that Alcestis had charge, aiming right for the woman's head. The chances of hitting were an unchallenged one hundred percent. Still though she watched, wanting to see it for herself. It was the best that she could get.

| | [atrb=style, opacity: 0.8; margin-bottom: -10px;] Vlasta didn't have the chance to fully shift into her other form. She hadn't seen the blast coming, but it honestly made no difference. She had nothing to possible block them with. Even then, it was apparent that the level of their power difference would have made a defense useless in the end. While she didn't feel the pain, the beams ripped apart at her torso, blasting away the lava that was forming over her. The damage to the lava became damage she had inflicted upon herself. As the lava fell form her body, she was met with the pain of the holes and cuts the now carved themselves into her body. She couldn't help releasing the howls of pain that resembled an injured animal. That was exactly what she was.
When her other form fell apart completely, Vlasra was left panting in the pool of lava, barely able to stay awake. She had taken too much damage, and used up too much power in her last effort. It had even proven useless. It was all over for her. Her body was no longer there. She reasoned that the only reason she was still alive was due to her heart still pumping blood to her brain. Of course it was also pumping blood right out of her body. At best she only had a few minutes left before dying. She could only rest there and accept the fate that had been handed out to her, yet another defeat.
All she managed to do was turn her head back to the girl. Hatred swarmed in her eyes. Even in this weak state, her anger was stronger than ever. Her rage grew with every passing second. Her days were going to stop ending in this kind of way. After this things were changing. No longer was she going to be kicked around by anyone. She didn't care who it was. If a Sin, even Vilof, dared try to control her, beat her down, they would only be met with the full force of her power that would be at an entirely different level. No human would be able to stand up against her, let alone try and kill her, especially this human. Vlasta would bring the girl down to her knees, make it beg for mercy.
Right now though, that kind of thinking was only a dream. Her eyes were met with a bright flash, and she didn't have to wait it out to see what exactly had happened. At that moment, yet another lifetime for her had its fate sealed. The beam reached her head, encasing it entirely. The last thing she saw was white, everything then going black. That was it, quite the unnoble death. She had barely been able to put up a fight to protect her life. She would return to the pits of Hell and rise of from the lava once again, only with the hope that for once it would be different.

Ania Charis Words: 674 Notes: Rage Ania Did You Fight to Keep Your Ground Just as expected, the shot that she had fired hit its mark with absolutely no trouble at all. Ania lowered Alcestis, its blade losing its light glow. The lava that surrounded the woman's now corpse began to evaporate as what was left of her energy faded away. Honestly Ania wished it would have stayed and burned this building to the ground. Ania wanted it wiped off the face of the Earth, but there was only so much she could get in one day. Oddly enough she was filled with satisfaction, but at the same time she longed for so much more. She had only temporarily killed a single togabito. There were thousands more left to exterminate permanently. Even with all of the power she had, this had been all she was capable of so far. It just wasn't enough yet.
Ania's head hung low, and her heart sank slightly. Out of nowhere, tears began to leak down her cheeks. She tried to blink them away, but only more came flowing out from her eyes until she was left sobbing. She started to fall forward to her knees, but she swung Alcestis around to meet the ground before she did. She propped her self up on her weapon, looking down at the ground. She clung to the weapon with all of her might. It was the only thing she had a real connection with anymore. She wished that Emil was there. She wished that they had been born into different circumstances. She wouldn't care about giving up the life she currently had if it meant they could have grown up happily together. She was just fine with turning her back on the world for something like that.
It was impossible though. This was the life the both of them had been given, and there was no way around it. All she could do was take care of the aftermath. She would take care of for sure. Slowly she stood upright, a blank expression on her face. The tears no longer fell from her eyes, the last few just trailing down her cheeks before they were forgotten. She had made a promise to herself long ago to reach her goal. Now her goal was for both her and Emil. She was going to make their lives worth the tortures they went through. Emil wasn't dying for nothing. she would make sure of it. Everything responsible was going to pay. The first would be every togabito that dared to exist.
Ania drew Alcestis up out of the ground. She threw the weapon over her back, turning away from the old manor. As she did so, pain surged up her leg. She looked down to identify the source, spotting the burns there. She had nearly forgotten about them in all of the excitement. She made a mental note to get it looked out when she returned to the hotel she was staying out. There was likely a guardian, maybe even an obelisk there by now. There was no way Consecro was going to let her be unaccompanied for any amount of time. She was pretty certain that if they were there, they would have felt her fighting, likely even coming to meet her on her way back. Usually she wouldn't be to fond of that idea, but it seemed this time she really needed them.
She pushed past the minimal pain, taking another step then another. She headed back down the road she had come up, if it could even be called a road anymore with all of the plants sprouting up from it. She might have only accomplished a little piece of her dream, but she gained an all new determination to see it through. She wasn't going to mourn over her lost brother. He wouldn't want her to do such a thing. Instead she was going to make full use of everything she had. A new era was coming to Consecro, and it was going to change the world.
